I sent a courier from pune to bhubaneshwar. They didn't delivered yet and when i am calling in head office banglore customer care they are saying they will see what they can do they are providing me the bhubaneshwar team number and as i called in there no one is concerned out there also one guy is simply giving me other guy's number. And i called many times in head office there is total negligence.Consignment number is P47474853 .

Last two days not a single update about our parcel... And ur raipur frenchies are not received call and switched of mobile.. And ladline no. Very pathetic condition... Raipur frenchies... As per delhi hub goods are delivering raipur two days before but good's not received kindly talk to ur frenchies.. Otherwise never book any consintment in future... Very bad service

Packet is lying in dtdc pari chowk office for the last 2 days and despite myself approaching them on phone no. [protected] ad also registering complaint with customer service under case no. 12401618, the packet is still undelivered. The delivery boy devendra gave reason that under his boss instruction he has not delivered the packet because for my sector sigma 4 only this packet was to be delivered. His boss asked him to wait till more deliveries accumulate. This is sheer insensitive and irresponsible attitude on part of your staff. My packet is containing important medicines for me. We could not move out of our residence for the last two days so that we should not miss the delivery. It is really shameful for reputed courier service provider that speed post is giving better service than you and that too at the half rates than what you charge. My issue is that you direct your office to deliver the packet positively on 5.9.18 forenoon. Gopal dutt

I send consignment from Aswaropet(Khammam) to amazon seller services ahmadabad vide c no;H09286494 on 13/07/2018.That consignment is not delivered to the party, at the same time it is not return back to me. please enquire above consignment and send reply to the following details.M NO;[protected]orE mail; [protected]@gmail.com what about my consignment and do necessary action.

My friend sent a courier to me and i haven't received the parcel. Reference number (Awb: p46277814.)

The status is showing as "returned parcel received at facility".

This is one of the important documents which has to reach at the earliest.

I'm not sure why there is a delay and why it was returned to facility.

I called numerous times and informed that the parcel has my educational certificates and it is important to me. I also requested them to send the parcel back to the destination address and i was willing to pay any additional amount.

But, there is no response for my emails and phone calls despite repeated follow-up for last two months.

Please help me to get the certificates.

Consignment No: V48888395 reached to lucknow 25th August but the delivery boy denied to deliver on the address provided. On top of that, no action was taken by DTDC and moreover no one is picking the call at their customer care. When I dropped the email to their customer care, they are sending back absurd email which are of no relevance and not resolving the issue. And also I am not informed about any return back of consignment as well.

Respected Sir,

I am a practicing Advocate in and around Hyderabad Courts, having 18 years standing. I regularly book consignments on behalf of my clients in Karmanghat Collecting point. As part of my profession I, on behalf of my client P.Anjiah Goud, have booked a consignment addressed to P.Amarnath Goud, Yemnampet Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Medhcal District-501301 (Photo of Consignment enclosed) on 31st July, 2018. The Address which I have given is perfectly correct which also has pin cone No. I have also given mobile contact number [protected].

Unfortunately, the above consignment was not served by the delivery boy to the addressee. The delivery boy is so negligent that he did not even attempt to call the above given mobile number. Ultimately the consignment was returned to the office where it was booked with endorsement “Wrong/Incorrect Address” in the 3rd week of August, 2018. Infact, my client went personally and verified about the genuinity of the address and he clarified that the address was correct and the Mobile number is also correct. My client sent number of letters to the same address through Indian registered post and they are successfully delivered.

I immediately contact the person Mrs. Annapurna ([protected]) who booked the consignment and complained to her in the last week of Aug, 2018 . She immediately called the above number of addressee i.e. [protected]. The Addresse P.Amarnath Goud told that he do not wish to take the consignment and would like to refuse the same. Basing on the telephone talk, she rounded off the earlier endorsement and entered fresh endorsement “Refused to take Delivery”.

Later, when I sat before my laptop to draft the complaint, I took the copy of the tracking report. Surprisingly, I found that the status of tracking report was noted as “Successfully Delivered”. I do not how it will be served when the original consignment (cover) is with me.

By the above acts, it is crystal clear that the delivery boy is cunning in nature. He played fraud and cheating upon me, the consignor. The delivery boys of the DTDC are quoting the endorsements as per their whishes. I have paid Rs.80/- for the consignment. Inspite of taking the charges, the DTDC Courier are negligent in their duties.

