The tracking details says undelivered due to office /door locked when people were very much present at home. I paid for an overnight delivery which apparently did not get delivered on time rather faked about the delivery. I pay an express shipment for a standard delivery. Total fraud. Despite providing my number nobody even called to find out. It's a clear indication that i been cheated of my delivery....

Myself supriya, i had sent a courier to my friend in lonavala. Firstly, it took almost 7-8 days. Secondly, a thing was missing.in the package i had included a piece of garment, earphones and chocolate and the chocholate was missing.

Seriously, dtdc are this hungry that they ate my chocolate. How you guys can open someone's parcel and if you do, how can you eat it.

Product not delivered yet by delivery boy, but he updated as delivered by monday(24 dec 2018). The product is not yet reached in my hand. When i called him... he was shouting at me saying he cannot deliver the item. He used bad words on me as a barking dog.

I called up at different branch offices but didn't get satisfactory reply. I called at hub office also but no one pick landline there.

These kinds of goods were promised within a 25th december, and we are already put to considerable inconvenience with the long delay. Hi. I was supposed to receive a parcel on 21st of Dec but till date 26/12/18 i haven't received it. I don't know why they have shown in status that its been delivered successfully on 21st. Here, in Mahbubnagar the dtdc service is very bad, they never deliver on time but put in status delivered successfully. The office rarely receives a call, if received will tell to come and get from their office. Please help me to get my parcel asap.

I booked a cover with the no.H85068929 on 22nd Dec.2018 at your Yanam for delivery at Samalkot. On my verification, I noticed that it was delivered on 24th Dec. to the addressee. But due to my surprise, I came to know that it was delivered today evening I.e., on 26th. Hence, I request you to please compensate with Rs.500.00 . My consignment no. Z78863126 is not yet delivered. What is benefit of paying comparatively higher amount of rs. 450 and choosing dtdc if the company can not deliver the consignment on time. And the staff whenever being asked about the delivery misleads about the delivery time and ask about sending the address through text when address is clearly mentioned on the parcel. Kindly inform me that when your staff will have the time to deliver the parcel to me as it has already been 2 days and the item is perishable and who will take the responsibility if item gets foiled and also if possible teach your staff the mannerism to talk

I have booked a courier from bareilly up to jalna, maharashtra, on 22.12.2017 paying 450 for 4 day service as claimed by the company to be delivered on time. But still it is in transit. What is the benefit of paying such a huge amount if dtdc cannot send the courier in the said time and when contacting the branch office they mislead the customer with all the fake excuses and don't even have the manners to talk. Kindly let me know that when your employees will take time out of their busy schedule to deliver the parcel on time. And if possible kindly train the staff so next time they know what and how to speak.

The ref number is z78285207, the status is in transit for more than 5 days.
The courier has been sent from jaipur to hyderabad, for more than 5 days parcel seems to be in 'banjara hills, hyderabad' whereas the destination is sanath nagar, hyderabad. I didn't get any call asking for address confirmation if it is a problem to find it.
Please do the needful.

The dtdc office near vijaya bank, adugodi, bangalore, 560030 has been been indulging in gross misconduct.
My courier shows delivered on 18th december, 2018 but i have not yet received it. When i called the dtdc office mentioned above, the lady said it will be delivered by 1 pm today. Now, when i call this dtdc office, the lady on the phone keeps cutting the call or picks up the phone but does not respond. This is pathetic. Where is my courier?

From pune to bangalore booked on 21st december and still i have not received the courier. As it contains very important documents please assist me to get it by today.
I'm kindly requesting you. At least let me know if i could go and collect it.

I have ordered a dress from uk on 5th of december. 8th of december my kyc documetation completed successfully. On 12th of december i got an email from dtdc that they will dispatch my courier on priority basis as kyc completion successfully done. I waited for 10 days and given a call to dtdc to know about the order details.
On 20 th december they said custom clearance will complete on the same day and i will get my order within two days. I waited for that and agai given call back on monday 24th of december as i have ordered that dress for 25th december. Dtdc kyc department people said that 24th only it will clear the customs and i will get my order. When i have said them to send me a conformation email on that, they have send me an different email saying once customs will clear they will deliver my product.

Again today i have called the dtdc, they have said customs has not cleared yet and without listen anything from my end they disconnected the call.

Because of the dtdc poor services, i didn’t get my dress which i have ordered for christmas.

Still it is in with customs clearance department. They are not doing their job properly and because of that we are suffering a lot

Docket no d47293702 which can be delivered in 2-3 working days is still undelivered even after 1 month of booking. And always giving false information whenever i call the dtdc office. This consignment is time bound consignment as it belongs to defence department, which was meant to be delivered by 30 th november, still undelivered. And the person who did the booking is not picking my phone.

Dtdc courier in robertsganj, u. P. Are fraud they didn't deliver things to me and shown delivered on 11 december. Till date i did not get my consgnment. Docket no is m90412412. Also in october month they did fraud they were giving torn parcel to me from which things were missing so i refused to take that parcel. So kindly do needful and stop such frauding or it will hamper image of dtdt.

Dear sir,

We have forwarded a mail on dt.: 05.10.2018 to pick up the 75 kgs material from bhewandi (Alta labs) through air to our m/s synnat pharma pvt ltd

Issue no 1: extra charges

Material was picked on 06.12.2018 against vide lr no. I02556113. We didn’t receive any updates regarding the material pickup. Without prior intimation we have been charged rs.180/- per kg (Total lr value 15, 300/-). The same thing was updated to mr. Sri ram (Regional manager – sales) & mr. Vittal, they didn’t even respond to our phone calls.

Issue no 2: late delivery

The delivery was supposed to be by air but it has taken 9 (Nine) days for delivery from mumabi to parwada visakhapatnam. The material was delivered on 14th october 2018 after our several follow ups with dtdc persons.

On 22nd december, we have spoken with mr. Sriram, he is saying that he won’t take any responsibility for the said docket.

My wife has booked a courier on 11-dec-2018 from mumbai to anantapur with the consignment number - f11203679 for which dtdc charged us inr 480. The estimated delivery time given was 7 days. The consignment has not reached till date (25-dec). Upon calling the customer care, there has been no consistent reply. The company mentions that consignment is in hyderabad, but no one is picking it from there.

We have important material in the consignment and this is not acceptable by dtdc
