An important product supposed to arrive from patna. With aw detail k14495497. They dispatched on 18th. I started tracking after 20 the but it's never reach i tried to mail call everything things but there was no response. Lately i spoken in head office and they that was wrong address i asked them to confirm the address what they have was the same address still i provided again my address so it come to me without any delay. I waiting and it never delivered i called them to cross check and hot to know they returned it back because of address incorrect which was not true. I waisted my 25 days in chasing them and even not received my courier.

I booked courier b58414312 from bangalore to hyderabad on 5th dec'2018.
It reached dtdc bajara hills branch on 8th and from there no progress. When we call that branch number [protected] they are not even lifting the calls.
On 11th i personally visited the branch to collect my courier and they informed that it is out for delivery, now it's 12th and i still haven't received it. And they are not even picking up the calls.
Please take action on this irresponsible banjara hills branch.

Booked courier from bangalore to hyderabad on 5th dec'2018. It reached to dtdc banjara hills branch on 8th and from there onwards no progress and the worst part is that branch won't pickup customer call called on [protected].
On 11th i visited branch and they informed my courier is out for delivery and now it's 12th still i haven't received my courier.
Most importantly now also they are not even picking up my call.
Please take appropriate action on that branch.

Booked 3.5 kg package in mahalakshmi layout, bangalore to be delivered in davangere. The handling at the booking point itself was shoddy. Requested at the booking place to put a fragile sticker. Though it was put, in front of me itself, the packet was dropped down on the floor, where a pile of documents were lying to be sorted. Requested the personnel to handle carefully.
However once the packet reached the destination, it was found crushed badly.
This was not expected of a reputed courier company.

Dear sir/madam, this is to inform you that consignment booked on 6th dec2018 to ahmedabad vide docket no:h11667571 not reached at the destination and intentionally they are not updating it in software. It shows the carelessness of the consignments of the customers of dtdc courier & cargo. It is understood from the courier office that the packet which has sent is not traceable. How is it possible? The packet booked through dtdc courier by expecting delivery within 72 hours. Now they are not providing satisfactory answer. Same complaint has already been raised day before yesterday but dtdc customer care is so poor they are not able to give a courtesy call to me.
Look into the matter and call me back.

I am deeply disappointed with your services; please bear in mind – you can fool a customer only once! After that you have earned a soul who is not only not gonna ever use your services but ensure that no one around me does!

My parcel showing delivered to balanagar where the address in in bachupally kaushalaya colony. Receiver is security guard, i mean wow, is this any kind of joke is going on. No security guy is there in my premises then how could your tracker shown its delivered. If it is not delivered to me by tomorrow i will raise the issue to police as the document is important for me

Dear team,

Parcel is booked on the date of 8 december 2018 from mathura and the tracking number is z75038866. While now it is showing that it is delivered to balanagar. I didn't recieve any box parcel. The destination address is bachupally and it shows balanagar delivery. How such a big thing is happen. Is this anh kind of joke or what. Its a important parcel for me and how could you people has been delivered this. While checking whom it is delivered it shows secuirty guard. Neither any security guard is there nor any other person. The address is clearly mentioned then how you people are doing such big mistake. I need my parcel by tomorrow. Without intimating how could you are doing this. Its my mistake only that i go through dtdc, blue dart is far better than you people.

My consignment no is: h84000612. I have sent the parcel on 5th dec 18 and today is 11th dec 18, but it is disgusting to note that it is not yet delivered. This worthless services of dtdc requires how many more days to deliver between two capital cities with less than 300km distance between them? Very worst service.
I was informed that the delivery will take place in 2 days but nearly a week is over and not yet delivered.

Its really unpleasing & unfortunate to register a complaint about the services of your concerned office in Shahabad Markanda. My Associates from Mehsana, Gujrat, (Kesar Road Equipments Pvt. Ltd) had booked a package on 7/12/2018 to deliver against my name Prashant Tyagi for my firm ( Navya Engineers & Equipments), Shahabad Markanda.
The local office is continously building pressure to recieve the package from their office instead of delivering it to my office. They are giving threats of returing the package to origin address if I would not recieve the package. They are also giving excuses that my office address lies outside there covering area.
I request you to please do the needful & help us to get rid of this type of poor services & harrasment from such unrespected service providers.

