My tracking id is c86664560, very worst service by dtdc branch in global village, bangalore, products delivered on 18.12.2018, today is 24.12.2018 till now not received, and courier boy was very rude... They don't have common-sense to speak with customers... Please stop giving franchise to those people's.. Really am fed up with dtdc especially please take immediate action on that branch...

Hello my name is neha and from pune i did one courier from her to gadarpur udham singh nagar. I got a call from gadarpur dtdc courier staff and he was talking so rudely and was saying he will not deliver courier and i would ask the receipent to collect the courier from offcice. And the other day when i called him he cut my phone and not replying. Taken full money and replying so badly. I am calling again n again but no reply..

My consignment number is z85183150, and my package is not delivered at kunal icon road pimple saudagar pune 411027. From last seven days, it is showing the same status. I contacted dtdc people but they are not telling me why my package is not delivered (One guys said they lost the bag at airport) and they give some other number, which are not attended even after hours of call. You can feel my frustration, as this was my first experience with dtdc. I am regretting, why i chose dtdc.
Complaint case no 13309323 is register on dtdc online portal but there is no action.

I have booked a consignment bearing no e75566684 at their sun city, hyderabad branch on 21.12.2018 addressed to p sudhamadhuri, bangalore, for which they charged a higher amount more than normal i. E., ₹340/-. They promised to deliver the same by noon on 22.12.2018. But till date the said consignment didn’t reached the consignee. So i request you to made them to refund the amount.

I suppose to get my instruments delivered by my brother through dtdc from kolkata track no - d46331322 on 19th of this month but dtdc people of bangalore are denying to deliver at my place though i pay full amount including home delivery charge also they miss behave and said if any thing is happened with my instruments they are not responsible. Also they didn't informed that they while they received the parcel. I already try to contact mr. Nagraj manager of madiwala branch but he disconnected the call, now need help to solve the matter and need to shut down the fraud business.

I have booked one package and they committed it will reach within 48 hours.
It is a very urgent document which I need to send but in 72 hours it did not receive and it is showing wrong destination address when I am tracking customer care is not responding it is a very urgent document.

They made another mistake I am sending my package to Jabalpur pin code 482002 but they update it by Bhopal pin code 462002.

Please do the needful help for me.

Please give some knowledge to your delivery boy, when i got the courier it was broken, if you can not transferred safely the courier please don't receive the courier from any one. Kindly inform you to that please full fill my courier value. I think you can understand my problem, so please take action for my courier.

My courier tracking number is z65433228 it gone at wrong dtdc outlet (At ridhi sidhi mansarover) and my address is for gokulpura, kalwad road, jaipur.
I asked them, they said we have returned to mansarover office, they don't pick up the call and if i check my courier status it is showing delivered even i have not got any courier.
Please do some resolution and try that i can get my courier as soon as possible

Sir I gave my address for delivery near sneham garden but the delivery was given to sneham garden security.. the security called me and said the delivery boy gave there itseems.. the delivery boy should call me and should have delivered in my residence ... If security didn't convey me I would have lost my parcel.. I could not contact any of the customer care number no response kindly take action. My consignment number was A42952658.

This is Titan Company Service Center in Varanasi & daily customer of your DTDC, we was send coriur in last 15 September -2018 Docket no-V48778248 in Bangalore, after 4 day 19 September-2018 we was received call to delivery location & say coriur received totally damaged condition (We have attach Image of Damage parcel) So they did't received the coriur & return parcel to Coriur Boy.
but current time we have check the Status of this Docket no So, Docket show to received in parcel in location & this is totally Fake update.
(Note-If deliver please provide the total details who is received the coriur)

I, m totally unsatisfied to this service So Please provide the current status of this parcel other wise we will take hardly action to DTDC Company..

1. It is intimated that a package has been booked on 17 Nov 2018 on the name and address as mentioned below :-

2. The above package has been booked vide Consignment Number D45883847 dated 17 Nov 2018, weighted for 4 Kgs and same thing mentioned in Invoice also. A sum of Rs 960/- has been charged.

3. The above package instead of Delivering to Shri Khimanand joshi Ji directly delivered to another person instead of given name while booking which is not in order. On which authority or order it was delivered to un authorised person other than name given on package.

