Hi, as we have booked one courier from hubli to vijayawada on dt:10.11.2018, which was not delivered sofar, when asked for the details, nobody is responding to us and when went to ur hubli main branch, they are always busy in meetings and nobody is responding for missing courier.

Please understand the problem and do the needful,

I'm gayathri. On 21 nov i courier a parcel to my friend but it is delivered in a wrong address. They don't even call to the receiver. I track my courier it shows that successfully delivered in banjarahills. They blindly just give parcel to neighbor and in a wrong address.in tracking they deliver the parcel to sandhya i even don't know her. Please resolve this problem. My consignment number is h83220173

We ordered material from kauvery silk and handicrafts udyog of mysore to manipal karnstaka.
The goods were packed in 2 boxes.1 big and 1 small and sent on 9/11/18 by dtdc cargo with airway bil d39931261 from mysore
We received small box 10 days ago.
Big box still not received. After several enquiries and arguments, we came to know the box is lying in their manipal office for last 10 days. As it is heavy around 20 kg, they are not delivering.
Now they stopped receiving phone.
Please help

This is related to my consignment which i have not received till yet. My family sent me sweets for diwali but since now it's showing the status on hold. After 10 days when i enquired about the same, they said they forget to get one document, again my mother gave that and asked them to send. But its 23rd now and neither they pick my call nor they response on emails. I tried reaching on the contact number given in site for customer care but no one answers. It is more than 22 days now, it's not surprising if this happened as the client service is not that important for these guys. I just want to know how you will compensate for this. As diwali has gone and the goods carrying in the package must be got spoiled. I have attached the details please go through it.

Because i believe if they could not send it the courier before and had this idea then they should have not have taken the responsibility.

I booked a shipment from DTDC whose docket no. is ( z[protected] from lucknow to tanakpur has not yet delivered to the recipient, and the dtdc courier persons are not providing me the details about the shipment, both the lucknow office and the tanakpur dtdc office persons are taking this matter seriously ... the shipment has booked on[protected] and today is[protected], it has been more than a week ...
plz do d needful ...

I, dr sourav ghosh recently ordered an item from amazon.in.
The product was supposed to be delivered by dtdc. The tracking number for the same is x27144699.
The shipment was already paid while the order was placed. Today when your dtdc guys came to deliver the item tried to cheat my staffs & claimed payment of the same.
When he was asked about the amount to be paid he made my staff to open the parcel & search for the bill inside.
My staff found out that the amount is already being paid & when enquired the delivery guy about it, he just fled the premises.
Dtdc is one of our preferred courier service & i just want to bring this into your notice & hope such kind of cheating by your executives should be under radar & rectified with strong actions.

This is to inform you that 40days ago we complaint through this but We are not yet received parcel from your side i.e ., POD No A42120298. How many days will get for this issue closed.And one more thing is done recently one of your courier boy( Name. Mr.Prasad) came taken signature with our security on same POD Number without any delivered. just taken signature( with our security person he told in past one courier received you not signed pls sign regarding that then our securitry signed on same POD No which is we are not yet received parcel ) we will provide to you that CC Camera pic also. And the courier boy ask us how much value the parcel I will bare. He can ready for give money upto 1000/- but we booked parcel value is 5400/-

We enclosed with this mail CC camera vedio from your courier boy come with out parcel and take signature on Courier boy Acknowledgement Book in this No date mentioned worker name also not mentioned I think he taken fresh page and writedown the POD No A42120298 simply take sign & Contact number and went out.

Please let me know how many day will get to receive the parcel ? look into this and do the needful ASAP.

Note: While before compliant we asked local courier office they provide delivery status Acknowledgment details in this they given delivery another place that copy also encloed through this pls find and take necessary action and revert back ASAP.

With reference to consignment no. D46866743 dtd. 14.11.18 from jaipur (Raj.) to namrup (Assam)-786623 has been not delivered yet dtd. 23.11.18 & not proper response from the dtdc ganpati plaza, jaipur branch office. This consignment was very urgent for receiver. Dtdc courier assured us the consignment will be delivered as on before 19.11.18. So please take necessary action.

It is regarding kochi karuvelipady retail shop. If goods expired date is today they may kept in reduced price and use to sold. But in now a days (Last 2 months) shop workers not updating that reduction price even 1400 hrs of that day. Unknowingly if we get that item to counter that used to say new reduced rate sticker is not pasted so not possible to sell. If the worker's of that retail shop might be interested to buy that goods, no problem, keep somewhere. I[censored] keep
In costumers visible trays unnecessary controversy create there. Also there r costumers selectively come for reduction sale, for they also it is problem. Please take action.

Dear sir,
I requested a book selling shop of college street to send a book to my mother at jadavpur, kolkata. The boy once called my mother but my mother is 81 years old. He never visited the addressee nor he called again.in case of problem he could contact the sender also through your garcia office. Your garia office could not also be contacted after several attempts. But in the tracking system it is shown that the parcel is delivered. Please take necessary action.