I have sent a courier on 6/12/18 and today is 11/12/18. Courier has not been delivered till today also.. And these people are showing me that courier has been delivered already.. Reciever is also my second office, yet i have not recieved any courier.. Moreover lady present in the office was very impolite and misbehaving and saying in threating language and saying who said you to use dtdc service

Why should you accept the consignment if you have no delivery boy.
The very purpose of sending parcel is lost when not delivered in time

Hi, i am naresh.
I have couriered through dtdc on 27th november.
But its still not yet delivered to destination. And showing status as it is delivered to guntur, but when my friend went to collect it, they are saying it is still in vijayawada. Here is my dtdc tracking number p49031911.

Daily i am visiting courier office, but no use.
While doing courier, they have told that it will deliver in 4-5 working days. Its been 11 working days... But no progress. Please do the needful.

I was expecting a consignmen in trivandrumt from mumbai via tracking id m56961844, which being sent from goregaon, mumbai on 04 dec 2018. It has not been delivered yet and in dtdc tracking website, it shows "consignment redirected".

The tracking details clearly shows that the consignment had reached trivandrum on 7th december itself but nobody from dtdc had tried to contact me in this regard.in the consignment, my name, address...

I had send a consignment with tracking no v51126016, to my girl friend in kolkata
On her birthday using ur dtdc plus service from bangalore. However, it has not been delivered in time. As per ur dtdc plus service, consignment should have been delivered next day only. You have spoiled my surprise and my girl friend's birthday as well. I even contacted and requested the concerned franchise of kolkata dtdc, he was telling my delivery was on leave. If the delivery was on leave, how can the status be shown that the door was locked. This is very irresponsible and poor service. You people have no emotions. Now what is the meaning of sending the gift by dtdc plus paying more money. I want my money as refund.

I m a regular customer of dtdc but from sometime you people are not proving services on time

It was shipped from guwahati and reached valsad and the courier boy mentioned that could not find the address then area not serviceable and there already 2 or 3 more couriers were couriered and has reached the client through dtdc before
Why this time
Please look into the matter and send that courier again to the client

We have posted imp docs from hyderabad to bangalore on 5th dev 2018 till today 10th dec 2018 it is not delivered and when we have tracked it says it is delivered which is shocking as it contains confidential docs since friday it's was showing up as out for delivery and later used to update as could not delivered and today it shows delivered.. Shocked with this status as i have not received parcel raised complaint twice complaint# 13228583 and 13220683. Also no response from them too.

My consignment no is z79342474. I was sent an item through dtdc courier from zirakpur branch to kanpur on 05 dec 2018. My material forwarded in quick action and the same is reached at kanpur on 07 dec 2018. But unfortunately, it has kept in same place since three days. It could not be delivered to my addressee till. So you are kindly request to instruct the concerned branch. While in all over india this is very excellence service because i have already previous experience about it.

As on the package Clothing and accessories amount 4000 Rs product is there and I need this on urgent basis

We have booked the parcel ag. Doc no d43617421 dated 03.12.2018 at udaipur branch 1711 bhupalpura math, near sant paul school, udaipur, rajastha, to be deliver at durgapur (West bengal) as mentioned address on parcel, since last 7 days i am continually following with the dtdc officials of panagarh, wb & panagarh official following with udaipur dtdc branch offical to dispatched the parcel but as per tracking & confirmtion from dtdc panagarh officials till date my parcel has not been dispatch from udaipur branch & in that parcel my parents has packed some food items which i think now will be destroyed / spoiled. Attached communications of mail for your ready reference.
I want this material within 2 days from today.

To dtdc franchise office in chilakaluripet to know about the status of my courier and responded, the document lying at hyderabad from 03/12/2018 onwards.

Please help me out in this issue.
