Dear Consumer complaints,

My Courier Has been Send from Kothagudem(Khammam, Telangana), to Udaipur Rajasthan -313001, on 1/12/2018 till date 13/12/2018 I didn't Receive my Courier and last Update was on 11/12/2018 at Jaipur hub

I contacted to Jaipur Hub those guys told me Your Courier has been Damaged on 11/12/2018, they Didn't even updated on Website not even Contacted me, I have telephoned Several and Complained on website there is no Response from DTDC guys

Unprofessional service & rude customer redressal mechanism at DTDC, Hyderabad

We had booked a parcel from Hyderabad to Mumbai on 1st December for an event planned for 7th of December, bearing Waybill No. D47569557. At the time of booking, we were told that the parcel, through roadways, would reach the destination in 4 days. When the parcel was undelivered even by 5th Dec, we requested their office to let us know when it would be delivered. We were shunted from one tele operator to another, each one giving absurd reasons for non delivery of the parcel. We reached out to their customer service but to no avail. From their Hub office to a representative at their Begumpet office, who treated our staff member shabbily, cut the call when connected because he wanted to be spoken to nicely even after one whole week of non delivery. First, we were told that it would be delivered in a day, then in two days, then they said it had gone to Delhi, then that it hadn’t left their Hyderabad office. The event date is over and the parcel has still not reached the destination. Today is the 13th of December and we still haven't recd the parcel
Now we are looking to sue DTDC for miserable service and nasty replies by rude service providers at their offices, with shoddy responses amounting to blatant lies. The reasons given are so poor that they themselves do not know what reason they gave one hour before. We have spent considerable amount for printing of the material, have paid courier charges without necessary support. Further, we urge people not to depend on the lies told by them while offering services.

I sent an item through DTDC to bangalore. It reached on frazer town branch on Dec 7th and out for delivery on 10th Dec. Delivery Address is very popular location but neither got call nor the item but status is updated RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE. We do have security guard/receptionist to attend.
Then i got the number [protected] from just dial but no one is lifting. Then i raised a query using contact us form http://www.dtdc.in/tracking_query_form.asp and got.
Your Complaint against Consignment Number K16175176 is registered Successfully with ticket Number 13241102.

Till now no body is turned up. i don't have any other contact number/point.
Why they are not starting re-delivery as well contact through mobile number. there are 3 mobile number is given

I sent my very important documents with prime speed delivery service my courier supposed to reach on 12th December but was it delivered on 13th at 4pm. Had such a worst experience and I had paied extra 80 rs for speed delivery and have paid total delivery cost is 480 RS. Such a pathetic experience charging for speed delivery and you guys are giving wrong commitments.

We cords cable industries limited had sent courier vide docket no. Z74312433 dated 29.11.2018 to our hyderabad office address mr. Jugendra singh h. No. 5-151, manjeera road, besides vicky functional hall, chanda nagar, hyderabad-500 050 and same has not been delivered till date and we are not getting any response from your office about the same.

Kindly expedite to resolve this issue as we have sent important documents in the same which are required very urgently.

I had sent a clothing parcel on 21.11.2018 through dtdc to one
Shri vinay kumar at hazaribagh. The consignment no. Is "k30194242". But till date the parcel has not yet been delivered in spite of the address being correct. This is very humiliating as a long period of time has elapsed. Please do the needful at the earliest. I had earlier sent an item at this address which was delivered in a very short time.

The consigment v50663526 contains urgents documents to be delivered.

The delivery told he delivered and took sign off from a person at the receiver adrress.

But ths office is not updating the status that it is delivered

We need proof that it is delivered... It looks like a deliberate activity done of office and delivery boy.

The status is getting updated daily as out for delivery and undelivered at the end of the day. We used plus catogery to send this urgent document as we need proof delivery.

I had booked a courier with ref no. B58521249 on 26th november from mysore. It has still not reached it's destination ajmer. The tracking is also not helping. I have raised this issue over e-mail and also complained to consumer forum and they have given a ref no. 1048244. The courier contained a mobile phone and has some personal pictures & data. The response from the local vendor is highly disappointing. Nobody is picking my calls. Today i have received a message regarding this but they have wrongly reported delivery of courier with consignment no. B58521239 instead of b58521249. Please look into the matter coz it's serious.

Dtdc is worst service in hyderabad area. They not delivered properly and they say no one was there to deliver our products to our home and when we go to their office to collect they will not give us as well as they use very harsh words. They misses our parcel and they kept in site as rerouted or returned parcel and make us loss of our valuable things. They don't even lift our calls. These issues taking place mainly in areas of chandanagar, yousufguda, medchal and some parts of so called greater hyderabad
Dtdc very very worst service in hyderabad

Item Booked at Visakhapatnam on 7th Dec'18. destination location is Gajapathinagram, vizianagaram. In net search, it shows on 8th morning 3:29 am reached. The distance between Vizianagaram to Gajapathinagaram is only 30km. How many days are required to deliver the item. No Service Center no. was not working and they are not talk politely. This is very Bad Service. Once again The Service Provider Was Very Bad. I mean the management is very bad bad bad...