Courier vide consignment # z71642633 was booked from dwarka delhi to vipul srivastava at aurangabad, bihar on 14th nov. However, the consignment is being returned as dtdc has no service to the place. If that was so, then why at first place the consignment was booked? The service provider says that money will not be refunded. The consignment contains goods to be given in keeping with family tradition. Due to this we have lost our reputation among our relatives. If positive response is not received within next 5 days, we will be forced to approach consumer court for justice. You have a chance to make amends. I have you inform that i have courier at your good office bathinda on dt 15/11/2018 vide r no z79672347 to gurpreet singh... Ludhiana. (Pb) but not delivered my courier till 22/11/2018... This packet are very urgently??? Courier booked on 17/11/2018 at mysore dtdc office under premium service-blue.
Dtdc promised that under blue premium service they will deliver within 48 hours.
But today 22/11/2018 i have not received the courier. Even i spoke to customer care - bangalore ie.[protected].

I spoke to kolkatha office also, they are blaming bangalore office, but nobody is not able to trace my consignment where it is.

I am fed up with dtdc services, even after making payment for premium service am cheated.

It is very important document and due to this incidence am under mental stress and it is causing mental agony to me,

So i request the forum to take appropriate action and compensate loss occured to me, this should be a lesson to the dtdc that they should not do like this in future to any body.

Myself jinu from chunabhatti mumbai booked courier (Application for job in ncl singrauli, madhya pradesh) to singrauli on 04/11/2018 and the consignment was by air facility.
But till date on 22/11/2018 my courier was undelivered and in your consignment status its showing that it was returning due to non delivery of consignment. How poor is your service that the consignment via air mode takes 15-20days to reach singrauli in mp and not able to deliver. You service ruined my dream, i was applied for govt. Job in northern coal ltd singrauli and send my application through your courier believing that it will reach early.

By this mail i want to inform you that if my application rejected or not be reached before last date due to your service, then surely am going to file a complaint in consumer forum.

We have to share information that, our company kalva engineers pvt. Ltd. Nagole, hyderabad, removed account from his list, due to less billing for montly basis.
What is minimum billing for continuing credit account in any franchisee.
We have account with nagole franchise more than 10 years. We are doing billing from last 6 months as rs.200 to rs.300, but in the las 3 months our billing sept: 740/- oct : 3410, nov : 890/-
Please resolve this problem or shift our account nearby franchise.

I have not received my courier since20 days so deliver it today itself or else you will have to pay compensation of 20000 because if i don't receive my courier i'll have to face a loss of 20000 my docket number is d46138440... It has been sent from noida up and has been received by the dtdc pimpri on 2nd november and has tobe delivered to sudarshan nagar pimple gurav pune... I am really glad that this message will be visible to everyone because everyone must know about your robbery. So, here are the details - this divali, my parents sent me a carrier of 7kg from 'sant tukaramnagar' branch, pune to hamilton, canada. Package no.- n97507165. Guess what happened between the process, the box was changed and material, around 2 kgs got missing. Awesome, right? Plus, these people charged me 19 dollars, around 1 thousand rupees in canada. Whereas, my parents had already paid for shipping and the customs charges. This is not the only thing they did, they humiliated my parents, lied to them, and now they are not answering my parent's calls.
So, on the occasion of diwali, my mother sent me various homemade snacks. Our emotions were attached to that food, how dare you to touch that food? Who the hell do you think you are? How could you change the boxes and take out the laddus while changing it? If your people want to eat homemade laddu, with lots of ghee in it, just visit my home and mother will happily give it to you. How dare you to steal my food and charge my parents for it? I am not just annoyed but i am going to charge against you guys. 1. Prashant das - (Retail head of sant tukaram nagar branch, pune), and 2. Pallavi sing - (Customer head of the same branch) how dare these people to lie to my father? How dare they to cut my father's calls whenever he asks regarding this issue? It has been 2 weeks, my father is visiting the branch office, but they haven't even emailed his complaint to the main office.
So, first of all, i want you to apologize to my father, and i want a written apology with the reimbursement of 1400 rs.

After waiting 17 days, which is too late we received this message. But for your information, we didn't received any parcel nor anybody in my home.

We tried to contact so many times over customer care as well as done the e-mails, but nobody responds.

Delivery boy rejected to deliever at my home address.
When i asked he said my limit is upto 1.5km after that i won't come to deliever.
After my querry then why dtdc accepted to deliever it, he rashly said next time deliever it with indian post. I am an regular customer of dtdc but not anymore if because my mom has to go to pick up the courier after then why will i pay more to dtdc next time it will be in my mind that i will choose a courier who can deliever at my home and talk like proffessional.
I will not forget how bad the behaviour although i have requested to boangaon office also.

K30008075. The receipt clearly shows receiver address in delhi as noted by your salt lake office in the receipt i have. But has not been delivered to receiver address in delhi instead despatched to our head office address which is written in your receipt as sender. Kindly refund money as your tracking will reflect it’s in shillong instead of delhi!!!
