I never expected this worst service from dtdc. I sent a key from gandhi nagar bangalore and she informed me 1 or 2days for delivery. Today is 5th day it's still showing transit. My house owner made a worst issue at my home saying i didn't send house key. Bcaz of dtdc also today in my life i had one bad memory which is a killer. U didn't see a person burning alive infront of your office. But my situations and my personal problems...

My courrier was not delivered yet i am applying for the jaipur to mumbai for its been more than 15 days and stil not delivered yet i submit the documents on 22nd november and my tracking number is z77514685. That documents have to delivered as soon as possible its about my job but you ruined it. If my courrier will not delivered in one day i will case a file on your company....

Mumbai party booked consignment to meby dtdc before 7 or 8 days, still it is not delivered.
Jalgaon office staff called 3 days back, but there is no action taken by him.
Today myself called him on that number... Person attended phone he told that area is not in our service area...
This is absolutely shocking & harrasing...

1. I sent 3 packages whose actual weight was : 54 kg, out of 3 bags one of the bag was having more dimention so they considered 59 kg weight. So i paid 6 kg extra, which wa in total 59 kg and amount is 26980.
