This is to inform you that the two parcels which i received was torn and sarees was torn also. One with id number z40092486 and another z40032374. Parcel should be handled with care. The cloth was in a very bad condition. The cover was damaged.in future if this continues it will be difficult to send parcels through ur service. Hope u take this into account. And take a immediate action

As the package arrived at dhanbad dtdc branch, on 24 september 2018, but nobody contacted me yet, dtdc dhanbad branch already returned many packages without my knowledge mentioning that i am not available or not shown any response for the package, i really know that such activity of dtdc dhanbad branch will really create a very big problem, and bring a very bad reputation of dtdc only due to dtdc dhanbad branch, so ceo and board members of dtdc should must take stern action against dtdc dhanbad branch immediately, because further it causes a bad reputation of dtdc as whole, people will start refraining from dtdc dhanbad branch if no action is taken immediately, and i want to know that when i will get the book or not, because delivery date is 24 september, and 2 october, tell me how long i have to wait, book will be delivered to me or not, i am not sure, otherwise i have to take legal action against dtdc, consumer court erc, so please immediately take necessary actions against dtdc dhanbad branch, so no other people may face similar situation

I placed a book of biochemistry for medical student from amazon in, and already paid the amount online, date of order 8 september 2018, dispatch date 18 september, and delivery date 24 september, through dtdc courier services from mumbai to dhanbad, and on contacting the seller, they informed me book arrived at dhanbad on 24 september, but nobody from dtdc courier services contacted me, not delivered the book, same type of activity dtdc courier services of dhanbad has done to me without my knowledge they returned many package, mentioning that i am not available or i refused to take the package, order id no.[protected], dtdc consignment number. M69109001, now dtdc ceo tell me when i will get the book, or i have to consumer court against dtdc.

Please have a look over all attachments which I communicated to your Vijay NAGAR, Ghaziabad branch on Two Mobile No.'s over call, Text msg and whatsapp.

But, due to your irresponsibility and mistake which done at your end regarding wrong Pin entered 177001 from your side instead of 177201, still Medicine packet NOT delivered after paying you MONEY.

Do acknowledge and follow up why this mistake happened and NOT informed properly.

In this regard i want to bring notice that dtdc, dhanbad branch, service are really very bad, earlier dtdc dhanbad branch has returned many package without my knowledge, explaining the i am not available, or i refused to the package, so i want to say the service of dhanbad branch will really create a very bad reputation of dtdc, so ceo of dtdc must take immediate action, otherwise people will refrain from dtdc services, now you tell me when i will get the book,

I ordered an item from ayurveda cart. They dispatched item through dtdc courier on 19 sep 18. The shipment tracking number was z73296634. When i tracked the item on dtdc site it shows the item was delivered on 25 sep 18, though i have not received the delivery physically, after making enquiry through the ayurveda cart about delivery they checked and said the item was delivered and signed by individual as they confirmed from dtdc. The item is delivered on 01 oct 18 by sagar gupta a delivery boy, contact no. [protected]. If i have not enquired about the courier & avurveda cart not enquired about the courier to dtdc i believed i may not received the courier.

I sent a courier through dtdc on 26.09.2018. The tracking status is showing that it has been delivered at shivajinagar, pune where it should not be. It's a wrong place where it is showing delivered. My cinsignment number is k15611276
I want that the courier must be delivered in the address where it should be.

My courier dispatch to ahmedabad on 25th september 2018, and it reached pari chowk dtdc branch which is near vanice mall on 26th sep 2018, but i did not get it till 29 sep, then i call there and a lady rajni, picked my call and she asked my address and i confirm my all address details, she told me that she will delivered it today evening by delivery boy, and in evening i call her again so, she said that they cant delivered my package because my address is very far and i have to pick it by myself otherwise she will return it, and she send me a wrong address of dtdc branch when i reach there and call her so she said that don"t ask me again and again for address you can find out by google, she was so rude on call, i want to take a action against her. Then i track my package details online so she update my status that my package is out for delivery, and i pick it by myself, so now i will never use dtdc service again.

