DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

I have couriered one item which is delivered in a broken state, also not packed properly. The item is broken in so many pieces that it is not even recognizable. How can your employees be so irresponsible while packing something. Price of the item is 2000, also i have spent 1100 for the courier. I have given the money for packing also, then why it is not packed properly before delivering. I want my money to be refunded asap.

This kind of services are not expected from dtdc. I want some immediate actions to be taken from your end.

I feel very bad about the service provided by dtdc. Most of the time always happen to me. Consignment d47565526 book on 19th december 2018 but in tracking records it's say book on 22nd december 2018.
When i contact to customers care no.[protected]Hyderabad) they said it will be delivered by 2nd january 2019. Since 29th december there is no further update of my consignment. When i try to call any of dtdc care it says "destination number is temporarily out of oder". How pathetic they are.

We have sent document to goa on 18.12.2018 and till now not received by the consignee wherein it is showing delivered in the system. It seems its been delivered at wrong place. Even after regular follow up with nariman point brnch till date dey donot have any clue nor they reply on this. They are not even ready to refund the money.

My dtdc courier dated 24th december 2018 ref no. D47511695 hasn't been delivered yet. It is showing order not delivered with comment that that address incomplete or wrong while i had provided complete and accurate address.

Such a pathetic service by dtdc. Earlier, they had said that the courier will reach within 6 days. However, it has been 10 days and order still hasn't been received.

I haven't received my package which consignment number is Z85334468. The package had already reached the destination on 26th December and since 27th December, it shows 'out for delivery' but neither I have received nor they deliver to my address. I tried calling all the phone numbers they have provided but none of the phone numbers provided are working. All are out of service. That package is very important for me. Plz help.

I sent a courier to ludhiana via dtdc with tracking number z85713305. It was sent all covered in a bubble wrap as always but when received the package was all damaged. This is the first time i have faced this problem with dtdc courier.
My product value is ₹1300.
I either want the money as compensation or my product.

Do not go to dtdc for any courier work. Dtdc at anandnagar in ahmedabad is totally rude and useless.

Insults you if you want to check and question them for late delivery.

I complaint two times to dtdc online, but no response from dtdc.
If we call local dtdc office, no one is receiving call.

It was assured that it wil be delivered within 24 hrs for sure and was asked for extra charges fr the service
On first of jan 2019 when i expect the delivery... I get a call frm dtdc evening.. If im at home n courier guy is on its way.
N he didn't turn up... Neither calls.
It was an extremely important parcel which waa required by first afternoon.

Im definitely going to complain n review every where fr this pathetic service n charging extra money for it and not delivering the job.

DTDC is pathetic and cheat courier company. Avoid at all costs. They charge HIGH rates for quick delivery but never deliver on time.

This is nothing but cheating customers and making money! Fraud is the best word for this company.

AVOID - www.dtdc.in even if it is free! Do not send anything through this so called courier company.

Is it for this inordinate delay that customers depend on DTDC service?

When i asked my house owner yesterday if they recieved my cheque for payment of november month to my shock yesterday got a mail saying they have not received any mail. Please take necessary action on your staff for such negligence till today when i asked them cooly they said the cover is still in office and i had to book again for the the same issue and charged my rs. 20. There was a package from phagwara punjab to bangalore, the booking was done on 22nd nov 2018 and the delivered date has shown 28 nov 2018 but i haven't received yet. The last status is shown fazer town which comes under my area but not my exact address.

Please look into to and give the entire information of the delivery place and who might have taken it, if delivered.

Dtdc tried delivery on 27th december, 2018. However, we were not at home as it was during office time. The delivery boy named jishu sikdar promised to come back next day, which he didn't.

However, when have seen about the status of the courier, it says that, the delivery attempt was made again on 28th december, 2018 which is completely false.

I tried reaching dtdc kolkata as noted the numbers from internet, and not a single number was working. Tried reaching their customer care bangalore number with same fate! Terrible. How long will customers suffer from these things?

I have couriered my docments through below courier service -

I have couriered my company documents on 16th aug 2018 from above mention courier service.
The person not gives me the docket receipt, so i cant able to track my shipment. My very imp official document couriered from this shipment is missing.

Myself pushpa i wanted to receive a courier from delhi which this dtdc person had deliverd to a wrong person now they are telling only stories since 15days when i started calling continuesly they now started saying we are not responsible you can reebook and take new cloth if you want the courier person itself dont know where he had given the percel as it is a prepaid they are not at all responsing to my quiries z79508314 it s showing alredy deliverd but i have not received any parcel

My courier was booked on 19 December. While booking, it was said that it would be delivered within 3-4 days of delivery, but it has not been delivered yet, even after registering complaints many times. I think that in this career of 40 years of mine, registering a courier in dtdc company is my biggest mistake. Now I will not repeat this mistake again in my lifetime.
Thank you so much for delaying my delivery. Also, no one is picking up the phone either in the booking office or in the delivery office, and when someone picks up, there is no response from the either side.
