Z67313795 is the docket number of courier dated 16/8/18 for local lucknow delivery. Which is still missing. I have called the branch manager 20 times. Not picking the call. Not even responding to the message. Is the level if service u people provide. Kindly answer. I want the solution today itself. Very pathetic service. Cost is too much and service is so poor. Will avoid using this service.

We booked consignment docket no d43896188 dated 03.08.2018 form sinnar nashik to kolkatta on 03.08.2018. We checked online status two to three times but there is no any status available, so we called to sinnar branch but they told us consignment dispatched but due to some technical error status not updated. After enquiry to nashik branch it is observed that till today (20.08.2018) consignment is laying at dtdc office nashik branch.

My parcel with consignment no. Z70514699 is not delivered yet.
Jaipur hub said they have forwarded it for deoli (Location to deliver), but still deoli hub not found any parcel from them.
Its been almost 10 days, while i enquire with them they just said “humne aage forward kardia hai”
Now the parcel is not with jaipur hub nor with deoli hub

Please check & get back to me asap.

With reference to earlier case no. Case# 11581495 and case#11568419, dtdc employee mr. Shashikant (M. No [protected]) has asked for all details and got dtdc claim form filled on 19th june, 2018.

It has been 2 months and there are no updates regarding claim has been approved or not as i am yet to receive consignment back and it was destroyed without information and prior approval as mentioned in earlier complaint. When i called mr. Shashikant, he said that i have already forwarded form to claim department and there are no updates after that and he is not will to share department contact details for delay in clarification and claim settlement. Employee himself says that go to consumer court as i cannot provide any help.

I am tired of delay in responses every time from dtdc side with no clarity whatsoever in grievance redressal and claim settlement deadlines. It's been almost 2 months and there is no clarity on case.

I returned an amazon pro. By drdc con no. D43291377 fr which amazon is asking drs prf bt dtdc is nt providing drs copy evn aftr so many requsts... Evn aftr 15 days they didnt give me drs copy... I contct dtdc bangluru whitefield so many times bt they didnt give any satisfactroy response... Evn they disconnect my cls... I hv charged 2100 fr the delivry bt didnt get drs copy which i needed the most......

This is house people 24 hours there, i check my cctv your people nobody came to my home.

Sir, i am benu kumar chetri has given a currier on 8th august to dtdc guwahati for currier. My consignment number is _k13167441. I have given all address very correctly. Suppose the item has to go to gurgaon but they send the item to faridabad where there is no dtdc service in that place. I had called them many time in guwahati dtdc but still i am not getting returned my item. Sir, this is the way of your work. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Dtdc courier & cargo — destination shows wrong address in system

Awb/ consignment number/tracking no. P47153622

This suppose to be reached to "gaya", dispatched from pune. But in dtdc tracking system it shows destination as "siliguri".

Additionally, the destination pincode is wrongly mentioned as 734001, correct destination pincode is 824219.

I could not able to get proper response from dtdc,
Kindly resolve at the earliest, this parcel is still in transit,

Please not delivery my send parcel no. V48466033. Due to fraud case. Please return my parcel immediately tommorow. It is my earnest request. Sudiptasekhar mishra agartala. Mail i'd. Please nessecery arrangement for rapid sending my parcel as early as possible.

This is regarding the package with consignment number V46526357 and reference number as[protected] that was sent from Delhi to Chennai on 30th August under their premium express service.
The parcel when tracked online showed to be delivered on 4 September, but the person to whom it was sent to never received the parcel.
None of the dtdc customer Care centre contact numbers work which are listed on the site.
After mailing them my complaint, till 3 days there was no proper update given. All that I was told was that we are gathering information and will update you as soon as possible. After I posted on Facebook etc, I got a similar response.
They told me after a week that they will ask the delivery man about the particular parcel and let me know. But after that there has been no communication even though I mailed again for customer service. The parcel is missing and I would like to claim from dtdc for all the loss that I have incurred.
The parcel contained invitation cards which were to be delivered on priority. The cards are useless now since the function has passed. But since they are not sure to whom they gave, the parcel till date has not been received. I have got no follow up from dtdc and now my parcel is missing.

I himanshu Soni sent a parcel to jaipur ; a gift to one of my friend.
Contents included a pen and watch worth 2500 INR Approx.Upon delievery it was noticed that the content was missing ie PEN was found to be missing. Upon enquiry from the office from where the mail was sent no satisfied clearification was given and was attended unprofessionally. DTDC being such a big and organised is not expected with this un professional behaviour where parcel tampering is taking place. I further request you to please take action into this or else i will be filing complaint further more.

I already send email to DTCD support team, if at all your staffs want to track here is the case number - "12192330".

HDFC bank has sent cheque book via DTDC courier, as per your tracking results this has already being delivered on August 14th. I never received the courier till date. This is serious integrity issue from your side. If it is already delivered to wrong hands what can happen?

On 14th I got a call from one of your delivery guy (Name Omkar as per truecaller, Phone number : [protected]) and asked me if I can collect the courier from Bellandur office (near Big Bazar, Sarjapur road) . This is ridiculous. How can you expect me to collect from your office when the address is my home address. My address is in Bellandur and as per tracking results it is delivered at Madiwala.

I need a convincing answer to this, or I’m escalating this issue to bank and then to Police.

