My consignment no z77129597 which was booked on 20th of nov 2018 from panchkula to guwahati is lost/damaged/stolen according to the dtdc regional office in guwahati when i enquired about it out of frustration. There has been no updates about the package in my tracking window since 24th of nov. All the customer care people are playing a blame game about the package, blaming one another for the damaged package and the reason for it not being reaching its destination.

One of my friend couriered me (Code of courier: r[protected] a mobile phone on 19 november 2018 from kochi to the address as mentioned below:

But i was shocked when i received this courier because my product was changed from the packet. For a valid proof you can cross check your records. At the time of sending courier, weight of the packet was 280 gm. But at the time of receiving the weight of same packet was 200 gm.

Today i received this courier and found that i have not received the same product what my friend couriered me from kochi.

Further i am ready to fire case in consumer court along with all valid proofs. I am attaching some proofs for your kind info.

My self milan, i posted an urgent couriers to my coustmer address khatras dist gandhinagar as it was extremely urgent for me. They told me that it will be delivered with in three to four days, but its more than 10 to 12 days and courier is not still delivered. My consignment no is k30138520, k05590176 and k30003375. Even my coustmer went to near dtdc office kalo dist. Gandhinagar to know about the status of the my courier and they didn't response good.in that area dtdc services is very poor. Always these things are happened

I already had lodged complaint on 05.11.2018 regarding non receipt of my parcel beyond one month. As earlier stated i had booked one parcel on behalf of me (Pampa ray) for delivery of a parcel containing sarees and some perishable items e. G. Coffee dust, black peeper dust and high quality cardamom from coorg silk society art & craft emporium, madikeri-571201 which to be sent to my kolkata address. The booking date for the parcel was 25.09.2018 with number d45848423. With lots of pursuation i came to know that the address f the destination branch of dtdc where reached the parcel on 03.10.2018. It was very near from my residence and almost a walkable distance. However, they neither bothered to deliver nor intimation to me for the same. But with lots of pursuation with the coorg silk society shop i got the no. Of your branch and i personally had to collect the same on the same very date i. E. On 02.11.2018 when i came to know the destination of the branch where my parcel reached and kept unattended for more than a month. By then, the coffee bacame hard and non usable, aroma of both cardamom and black peeper lost. I lost my money used for the purchase of the same. I am sending the pictures of those perishable goods when it was bought from coorg i. E. On 24.09.2018.

Dear sir,

I couriered 2 wedding cards through dtdc courier on 24th november and on 26th november i get a message saying that the cards have been delivered. When i checked with my relatives, the courier has not been received. I dont know where my courier is. Dtdc is very unreliable. Please take up this matter at the earliest.

I have a urgent courier posted at wrong pincode of 122001 which is in transit. Its actual delivery pincode is 122011 for baani address 1, gurugram, haryana. Though, the address on courier is correct. Consignment no is v50124584. Please inform them at the earliest. Courier is urgent and should not be misplaced. I have attached the receipt for the details. Let me know if anything else is required.

This is to inform that courier number awb number x 302550, has not been delivered to the given address. I am making a complaint immediately after i saw in the website, that it has been delivered in the given address. The courier company phone numbers are all non i'm complaining immediately as the same might not have been misplaced till now as the delivery was shown today in the evening only. The consignment was coming from nandan denims, ahmedabad and was supposed to be delivered at nift fashion design department, new delhi. However the delivery has not reached, and dtdc website says that it has been delivered. An immediate action is solicited on this to locate the parcel by the dtdc company.

I had sent a consignment through dtc on 23rd nov'18 from indore, it reached kolkata on 26th nov'18 but they havent yet delivered it to my specified address. When i open up there tracking platform i found that they have mentioned wrong delivery pincode. It very urgent, they are not even responding to my call in there moulali kolkata office. My consignment number is m71557536 and mobile number is [protected].

Hi, one of my family member posted a courier from patna to me in delhi, it was extremely urgent for me. It was booked on 16th november 2018 and today it is more than 10 days and still it is not delivered to me. My consignment number is k15442154. I have mailed on [protected]@dtdc.com 5 days back but still there is no response. Any of the contact number which wah mention in website is not responding. It is very urgent for me so please help on this on priority.

