Hi my order number is v50790576 i am fed up of you service. I was told and i paid so many bugs for next day delivery and it's been 7 days and it is not delivered yet. As this is food item this is very bad service. Why say next day delivery when you guys cannot fulfill it. And the customer service is still isn't sure saying it might come and might come in weekend. This is worst courier service ever hoping for a swift response and very fast action and delivery

I am a victim of online fraud which has nothing to do with dtdc, but it could have been stopped if dtdc as one of the leading courier company could pay little more attention in updating the customer service standards, after my repetitive mails to not have the courier delivered it was delivered as there is no customer service where i can reach these guys to call n say dont have it delivered. It was not only delivered the language difficulty of the guys handling customer service guys handling the mails they sending me the confirmation as well

This is regarding docket no: d48011485. The consignment has not been delivered till date and when i look for the update in dtdc portal it is written receiver not available as per[protected] update. But no one had contacted from dtdc team to deliver the same even they didnot gave me call in my number. So how can they update on the portal that receiver is not available, where 24x7 some one is present in the delivery address. And moreover no one is responding to your guwahati head office phone @[protected]. Didnot accept such service from dtdc. We are paying for an early delivery and that why we choose dtdc. But very disappointed with there response

My concienment no. Is v50787649 has been booked on 28/12/2018 from delhi to jammu. It was expected to be delivered on 29/12/2018 but as of today being 31/12/2018 it has not been delivered yet. The local jammu delivery office is refusing to deliver & replied to deliver when they will be having time.
Kindly look in the matter being urgent otherwise legal path.

I hereby inform you that it is 3rd time i am sending you e-mail regarding same complaint.
My consignment no. Is k15978725, which was delivered to somewhere else in kestopur, kolkata, instead of me on 13th november, 2018. Regarding that registered complaint to dtdc (Case no. 13161316,
Case no.[protected]. Local dtdc agent mr. Suvankar mukherjee (Dtdc, kestopur) didn't cooperate with me. Last wedneaday, it was decided by dtdc kolkata office that mr. Subhankar mukherjee would pay me compensation of rs.900/- (Rs.800/- as product price+courier charge 100/-). As per their instruction, on the very next day i went to meet mr. Subhankar mukherjee at his office to get my compensation, but he told me that he would send it to me through someone else. I believed his words as once he was my neighbour and i know his family very well. But 3 days past, he didn't send the money. I whatsapped him a lot of time. He didn't bother to answer. Today i talked with him over phone and as he said that he is out of station right now and he would pay the compensation on monday, so, i told him that if i don't get the compensation on next monday, then i would move in my way. I can't rely on dtdc any more. I have already waited almost 45days. Hearing all these, suddenly, he became furious, and told me that i am threatening him and i may complaint to dtdc, i may go to police, or i may go to consumer forum even. He doesn't bother. He will negotiate with his company dtdc. I didn't understand how my words could be considered as threatening. I have the audio clip. If you want, then i could send it to you.
Not only that, his wife phoned me today and literally threatened me and said she is only forgiving me as she knows my parents very well, otherwise she would take revenge and many more.. All rubbish.
So, now i decided to move literally in my way and have complained against dtdc to national consumer forum. The docket number is 1077596.
This is not a matter of only rs.900/-, rather it's a matter of commitment to customer, responsibility, proper behaviour with customer and not lingering the matter unnecessarily. I didn't expect this kind of irresponsible act from dtdc.
Hope, now you will take this matter seriously and do as per necessity.

On 28th dec 2018, product is delivered to wrong person and wrong address.
Dtdc is not at all bothered on this after complaining to call center also.

I have lost my product. Can someone take action on this.

Consignment no n96944777, order placed on 10th dec.. Delivery date provided was 19th dec by the site.
Tracking status with dtdc showing as pending for customs clearance since 22nd dec.. Can i have the status and by when will this be delivered. The purpose to buy this product is also over and the consignment is yet to be received. The contact number provided in the mail[protected], they pick up the call and hang it for hours avoiding any response. Horrible experience and worse service. Need revert on status of my courier at the earliest.

They said package rerouted to other office & will reach on monday only.
Package has food item inside which will be spoiled because already 5 days spent.
It was really a bad experience.
Not happy with dtdc service.
Paid around 700 rs for courier but still waiting for delivery.

This is one of your customer had two consignment from your courier which i had opted home delivery. My consignment number is awb[protected] for rs.1098.00 and awb[protected] for rs.713.00. The delivery boy from the courier service had called me today and said he cant delivery at home i need a solution because am working lady i cant go and take the delivery from the courier office no wonder i had opted for home delivery. I am parul, writing from ludhiana, punjab. A regular dtdc customer. It's regarding the loss of my parcel

Ludhiana to mumbai

I got this couriered on the 20th december 2018 from ludhiana's dtdc office on fast courier basis,
So that it could reach my customer by 22nd december, 2018

Unfortunately, my courier never got received to my customer till date who had to wear it on 23rd december
For a reception function.
She called and messaged me numerous times to know the status as online it was showing last updated
On 20th dec.

