Ref. to above complaint subject the parcel was sent to Bhubaneswar on 14th Dec but until today the parcel is not yet delivered. Tracking on the net the status says receiver requested delivery on another date. But while checking with the consignee there was no call from DTDC for delivery. You can see from the shipment history the parcel was sent to some other location and then rerouted. How could we trust DTDC and how irresponsible DTDC is? Upon calling we are not given proper reply. Therefore I request you to immediately take action on DTDC Bhubaneswar and make sure the parcel is delivered tomorrow first thing in the morning. Look forward to your fast and positive reply.

Yesterday I spoke on mobile no. 9937162283 twice in the morning and later in afternoon and evening this person didn't take the call. Then I sent a SMS today on mobile no. 7894427471 but no reply received as yet. However now checking the status on the net it says delivered and have got confirmation from the consignee as well.

I was sent a parcel by your local DTDC partner, first they checked recipient's pin code and confirm me that parcel will be delivered within 2 days. But after 7 days they returned my parcel and says me that recipient's pin code is not in our service area. So i taken my parcel but they didn't return my money (205)/-.
So why they taken my money?

Dear sir,

Tracking no. Z78299478 was about to be delivered on 17th of december 2018. Now when i am tracking the same it is showing that receiver not available on 17th of dec. But the point is that no body from dtdc came to deliver the shipment and its was false updated in the dtdc tracking site.

This type of work "sharing wrong information the customer to hide your own problem" is not accepted from dtdc.

Nearest dtdc hub (Deepkant enterprises - [protected]) has received the call rudely replied that "kya hua agar receiver not available likh diya" and disconnected the call.

When i open the parcel ur delivery boy also stay with me. But he told i am not responsible for this loss. I accept. And ur service is very good because he is ready to fight with us. U people give the good traning fordelivery boy tofight with us

But your company will not take any responsibility for my product

As we have send the courier by dtdc on[protected] but they are telling that we will check and let you known, but we have send the important documents, when we check in system the pod no b[protected] but in system it is showing not booked. Kindly tell the status about the courier.

Dtdc panvel branch doesnt delevred my product at my home location..They are calling to there office to collect the product very bad service and they are showing status online that they are delivered product at home .This is wrong i pay full money then also why have to go collect the parsal at dtdc panvel office

If i do not get today then i will complain in near police station that dtdc lost my purchase nd i am suffering so many problems.. And i called in so many dtdc center of bangalore, all r told that not getting my purchase... As soon as possible i want my purchase today, 18th december... Its been 3 days my parcel is in my city but no one delivers it neither picks up call . i am highly disappointed. it is the gift . But They are so irresponsible. Many times they Make returns to the sender without even calling for once . Non trusted company. they assure best service but do actually worse . many times they even misplace Parcels and nobody listens .

we have a shipment under courier nos P48659426 which was shipped from Pune on 5th Dec.

This shipment neither reached destination nor returned to the shipper.

we are struggling for past 5 days and contacting the Samalakha Hub Delhi and Pune Office but no body is able to locate the shipment.

Courier boy did not parceled the parcel at address... Ask do receive it at the branch by saying this address not reachable without even trying.. when I went to the branch which he said . Called me and ask to receive it from other branch..

I[censored]r company don't provides proper service to deliver the courier at its exact address then u people must shut down ur company.

Address was drive in
Courier people were also having car.
Then why they can't drop the courier at its place. N with ther vry bd n rude behavior i m very disapponted with dtdc services in shimla.

I[censored] people dont do ur work properly.. U must close ur company...

My courier was sent 1 week back and it was delivered only today. Took this much of time and to the worst part i found it to be damaged so much. The packing was so poor and almost everything in the pack was spilt out. I am facing the same issue with dtdc for the second time. Highly disappointed.Totally a waste of money and time.Hell with dtdc. I no longer recommend dtdc to anyone. I am uploading the photos. My consignment no is C85886700. Please do never repeat this.😠😠

Pls take the action and track my parcel asap.

This 2nd time, i have requested same courier from delhi and again it has come to Whitefield location and they are not ready to deliver and they have not called me also and when i have called they are telling address is not correct but same address i am giving for all reference.

Product not delivered and showing as delivered, very bad behavior of staff. They have not taken any initiative to get the parcel delivered either. Been calling them continuously but no response at all .

I order a product in online shopping she send me the product through dtdc while she send their they told it's home delivery but in karungal courier office they said it's a phone delivery only.
It's very difficult for me to go and collect it because i am out of city and my old mom is at home she can't go and collect it.
Kindly do the necessary as early as possible.

The consignment d47852299 was booked from delhi to calicut on 29/11/2018. Status up to 6/12/2018 is updated in the tracker. After that no details available. Contacted in the local customer care number and they simply replied as not received such a consignment and no details available

My parcel is showing as delivered on friday evening 18.30 to my office, while i worked till 20.00 without a call or visit for delivery.

How can this happen? This is fraudulent behavior by the courier. I logged a complaint online with case number 13270531 but no answer received as yet.

If my parcel is not delivered today then will be forced to lay a fir claim against this courier for theft, as i will have to reorder this item again.

My courier with consignment number m71570036 was booked on 10th dec 2018 from bhopal and reached hyderabad (Destination) city on 12th dec 2018. After that there isn't any movement and the item isn't delivered yet.

I've raised the complaint in their website but nobody cares to reply back.

There's no customer care number provided other than [protected] which is always out of service. Pathetic service.

The above mentioned consignment has been picked from UCO Bank, Garhdiwala Branch, Dist-Hoshiarpur, Punjab on 01/12/2018. But still not delivered to Garhshankar. Value of the consignment is Rs. 70, 000/- . Its untracable. Kindly look into it and do the needful at the earliest.

Booked on december 3, 2018 in nagercoil to deliver at hanmakonda (Warangal).

Sending kids shoes in it.

In status showing same status from december 9th as received at facality in warangal.

Called so many contacts of warangal dtdc office no calls are received.

Mailed the problem to customer care dtdc but still not delivered.

Please make it deliver fast its been very late.
