    As discussed with Mr. Utasv Rao (Ass RM) personally with you, my docket no m71133212 booked on 23/11/2018 from indore to Indore has not been delivered till today 1/12/2018 in spite of continuous follow up with person holding mobile no. [protected]. he said he will deliver it by Monday 3/Dec/2018 I am having a mail for the same.

    Now when I called him on the evening 3/Dec/2018.
    He said they lost the shipment now they are saying they will lodge a FIR, Such a pathetic services.

    Instead of continuously following up with the person, they lost the shipment, and behaving so casually as nothing has happened.

    I interacted with lot of person namely
    1. Mr. Tejkumar Jarwar
    2. Mr. Ashish Raikwar
    3. Mr. Utasv Rao Dongre (Ass Regional Manager)

    First two even don't want to understand what I am saying...they keep on saying only there version. Mr Dongre is only doing the false promises being the Assistant RM, He is so casual, as lost a shipment is culture of DTDC.

    I want strict action should be taken against the person who is responsible for shipment lost.

    Please go-through the mail thread and requesting you to please resolve the issue.

    Final wording from Mr. Utasv is that they lost the shipment, they will check the CCTV footage and give me FIR copy after 48 hrs, this is so casual.

    Just to bring into your notice the following points:

    1. M71133212 is a local courier which needs to be delivered in Indore itself.
    2. I followed up with three gentlemens Mr. Tejkumar Jarwar 2. Mr. Ashish Raikwar 3. Mr. Utasv Rao Dongre (Ass Regional Manager) none of them was able to
    solve it instead of continuous follow up with person holding the docket.
    3. They even failed to let me know who send me that courier, instead they are asking me who send you that courier, Do we book the courier without having the
    address of sender?
    4. Please also let them understand they are not only delivering the courier, but they are delivering the emotions attached with courier.

    I have so many things to tell you regarding this complete incident if you have time to listen, Please call me on below number.

      I have sent consignment 15 days(24 Nov 18) back and I am able to see as "Out for delivery" in tracking site but consignment has not delivered and status looks same as in tracking since more than a week.

      It has to be delivered by 27-Nov-18 and still in "in transit " status.

      I m not getting any response from customer care .

        Hello team,

        I have sent a courier with tracking number 'z77944556' on 6th nov 2018. But the receiver hasn't receive the courier till today date.

        I don't know to whom they have delivered the courier. Every time, i called them they used to say it has been delivered already. But never accept they had delivered it to wrong address because the receiver hasn't receive it.

        Please look into this issue. Because my courier is worth of inr 2100. Which is not a small amount for me.

          Most regretfully i have to convey to that my parcel with tracking id d47161127 is returned back to delhi without notifying me priorhand with a single call or sms.. It was shipped from delhi on 22 nov and today as i enquired i came to know that it is shipped back to delhi.. They mentioned that the customer is unavailable 4 times in their call history but i didnt get a single call of their... I hope this unethical habit of amassing money is resolved soon... And i get my parcel without paying any extra charges... Thank you

            Your dtdc salkia called me this morning and told they will not deliver because i am not a king's son. They have abused me severely and threatened to throw my parcel on street if i dont come to their office in 5 minutes.

            I have courier the product on[protected] through DTDC Courier services to Bhimavaram but as of Courier was not received to Destination. But while tracking the DTDC it is showing it is in Rajamundry location.

            NO DTDC Employe was not responding .

                My consignment number is p47800058, and my package is not delivered at dmart home appliances thayyil building, new 114, vazhapaaly grama panchayath, new word ii thuruthy. Changancherry kerala-686535
                For the last two months, it is showing the same status as delivered. When we checked with the dtdc office in kottaiyam, they are saying it is wrongly updated as delivered, but the parcel is still with them only. They told they will try sending one more time and will send the parcel back to us, but that didnt happened yet. I was calling the both the dtdc office in pune & kottayam, but no response from them. I called customer care but they are not telling me why my package is not delivered and they give some other number, which is not in use and no response to the email also. I am regretting, why i chose dtdc. You guys are making me fool and totally the updated information was wrong about that the package was delivered.. Because of dtdc fault i lost 3099 rupees + 510 rupees for courier charge. We didn't expect this kind of service from dtdc and totally unacceptable.

