Impolite rude and threathening behaviour of dtdc dhanbad branch people on being requested to deliver courier to given address. I corrected mobile number by calling but considering women they misbehaved abused and said will not deliver courier and asked me whatever to do i can.

One of the most irresponsible staff and customer care i've dealt with today. Even trying for hours, my call was rejected to anwwer the query. Shipment status says it's rejected due to incorrect address but none from the delivery team has ever called me for any verification. This is a very important package to have delivered and any further delay will be escalated very serious levels.

My packet has been intransit since last 17 to 18 days.. And very time i call them they say i will check.. Now they r saying i hav e ti check cctv. This will take time..

This is my 3rd time bad experience.. They are careless

When my courier was brought to be delivered, i wasn't home and they refused to give it to the manager of my apartment. They apparently told the manager that they'd contact me and deliver it again later. It's been a few days.
I've called a few offices in my city (Visakhapatnam) and they haven't been of much help. The office in my area gave me a number of the head office asked me to call the same who aren't picking up any calls.

I sent a courier to varansi as it was related to religious work for some worship purposes... It should be reached there by monday on 07/01/2019.. It was very important so i took margin of two more days... But today i come to know that it is not delivered yet...
Even it is misplaced to guwahati...
Now who will b responsible for this crap...
The courier center's man is directly saying i dont know anything...

For an item booked under express delivery from dtdc, origin from yelahanka, bangalore consisting sensitive material was destined to panagarh, west bengal.

The dtdc yelahanka accepted gladly the business coming to them, on promise that the pin code 713420 was serviceable by them, subsequently full payment was made for the promised services.

After the anticipated delay, on 4th day when the dtdc local partner called, it was to merely inform that the pin code to be delivered to was not serviceable and i was advised to pick up my package from the nearest point in the village where they were receiving it at the dtdc hub, with an open invitation from the host of services here at dtdc budbud to raise any complaint i wanted as they "will not deliver" the package under any circumstances.

Village budbud primarily thirves on the business generated by the residents of the cantonment families (Up to 99%) and this is the behaviour they present, with threats and open humiliation.

Extremely unpleasant an experience with dtdc.

Hope the harassment, mental agony suffered in the case will be taken on a strict note by the controlling authority in dtdc. Furthermore, channel partner should be educated not only in bubud (Panagarh, west bengal) but also yelahanka (Begaluru, karnataka) to not promise services that cannot be fulfilled.

The case will definitely be taken forward in consumer court too, for once the firm needs to understand the customer is the lifeblood and if the services promised cannot be fulfilled then the mere existence of the business is but futile.

Yesterday (10th jan 2019) courier person called me in the morning and said he will deliver, but he didn't came.
I went to office but they were unable to find my parcel. Today i called him and he is saying it may get returned.
I didnt understand why he returned it. Its an emergency document. Please look into it and deliver as soon as possible.

Hi team,

I have sent a parcel (Medicine) through dtdc courier on 3rd jan 2019 from manjunathnagar branch, bangalorer to kalyannagar bangalore. Which is to be delivered within 1 day. My consignment # is b60129093 & tracking history it shows that it is redirected. But still now i didn't received any confirmation from your end, at present tracking shows hsr layout branch redirected.

I am sorry to say it was pathetic experience i had.

Please do the needful or send back to my from address.

This complaint is related to consignment number b60954153.. I have sent the courier on sunday. I have sent medicine. It was very much emergency but still they have not delivered the courier and if we call the customer service they are also not responding.. Yesterday we got call that today we will receive but not yet received as of now.. Can you please help us in resolve this issue..

My shipment was booked on 1st Jan but till date I hvn't received the same. When I am calling DTDC madiwala office they say it is in SG palya office. When i call SG palya office, they say it is in madiwala office. This is the same thing that us happening from last 2 days and they are updating wrong in system that the delivery has been attempeted 4 times although it is not. They are fooling the customers. If i don't get my shipment in another 1 day, I will ensure to file a consumer complaint against this DTDC India and Specially Bangalore office. They are providing the worst service in Courier service. WORST and LYING TO CUSTOMER...

I sent a parcel with eatables on 31/12/2018. Till date it is not delivered after repeated requests and the assurances from the office. It's been out for delivery for the past one week. Yesterday evening they said that they will deliver this morning. So far nothing has happened. The agents in visakhapatnam and hyderabad have been very insensitive to my repeated phone calls.

The parcel contains custard apple fruit which has to be delivered to a cancer patient at my native in thirunelveli (Puliyangudi). The item booked on 31 dec 18 in a sealed box and was taken by the courier office at coonoor, whereas the items was not delivered, and i approached the courier office again and telephonically enquired the office, there was no response from the courier office.

