Dear dtdc,
On october 22nd i booked a parcel at nellore office to china (N[protected], but still its not reach to that place.in delhi for kyc details. I make a call to nellore customer support person i. E [protected] but he doesn't give proper answer.. He said "address and phone number not valid" but same address and phone number i sent another courier with same address after few days but its reach (N[protected] u can check the history also. That is a official parcel. Please let me know what are the updates, and possible to return that parcel and money.

Dear Sir,
I have booked one Consignment to M/S.FLIP STAR, Shop No.414, 4th Floor, Madhav Shopping Centre, Godadara, SURAT-395011 vide your Consignment Note No.C 85990284 dt.07.11.2018 from TIRUCHIRAPALLI, TAMILNADU.
Your tracking record shows that the consignment delivered on 13.11.2018.
However, the online Trader categorically telling that they have not received the Consignment.
Eventhough, I have forwarded the proof of receipt by them by sending the copy of the signature who has received the consignment on behalf of FLIP STAR, THEY HAVE DENIED THE RECEIPT OF THE SAME.
They are saying that the signature is not of their staff and also saying that if they received such courier, they will sign it with their Rubber Stamp.But the signature proof provided by your staff at TRICHY does not contain their Rubber Stamp.Hence they denied the receipt of the Consignment.
A Copy of the lengthy communication through e mail between the Sender and the Receiver with full detail;s is attached herewith.
Kindly enquire the issue at your end and arrange to identify the consignment.

I have received the consignment but the same is not as per our requirement.So I have returned the Consignment to the Sender.

From 25.10.18 till today this parcel hadn't been delivered nor any reply from your customer's service department.
Please update me where's my parcel gone and why it haven't been delivered to ahmedabad yet.
Disappointed with your customer's service toll free I am approaching you.
Hoping for a positive feedback from your end.

I am actually not understanding why you people are playing the email game and noone is taking responsibility to give my parcel back.

I am working in this market for years and have worked with almost every top courier services but never ever faced this kind of situation.

Whatever it is now I don't want my parcel back now I want to claim for the full refund of my parcel.

I was also thinking to apply for the COD from your organisation. Now why should I go for that after having this kind of experience.

So finally i have decided to take legal action i[censored] don't get a satisfactory solution by the end of this week.

My awb num is m71538048. Courier was booked from up to bangalore. Online when i am tracking, it says no data available. Though, courier has been sent almost 6 days back.
Dtdc customer care says that they dont have data. Its really frustrating and i am already regretting that courier is coming via dtdc.

Request dtdc to kindly look into it and resolve it at earliest.

It didnt reach the address despite of providing accurate details. When i called in the dtdc office the response was poor and rude. They told me to send the details on their whatspp number and didnot do anything. They even properly attended my call. I've been using this service past 10 years but never had i ever faced such situations. Such situations are blot to its character. Kindly send the courier to the req destination.

We are using dtdc courier many times. Everytime we are facing many problem. Recently i am sending one courier tracking number: c86232455. It was return without any information. We call and ask chengalpattu and thiruporur dtdc office. They are saying irresponsible answer. It is really irritating us. Pls take action and reply me.

We have forwarded the courier through dtdc service on 3/9/18 from thamarassery. But the same was misplaced from your side based on the information shared by your team on 20/9/18. Very sad to inform you that we have received the courier on 26/11/18 (3months delay) at calicut. This create a lot of issues/losses to our management. So request you to check the reason and revert the priority.

As per above document from dtdc we are not received the same from our end. He is accept the mistake and he is not delivered the same at our end also not taken signature and company seal our end.

How dare u people say this? Don't have any shame? That is my parcel.. I trsusted u and sent through ur courier service but without any shame u people just saying that is missed. That is my parcel. My parcel is dispatched from chennai to be delivered to khanna and the pin code is 141401. This comes under ludhiana district. I have given the correct address and destination.

I checked the status on the online tracker and it shows chandigarh as the destination. But the pincode is correct.

Please help me and change the destination to khanna, ludhiana district.

