I am highly disappointed with the service of DTDC. Last week I sent a TV from Bangalore to Kerala. When the package was opened the TV was all broken. I spoke to DTDC office stating that this was packed by DTDC only then why it was broken. Without giving any second thought DTDC said they can not do anything, it your loss. As they mentioned, their job is to just deliver the product in any condition & damage is not their responsibility.

I request you to take the action on the same get this TV replaced or refunded.

I have booked a courier consignment no. K13287925 on 07/09/18 for bhubaneswar and the same consignment returned to durgapur hub on 18/09/18 citing wrong address.

It is to be noted that i have sent consignment to the same address at bhubeneswar earlier through your courier service

I have contacted your agent in durgapur on 18/08/18, he checked the consignment and apologised for the return of the consignment no. K13287925.

Your agent at durgapur hub resent the consignment with a new consignment no. K14278832 on 19/09/18.

After tracking the consignment no. K14278832, i found that it is successfully delivered at jaydev vihar on 21/09/18. But the intended recipient did not received it till date. While the address intended is of trishna enclave then what is the consignment at jaydev vihar.

It is requested to deliver the consignment no. K14278832 immediately to the address of the recipient as mentioned in the consignment.

I was assured my form for maulana azad dental college and hospital, new delhi will reach before last day of submission which is on 24/09/18. I gave it to dtdc on 18th september 2018 at around 6 pm from daltonganj to new delhi, been 5 days tracking details shows ranchi. I need my documents to be delivered by tomorrow i. E 24/0918.
I need to be assured that it will be delivered tomorrow.
None of your customer care numbers are available. I tried sending an email but it says the consignment number is invalid.
I want an answer for such pathetic service.

My courier was to be delivered at islampur west bengal but dtdc delivered it in rajkot.. My order idz72356835.. Please deliver my item to correct address.. Why so irresponsible its too expensive material in that package.. Address was correctly written in the package but still how they can deliver to wrong address ph no. Was also given.. As promised, the shipment was supposed to reach the consignee within 4 working days, conditions - unfolded and intact. The shipment arrived one day late plus there was a hole on the package alongwith on the documents which was crushed and wet too. The consignment number is n20056490 dated 8/8/2018 from kolkata to signapore. The consignment reached on 14th of august 2018. The whole consignment reached was of no further use to the consignee. Damaged.

I am arpan sardar and i stay in sonarpur, kolkata 700150.
A41706837 is the parcel which i was supposed to receive from dtdc sonarpur.
Now the incident is that dtdc sonarpur has misplaced the item and by malpractice he is saying he has delivered the item to me and as proof what he is showing is my sign on another parcel. Attached is the picture which he is showing to me.
Please look into this matter. Even i can provide you the recorded call where dtdc sonarpur owner has confessed that he has misplaced the item.

This was an important document. It was to be delivered just inside hyderabad city from sayeedabad to jubilee hills. It was booked on september 19, 2018 and it is not delivered till date.
It is just lying in dtdc office in basheerbagh.
No one answers the hyderabad customer care phone number.
Why it is taking such a long time, just to be delivered inside the city of hyderabad?

I am amazon seller and i used professional courier services regular to send a mobile phone and other item.. But i never face any problem but this time i am in big trouble. I sent this parcel on dated 28/08/2018 from bokaro steel city and delivered address is

The parcel is not delivered yet. It is missing!
We trusted to send the mobile only through professional courier thinking that this was a big establishment and our mobile will be delivered safe!! This is totally "unprofessional" courier.

Please do the needful to investigate on this and get our mobile delivered safely!!

If you go on the website and check the consignment number, I have sent it under express delivery after paying extra on 14th August, 2018. They have not delivered my package nor have they updated anything on the website. I understand that due to the floods in Kerala there might have been a delay but they don't even have the decency to update the website with the status of the consignment. After a month passed by on 15th September 2018 I wrote to them asking for the status of the consignment, I have called the customer care, written to them a dozen times, messaged them on facebook. There has been zero response on either of the portals. They tell me the consignment has been returned and is in the Goregaon branch since the last one week, but will not update me on when I will get it back. Such unprofessional behavior. This is harassment. They have wasted my time and money, The package is worth INR 10, 000 and whenever I speak to the executives they hang up saying they will call me in one hour. It has been more than 40 days and I have no update on my consignment whatsoever. Request you to take a serious action

Booked parcek from mumbai to surat on 24th august 2018. It has not delivered according to dtdc wrong address whereas i sent many parcel on same address.