It is very disgusting to express about dtdc courier service which i never expected n irresponsible response their staff @ kurnool main branch. I have booked one cover from knl to razole, east godavari dist., vide their no. H83574626/26.09.18 through dtdc. While booking cover their staff had confirmed to deliver on 29.09.18. They have not delivered.

One courier was send from jaipur to kochi, kerala and that material in the courier was a damaged one... So from kochin it was send back to jaipur again... So i want to know that whether the jaipur office received it or not... I already called the jaipur headoffice to confirm this but they were not responding... An item was booked vide consignment number v49361362 on 24 sep18 in urgent facility and told will reach latest by 26 evening, i agreed and paid 310/- but item not delivered even by 28 evening. My all work was spoiled because there was some project paper in that item, that has to reach in office by 28 sep18. Dtdc just spoiled my all effort, if i would aware such a careless service being render by dtdc
I would never ever choose it's service. Too bad service by dtdc.

The parcel was not delivered to the customer and your tracking site has updated status saying door locked. Infact no delivery boy came to the house to deliver the parcel and your site puts a update of door locked. When u haven't come then how do you know that the door was locked. The customer was at home all the time. Please deliver the parcel correctly and immediately.

From karvy noida delhi c/note no[protected] was sent via falkon courier to b delivered to 421301 by dtdc but the same has been delivered at 421005 under dtdc no m70176063 as per your falkan and dtdc web report as well as the courier for cheques to pay advance tax was also delayed by 4-5 days and i dont under stand whether this is falkon couriers fault or dtdc to b blamed for this, but to my surprise it happens with me only after every 3-4 months

The package which was received by me was already unsealed and aux wire and pair of cells were missed in that package. Handle with care was also written on that package but i received my stuff damaged. This is really serious issue and you should search my missing items from that package and also give explanation regarding unsealing my package without permission. I hope that you will provide me with a proper remedy in terms of my missing stuff or by compensation

This is an escalation on customer support team provided by dtdc which is located at remco layout, vijayanagar, bangalore. I had booked a courier from them and initially when booked there was no issue. After shipment the courier was shipped to my address itself (I. E. From address) instead of destination address. When i track with consignment number it showed as "shipment delivered". So when my father went and asked about this the lady over there was very harsh and rude in her behavior and in the way it was conveyed. Since there was no other way other than to send it again she became furious removed the from address and when asked about this the reply was "it will reach. You can leave". If it does not reach the destination address to whom shall it be return to in this case?

Also in the consignment slip she has only mentioned the correct destination initially for the first time then why it did not reach?

So this the way they treat their customers without any respect and they really don't care about their customers. Even if they don't care also its fine but i am not getting as to why treat them badly?

From the above i just want to let others know the customer support behavior and the quality of service provided by them is worst in all ways.

I have to receive a courier from franklin templeton investment office vijayawada. They booked the courier on 15.09.2018 and when i enquired with them that office that i have not received the cover so far. The enquired with your office and informed that the cover was already delivered on 19.09.2018. But i have not received so far.

When i tried to contact the champapet branch since 3 days the office is locked. To day morning i visited your malakpet branch for enquiry of the fate of the cover. They verified the data in the system and informed the cover was delivered on 19.09.2018. On verification of the signature on the form the signature was not signed by me or any of my family members.

Then the person promised that we will enqiure with champapet branch and see that it is delivered by to day evening.

It seems that the covers not delivering to the persons and they are confirming you in the system that it is delivered.

It this is the case how people will believe such a big and reputed organisation.

Please enquire and let me know the fate of my cover.

We have to receive a courier from dtdc, which was booked at tuticurin on 25.09.18, but till 27.09.18 afternoon, we did not receive the courier. When we are about to contact t nagar office the phone numbers given in the website were not working. We tried the nungambakkam branch, no one picked up the phone. When tracked thru, its given as out for delivery. They got a poor service and always the courier came late. No contact numbers for most branches.

We have booked one consignment to a nearby place of about 35 km in hyderabad. Promised to deliver with in 3 days. We have explained importance of the same while booking and later continuously followed up informing misrouting etc. We went to booking office and also complained to their customer care.
The response is worst
The company is inefficient and irresponsible.
