I happen to come across a very rude person today who boasts to be some head of noida for customer service related. I have been availing services of courier since ages and people have always behaved with utmost professionalism.in this instance i missed to pick up the courier as was unavailable at the house. From past two days was striving my best to track the courier on call following path available online. Today around 3:30pm, i have been given a no. [protected] for getting the track. Amidst of discussion the person and courier boy started behaving rudely and was trying to dominate over the call. This person threatened me that he'll pull out all the details from somewhere and threatened to my job and residence.
For second time a person from phase 3 dtdc counter was available with me on the call with the no.[protected] when this person called me again from a landline connection [protected] and started disputing again. This time phase 3 executive self heard how and in what manner was he talking and what all rubbish words he was uttering over the call. Luckily i recorded the call. I want an immediate action to be taken and acknowledgement from this renowned company otherwise i'll move to authorities and raise an fir.

The address which was given was not successfully delivered the item. Complete cheating and loss of confidence among the customer related to the dtdc. Economically loss as well loss of trust between two customers. Please contact [protected]. Way ready towards the consumer court tomorrrow. The chair delivered for the address to maysoore rrailway office. But it was not receceived yet. They are abusing me to cheat and my deposit money will be lapsed, who will be responsible for that.in such case, i am compelled to go to the counsumer court for financial recovery as well as mental torture.

I have paid the extra amount(INR 330) for instant delivery from Mumbai, they assured me that, it will be delivered within 2 days. However, it took more than 4 days for delivering the same, also the delivery boy didn't even pick the call. I am lodging complaint from their portal but didn't even receive a single acknowledgment from their side. Such a poor customer service

I have register a non document parcel for international delivery from purulia, yesterday and till now i can't see my consignment has been register for sending. It has been more than 17 hours and here no one replies to what is going on. This is with the new section of the dtdc courier. I would request the dtdc to please ensure that after handing over the parcel they are register for delivery in time.

I booked to pune with docket no: h11523181 from hf-612 uppal brach, ph [protected]. This docket supposed to be delivered on 17-12-18 on monday,
When i started enquring, consignee hasnot received the docket containg importrtant papers. On dtdc courier track website it shows it is lying in hyd only.
I called up mangaermrs. Ranju nair [protected], and also operations manager mr. Yadav [protected]. So far nothing was done. So i request to kindly deliver the docket at pimpri, pune address at the earliest.

The destination location is clearly mentioned as electronic city phase 2, but it was delivered to a wrong address i. E electronic city phase 1. The delivery person also did not call me and delivered to another office location. The parcel is now missing, and the dtdc office of electronic city is not responding to my calls.

I want strict and quick action to be taken, to resolve this issue immediately and the respective delivery person to be contacted and to be ordered to deliver me that parcel of mine. Orelse serious consequences can happen.

Ref. to above complaint subject the parcel was sent to Bhubaneswar on 14th Dec but until today the parcel is not yet delivered. Tracking on the net the status says receiver requested delivery on another date. But while checking with the consignee there was no call from DTDC for delivery. You can see from the shipment history the parcel was sent to some other location and then rerouted. How could we trust DTDC and how irresponsible DTDC is? Upon calling we are not given proper reply. Therefore I request you to immediately take action on DTDC Bhubaneswar and make sure the parcel is delivered tomorrow first thing in the morning. Look forward to your fast and positive reply.

I was sent a parcel by your local DTDC partner, first they checked recipient's pin code and confirm me that parcel will be delivered within 2 days. But after 7 days they returned my parcel and says me that recipient's pin code is not in our service area. So i taken my parcel but they didn't return my money (205)/-.
So why they taken my money?

Hello sir this month by 1st ananthapur dtdc people received my parcel but till now they didn't delivered,, iam asking them each n every day but they are not responding n they are not following up very poor service n worse service,, it's very emergency plz resolve this problem soon

Tracking no. Z78299478 was about to be delivered on 17th of december 2018. Now when i am tracking the same it is showing that receiver not available on 17th of dec. But the point is that no body from dtdc came to deliver the shipment and its was false updated in the dtdc tracking site.

This type of work "sharing wrong information the customer to hide your own problem" is not accepted from dtdc.

Nearest dtdc hub (Deepkant enterprises - [protected]) has received the call rudely replied that "kya hua agar receiver not available likh diya" and disconnected the call.

Yesterday i received my parcel from ur courier service, madurai. I am very excited to open the parcel, because i got the stone from ur parcel. When i open the parcel ur delivery boy also stay with me. But he told i am not responsible for this loss. I accept. And ur service is very good because he is ready to fight with us. U people give the good traning fordelivery boy tofight with us

Documents missed placed by the courier guy.

As we have send the courier by dtdc on[protected] but they are telling that we will check and let you known, but we have send the important documents, when we check in system the pod no b[protected] but in system it is showing not booked. Kindly tell the status about the courier.

And i called in so many dtdc center of bangalore, all r told that not getting my purchase... As soon as possible i want my purchase today, 18th december... Its been 3 days my parcel is in my city but no one delivers it neither picks up call . i am highly disappointed. it is the gift . But They are so irresponsible. Many times they Make returns to the sender without even calling for once . Non trusted company. they assure best service but do actually worse . many times they even misplace Parcels and nobody listens .

Then why they can't drop the courier at its place. N with ther vry bd n rude behavior i m very disapponted with dtdc services in shimla.

My courier was sent 1 week back and it was delivered only today. Took this much of time and to the worst part i found it to be damaged so much. The packing was so poor and almost everything in the pack was spilt out. I am facing the same issue with dtdc for the second time. Highly disappointed.Totally a waste of money and time.Hell with dtdc. I no longer recommend dtdc to anyone. I am uploading the photos. My consignment no is C85886700. Please do never repeat this.😠😠

My parcel no. A90050744 to be delivered to nizamabad got delivered in panvel mumbai. The branch assistant is lady in mumbai panvel branch is not co-operating at all. Contact nos are just forwarded to me of different branches where m not getting any response. Mr kalpesh chauhan karelibaug dtdc branch person who booked the parcel is most irresponsible person. Pls take the action and track my parcel asap.
