My brother used DTDC courier service (Dtdc Courier, 36, Ashiana Trade Centre, Ground Floor, Adityapur, Jamshedpur - 831013) to send me Rakhi on 23rd August at 10:30 am for Rakshabandhan which was on 26 Aug 2018. The staff who was weighing courier and making bill told to my brother that sending Rakhi to Pune via a normal channel (Rs. 140.00) will not be delivered before 26 Aug but if you send it through Green Channel (Rs.300.00) than 100% it will be delivered within 72 Hrs. I have received my delivery on 27 Aug 2018 at 15:30. I have complained to the delivery boy he replied that I am not the concerned person to complain please raise your complaint to DTDC courier office. I reached to courier office to complain & to send another courier to New Delhi and have a discussion regarding this issue. They replied that it's not their fault and suggested me to raise a complaint against Jamshedpur Courier service.

I stay with my friend, his family sent him Rakhi on 18 Aug 2018 at 12:35 pm from Kolkata Via Indian Speed Post service (Rs. 42.00) his Rakhi we have received on 21 Aug 2018 at 07:30 pm.

1. So what is the benefits o[censored]sing DTDC fast delivery service and paying more money to them?
2. Now why my delivery didn't reach before Rakhsha Bandhan?
3. Who is responsible for the late delivery after paying an extra amount?
4. Indian Speed Post took 4 days with Rs. 42.00 only & DTDC fast service took 5 days with Rs. 300.00.

DTDC hits me on my emotions & spoiled my feelings & all the happiness of mine on the day of Raksha Bandhan. DTDC should know the importance & feelings of Rakhi. It's not only the Rope to tie & knot in hand but its the love of Brother & Sister.

There is no limit on the amount which I can claim, anybody can't guess the amount to fulfil the pain which DTDC gave me on the day of Raksha Bandhan.

I don't know how much to claim on them for the mistake they did, Whatever they want the can pay me.

But I don't want someone to face the same issue in future.

This is in reference to the Courier with AWB No K13925739 which I booked on August 23rd, 2018 from Behala, Kolkata DTDC office. Its been 8 days and the courier haven't yet been dispatched nor any updates available.

DTDC has got a pathetic disorganised services and I am really disappointed. I had paid the courier charges but still the package has not yet arrived nor any updates available.

Please update me at the earliest.

I went to dtdc courier shop on 26 aug... Then i send courier to jammu from delhi. The courier contains material worth rupees 1500... But it was not send to the recipent address even after 5 days... The courier also contain rakhi for my brother... Now im complaining to the company but no response... So either give me the money or make sure that it will be deliever to the desired address... Please help me out

As per tracking details, courier reached amritsar on Thu, 30th Aug'18|10:01 Hrs.
but it was not delivered after 10 AM.
I have paid amount of Rs.180/ i.e for urgent delivery.
But amritsar facility center did not pay any attention to it and they posted on tracking details late in the evening as
Thu, 30th Aug'18|16:40 Hrs Not Delivered(DOOR/OFFICE CLOSED).
This was totally wrong information posted by the company office.
As per telephonic conversation with receiver, office/door is not closed.Although receiver is waiting for the courier.There is no communication from facility office of amritsar to the receiver.They have posted fake information on the web portal.
It is a total negligence of services from the company.
The courier is urgent related to filing of tax returns to amritsar.

I have send official documents by courier docket no p 47311881 to pune from your dtdc branch nirala bazar aurangabad maharashtra on 24 august 2018, but that received by concern person from monday to till date i will follow against my complaint with branch n email to pune branch they did not reply well, so i will submit complaint to you.

Please solve my query as soon as possible

Due to my tight schedule it is not possibpe for me to take delivery of the product before time. Providing them with specific time for delivery even though the individual has not shown any good response

A courier was sent to me from Gurugram on[protected] courier no. Z69595835.
It has to be delivered till[protected], but till date it has not been delivered. I tried to contact on local phone number but most of the time either did not picked up the phone or did not gave any positive reply.
Pls do the needful ASAP as courier is so important to me.