The DTDC is indirectly encouraging the delivery boys with an intention to deliver consignments more than the limit, so that they can earn more money and make more business. They have no interest and responsibility on the profession and are only interested in money making.

The website of DTDC has given Customer care numbers in Hyderabad[protected],[protected] and also Head Office at Bangalore[protected]. I have even tried to contact Malakpet Incharge Mr. Babu Rao ([protected]). But not even one number is connecting and not even one person is lifting the phone numbers. Having vexed with the attitude of the DTDC, I am constrained to give this complaint to your goodself.

I, therefore, request your goodself to take action against the DTDC Courier so that this fraud and cheating will not happen to other gullible persons and take steps to return my amount of Rs. 80/- and grant me damages and misc. expenses and oblige.

Hello team,
I have booked a parcel on 22/8/2018 to other end of bengaluru city (Address is attached).
Usually it will take 2 days to reach the parcel.

But when it doesn't reached to my client & i revisited the courier office on 24/08/2018 & informed them that courier is in muthanallur office.
So please ask that courier center service to call my client & he will receive it.

They checked the mobile number of muthanallur office through online, there it was entered in 11 digit number.
So there was no proper number to reach that center.

I sensed that, this courier will not reach my client.
So i went on next day (25/8/2018) & handed over the required documents to my client personally.
It has taken my half day & a 50 km journey.

On 31/8/2018, i received a call from dtdc office where i booked my courier saying that it has came back.
I reached the office to collect it back.

I asked then, why it doesn't reached?
Ans : they said the service is not available to the given address.

I asked them, why does you booked it?
Ans : you should ask the guy, who booked it. (That guy was not in office at that time).

Me :shall i get my refund?
Ans : no it's not possible.

Me : do you have a feed back form?
Ans : no it's not there now, it got over.

Me : do you have a soft copy?
Ans : no, we don't have soft copy.

Me : i need my refund.
Ans : you come tomorrow & ask our owner.

So, this was the response i received from that office.
They doesn't said sorry to me & they are behaving like it was my mistake.
There was no guilty from their side.

I request you to take strict action against them.
They can't steal customers money by booking non serviceable areas.

Doket no. D43943006. He update that he delievered at 30 august 2018 but it delievered at 2 september 2018. And lost material of rs 12000 and it is open and lost some medicine and they sieve it and they do not accepting call it is from ratlam to sikar and no. Of that person is [protected] and talking in bad language please solve my complaint as far.

Hi. This is my second time i used dtdc since last 6 months and it had been so unfortunate that both the times contents inside the parcel were taken out. And most interesting thing is that both the parcels were dispatched from different cities. My first parcel from mumbai containing a metal plate along with the bill was stolen. Parcel was tempered in such a way that you would not know during the time of delivery.

Second time, parcel dispatched from new delhi with tracking number z69823546 was delivered in almost good condition. Later after 10 minutes when i started opening, i realized that it has already been opened and i didn't have to use any tools to take off the sealing tape. When opened, goods missing worth rs. 3, 000. (Rs 3, 000 is not a problem, but it had an important part of a broken down machine so, shut down cost would go to more then rs. 30, 000)

So it does not matter from which city parcels are dispatched, it will be looted.

I am using fedex since it came in india (Excellent service), using first flight, over night, akash ganga, maruti courier (Alll excellent besides delivery delays sometimes)

I have put an request in our industrial member's association in amritsar and sadar bazar new delhi to strictly avoid using dtdc services. I am very much sure that being an active member i can get this done in amritsar.in new delhi (Sadar bazar) it will also leave an impact for sure as per our good values and relations in the market.

I have send rakhi to my brother in law at dated on 18/08/2018 in varanasi but it has not delivered till 01/09/2018. So many times i complaint but conditions are same till now. Rakhi is a sentimental issue so i have choosen courier. Also i have called varanasi courier at dated on 25/08/2018 but no one was receiving call.
In that condition what i do please help me.

