Dear sir
My consignment number is z41363155 is not delivered to me by your agent. They didn't investigate my address and mark that address is wrong. When i track my consignment they include that the address is not valid and they told that my consignment is in dtdc head office of patna i also go there but they tell me that they didn't get my consignment. I want to know that where is my consignment. Please help.

R31850137 is the reference number of my consignment send to delhi. It has reached delhi hub on 14/11/2018. After 15/11/18 tracking details are not available. The parcel is send to devika menon, girls hostel, srcc, maurice nagar, delhi. It was an urgent parcel containing ayurvedic medicine for my daughter
Please take up the matter and do the needful...

We had booked a package to be couriered to assam, india under the above consignment number. The package was charged @ rs 850 though the weight of the package was only 1.23 kgs. Though the shipment was booked on oct 22, 2018, it reached the destination address only on nov 6, 2018 and was completely damaged.

One gift item has been dispatched on 23 rd august, 2018 by dtdc courier service. The address was clearly written on the parcel. I courier (Consignment number v[protected] gift from hyderabad to khammam on 19-nov-2018 using dtdc fast courier and they promised next day deliver, for that they charged 450 rs (They charged 200 rs extra than regular courier charge). Today 21-nov-18 when i called khammam branch (Musthafa nagar) they are not responding properly and they are giving arrogant answers....

Why dtdc vedayapalem branch, nellore, andhra pradesh doesn't provide door delivery within 2kms radius to my house??? Every time they are telling the delivery radius is some 1km to one and half km. This is not the first time.. Every time i should go to the courier office and had to collect the item.. Then why are they taking delivery fees then??? I couldn't encounter this problem with a any of the delivery partners in the field.....

Sir your branch in bargah not delivering my courier. He has different style of their service. When they receive any courier for delivery they make phone call to take the party his consignment. If concern party will not receive on his premises they are returning the document with heading party not available on delivery time. I had booked a sansui led tv for transport from nagpur to bhopal on 13 nov 2018, tracking number d47502859. It was finally delivered today received by my wife since i was in office. When the box was opened in evening and the tv was installed and turned on, there is a big crack of the inner screen and nothing is visible. I am also attaching a photo of the same. I will also file a written complaint with the dtdc hub near prabhat pertol pump...

What ever contact numbers have provided in website all are faked.
I have searched the 24*7 customer care number of dtdc, none of the numbers are in service.

Please take an action against dtdc, why they are cheating with customer

I got a message from dtdc saying package is delivered "your shipment no z77131278, by dtdc is delivered on 19-nov-18+16:04, received by sign" it hasn't been delivered to me! No courier guy called me! And what delivered by sign? Your courier guy forged my sign? I'll sue you.
Stupid courier company doesn't even have an customer support email address or number....

My consignment delivery pin code was 763008 but in online the destination pin code is showing 673008 and my consignment is diverted to wrong pin code to kerala instead to odisha and not delivered yet.

I am giving daily mail and reminder to dtdc but they are not taking any action and not also not replying.

I have the more expensive item in this....