I am customer of dtdc courier from last 5years when my company started i only preferred sample received via dtdc
But from last 10 month your i am not happy or say not satisfied from dtdc delivery date.

He said you are not only one huge customer are not satisfied from delivery... Ek customer ka 10kg ka parcel hai usne extra pay kar ke book karaya hai uska bhi parcel nahi aaya hai wo bhi kafi pareshan hai...

We had booked a courier from duliajan (Dibrugard distrct in assam) to pune on 27th july 2018 with tracking number "k13655637". The parcel came to pune dtdc office and was showing out for delivery but was not delivered.

When the parcel was not getting delived then i raised a comapliant with mumbai dtdc office that why the parcel is not getting delived when it has reached pune. The date of comlaint raised was 4th july 2018 with case no:"12097213" for dtdc case no:"k13655637".

I called a few times in between to check the status of my comaplaint and they said it will be delivered soon as i have raised teh comalint so no need to worry.

On 8th when the parcel did not got delived then i called again to check the statis they said the parcel was sent back to origin. Pune team was saying that they have not received any complaint from mumbai team. So both pune and mumbai team started playing blame game (I think mumbai team has raised teh comaplint as i have received teh message for the same).

So i had word with pune team incharge (I am not wrirting the name even if i know it),
I told het why the parcel was not delivered as i not receive and call or message that the parcel is about to be delived.

Dtdc were falsely saying they tried four attempts. I asked them can you share th date and timing when their personal visited our socety or can you show me any call/message history that you had called or messaged me for me not there at my flat and tey have come for delivery. I have cctv i my society and call histrory of my mobile as proof that they have not called.

Finally there pune team manager agreed that its lapse from their side and they will make sure that the parcel is delivered to me back (By taking the resposibility on temselve to send it back on theor own to pune). I am having the recording of this conversation. I had mentioned tjem that i am recording the call when i was talking with them.

I received a call from duliajan office that the parcel has reached there on 11th aug 2018 and they said they will check with comany and send it back to pune.

On 14thjuly, as the parcel was yet not delived i had word with pune and duliajan office but my efforts seems to be going in vain as duliajan team is saying that they have not received any mail from dtdc to send it back (As i was promised). Pune team is saying that the status of retrn is still showing as not reached duliajan.

So seems that they are just making false promises and not doing any thing towards making sure that the parcel gets delived to customer.
Thay are not taking the resposibility of their wrong doing and just troubling the sustomer.

I am having the names and mobie number of all the people with i have talked and recording of importsnant conversations where they hace agrred thair mistake and taken the resposibiity to send the courier to me.

Today morning i had called the dtdc vadakara (Calicut district) office mob no [protected] due to they refused to deliver the item at door step. The person who pick the call so rude and disconnected the call before completing the conversation. I don't know such a reputed company why running an office like a fish market in vadakara. My home is 2.5km far away from dtdc office.

Currently, i am in abroad, if i am there in vadakara, i will show him what i can do. Worst dtdc service in vadakara.

My pin code is 673104 and i have confirmed the delivery availability in the said pincode with amazon before ordering the product. If no delivery available, just return the item to amazon and i will ask refund with amazon. But normally i am getting product from other courier service. Really very bad bad service of dtdc and next time i will suggest to amazon

My package was sent from kolkata on 10th aug, 2018 friday morning through courier service and my delivery address is patia, bhubaneswar. But till now i have not received my package nor did i get a call from dtdc delivery service. I tried to contact kolkata and bhubaneswar regional office multiple times but they behaved very badly with me and not able to provide the status of the package. I am getting harassed since last 3 days.in the website they have uploaded the status as not delivered due to natural disaster but there was no sign of natural disaster in my area on 14th aug. And at 9 am the tracking status was shown as out for delivery but the package was not delivered yet. It was very urgent to me.

I had given my documents for courier in 2nd aug, 18 at gaur city 1 dtdc service and he had charged my 100/- now, i am unable to trace my documents and the item also had not been delivered to the particular location. Tracking no. - z66279090. I am very disappointed for this kind of services what you give to your customers. At last, i need my documents and money back.

I am central govt. Employee working as sr. Manager in public sector unit.
For europe tour first i contacted cox & king employee for schengen visa. Cox & king employee collected all my documents along with my 4 nos. Passport for processing the visa. They couriered my all documents along with 4 nos. Passport to mumbai through dtdc. On 26th april 2018 (Docket no. V[protected], one employee of cox & king mr. Sarang told me that your interview date for visa is on 28th april at mumbai, but your documents along with passport is not traceable.
On that time i already booked round trip air tickets, whose costing was rs. 2, 11, 553/-
After searching everywhere and contacted with dtdc official staff at khamla nagpur, they assured we are trying to search the documents. As per video footage at dtdc khamla nagpur, 4 nos. Of passport received by nagpur office through cox & king employees & dispatched for mumbai, but it was not traceable.
Finally, on 01/05/18 i lodged fir regarding missing of passport.
After that i contact so many persons in dtdc & cox & king employees, but finally not any outcome..
In view of above, i along with my family are facing a lot of problem mentally as well as financially.
Due to above incidents my financial losses is approx. Rs.1, 31000/- (After ticket cancellation) and for reissuing new passport charges was approx. Rs. 12, 000/-only. Total financial losses is rs. 1, 43, 000/- only.
It is very serious matter, kindly settled my case as early as possible with refund of my money i. E rs. 1, 43, 000/- only.