I have courier one parcel on 29th of November from Kolkata to Raipur with correct address and phone number. The courier company did not contacted and retured the parcel saying address not serviceable.if that is so why they commit for delivering to the zip code. In dtdc portal the statu is still showing somewhere at kona express. There is no way i can contact them and ask what issues they are facing to reach to the adress mentioned in the parcel.
There is no contact number or email for reaching out to the dtdc team for status enquiry.

The letter with three a4 documents were booked on wednesday, 21 november before noon. However, the booking date in their portal is shown as 22 nov with a time of 23:30 hrs. I let that stupid discrepancy go. Despite their assurance that the parcel will reach from delhi to mumbai in 72 hrs, its not delivered. The portal shows that it got delivered yesterday nov 26 at 18:30hrs but no such mail has been received by the mailing section by today noon. So clearly, first they don't deliver and just show that the post has been delivered. These were important urgent documents which had a deadline for 27 nov and i had posted them well in time. This is just horrible, infact the worst experience. I never had such problems with bluedart, fedex or dhl. Do not rely on dtdc.
You can see in the receipt on left hand corner the date as 21/11 and still the booking date reported on their online portal is 22/11 and 23:30hrs. Are we stupid to use their horrible service again?

Hello team,

This month i am about receive a medicine from visakhapatnam to bangalore. It was delivered from vizag hub on 2nd nov and received in bangalore hub. But it took almost 10 day in bangalore to reach me and is was mishandled and medicine got spoiled.

I am complaining not for compensation but want to inform courier department need to handle in extra care and ontime when they are sending medicine. It is really important person health which will be delivered.

Dear sir, we have dispatch 2 cases through dtdc by air dated-22nd nov-2018 from rorkee to pune docket no. D47253747 and today is 27 yet not delivered, this consignment was too much urgent that's why choose by air.

Please delivered asap within one or two hours

Please talk to us if someone is responsible person in dtdc

Z77549380 docket number shows stuck at baroda dtdc since 22nd and not moving to customer... Please look into the matter.. And sort it as soon as possible. Its is dispatched 10 days back. We also have no idea in which branch of dtdc is it stuck... Please help to resolve this issue fast. All details of address and client contact have been provided in detail.

We have booked one consignment consisting of 3 boxes on 16.11.2018 vide consignment no. D46339242 from jorhat to kolkata. But till now the material has not been delivered completely. They have received only 1 box and the rest 2 boxes are yet to be delivered.

We are very sorry to say we are not getting a proper reply neither from jorhat nor from kolkata dtdc office. So, please look into the matter seriously.

This type of service is not expected from such a world class courier service.

I have sent courier through dtdc on 21/11/2018 when received courier all my products have been damaged, i have already told courier person that these are the medicines some of the liquid forms, he told it will not go through the flight and i will go by road and taken the charge of that courier,

Request you kindly refund the amount because it's a very costly product

The consignment number of my courier is m72053193. Actually this is the one which i purchased on online shopping. So due to some diasters in my place i couldn't receive the parcel when it's out of delivery and also i was not in good condition to attend phone calls as there were some obstacles. And hence the courier has been returned to the fort, mumbai. The dealer who couriered is now busy so he cannot claim that from office. Can you please courier it to the same address? You can get money from me for that extra when delivering the courier. I need that courier back. So please help me

My parcels consignment no. Is a42657460 and k 15977156 it is in lake veiw branch, kolkata for last 10 days and irresponsible staffs are asking me to receive the product from their center. But delivery of product cost within the charge of posting. This is how dtdc snatching money from the consumer. Contact no. Customer care dtdc [protected] and[protected]

A shipment as booked from bangalore to goa on monday, november 19th using dtdc courier services. It has not yet been delivered to the final address. The package has reached the dtdc mapusa office but the mapusa office is refusing to deliver to the final address in aldona. According to both the panjim and mapusa offices of dtdc courier services, the pincode is no longer serviced and goods are no longer delivered there.

Upon asking why the package was taken in the first place if the pincode is not serviced, the staff began to yell and scream asking me to call the bangalore dtdc office and ask them to explain.

This is ridiculous and a complete waste of time for me. It is also exploitative since dtdc has charged for a service but is refusing to provide the same.