I have a sent a courier through dtdc.com on 25th july. Tracking details showed that it reached united states on 31st july, but it has not reached philadelphia yet. Please verify as the courier is in transit from one month. It is important exam application and i have paid 1 lakh for the application. I have sent an envelop containing two Rakhi from DTDC unit of Katwaria Sarai, Delhi to Odisha on 14th August, 2018 and paid an amount of Rs. 90/-. However, after 12-13 days the same parcel not delivered by the courier service. When I checked with the person concerned they told me it will delivered before or on 26th August, which my family members will collect from the nearest place. It is very sad and a bad impression that till now they are not delivering my packet and not informed the status of the parcel. it is very pathetic that people trust private courier service for online delivery. Is this an ontime delivery? Its very sad for breaking the trust of clients on your service.

I booked a small packet containing about 10 wedding cards from dtdc guntur (Vf-091) on[protected] addressed to bangalore. It's quite surprising to note that till now it has not reached the destination. As a result, we are put to lot of inconvenience & monetary losses (Since our program schedule is disturbed). My Sister has boocked Rakhi for me on 21st August2018 by shipment number M69005617. After tracking the said consignment the track result shows that shipment is out for delivery on 23rd August2018. But till now I have not received the shipment as on 27th August2018. What is the reason for non delivered.

Delivery of dtdc is very poor. Non of courier is delivered on time. We are using services of this co for more than one year but now i am fedup the response of the booking agent is arogant. Rakhi courier which was booked on 22-08-18 is still not delivered. Docket no is z72026881. Another courier which was not delivered not returned is for delhi no z72026819. The reason mentioned is mis route. It should mentioned me before booking i want my money back booked for these courier

It shows that my consignment delivered on 27.08.2018 but till date i am not received any product from their end. It really harass me a lot. It it very important.

DTDC courier booked on 24th Aug, reached Gurugram from Surat on 18th Aug. Customer is at home & not they r behaving rudely n telling "Not Delivered".. Also in Gyrugram hub they r not giving proper response & person was very rude.

Its a big company & customers r facing such a big problem. Customer is absolutely at home whole day & nobody went for delivery.

Hope customer will get the courier by tomorrow.

The documents has been dispatched to courier company on 21th august 2018 from gurgaon (Haryana) and it reached rohini, delhi on dt[protected]. We have not yet received the shipment even though we have followed up the assistant manager and now they are not responding our calls. The shipment numer z69651370. & your assistant manager miss jyoti are saying we are not responsible.

1) a consignment has been booked for "rakhi" festival, on[protected].
2) a period of week inclusive of weekdays were sufficient to deliver the consignment.
3) the situation is that a sister could not send rakhi to his brother on the day of fest (Comes once in a year only).
4) moreover surprise is that it still in transit, and i do not know the reason of this failure.

This is Nimananda Sahu, I supposed to receive a courrier on 23rd of August 18 as per courier status but the courier no V48469105 is showing successful delivered to me on 23rd of August 18 but till now I have not received the courier.

Second thing when I tracked the courier status it's showing deliver that's what I have sent an email to Kolkata courier support desk to resolve my problem and also I have called several times to helpline number of Kolkata but they are not responding even a single call.

So look into this matter and it's my request to take disciplinary action on this so that going forward they will not repeat the same with other's

They asked me to come to the office otherwise they will return the courier,
These guys were not cooperative at all. These courier guys called me and said 'you have a courier in your name, come to our office and collect, i asked them that i will not be able to come and address is written you should come and deliver. Then they said we don't deliver there, and we ll return the courier. It is inlonavala, guys name was swapnil ([protected])

My parents sent a courier (D[protected] of clothes for gift from amritsar to bangalore on 22aug2018 i have received the courier yesterday evening and found there are item missing one bed sheet wort 2k is not in the parcel. We have checked the weight of the courier is the weight written on the airport lable it's 1.3 kg less. This did not happen first time last time also there was a shoe missing.
I am not able to understand is the india's most trusted courier company is sending courer with missing items whome i can trust now.
I am not at all happy with this situation please remediate it as soon as possible. Also in case you cannot please let me know whome i can contact hight ups to get this sittuation in there notice.
I am more then willing to go to any means this time as this did not happen first time with me.