I have submitted courier to delhi to send it at pilibhit from dtdc couriers services on 13 october 2018 and today is 29th november 2018.
Still it is not delivered. My consignment is z73766255 dtd 13/10/2018.
I tried to lodge complaint on their customer support but they didn't lodge the complaint.
Then i contacted near dtdc couriers they didn't helped, only give surety that it will be delivered.
Not courier service is not answering the call.
Now i am feeling helpless and i fear my valuable couriers might let lost.

I send a parcel from pune to thane on 22/11/2018. Consignment #p48023161. It contains ayurvedic oil... They charged me rs 100/- instead of rs 65/- for shipping liquid item. After 6 days on 28/11/2018 i'd complained to dtdc customer care for delay in delivery. Cc said that the parcel is in the same office (Ambegaon pf780) i've given. I've also contacted (Ambegaon) dtdc office but they did not answer me as well spoken rudely and inappropriately. Now on 29/11/2018 morning one of their employee called me for collecting me parcel reason being the parcel contains liquid item. They wasted my 7 days.. So now i want some strict action to be taken against ambegaon dtdc office and their employees.. This is my 4th complaint against this office... Please do the needfull..

This is rakesh kumar here, would like to convey you that one my friend posted an emergency courier from agra to pune dated on 19 nov 2018 and on 28 nov they called me last days delivery boy was going your house but you room was closed and mobile was switched off. But i was in my room itself. They people was telling lies. My consignment no. Was d47278809. His behavior with me was rude and i never would tolerate in near future.

My experience with dtdc was not not good enough for the first time.
Hope you will help me to solve this issue as soon as possible.

I have send a parcel from kolkata to bengaluru through dtdc, tracking # k30179726 on 16/11/2018. After reached to the nearest hub, courier guys doesn't contacted to receiver and they returned the parcel, according to their tracking history. Since 22/11/2018 my parcel kept in bengaluru hub, it doesn't returned. And kolkata courier service doesn't provides any correct info. I'm worried about my parcel.

May the delivery boy or the proprietor of the dtdc
Office of nagaon assam did not give much importance of the parcel they return it the original place by giving the reason behind the return is bad handwriting... From khanna, panjab my documents courier (Speed courier is done) said within 3 to 4 days it will be delivered to the address aditya engineering college, surampalem, andra pradesh. And it's 18 days became to partial from panjab and yet it hadn't been delivered to the address, may i ask why, it is so. What's the main reason. While call also no response and in case they will receive call then says that call after some time i m checking what had happened? Call disconnect...

I am perturbed with the way the company has handled a courier that was sent by me to a mumbai location itself. It was ceramic mugs consignment which reached the customer in a damaged state. Out of the 11 mugs only 6 mugs were in good condition while the other 5 were broken to pieces. You as a reputed company should e rectifying the lapse but instead your malad west, evershine outlet of dtdc refused to even acknowledge the mistake stating that they charge only for courier and are not responsible for the transit of the consignment. I dont understand what “courier charges” mean! I expected the package to reach intact. This can’t be tolerated and you must look into the error and rectify it.

This is regarding my parcel.. Tracking number x30154276. This has been marked as delivered on 24th nov 2018 but i haven't received the parcel. They marked that it's received by security guard first of why delivery person didn't called me before delivering the parcel to security i was at home full time that. 2nd thing security also have not received the parcel. I checked with all the guards. 3rd thing i checked the entry register of my apartment nobody from dtdc has came that day to my apartment. How can they mark delivered without delivering the parcel. And this not happened first time. With my 1 parcel that delivery boy continuesly 3 days marked status as door closed when i was at full time at home 4th also when i raised complaint he asked me to come to gate to receive the parcel.
With my other parcel he marked as delivered but he delivered the parcel after 3 days. Please take the action against the delivery boy name ravi and find my parcel where is it. I called the branch to raise the complaint they told they will call me back but i have not received any call from them and now they are not picking the.

I have sent a courier on 20 th nov 2018 till now it is not delivered and tried calling some numbers which i found in google but no one is responding. It should deliver to central base post office but it saying that door closed pls check and confirm as it is very urgent to deliver. Courier people are not at all responding.
