I had sent a parcel from gandhidham to new delhi consignment no. A42823038. I had sent 5 packets of 500gms peanuts and a charger. Total weight being 2.79 kegs for which i was charged rs 390. The gandhidham office staff put extra tape on the parcel and made it secure. When it was delivered at the address in new delhi the parcel looked tempered and 1 packet of the peanut was missing. Does dtdc encourage such practices?

I suppose to receive the courier from tirupur. On 14th jan'19 we were closed but dtdc stating that they have delivered the same on 14th jan'19.

Its claesens fashions pvt ltd company courier if its delivered pod should have company seal on it.

One of the worst courier services ever. Doesn't deliver the product even if we are not willing to come ant collect the order from the office they force us to come and collect in the office. Such # service they provide so much of boast about their services on their website. Yet they don't have a proper customer service number for us to call. The order had to be delivered on monday. Called in an odd time asked the delivery person to come in the afternoon instead the person forced me to come to the office and filled my order. I mean if i am going to collect the order why would i order it i would go all by myself. I have several times by now but nobody picks up the call. Do you people really work?? Or a bunch of people sitting there u just come there to time pass??? Senseless people

K16213440 consignment was booked for udaipur from jamshedpur city and the intended recipient was mrs sudeshna parija. However, the consignment was delivered to a wrong person at a different city.

It was clearly declared in the waybill that the consignment contains mobile phone.

Local dtdc office is not responding to calls. Kindly resolve the matter at the earliest and deliver the booked item to the correct address

Iam dr sreedharan residing at vadakkanthara, palaakkad, which is around 3kmtrs away from the dtdc agency located near marker road, palakkad, kerala. Iam urgently in need of one medicine. One of my friend despatched the same thorough your agency on last week friday (11/1/2018). Through track i could understand that it has reached palakkad on sunday. But they kept the abave item for 3days in their office moreover they misguided me by giving wrong information, sayind that owner requestes to come some other day. Sir, you canbalso check the track information (Fake). Today i personally approached and got the received the medicine.
By misguiding me they are cheating your reputed firm. It will affect the reputation oyf your girl. At least they should not do in future. When i asked the office i/c is blabbering something. Kindly look into d matter, do something positive. Awaiting your reply.

My consignment was not delivered to me. Reason was my location was not in the serviceable area of dtdc. The product was returned to main branch without even a notice to me. I ride for 25 km to pick up the order but if they would call me i would have pick up from the nearest dtdc office which was 5 km. I had to ride 25 km instead of 5km. The service was pathetic

Did not received the parcel even after showing in tracking status that it was received at the given branch. Contacted to the branch but did not received a proper reply. Very negative work from the dtdc side. The parcel is not received in given time. When calling to the branch, there was no such reply. I would definitely not refer to go through your courier service to anyone.

Sir, Ref: Parcel stuck in same place for 5 days !! AWB# R32037526 This is with great disappointment that I am forced to write this mail. I required to be delivered with an urgent parcel from Punalur to Bangalore and unfortunately it was send via your so highly esteemed courier services. The service was labeled as "LITE" for which already a premium price has been paid. The parcel was handed over on 1ST January, 2019 and has not moved an inch since 4th January, 2019! I would be greatly obliged if the parcel is delivered to Bangalore (Amazon) before the 18th as I already have to take in losses for the delay in your part and cannot really afford any more delays. My tracking number is r32242790. I didn’t receive the courier yet but in website it says successfully delivered. No response from customer service. Couldn’t contact customer support. I have been trying for last two days. It’s hust irritating. I ordered the product from buy from kerala two weeks ago and now even they are not taking responsibility. I faced other delivery issues with dtdc already. They fake the details website.

My booking at dtdc services in kuchinda, tracking no.- k02687439, on 7th january is not delivered till 14 jan at bilaspur. Please take necessary action of such delay of services. The parcel contained of some necessary items and was required to be delivered as soon as possible. Please take a note and resolve issues against such negligence. Thank you.

But our quires that product is not delivered to concern person. So we are request to u that please track our consignment as per above given consignment no. And also confirm to me that product which person received there as per your record.
I hope that such type of mistake not done it at your end by your representative.

The courier informing that the address is wrong. How others are able to send

The courier. Its not the first time always dtdc office at red building mangalore,

Contact number of office is [protected] does the same. After lodging the complaint on 14th january 2019 in portal they have changed the status as reciever is not available. How it is possible when the person is in home for 24hrs. What kind of service is provided by dtdc.. By doing this kind all will lose faith in dtdc service kindly do the needful.

I prem kishore singh sent original doc's to tinsukia assam pod no z80074111 on 17th dec 18 from south extn part ii, by santosh gupta malviya nagar branch but still it is undelivered and no track no reply from dtdc courier co. My doc's has been lost by the company which cause monetary loss of rs. 1, 50, 000/- for me which i want from the company. Kindly loadge my complain

Returned the parcel updating as the receiver refused rather than updating they are unable to service as a courier agent. Dtdc especially the one in kazhakootam, trivandrum have never done their job as a courier agency. If they are unable to deliver the parcel and wanted the recipient to come to their office and collect, then why do they run the courier agency? If the delivery area is not serviceable they should not have picked/ collected the parcel wasting the delivery charge. Are we fools to pay delivery charge and go to their office and collect the parcel. Then we should have spent money to go to shops and buy products rather ordering it online.
I know raising this complaint is not going to help me or do i get a response from the concerned as i have faced this issue multiple times with dtdc.

This is meghana, i was supposed to receive a parcel from patiala but unfortunately haven't received it and the website says has been delivered to some security guard in rajajinagar. But delivery address and pin code is all my area how can they make such a mistake. Please get me my package right on my address, the consignment no. Is j82550368. It is something urgent stuff and needed at any case. This is not expected out of dtdc, they are quiet reliable.

I reside in massachusetts, usa and my parents had sent me a package with savory snacks, sweets and pickles from hyderabad, india. Some of the food items were opened and were eaten. Also, seal and protection cover removed in order to eat some of the sweets was not secured again. Which in turn caused huge damage to the package when i received. Not only i lost few sweets when they opened and ate but also i got severely damaged sweets because of not securing the opened seal.

I know they were opened because, i was there when food items were packed and i know how they were packed.
I was in india for vacation and i myself couriered items one day before boarding my flight to usa.

This kind of behavior is not acceptable at any cost. Credibility is lost and the amount of hard work my mother has put in to make those sweets is lost. Severe actions should be taken against such practices.

It had to be scheduled to deliver on 11 of january as per your online tracking. The courier is not delivered yesterday and it has been mentioned door closed. Since i was in home yesterday fully. I contacted the chennai customer care centre - [protected]. Mrs/miss gayatri and arifa spoke to me very rudely. They didnt even give any basic respect for me while talking. And i asked them to connect to senior management team and they didn't do it by saying they are not here.

Is this the way you have trained your customer executive to speak with customers??

My friend sent my laptop to my sister who is currently living in bangalore using dtdc. Here is the consignment number v50906399. While sending the package my friend took the insurance but still i was not able to claim anything.

No one is taking complaint. Delivery boy is saying to initiate a complaint from senders side and if we tried to do that dtdc people at the sender's site is saying that, file a damage from the receipent side. But no one is taking any responsibility.
