I booked a courier on[protected] with consignment number Z73283052 from DTDC courier agent at Bhadson (147202) Sharma Photostat.

The courier destination is Jharkhand (829117). I told him to book the courier in DTDC Plus service as i need the document urgently. He charges Rs. 400/- from me for this courier.
But my courier is not delivered till[protected] at 16:30.

Hi i have got a parcel booked on 21st september with tracking id Z73274631 it is again and again displaying NO DATA AVAILABLE and even dtdc people are not ableto help me...

Unprofessional and unacceptable approach from dtdc/hdfc bank partnership.

I have ordered the checkbook from hdfc netbanking. To my surprise i got the message from hdfc that your checkbook is delivered (Tracking no x[protected]. I was shocked to hear, since no one in my family and neighbours had received it. I literally followed the dtdc and bank to get the checkbook. I got the dtdc courier numbers ([protected], [protected]) and they kept promising to deliver it despite they mentioned that it was delivered. Bank closed the compaint without looking into the matter that it was delivered. Delivery boy blocked my no and finally after the fight for few weeks i blocked all the check numbers after personally visiting the hdfc bank branch. One fine day i got the call from dtdc boy that he is near to my home. There is no reason until now why they said it is delivered and bank's callous attitude in this case was not acceptable either since i am classic customer with dedicated personal banker. I am going to close my hdfc bank account and dtdc relationship forever. Pratik badkul

I wants to bring in your kind consideration that the DTDC office of Santir Bazar South Tripura, with PIN 799144 is having no delivery boy. They calls us to receive our parcel from the office, and we ends up with standing in a long queue and wasting our precious time. This, no doubt, resulting in the degradation of your brand's glory and trust. I had also placed a complain to Consumer Forum with complain ID 931923. I hope you will look up the matter, ASAP.

I regulry send medicine to my customer at kalingpong from nagerbazar dtdc, they charges below rs.100 every time, my office at mall road, kolkata-700080,, this new dtdc office is nearby my place, so i send my representative to send the courior, but in the name f medicine, and so emergency, they charged rs.270, though we have not said any urgency. It is just cheating, to earn more commission this branch has done it.in this way i lost about rs.200. I will complain about it to the local authority if, your branch do not refund the extra money taken from us.

As i am going to receive medicine from hyderabad to my place bijapur (Karnataka) it was shipped on 24/9/18 & after checking tracking number there is no update & it's more than 3 days i am checking regularly but no result i am sorry to say that such negligence is not done my address were the medicine should reach is

Unfortunately I received only 5kg weight books. Then I contacted eluru purna chandra rao. He said in Vijayawada also the packet weight noted as only 5kg. I asked for justice. In that packet I have to get three books and 3 dvd. Related to chemistry.

Myself khokan choudhuri, my brother posted me some documents from delhi on 14.09.2018 to jatni, bhubaneswar. Still, now i didn't receive this documents but when i want to track using the consignment, it showed like it was successfully delivered. I didn't understand what was happening with my documents and who received it. Please let me know.

Today i received a parcel from mumbai. (To chennai). After opening the parcel i realized that 3 items amounting to 3000 rs. Is missing from the parcel.

On further introspection i found out that the parcel (A cardboard box) had been opened and retaped with a different colored tape (A darker version of the brown tape). A really shoddy repacking i must say.

I did not expect this from such a renowned and famous courier company. Just wanted to put it here so others can be aware.

I was not hoping that such type of branded company could have done such type of mistake. Some of my important documents I had sent to Delhi by your courier. But your service is so careless still I can't believe. As per your mail I would like to get reimbursement against my parcel. Here given bellow were in my parasol.
1. Adhar Card.
2. Voter I'D card.
4. PAN card
5. Driving licence.
3. One estimate and planing of new house construction .

Dtdc collected courier to me from kottayam after checking pincode of my address (680683). But they did not delivered the item to my address. Instead they demanded me to collect parcel from their franchisee at irinjalakuda (Pin code 680121). I was not able to reach their office during working hours because i had to take a leave from my work place. They returned the item to thrissur. Again the parcel came to irinjalakuda. I was forced to collect the item from franchisee at irinjalakuda in my own expense and loosing my leave. I am going to lodge a petition in the consumer court for compensation.
If they are not able to deliver in the given pin code, why do they collected the item? Later makes trouble to customer.

I am highly disappointed with the service of DTDC. Last week I sent a TV from Bangalore to Kerala. When the package was opened the TV was all broken. I spoke to DTDC office stating that this was packed by DTDC only then why it was broken. Without giving any second thought DTDC said they can not do anything, it your loss. As they mentioned, their job is to just deliver the product in any condition & damage is not their responsibility.

I request you to take the action on the same get this TV replaced or refunded.

I have booked a courier consignment no. K13287925 on 07/09/18 for bhubaneswar and the same consignment returned to durgapur hub on 18/09/18 citing wrong address.

It is to be noted that i have sent consignment to the same address at bhubeneswar earlier through your courier service

I have contacted your agent in durgapur on 18/08/18, he checked the consignment and apologised for the return of the consignment no. K13287925.

Your agent at durgapur hub resent the consignment with a new consignment no. K14278832 on 19/09/18.

After tracking the consignment no. K14278832, i found that it is successfully delivered at jaydev vihar on 21/09/18. But the intended recipient did not received it till date. While the address intended is of trishna enclave then what is the consignment at jaydev vihar.

It is requested to deliver the consignment no. K14278832 immediately to the address of the recipient as mentioned in the consignment.

I was assured my form for maulana azad dental college and hospital, new delhi will reach before last day of submission which is on 24/09/18. I gave it to dtdc on 18th september 2018 at around 6 pm from daltonganj to new delhi, been 5 days tracking details shows ranchi. I need my documents to be delivered by tomorrow i. E 24/0918.
I need to be assured that it will be delivered tomorrow.
None of your customer care numbers are available. I tried sending an email but it says the consignment number is invalid.
I want an answer for such pathetic service.

My courier was to be delivered at islampur west bengal but dtdc delivered it in rajkot.. My order idz72356835.. Please deliver my item to correct address.. Why so irresponsible its too expensive material in that package.. Address was correctly written in the package but still how they can deliver to wrong address ph no. Was also given.. As promised, the shipment was supposed to reach the consignee within 4 working days, conditions - unfolded and intact. The shipment arrived one day late plus there was a hole on the package alongwith on the documents which was crushed and wet too. The consignment number is n20056490 dated 8/8/2018 from kolkata to signapore. The consignment reached on 14th of august 2018. The whole consignment reached was of no further use to the consignee. Damaged.

I am arpan sardar and i stay in sonarpur, kolkata 700150.
A41706837 is the parcel which i was supposed to receive from dtdc sonarpur.
Now the incident is that dtdc sonarpur has misplaced the item and by malpractice he is saying he has delivered the item to me and as proof what he is showing is my sign on another parcel. Attached is the picture which he is showing to me.
Please look into this matter. Even i can provide you the recorded call where dtdc sonarpur owner has confessed that he has misplaced the item.

This was an important document. It was to be delivered just inside hyderabad city from sayeedabad to jubilee hills. It was booked on september 19, 2018 and it is not delivered till date.
It is just lying in dtdc office in basheerbagh.
No one answers the hyderabad customer care phone number.
Why it is taking such a long time, just to be delivered inside the city of hyderabad?