Myself i sharan, i posted an emergency courier (Dtdc plus) to hyderabad as it was extremely urgent for me. They told me that it will be delivered within 24 hours, but its more than 3 days now and the courier is still not deliverd. My consignment no is v50586099. Even i went
To dtdc franchise office in bangaluru sunkadakatte. And they did not respond.

I have sent courier parcel containing gift cloth to my children and canada on 7.12.18 vide pod no. N[protected]Paid for 4.650 kg - rs.4900/-) from valparai. Again at delivery point at canada they are asking to pay duty/taxes. This is not a sale and quite unhappy about this as we have to pay around rs.9000/- for a small parcel. Please look into it and solve the problem. Copy of pod is attached.

Hi, we have book two urgent shipments on 5th dec 2018, first for new mumbai and the other for nasik in maharashtra. The dtdc branch in irla, vile parle west in mumbai was clueless and but were equipped with all sorts of excuses for lost of my packets which was top most urgent and priority for us as it contained the bank related documents and medicine respectively. Inspite of several request they didnt understand the gravity and seriousness of the medicine which is very sad. Someone was waiting for those medicines desperately and these careless staff lost it. They charge so high rates for shipment bookings than why they are not able to provide that high quality service for the same. They didn't provide the valid shipment tracker no nor the details were updated onsite. Its been almost a week now. We were in business with this branch for more than 10 years now but still such a pathetic and careless approach towards the service is very disappointing. Just because of few hopeless staffs the brand is getting affected and the customers are suffering. We need back the packets asap with full refund and some stern action on this.in future we don't think we can continue with such hopeless service provider.

An important product supposed to arrive from patna. With aw detail k14495497. They dispatched on 18th. I started tracking after 20 the but it's never reach i tried to mail call everything things but there was no response. Lately i spoken in head office and they that was wrong address i asked them to confirm the address what they have was the same address still i provided again my address so it come to me without any delay. I waiting and it never delivered i called them to cross check and hot to know they returned it back because of address incorrect which was not true. I waisted my 25 days in chasing them and even not received my courier.

I booked courier b58414312 from bangalore to hyderabad on 5th dec'2018.
It reached dtdc bajara hills branch on 8th and from there no progress. When we call that branch number [protected] they are not even lifting the calls.
On 11th i personally visited the branch to collect my courier and they informed that it is out for delivery, now it's 12th and i still haven't received it. And they are not even picking up the calls.
Please take action on this irresponsible banjara hills branch.

Booked courier from bangalore to hyderabad on 5th dec'2018. It reached to dtdc banjara hills branch on 8th and from there onwards no progress and the worst part is that branch won't pickup customer call called on [protected].
On 11th i visited branch and they informed my courier is out for delivery and now it's 12th still i haven't received my courier.
Most importantly now also they are not even picking up my call.
Please take appropriate action on that branch.

Booked 3.5 kg package in mahalakshmi layout, bangalore to be delivered in davangere. The handling at the booking point itself was shoddy. Requested at the booking place to put a fragile sticker. Though it was put, in front of me itself, the packet was dropped down on the floor, where a pile of documents were lying to be sorted. Requested the personnel to handle carefully.
However once the packet reached the destination, it was found crushed badly.
This was not expected of a reputed courier company.

Dear sir/madam, this is to inform you that consignment booked on 6th dec2018 to ahmedabad vide docket no:h11667571 not reached at the destination and intentionally they are not updating it in software. It shows the carelessness of the consignments of the customers of dtdc courier & cargo. It is understood from the courier office that the packet which has sent is not traceable. How is it possible? The packet booked through dtdc courier by expecting delivery within 72 hours. Now they are not providing satisfactory answer. Same complaint has already been raised day before yesterday but dtdc customer care is so poor they are not able to give a courtesy call to me.
Look into the matter and call me back.

I am deeply disappointed with your services; please bear in mind – you can fool a customer only once! After that you have earned a soul who is not only not gonna ever use your services but ensure that no one around me does!

My parcel showing delivered to balanagar where the address in in bachupally kaushalaya colony. Receiver is security guard, i mean wow, is this any kind of joke is going on. No security guy is there in my premises then how could your tracker shown its delivered. If it is not delivered to me by tomorrow i will raise the issue to police as the document is important for me

Dear team,

Parcel is booked on the date of 8 december 2018 from mathura and the tracking number is z75038866. While now it is showing that it is delivered to balanagar. I didn't recieve any box parcel. The destination address is bachupally and it shows balanagar delivery. How such a big thing is happen. Is this anh kind of joke or what. Its a important parcel for me and how could you people has been delivered this. While checking whom it is delivered it shows secuirty guard. Neither any security guard is there nor any other person. The address is clearly mentioned then how you people are doing such big mistake. I need my parcel by tomorrow. Without intimating how could you are doing this. Its my mistake only that i go through dtdc, blue dart is far better than you people.
