Dear concern there was one of my courier which was booked in october 2018 and it's consignment number is z74868915 it was booked for kangra city in himachal pradesh. It's been 4 months now but i didn't received my courier mentioned above.
I confirmed from your dtdc office kangra branch but they are denied to provide me it's details by saying that we have no records for it as company destroy its all records within a month. It is highly disappointed and dissatisfaction from dtdc courier. I have found worst services ever from a courier company dtdc. It was my very important document and it's a huge loss for me if i didn't find that consignment. Kindly help me to get it asap. My contact detail [protected].

My package was delivered from rajahmundry on december 18th 2018 (Consignment number : h[protected]. I was suppose to receive the package to my home address on sarjapur road, bangalore 560035 on dec 21st 2018. It is january 9th 2019 and i am still waiting for the package to be delivered. I am calling dtdc madiwala and ambedkar circle branches. Madiwala branch asked me to contact ambedkar circle, the person of dtdc son ambedkar circle (Manjunath - [protected]) said he will check and call me back on jan 7th, but he never called me back and now, has stopped answering my calls from yesterday. I am trying continuously but he is not picking up my calls.

Can somebody in dtdc please help in delivering my package. I am have a very bad experience and am getting no response from dtdc. This is very important package and i really need it delivered at the earliest

This is tejaswi from bangalore in india i am doing online business most of them in north shipping sent through dtdc courier to south but south side it is worst service most of the parcel shipment to the proper address or so delayed. We r checking on online and it reached nandyal on january 2nd 2019 but they have not yet delivered, more than 6 days over. Customer went to the office and asking for courier but they are not responding correctly and telling that they didn't receive the item.

The consignment vide dtdc awb no d48337075 was dispatched from salem, tamilnadu to kolkata. The consignment was shown delivered at 5.30 pm on january 7th, 2019, where as no parcel was received by me. Please look into it and ensure consignment is delivered without further delay. Hope i am knocking at right door. Please treat this as urgent as consignment contains sample for big order.

But this tracking number shows successful delivery on 01/01/2019 whereas physically this parcel has not been delivered to the receiptent till date

Sir can you please help me to locate the parcel and where about of person to whom this was delivered.

I placed two very expensive orders from a website called feelunique which is a uk based service. The details of my order are 1.) connote#:[protected]

I even paid huge sum on customs and i chose dtdc as my preferred method of shipment. The shipment reached the begumpet hub which is the hub closest to my house. It was out for delivery i waited whole day and nothing came. But all of a sudden the tracking paged started showing the status of both the orders as "delivered and signed". I don't understand. I did not receive it. My question to dtdc is whom did you deliver it to? And who's sign did u take? Because no delivery attempt was made to me. And if you did not deliver it then why did u update on your website that its been delivered and signed for? Its really very very unprofessional of a company like dtdc that such expensive orders and pre paid customs and this is how they handle the orders. Both my packages are not delivered to me but the website says delivered. Still no clue where my orders are.

We have booked on 3rd jan by speed courier, but the item was not delivered till 7th, after following up and i went to dtdc office and collected, as the item was not delivered by them, and not as per speed courier delivery time, the courier should be considered as normal and refund the difference of charges between speed and normal.

Dont use dtdc for speed courier, when ur in emergency, they dont have resources to deliver next day like blue dart etc. I tried for more than 4 times, every time it got delivered as normal courier only.

I have placed courier on friday i. E 04/01/2019 in nellore. The courier supposed to come monday i. E 07/01/2019 to bangalore.
Today the courier is very important for me. But i didn't get.
You guys should not do like this.
Your services are very bad.
Now who will take responsibility.
Because of this reason i loss my 25k. You guys wasted my money.

My consignment no h83700739 from visakhapatnam to gopalpur.
I received a call this afternoon from golabanda office that the package had reached their local office and that i will have to come to their office to collect it. I requested the lady on the phone to please send it to the address on the courier or atleast to the main gate near our place where we can come to collect. She said it is not door to door service and we will have to collect it ourselves from the office when i pointed out that the very meaning of having delivery adress on the courier was to deliver it there. The lady said she will not take such conversation and that i could talk to her manager as if i was being unreasonable. No manager has called till now. And my package is still with them waiting for me to travel all the way to their office.

I had made a courier of chocolates through dtdc (Tracking id:d[protected], on 29th dec 2018. The courier was strictly asked to be delivered within 3-4 days, and the extra charge was also paid, but due to carelessness of the dtdc employees the parcel got delayed as a result of which the entire package of chocolates got spoilt. I appeal for a refund of my charges asap.