3. When package handed for courier, the weight of the package was 3.918 Kg (mentioned 4 Kg in Invoice) for which your Company has charged for Rs 960/-. When it reached to destination the weight of the package reduced to 2.950 Kgs surprisingly. Resulting total 18 Pieces of Saundarya Swarn Kanti Fairness Cream 50 GM (mrp Rs 999/- each) we packed for which weight shown 3.918 Kgs. When same package received by the received end, only 13 Pieces of Saundarya Swarn Kanti Fairness Cream 50 GM (mrp Rs 999/- each) were found instead for weight of the package also noted for 2.950 Kgs.

4. Hence 5 Pieces less they have received. How come package reduced its weight from 3.918 Kgs to 2.950 Kgs when it reached to receiving end. which resulted reduce of Saundarya Swarn Kanti Fairness Cream 50 GM (mrp Rs 999/- each) pieces from 18 to 15 pieces.

5. Now I have to file two complaints ti the Court of Law :-

(a) On which authority Courier Agency has handed over the Package to
unregistered person other name registered on package.

(b) How Package weight is reduced its weight from 3.918 to 2.950 during
transit and when finally it reached to Receiving End.

(c) Who will pay the loss of the Customer.

(d) In case no one is ready to fill the loss then I have to go for
compensation for Rs 5 Lakhs for Cheating and Fraud.


6. Please send suitable reply immediately so that I file a case in Court of Law.

They don't delivery at home/ office,
Recently i checked status of my courier, it is received successfully on 14th dec-2018. But still that is not received. When i contact to courier, he said, it is just received. I captured a photo also. Please check it. So please take action on this courier to correct their duties.

I send the consignment (P[protected] from pune to bangalore on 15-dec-18.
The consignment is on the way of return to pune now (20-dec-18) with reason that "address ok but no such person". When i called sarjapur dtdc office, the delivery person telling that i went to the correct address and the lady in the house telling that there no such person living in the house with that name and he believed that. He either not called the receiver phone number to check whether he went to correct house or the sender phone number to verify this.
With out checking all these things now the consignment is on the way back to the sender. Because of the emergency need only i send my consignment via courier, what is the point with out even calling and checking the availability of the receiver and sending the consignment back to sender. All this is done with some kind of assumption from the delivery boy. I need to take action about this and refund the consignment courier fees.

My consignment number d48320099 booked from singaperumal koil chennai to bangalore where i reside not received yet. It's been booked on 17/12/2018. They told it will be delivered next day itself. Four day passed still i have not received it. When i checked status it showed 'receiver not available' but i have been in home only and not received any calls. I need my parcel urgent. No response when called. Pls take some action.

Dear sir/ma'm i had sent my rto documents on 17th of dec 2018 through dtdc tracking no.in b60318499 at bilekahalli-bf828 it has not been received to the address till now and when i asked to the dtdc they are not able to traceable & properly not giving relevant information. Sir please help me out and i have getting fine from rto office, that relevant document not submitting on time so please its my humble request you to get me help out of this as soon as possible.

I had paid charges for air cargo for consignment no d45872522. Hyderabad sindhi colony dtdc branch people took full money but sent that cargo by road. This is cheating. Its soo late for d cargo and instead of 4 days as promised its not going to reach even after 10 days. They are not even helping in recovering the cargo or fastening the delivery. And they r denying any wrongdoing and telling false stories for coverup. On enquiring these people are pushing their failure on others. Pathetic service by dtdc. Cheated and lost valueble time. Kindly opine whom to officially complaint for grievances.

Dear dtdc team, my name is jagadeesh iam working in toyota. I need to send one invoice to vijayawada very urgent i told to your dtdc persons to make speed courier for vijayawada. They took 350/-. I booked it on 17.12.2018. But today 19.12.2018 courier not delivered. Plz
Check docket details h09450133. When i checked in online i found they sent my courier on dtdc lite. They gave docket recipe with 250/-. They are taking money there own. Plz respond. [protected].. Today I went to DTDC to do a courier and after going through all the courier process I went out of DTDC and then they literally opened up my parcel to check what was inside. This is pathetic you should not open anybody's parcel in their absence. If you want to then please ask the owner first and then open it. It is a kind of backstabbing that DTDC guys have done today. After doing all this rather than being apologetic the women of DTDC was arguing with me. Great job done by DTDC team keep opening personal belongings of people. You guys have lost trust.