Parcel is not delivered yet to the mentioned address. Did not even contacted the mentioned mobile numbers and is showing as Returned Parcel and forwarded from Facility

I had send the Rakhi in courier to my brother in Singapore on 18.08.2018 through DTDC. The courier person had committed to deliver the Rakhi before 26.08.2018. The courier did not reach on time. On inquiring they showed that the courier reached Singapore on 23 August but no one was found available at home. I confirmed that there was someone at home throughout that day. Further it is surprising that no call was made on 23rd to the recipients and no attempt was made to deliver the courier the next day or on later days.

We lodged a complaint with the company on 27th August for non delivery. The courier was finally delivered on 30th August.

I request you to refund the amount in cash of Rs 900/- paid to DTDC due to delayed delivery of my courier. Further a penalty of Rs. 5000/- should be levied on them for not delivering the Rakhis on time which was eagerly awaited by my brother and caused loss of face for me.

My brother used DTDC courier service (Dtdc Courier, 36, Ashiana Trade Centre, Ground Floor, Adityapur, Jamshedpur - 831013) to send me Rakhi on 23rd August at 10:30 am for Rakshabandhan which was on 26 Aug 2018. The staff who was weighing courier and making bill told to my brother that sending Rakhi to Pune via a normal channel (Rs. 140.00) will not be delivered before 26 Aug but if you send it through Green Channel (Rs.300.00) than 100% it will be delivered within 72 Hrs. I have received my delivery on 27 Aug 2018 at 15:30. I have complained to the delivery boy he replied that I am not the concerned person to complain please raise your complaint to DTDC courier office. I reached to courier office to complain & to send another courier to New Delhi and have a discussion regarding this issue. They replied that it's not their fault and suggested me to raise a complaint against Jamshedpur Courier service.

I stay with my friend, his family sent him Rakhi on 18 Aug 2018 at 12:35 pm from Kolkata Via Indian Speed Post service (Rs. 42.00) his Rakhi we have received on 21 Aug 2018 at 07:30 pm.

1. So what is the benefits o[censored]sing DTDC fast delivery service and paying more money to them?
2. Now why my delivery didn't reach before Rakhsha Bandhan?
3. Who is responsible for the late delivery after paying an extra amount?
4. Indian Speed Post took 4 days with Rs. 42.00 only & DTDC fast service took 5 days with Rs. 300.00.

DTDC hits me on my emotions & spoiled my feelings & all the happiness of mine on the day of Raksha Bandhan. DTDC should know the importance & feelings of Rakhi. It's not only the Rope to tie & knot in hand but its the love of Brother & Sister.

There is no limit on the amount which I can claim, anybody can't guess the amount to fulfil the pain which DTDC gave me on the day of Raksha Bandhan.

I don't know how much to claim on them for the mistake they did, Whatever they want the can pay me.

But I don't want someone to face the same issue in future.

This is in reference to the Courier with AWB No K13925739 which I booked on August 23rd, 2018 from Behala, Kolkata DTDC office. Its been 8 days and the courier haven't yet been dispatched nor any updates available.

DTDC has got a pathetic disorganised services and I am really disappointed. I had paid the courier charges but still the package has not yet arrived nor any updates available.

Please update me at the earliest.

I went to dtdc courier shop on 26 aug... Then i send courier to jammu from delhi. The courier contains material worth rupees 1500... But it was not send to the recipent address even after 5 days... The courier also contain rakhi for my brother... Now im complaining to the company but no response... So either give me the money or make sure that it will be deliever to the desired address... Please help me out

As per tracking details, courier reached amritsar on Thu, 30th Aug'18|10:01 Hrs.
but it was not delivered after 10 AM.
I have paid amount of Rs.180/ i.e for urgent delivery.
But amritsar facility center did not pay any attention to it and they posted on tracking details late in the evening as
Thu, 30th Aug'18|16:40 Hrs Not Delivered(DOOR/OFFICE CLOSED).
This was totally wrong information posted by the company office.
As per telephonic conversation with receiver, office/door is not closed.Although receiver is waiting for the courier.There is no communication from facility office of amritsar to the receiver.They have posted fake information on the web portal.
It is a total negligence of services from the company.
The courier is urgent related to filing of tax returns to amritsar.

I have send official documents by courier docket no p 47311881 to pune from your dtdc branch nirala bazar aurangabad maharashtra on 24 august 2018, but that received by concern person from monday to till date i will follow against my complaint with branch n email to pune branch they did not reply well, so i will submit complaint to you.

Please solve my query as soon as possible