Parcel wasnot delivered and send back without conset, complaints are as follows
I) i was not contacted on mobile phone as mentioned on the parcel
Ii) being in indian army we except our couriers to reach us on time, being away from family, and after contacting dtdc upagar, they refused to deliver the courier to army area before evening calling stating it as restricted area
Iii) dtdc upnagar nashik branch on calling them up, showed reluctance to even call the phone number before sending back the parcel

The discomfort to an indvl serving in army when a parcel in time could be imense, request to look into it

I have not received a courier till date which was booked on 31.12.2018 at chennai to my office at madurai and today we are 7.01.2019. I have sent a mail to dtdc courier till date no reply. I also spoke to dtdc courier office at madurai-ph [protected] on 3.1.19 and they confirmed that courier will deliver the courier that day evening but we have not received. I spoke chennai customer care officer ph[protected] on 5.01.19 they also confirmed to deliver the same day but not received when spoke to them in the evening on saturday once they asked the details kept phone without giving any proper answer. It is an important document from a company who have account with ddtc. I was supposed to send the documents to mumbai after signing regarding a dealership agreement.
Literally fed-up because of dtdc

I booked one chess timer from vendor and they did dispatch courier thru dtdc from ahmedabad on 1st jan 2018 but that was still pending at dtdc hyderabad gachibowli office and no proper response from them while tracking and it was simply halted at their end without any reason. Very very bad courier company and delayed response from them. Moreover there is no customer care number to reach them and only there is mail. Even there is no proper response over mail while communicating with them.

The packet or courier was not received in in ddo, ddu hospital, hari nagar, new delhi-110064, the courier was sent from chennai on 8.12.18 shipment no. X[protected]Priority), but till date the courier was not received. I was contacted so many times to the dtdc office and customer care service but they did not respond properly or short out our problem. So that kindly look into the matter and resolve it early.

Shipment lost h84603701

I sent this shipment on 18th dec'18, till date the shipment is not delivered and there is update in tracking after wed, 19th dec'18|13:23 hrs

I sent repeated emails to dtdc support and also contacted dtdc personal but there is no proper action taken so far.

Please return the shipment to origin asap as my this is time sensitive shipment and there is no use delivering now. Otherwise i will take this to consumer court.

I have delivered it on 19th december 2018 to hydrabad nd still didn't get my courier yet. Even i don't know where my courier is... Even when i track it is just showing in transit for last 20 days it is showing this only... Nd no update of my parcel is showing in the site... I even called to bangalore branch hyderabad branch but they did not help me in any way... I even called to guwahati branch but they also did not help me... Even they don't know where my parcel is... I have important documents in it nd i want my courier plz.. I very frustrating behave from dtdc courier services... Now it is almost 20 days nd still it did not recieve my courier nd even don't know where my parcel is... Plz help me... It's really frustrating nd i don't know where my courier is... Dtdc did not help me either..

I ordered one saree in mangala sarees they send the product through dtdc, the tracking number is k16424461, courier received by chandha nagar branch dtdc hyderabad, without any intimation to me they returned the product to rto karagpur, the seller contacted the rto karagpur they told them that didn't receive the product, so where the product gone??

B61024008 is the consignment number. The courier contains very important documents. While on the parcel and on the receipt, the pin code is correct but while tracking it, i came to know that the dtdc representative has entered a wrong destination pin code. I have been trying to call on the customer service numbers, but the numbers are not functioning

My consignment no D46663900 had reached lake view Kolkata office on 1st January. Today is 6th January and I have not received my consignment in 6days that too at kolkata address. Instead of delivering consignment to my address I am getting call from DTDC office on 4th January to collect it from their branch and if I don’t collect it they will return it back to the sender. Instead of delivering it to my home address they are threatening me of sending it back. I was out of city so I sent my person to lake view DTDC office. People at the lake view office didn’t gave it to my person and said that your consignment is out for delivery and you will receive it by 4th evening or 5th morning. Today is 6th January and I have not received my consignment.At first they called me and threatened me that it will be sent back. When I send my person they said it’s out for delivery and after 24hrs also I haven’t received it. I don’t understand why would I receive it from dtdc office when we pay for delivering it at address. Hi,
I have with full faith and trust in DTDC, i sent my baggage from UK to india on 17th Oct 2018 which till date I have not received in india . Now they say that the baggage is lost and they will not be giving me any compensation for their mismanagement and poor service .
I even have contacted the Vice President - India and still waiting for a response from them but they are also unable to help in this case saying UK team will deal .

Kindly request you to help me get my compensation.