                  Consignment no. D47437083 sent from mumbai to secunderabad on 13th nov 18 not yet delivered. Online tracking shows consignment received in hyderabad hub on 16th nov 18. Online query form filled up but still no response. No possitive response and no furthur update available till today. Very lethargic and unprofessional workmanship from the dtdc company. For the last 18 days what is this company doing with my consignment.

                  Complaint was registered on 3rd December for consignment no. D47437083. No response from from the DTDC COMPANY. Today is the 29th day since the consignment was sent on 13 Nov 18. Such a shameful, unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour from the company. Failed to provide the basic service . Concern authority please give me a response.

                            Dear dtdc,
                            On october 22nd i booked a parcel at nellore office to china (N[protected], but still its not reach to that place.in delhi for kyc details. I make a call to nellore customer support person i. E [protected] but he doesn't give proper answer.. He said "address and phone number not valid" but same address and phone number i sent another courier with same address after few days but its reach (N[protected] u can check the history also. That is a official parcel. Please let me know what are the updates, and possible to return that parcel and money.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I have booked one Consignment to M/S.FLIP STAR, Shop No.414, 4th Floor, Madhav Shopping Centre, Godadara, SURAT-395011 vide your Consignment Note No.C 85990284 dt.07.11.2018 from TIRUCHIRAPALLI, TAMILNADU.
                              Your tracking record shows that the consignment delivered on 13.11.2018.
                              However, the online Trader categorically telling that they have not received the Consignment.
                              Eventhough, I have forwarded the proof of receipt by them by sending the copy of the signature who has received the consignment on behalf of FLIP STAR, THEY HAVE DENIED THE RECEIPT OF THE SAME.
                              They are saying that the signature is not of their staff and also saying that if they received such courier, they will sign it with their Rubber Stamp.But the signature proof provided by your staff at TRICHY does not contain their Rubber Stamp.Hence they denied the receipt of the Consignment.
                              A Copy of the lengthy communication through e mail between the Sender and the Receiver with full detail;s is attached herewith.
                              Kindly enquire the issue at your end and arrange to identify the consignment.

                                From 25.10.18 till today this parcel hadn't been delivered nor any reply from your customer's service department.
                                Please update me where's my parcel gone and why it haven't been delivered to ahmedabad yet.
                                Disappointed with your customer's service toll free I am approaching you.

                                I am actually not understanding why you people are playing the email game and noone is taking responsibility to give my parcel back.

                                I am working in this market for years and have worked with almost every top courier services but never ever faced this kind of situation.

                                Whatever it is now I don't want my parcel back now I want to claim for the full refund of my parcel.

                                I was also thinking to apply for the COD from your organisation. Now why should I go for that after having this kind of experience.

                                  My awb num is m71538048. Courier was booked from up to bangalore. Online when i am tracking, it says no data available. Though, courier has been sent almost 6 days back.
                                  Dtdc customer care says that they dont have data. Its really frustrating and i am already regretting that courier is coming via dtdc.

                                  Request dtdc to kindly look into it and resolve it at earliest.

                                    It didnt reach the address despite of providing accurate details. When i called in the dtdc office the response was poor and rude. They told me to send the details on their whatspp number and didnot do anything. They even properly attended my call. I've been using this service past 10 years but never had i ever faced such situations. Such situations are blot to its character. Kindly send the courier to the req destination.

                                        We have forwarded the courier through dtdc service on 3/9/18 from thamarassery. But the same was misplaced from your side based on the information shared by your team on 20/9/18. Very sad to inform you that we have received the courier on 26/11/18 (3months delay) at calicut. This create a lot of issues/losses to our management. So request you to check the reason and revert the priority.