Then i called the courier office again and it was said by them that the parcel has damaged and they could not give a refund which had put me in great embrassment, i was really shocked that at renowned courier company in india, damaged my parcel and could not offer a refund!!!

I hereby request your good offices to kindly interven in my case and help me to recieve a refund of rs 1, 000/-, the refund is for item damage and the cancer patient was wholely dependant on the fruit. Pls give me refund of rs 1, 000/- and take action on the courier office at coonoor for not giving a proper response this shows a lackadasical approach towards customer.

My consignment number is M68080174. The shipment was booked in the month of August from Mumbai, Goregaon east by Ganesh Patil to Bengaluru, Indian Air force station, Yelhanka with the Receiver name Sehyog Aneja
However the shipment got returned to Mumbai because of some issues. Its been more than 4 months now but nothing has been done against this.
When I called the customer care they told that Rishab[protected] is looking into this.After a week he told that Rajesh Chavan, Goregaon, Mumbai branch manager ([protected]) will be handling this.I contacted Rajesh Chavan and after 2-3 weeks he told that Vijayata ([protected]) will be handling this.
Upon contacting Vijayata, she told that this will be handled by another department and Anila will be working on this. Anila then suggested that Mayuresh ([protected]) who also works in goregaon branch will take care of this.But Mayuresh never bothered to answer my calls nor the messages.
However from Vijayata/Rishabh I was told that Rajesh chavan is the one who will work on this again.Upon calling Rajesh chavan he confirmed that shipment has been lost and it is untraceable. When i asked about the refund process he told that let me work on claim approval and i will update you.When i called him again he told Beena Css manager ([protected]) will help you in taking this further.When i contacted Beena, she told that Rajesh chavan will be the one who will issue me a form for refund initiation.
Rajesh never bothered to take my calls further so i contacted his manager Prashant ([protected]). Prashant told that he will be looking into this and provide a resolution.The next day when i called prashant, Rajesh only took the call and asked me how do you want to settle this.I told him upfront that i will give my account number and kindly transfer to that.He acknowledged also. The very next day he connected me with Jean[protected] from claim department and told that she will be helping in claiming the amount Rs 4999.After discussing with Jean i came to know that the amount value which has been mentioned is Rs 1200 and this is also at owners risk. When i contacted Rajesh today he told you will not be given anything because this is the policy against this.I have forwarded him the receipt which was given while handing over the shipment to Dtdc. Please find attached the same also. No amount and risk category was mentioned on that slip.
But according to Rajesh it has value of 1200 Rs and also it is not refundable because according to him it has not been done intentionally ("Galti se hua hai humse, humne jaan ke to nahi gumaya na "), these were the exact words he said.
The worst thing is whenever I call him he replies with a message "I m in a meeting will call u later". Then i call his manager Prashant and Rajesh picks that call every time.Twice it has happened that i am speaking but he disconnects the phone in between.
In the month of october i dropped an email also to : [protected]@dtdc.com, [protected]@dtdc.com, rajesh.[protected]@dtdc.com explaining the incident and the shipment value but nothing was done.
During the last 3 months i haven't received any single call from Dtdc for resolution.Its me who is calling regularly on daily basis
.In the month of december Rajesh chavan told that the claim amount of Rs 4999 has been approved and it will be transferred to my account.I even shared my account details .After a couple of days when i asked again he told that there is some ACS issue going on biut it will be done in sometime.2 weeks later also he told the same thing.I tried calling him and his manager prashant every single day but they never picked the call from my number.However when i tried from different number rajesh picked the call and told that prashant sir will be handling this.I even told him to patch me with prashant but prashant dint pick the call.then i tried speaking to prashant and upon calling from different no he picked the call and told that the amount will not be refunded.When i told him that rajesh has already approved and said that it will be done he patched me with rajesh where rajesh told that it has been approved but prashant told it wont be done.I have my conversation with rajesh .Attaching all the chats .Requesting you to please check as they both have been trying to fool the customer from last 4 months.

I used the service to send a courier from kolkata to bhopal on 4 the jan 2019 but on 8 the jan a message shows that the receiver refused the delivery when they didn't even call for a once later the service promised to deliver it on 8 the jan today but same thing happened such a bad service is it your way to provide the service on a high charge what kind of behaviour is this such irresponsible

After the repeated conversation with the delivery point they shown that it is delivered but the reciver had not signed.

It been 15 days that my parcel has dispatched but there is no signs of delivery till date.

Madanmohan reddy of m/s lakshmi dhanavantari ayurvedic medicals, bazaar street, tirupati-517501, andhra pradesh to m sudhakar reddy, my homejewel, flat no.205, coral block, madinaguda, hyderabad., telangana state, india

The package of medicines were delivered to addressee's neighbor in hyderabad in open condition. On verification with packing list, essential one set of medicines worth rs.362 were found to be missing.

Please help me these maters.
