The order has been dispatched to courier company on 18th august from pune and it has reached hyderabad uppal hub on 21st august. We have not yet recieved the shipment even though we have followed up the assistant manager and now they are not even responding our calls. The shipment number is d45016717. The material is of cost rs25, 000 and if get delayed more we will be getting a loss of 50, 000.

I have complained about u r company doing mischievous things i have buyied the phone but till i won’t got it person who is selling the phone he ha posed courier on 16/8/2018 but till now address from borpukhuri and ur manager is asking money 2500 then i hav paid and then again he asked to pay 4900 for funny reason then also i hav paid. Now i’ll vompla to police on the manager of dtdc from assam and i’m from hyderbad i’m calling now u r manager is not answering the call and i’m not having consignment and u r bill also attached

Letter is not delivered properly on address. Delivery boy call me and told l will leave your letter on so and so spot you came and take it.please he do not delivered on my real address .my mobile number [protected].please solve issue. And give me a reply on my mobile number

Courier Packet Not Receved
I have book 1 packet in dtdc courier at 18 aug. And after then 3 days we have receive in message my packet deliver but my packet are not receive please resolve my problem

I sent courier on 18 august 2018 from hyderabad to mumbai but the rakhi and a gift is still undelivered as of today 26 august 2018 and the rakhi festival is also over now. Customer care never answers the call. I went to the shop twice but they told that the courier is stuck at chembur mumbai branch since 20 august 2018 and no update since then. It’s been 8 days and the courier is undelivered. A normal speed post takes only 3 days. What’s the use of a courier service then. Dtdc is the most pathetic and worst courier service i have experienced! My rakhi festival is spoiled and the consignment is still undelivered! I want a completed refund of the amount. It’s the worst.. Please don’t use dtdc at all.

I submit my package for rakhi gift on17th august 2018 and on19th august it was on aligarh and stopped here till 24th august after that status was showing no service whenever i was continuously trying to complsint but they don't gave response. Even i had send a friend to aligarh office on 25th august and than they said that we have returned it... How can a courier company be irresponsible of such type??

I despatched rakhi by your carrier long back by number a41944037. I have been following it up with your ahmedabad office and even dealing your dhule number. I was told it be delivered shortly. Now i come to know that it has come back to your office. The fact is that your courier person has not gone to deliver this. The person is always available for at given address, today is rakhi, please ensure that it is delivered today

I have send rakhi in your courier service from bengaluru to vishali, bihar vide awp no - b57012754 dt 22 aug 18, at centre told it will delvered on 25 aug 18. But while tracking it was showing misroute after out for delivery. Why this happened. Pl expedite the delivery today as early as possible. Action taken for this incident intimate to me at the earliest.

This is really pathetic service of dtdc. I couriered rakhi to my village home town from tilak nagar (110018) delhi and firstly dtdc has mis-routed my package and took 3-4 days to route it on my address. At the end package arrived to my nearest dtdc service saipdur (233704) to mr. Ajit yadav ([protected]). Now ajit was saying that we cannot deliver your package to the village address as it is 10 km away an you need to come and collect the package on your own. Also, he was not polite as well.
I do not understand why dtdc kept his name as a courier service until unless the do not deliver the package to door step. It should be a jhola chhap company.
I would like know the higher official contact details of dtdc.

Also, these complaints really means something to dtdc service or just going to their garbage bin.

Please take necessary action and show some professionalism.

I, anirban banerjee booked a consignment for delivery to varanasi from, asansol, railpar, dipopara collection centre vide no. V48951668 on 21.08.2018 at around evening 8 pm. The agency confirmed of its prompt delivery within 23.08.2018. And charged additional amount of rs.310/- i. E. Charges for express premium product service.
However to our utter dis may the consignment when tracked was found to be delivered about half an hour back this evening, i. E. 25.08.2018.
In view of such delay, i demand the refund of the additional amount paid by me towards the payment on premium express product service charges of dtdc over that of the normal courier charges, i strongly feel of being cheated and therefore lodge complaint seeking justice. If not justice delivered on this i will be constrained to approach the consumer forum and court to get proper justice.

My shipment was supposed to deliver to dharwad on 24-0818 but i was not delivered right on date n time and after checking wit the dtdc dharwad branch they said it was been sent back to hubli n when i called to check the status if shipment to dharwad a lady named nanda tikare road dtdc courior branch she was so damn rude and refused to help me if this is the condition how to treat ur customer i would like to withdraw al my courior service from this particular service station they doesn't even know how to treat the customer to worst service wit emergency. Very badly disappointed and unfortunately they doesn't even know to which hubli branch they have shipped it back. Worst very worst service

I did not received the consignment no h09778019. But in tracking status it showed delivered successfully.. I enquired in the franchise and they told that they delivered and showed me the signature of the receiver. But later they admited their mistake that they singed themselves (Forgeried the signature) and kept the consignment with them.. Later they handed over by hand in their office..

Dtdc courier dispatch on 17th august 2018 from patna and delivered to dtdc pune hinjewadi phasei office on[protected] and my address is in detail for deliver to my home. But suddenly i got the message from dtdc you receive the courier from our office and dtdc provided wrong information in online tracking address is not correct and person is not available to receive the courier. I received the message with person contact number but phone is switch off and tomorrow is rakhi. Why the service is poor.

This is inform that dtdc courier service is most pathetic service ever i have dealt with. They have lost 3 of my parcels and do not know the whereabouts till date. The franchise does not even know how to speak with the their customers and moreover the self as their customer since a year now who is using their service have to follow up on the status of my parcels and not a single proper response is being shared from their end until asked upon. I need to find a solution for the same. Kindly help or advise what can be done in this situation.

Showing wrong status, delivered at wrong address. Tracking shipment showed rakhee courier delivered successfully at gachibowli tellapur at 6:20pm today on friday 24th august,, called dtdc courier person,, said delivery boy has delivered.. Called at home to find not delivered. What a disgusting and disappointing poor service from a private courier service, if rakhee is not delivered by tomorrow 25th den whats d point.
