My name is omkarnath i have booked vide dtdc — z70516727 on 26 nov 2018 for (Ram samujh s/o babu ram, gram - ranipur, moja dadaura, thana - shonwan, shrawasti, baharaich-utter pradesh, pin code-271801. Lucknow and head office from baharaich are not being contacted by anybody. It is very importent to reach this courier today. Please send this courier to the date of today as soon as possible.

With due respect that I am pranab sarkar from Kolkata resident. One letter book your dtdc courier service on 4th dec 2018 at 12.30pm .the address Is same state that is west Bengal from kolkata to coochbehar. My contain no v49473634.
But up to date 6th dec .2018 not reach.
So it is your service. Please help me.

My party booked my consignment on 29nov2018 from kota to nagpur reference numbers arez78332677andz78332677. These items reached in nagpur hub on 02dec2018. But it is not delivered till 06dec2018. Last status is same since 02 dec2018. Please do the needful. It is for my child education purpose so it is of very urgent need. So try to send me as early as possible.

Hi, My tracking no is M72358661.
The parcel was dispatched yesterday from Mumbai. The destination is Lucknow. I tried tracking several times but it is showing as no data available since yesterday. I am unable to find any update. There is no customer care number also for dtdc.
Tried calling the dtdc office many times but no one is answering the calls also.
Please resolve the issue. Why there is no status on the website?

Worst experience ever. They have declared my package as "lost" after two week's continuous calling them and reminding them to find my undelivered package. I have been asking them so many times, they still don't have any answer and in the end when i told them that i will be going to consumer court for my Jacket they were very casual about and said .. yes you may proceed. Is this the responsibility of dtdc ? That jacket was sent to me as my birthday gift from Singapore and they have lost it that too after telling them to find it out. I can't trust them now. I have attached along the screenshot of the tracking details, but they have no idea where the package is . I want my Jacket as would be filling a case against DTDC now.

My package reached madurai from chennai on 30th nov. Still my package has not been delivered to my address. They also didn’t update any tracking details till 5th december. Today they updated as out for delivery but still didn’t deliver my package. Have called to them but no proper response and they are not attending the call from my number again. This is so frustrating behaviour. Every time this happens to my packages coming in dtdc. Am so done now. I want my package.

Dtdc very poor service...Late deliver the courier...And charged urgent full price
..And no sense of talking with customer...Please help...I[censored] can..Please improve ur delivery service..Or a refund of money..And wrong status update I.e wrong address mentioned...Which is wrong commitment...Which I cross vitrified with haladhar customer care...Please reply as soon as possible..

Mumbai party booked consignment to meby dtdc before 7 or 8 days, still it is not delivered.
Jalgaon office staff called 3 days back, but there is no action taken by him.
Today myself called him on that number... Person attended phone he told that area is not in our service area...
This is absolutely shocking & harrasing...

This type of service from dtdc not expected.

I had sent one used mobile of my friend to shimoga on 3rd december from mandimohalla of mysore. I got message from dtdc centre as "your shipment v49751866 is arrived at final destination on 4th december morning 8.50am. But till now website shows wrong information as shipment still in mysore. That courier is not delivered. I have tried calling both shimoga and mysore dtdc office persons but they have no convincing answer. They say only what website tracking information shows. Nothing more than that they want to do. Worst service from dtdc. One year back also same thing happened.

There was a courier for me which was booked on 30th november with awb no. A42871867 from rajkot to chennai. The courier reached at chennai hub on 1st december which was forwarded on the same day to ambattur dtdc office and was out for delivery on the same day so i waited the entire day for my parcel to receive but on the same day the delivery status was changed as "not delivered due to incomplete address" after 5 in the evening which i noticed on monday and booked a complaint on monday at 9 in the morning. The complaint was processed by guindy office and forwarded to ambattur office on the same day replying that "you will get a call from ambattur office" but i received no calls from them so i myself called guindy head office on tuesday they told me that the parcel will be despatched and will receive it on tuesday itself but the parcel was not delivered. So i again verified the website the tracking status was changed to "returned to facility" on wednesday so i immediately called ho and asked them they gave me ambattur office number and when i tried them they answered me as. "the parcel is returned and if you want the parcel you book it again" they even dont know the reason why the parcel have been returned and i never got a call from ambattur office regarding the parcel held up or return of parcel, even my complaint raised on monday was not responsed by ambattur office they even dont know about such complaint only after my updation they came to know about the complaint. No one takes responsibility over customer parcels or complaints. My second complaint is also unanswered. They never call us for any confirmation. Very worst customer service. All these are due to irresponsible pupil working over there who never knew customer values.

I sent an courier to uk [tracking no: n20490630 ], please find below details on issue.

