DTDC is pathetic and cheat courier company. Avoid at all costs. They charge HIGH rates for quick delivery but never deliver on time.

This is nothing but cheating customers and making money! Fraud is the best word for this company.

AVOID - www.dtdc.in even if it is free! Do not send anything through this so called courier company.

CN NO/ Z 82322336 DT 26.12.2018 from Ludhiana is pending delivery at my home @ Bhubaneswar Bhimatangi as on date. On my several enquires with your main office & with Mancheswar BHUBANESWAR office I have neither got any cooperation nor a positive response.

Is it for this inordinate delay that customers depend on DTDC service?

Please facilate immediate delivery of the consignment at my place of residence immediately....

I booked on dtdc courier c86006936 dec 14th 2018. Coimbatore vadvalli. When i asked my house owner yesterday if they recieved my cheque for payment of november month to my shock yesterday got a mail saying they have not received any mail. Please take necessary action on your staff for such negligence till today when i asked them cooly they said the cover is still in office and i had to book again for the the same issue...

There was a package from phagwara punjab to bangalore, the booking was done on 22nd nov 2018 and the delivered date has shown 28 nov 2018 but i haven't received yet. The last status is shown fazer town which comes under my area but not my exact address.

Please look into to and give the entire information of the delivery place and who might have taken it, if delivered....

Dtdc tried delivery on 27th december, 2018. However, we were not at home as it was during office time. The delivery boy named jishu sikdar promised to come back next day, which he didn't.

However, when have seen about the status of the courier, it says that, the delivery attempt was made again on 28th december, 2018 which is completely false.

I have couriered my docments through below courier service -

I have couriered my company documents on 16th aug 2018 from above mention courier service.
The person not gives me the docket receipt, so i cant able to track my shipment. My very imp official document couriered from this shipment is missing.br...

My courier was booked on 19 December. While booking, it was said that it would be delivered within 3-4 days of delivery, but it has not been delivered yet, even after registering complaints many times. I think that in this career of 40 years of mine, registering a courier in dtdc company is my biggest mistake. Now I will not repeat this mistake again in my lifetime.

Hi my order number is v50790576 i am fed up of you service. I was told and i paid so many bugs for next day delivery and it's been 7 days and it is not delivered yet. As this is food item this is very bad service. Why say next day delivery when you guys cannot fulfill it. And the customer service is still isn't sure saying it might come and might come in weekend. This is worst courier service ever hoping for a swift response and very fast...

I am a victim of online fraud which has nothing to do with dtdc, but it could have been stopped if dtdc as one of the leading courier company could pay little more attention in updating the customer service standards, after my repetitive mails to not have the courier delivered it was delivered as there is no customer service where i can reach these guys to call n say dont have it delivered. My concienment no. Is v50787649 has been booked on 28/12/2018 from delhi to jammu. It was expected to be delivered on 29/12/2018 but as of today being 31/12/2018 it has not been delivered yet. The local jammu delivery office is refusing to deliver & replied to deliver when they will be having time.
Kindly look in the matter being urgent otherwise legal path....