Dtdc sent back to mumbai but till date i don't get my parcel back. I wrote complain but not get any solution.

Where is my parcel gone?? Alwyas misplaced parcel. Big fraud courier service.

Your service is very poor. I'm too much disappointed with your service.
I have courier one parcel from nagpur to hyderabad, it takes 7 days to deliver. And nagpur branch, dtdc officer told me that they will be delivered any type of courier within 3-4 days. After 7 days i have to call 3-4 times to that office to check delivery status. It's totally disappointing. I will not be recommended dtdc services to any one onwards.

I had booked a courier to muddenahalli, chickballapur on 11th september 2018.
Consignment no:v49049062. The manager present at your franchise outlet in gajularamaram mentioned that if i pay rs 310/- the consignment would be delivered faster in 2 days else it would take 4- 5 days. Accordingly, i paid rs 310/- for express delivery. To my surprise, the parcel has been returned to me after 9 days saying that the address is incomplete.

I have mentioned the correct address along with the mobile number and pincode as well.

Kindly look into the matter and ensure that you appoint capable persons at your franchise outlets. Also ensure that either the parcel is delivered to the recipient or my money is refunded back to me.

Awaiting your response. Else i will raise a complaint in the consumer forum.

My courier got booked on 18/09/2018 from bangalore. It was supposed to reach mumbai today (20/09/2018). But the status shows still in bangalore hub. It contains documents which was supposed to be delivered by 20/09/2018.

Because of your negligence i am loosing my deadlines. Can you deliver my courier asap. How unprofessional you can be. This is the third time in a span of 1 month. It's highly irresponsible and top of that your executives gives us false details.

Dtdc courier tracking number a41559447 is missing from 9th sept booked from ahmedabad for bathinda. Last status showing recieved at bathinda facility but parcel not available at any of the dtdc office - personally checked two offices at bathinda.

It is sad that none of the executive at dtdc taking responsibility of the parcel. Highly irresponsible behavior by staff.

My package with tracking no. D46014061 has been booked on 11th september 2018 from suri, west bengal to deliver it to pune with proper address and phone number. Some guy from the dtdc office picks up the parcel from the pick up location and delivers it to some unknown random location of his choice.

Worried, i called the customer care of dtdc, they gave me a number to which i called and this lady talks to me so rudely as if it was my mistake. Customer care representative kept lying me saying this issue will be taken care but it never did.

My parcel is lying somewhere with no botherence and care.

I am planning to visit the nearest dtdc centre from my location and will ask them to deliver my parcel back.

My post will go to the social media and everywhere possible. People should be aware of such fraud courier companies.

I sent a courier to kolkata, firstly dtdc sent my pckage to a wrong delivery site and on calling every different person asks for different details. One person said they cant deliver to the said pincode. Another peraon said that they have recorded a different pincode. After sending the receipt also there is no whereabouts of my courier. Their customer care seems busy all day and even if you get lucky through the call they are not giving any answer of when courier will reach.

This is to inform you that i have placed an order for courier delivery to kanpur vide tracking number-d[protected] but the parcel was undelivered as stated you do not have services in that location.in spite of knowing that no service is available the branch again sent the courier but this time they did not shared the tracking number.
As my parcel contained perishable food item it got wasted and could not reach out to the destination.
I wasted a lot of money and time on following it up with the branch number sf470
I would like to claim the refund from the dtdc branch for my courier charges of rs. 800 and food charges of rs. 500 so in total a sum of rs. 1300.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest or i will file an fir against the same.

But i am unable to track the documents.

I have couriered it from your haltu, kolkata-700078 contact office.

It is unfortunate that no body can provide me any information regarding my documents.

I have sent mail to dtdc for 6-7 times but did not get any reply

Package including small machine parts of two kilograms and a tshirt, bought fresh. Packing was done by DTDC member, Satya Niketan branch, New delhi.110021.when the parcel was recieved at Agartala (destination), the tshirts was found torn at several parts and let to the loss of more than 1100 rupees.After a deposit of 840 rupees for shipping a material, you find the material to be damaged, it means the purpose was lost.