1. I sent 3 packages whose actual weight was : 54 kg, out of 3 bags one of the bag was having more dimention so they considered 59 kg weight. So i paid 6 kg extra, which wa in total 59 kg and amount is 26980.

2. As courier has oil items for that they charged rs.600 extra.

3. Out of all this 7 kg item was returned to me and the more pack which was having more dimention is not shipped (I think they managed within other boxes due to there shuffling many of my items are damaged).

4. Now your representative is returning only 7 kg amount to me, ideally he should return the extra amount which he took for oil items and bag dimention charges.

I have dropped email to below email ids but i didnot got any response, can you please look into it and update me on priority.

My one of the family member book the courier with consignment no D47508137 from Nagpur dated 03/12/2018 with DTDC but till date it is not delivered to my address at Pune, i already drop a mail to dtdc courier and they provided me the case no 13180586. I continuously taking follow up with courier service person but they are not receiving the call and tracking system shows receiver was not available, wherein noone from dtdc courier person contacted me when the courier was out for delievry.

Its 4 days i have not receive my courier.

Kind attention dtdc team,

I have one consignment, number-k16146272, which is lying on guwhati depot since 29th november which is totally ready to be dispatched, till date it's not dispatched, since then i am getting dates that it will be delivered but nobody is giving exact details neither people from dtdc team respond. I have a marriage function to attend and i was suppose to wear the dress what i am going to do now?

You people think that customers are fool? This is not the way to deal with customers, do not take advantage of customers trust and play with them, you will never succeed.
I am going to publish in social media about the way dtdc has treated and also i am gonna tweet about it.

I want a compensation and penalty in return from dtdc along with my consignment latest by 8th december this week.
I am waiting for a revert with details about my consignment that when it's gonna get delivered.

Shameless behaviour from dtdc was not expected, i will ensure not to recommend this worst service to anyone.

Revert asap.

Only apologies? That too when still in process only after so much agony and harassment?
Moreover asking us to wait for second one yet for further information on it?
We fail to understand what went wrong with dtdc? Please enquire at your end we are your regular patrons in at least few cities in india in different names (If not overseas also)!
Your offer of apologies after all agony and pain seems to be like doing obligation on us by offering us left over food as apologies! This is your corporate culture sir/ madam! We feel really sorry and sad for all what you people handled and managed it that too only with top management made / forced to involved and take personal interest!!

Is it your company policy to deliver both parcels at once? Have you taken a oath not to deliver a located parcel also?
Neither i understand them nor do i understand your office.

I couriered a lehanga on date 24/11/18 from dtdc jammu,. Raghunath market as slip attached still my receiver did not received the same... It have been delivered to bangalore not mummbai while i coruier mumbai as u can see slip also... Now agancy owner not responding mr. Ankush [protected]. My customer is waiting he paid already for this.. Pls help me to get this delivery on right place asap..

Last update from your good office is that they have located one parcel and one is still dislocated and that they will locate the other one tomorrow morning. Talks going on about locating till now and nothing beyond. Is this professionalism??

While tracking for my consignment in ur tracking system online its coming as a red mark. Is this the tracking system u made for checking our docket numbers. This is such a red mark for DTDC for not locating it.

While contacting ur customer care, we get replies that it will take several days to even reply/respond.

And ur office is dead mum about the whole transaction.

And upon oral communication with your team they say they will see what they can do even on the 7th day of non delivery. The promised due date of delivery was 30th November'18.

Please connect the dots.

Hi DTDC,

I have booked your service a few days ago at DTDC office in Horamavu Agara (Bangalore), and I went the next day to find out the delivery status. The owner of the DTDC franchise told me he hasn't sent the package even after 36 hours. So i questioned him about it and he got angry and threatened me, pulled a knife on me and threatened to slit my throat. In self defence, I tried to stop him from using the knife and had to restrain him in fear that he would hurt me. Many by-standers witnessed the situation and they were disgusted by his behaviour. I even spoke to some of your delivery boys and they complained about this persons behaviour and they are not happy to be associated with him.

I called the police and they took him to the police station. I just wanted to bring it to your notice as I want you to know the kind of franchisees you bring into your business.

If you want to contact me for more details, I am available to discuss. There is a CCTV camera in the office, if you don't believe me you can ask for the footage.

I will be pressing charges against this franchisee after the police contact me about the situation.

I WILL NEVER BE A CUSTOMER AGAIN. I will tell all the people in my network about my experience.

Upon my continiuos calls to the local vizag office today after 6 working days - we have been informed because of call from you that one parcel is traced out and one not yet traceable also.

They are still talking of traceability and not talking of delivery.

Kudos to your performance and kudos to your office.