So, i called the dtdc office person (Deepak, who booked my courier) ph : [protected] operating from ludhiana and asked him about my status of the courier.
He told me that some liquid fell off from somebody's load so the whole lot did not go from chandigarh airport.
However, it was suppose to reach mumbai on saturday. He told me that on sunday, we can check about the status & let us know.

On sunday, i tried to get in touch with so many persons in mumbai which deepak asked me to talk to, like krishna (Dtdc mumbai) ph [protected]
Nobody picked up any calls.
Next day morning i again called everybody. They said we are tracking, we are sending mails and ma'am we will get back to you in
10 mns, and to my surprise no body called me back ever. I gave almost 20 calls to these concerned persons but nobody understood my situation.
He further gave me a person;s number, honey (Not sure about the name) : ph [protected] and he told me i am tracing it & later says ma'am we have not received the parcel here, it might be in chandigarh only. (So irresponsible)

My clients there were in huge problem due to not receiving of their outfit. I hope you know how much time efforts and money is put
In making one garment which now will not be taken by the customer or is not even coming back to me. I am in a huge loss.

He too said he's getting into the matter through mails but nobody has a clear picture where the parcel went.
Next day i called him 17 times, he did not pick my call. And then later talked to me rudely initialy but when i talked to him in the same manner
Then he listened to me. Still, nothing happened.
They say we will give back your booking amount.??? Like seriously, do you think i am worried about my 700 inr? Or my lost customer and lost
Outfit which cost me in more than thousands inr.

He called me today morning and said i have forwarded your details to senior head etc. Later in the day when i again asked to confirm,
He disconnected my phone twice and never called back to update.

My customer shouted at me and we had to listen it to all that because we know they are not at fault, but neither are we, it;s your dtdc company
Who is at great fault.

So, i would want to know is that how dtdc operate??
Is this kind of customer services do you provide??

I really want you to get into this matter and investigate about my outfit as soon as possible. Otherwise i would need to take some serious actions for the negligency on behalf of each and everyone involved in this case.
I have lost my valuable asset, my design, my hardwork, my client, my money just because of the mishandling from your team, whosoever is involved.

My courier was despatched on 19th december which reached goa on 26 december. It nearly took 7 days for my courier to reach goa.
Now after reaching goa (Margao) till today my courier is still not delivered. I spoke to the delivery boy in goa and he keeps telling me that he will come and deliver. But the delivery is not been done. When i keep calling him he does not answer the phone. I am really frustrated, i want action to be taken against this person. My father sent me a package from ujjain to hyderabad using dtdc courier service. They charged a premium for the service claiming to deliver it in 5 days instead it was delivered in 10 days that too with the package being opened and all the food items were eaten.
Sir, i want your help to ask the company for refund of the courier charge as it was their responsibility. It was a financial loss for us since they cannot manage their services properly.

I sent my parcel to nadiad (India) on[protected], tracking no is[protected], i’ve already paid £55 for sending it and plus they charge for the receiving late, they got after a month and got over charged as well by indian department for handling charges and warehouse charged, if you like to get back to me please contact me via email or phone

I have couriered some important documents on dated 24 dec 2018 with tracking no. F11248883, but still my courier is not delivered however is in tracking history its showing it is delivered to some security guard but there is no receiver name and contact details is mentioned.

I have tried to contact branch manager he is not at all responding to calls also i have visited to courier office he said we are not responsible for it.

This is really pathetic service by dtdc. They dont care about customer satisfaction.

I had contacted your palakkad branch to seek help for an urgent consignment delivery. But, unfortunately the service provided by the office was very poor and unsatisfactory.
The manager of the branch mr. Sunil was extremely unprofessional and rude, he was not ready to help me as a customer. Moreover mr. Sunil was internally laughing over the request made by me which was clearly audible to me. When i asked him if this was a professional way of dealing with a customer, he mentioned that they were internally having a conversation and laughing which is absolutely not true.
Please note that i had repeatedly mentioned that i was calling from dubai and requested for help.
Sorry to say, but if a staff like mr. Sunil are placed as managers then your office is likely to close down soon due to this is kind o[censored]nprofessional approach.

Received my parcel from ujjain to hyderabad. It was completely upside-down. Moreover it took them more than a week to deliver it even after constantly trying to contact them and ask the whereabouts of the parcel. They stole edibles from the box. Most of the dry fruits and sweets packets were missing. They even ate half food from the box and left the remaining. Dtdc people how can you open a customer’s parcel and moreover how can you eat from it!!
This is the worst courier service, over-priced, can’t deliver within the promised timeline, really rude and unprofessional staff and managers won’t pick your call and resolve your issue, pathetic customer service and moreover the manager says he is receiving a complain for the first time in 16 years, while there are several complaints on the internet against this fake and unprofessional service. They take money quickly but act irresponsibly while providing the service. The branch offices kept saying call at other branch office. It's a shameful act to deceive your customers.

Seriously, dtdc are this employee my shoes theft. How you guys can open someone's parcel and if you do, how can you theft.
