I had to get my parcel delivered on priority therefore I chose Premium Plus service of DTDC for urgent delivery but even after 2 days it is still undelivered.

I gave it to the company on 21.08.2018 and the shipment ID is V48034251.

I purchased the product on high cost and in addition I paid for highest delivery service because it was very urgent, but these all for nothing, I am at total loss.

I even don't know whether my parcel will get delivered.

I've ordered 2 shirts a few days before. Today[protected] i have received 2 shirts. But one shirt's size is not correct. Another one is a used one. I have paid 800 rs. To the delivery boy and did not collect gst bill so i don't have any contact details of the sender (Address, contact no).
Are you checking the content of the courier, and gstbill details? How are you collecting the courier? Please hold the payment. Courier details mentioning below:

I had send a parcel in kuwait from india on august 7th 2018, but parcel not deliverd yet. Its really disappointing that i am continuously calling them but no action taken. Ridiculous, pathhetic services given by phase 7 mohali dtdc office. If you guys can not send parcels on tym jst shut yor ofc n dont make fool to customers. Now they are not giving any positive responce.

Shut your shop if you cannot deliver the product on commitment.
I have booked one courier from amritsar to gurgaon in speed delivery. Company representative have told me it will reach to me within 24 hours but no response till now and 50 hours have been already passed.
I am facing loss per one hour due to their mistake.
Wtf!

I had sent a courier to jaipur on 20th august 2018.
It included two bottles of perfumes, one football and four deodorants.
When the parcel was received two bottles of deodorants were missing.
Now the dtdc courier company is not ready to accept the complaint.
They say that it never happens.
On persistently saying that the items were missing, they started telling me that the parcel should have been opened in front of the courier boy and checked and then only signed.
But since it was a gift item, how will the recipient know what items were there in the parcels.
It was only after cross checking i got to know that two items were missing.

I then enquired about it with the dtdc courier company. But they are not giving any satisfying answer.

There has been no status update post 18th august. For the past 6 days it is showing the same thing. The destination code is also wrong. The original destination pin is 700032 instead of 700007. The parcel is to be delivered from pune to kolkata. I would request you to give this immidiate attention. The parcel is extremely urgent and i need it right away. Please do something about it.

I sent a courier to rishikesh from dtdc courier (Panchsheel square, ff.103, 1st floor, mall, crossings republik, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh 201016) on 17th august 2018,.

While tracking the status, it is showing that it has been delivered on 20 august 2018, but actually it has not delivered to the correct address. This is highly disappointing. I have sent rakhi to my brother and now there is no time left to send him again. Please find the courier, it is very important.

Z70339432 is the tracking number. Please find it and deliver it to the correct address before 26th august 2018.

A dtdc counter opposite to Belghoria P/S, Kolkata needs to be observed for not spoiling your company's fame.
1. Forcing people for urgent dispatch of shipment saying huge time of delivery in normal post. 2. Intentionally delaying to dispatch parcel if normality booked. 3. Asking more than the billing amount saying special care of shipment. 4.Making fool to the uneducated people. Yesterday when I went to book a parcel at morning 1030hrs I observed these. My booking no is K13470715 for surat. It was booked yesterday morning and today only dispatched in the evening. Please do needful measure for the poor people.

A package was send from sheranpur (Up) to padmanabhapuram (Tn) for door delivery. The courier receipt number is d44909416. Today one staff from dtdc courier called me from the phone number [protected] and asked me to get delivery of his office which is away from my firm. Parcel was accepted in sheranpur for home delivery and on reaching destination dtdc staffs refusing for home delivery.

Lack of service and making mental harrasment.
Kindly look into the matter and please make sure the consignment is delivered to the address.

Hello, my item couriered through dtdc from coimbatore, supposed to be delivered yesterday, it showed out for delivery but by end of day not delivered. Today again it shows out for delivery but so far it has not reached me. Also their customer service number listed in the website for chennai - both numbers are not working... This is very poor service. I think they should be avoided at all costs.

I recieved a call from dtdc khayyam chowk, srinagar that they will not deliver my courier at my residence at zakura, srinagar which is located in a city area. Dtdc being a reputed service it is not at all expected from dtdc that they will not deliver the parcel. It is not possible for me to go and pick up the parcel. Courier reference number is p46765632.

But unfortunately the said consignment has not been delivered to our Delhi office. Therefore, we would request you to provide us the acknowledgment copy of POD as a proof of delivery to right place.

This is to inform you that this complain is going from apr'18 & still not getting any resolution. I raised the complaints on jago grahak & consumer affair.gov.in but there is no resolution. Now, i am trying my luck with you hoping that my issue will be resolved.

This is my complaint about the courier service which, i had opted to get my product delivered from noida to jammu. It was little expensive gift for my mom's birthday of rs. 2500/- which, they received totally broken. This shows your irresponsible/carelessness behavior towards your customer. I was under impression that dtdc is the best courier service provider throughout the country/world but after receiving badly damaged product. I must that i was wrong.

Now, this is my request/appeal you to please compensate me for the same so that i may give my mom same gift again through other resources.

Later, they called me up in their office where they badly treated me & mr. Nirendra threatened me that he will not compensate even he had confirmed the item content before booked it. I am really pissed off requesting you to please help me out.

Z67313795 is the docket number of courier dated 16/8/18 for local lucknow delivery. Which is still missing. I have called the branch manager 20 times. Not picking the call. Not even responding to the message. Is the level if service u people provide. Kindly answer. I want the solution today itself. Very pathetic service. Cost is too much and service is so poor. Will avoid using this service.

We booked consignment docket no d43896188 dated 03.08.2018 form sinnar nashik to kolkatta on 03.08.2018. We checked online status two to three times but there is no any status available, so we called to sinnar branch but they told us consignment dispatched but due to some technical error status not updated. After enquiry to nashik branch it is observed that till today (20.08.2018) consignment is laying at dtdc office nashik branch.

My parcel with consignment no. Z70514699 is not delivered yet.
Jaipur hub said they have forwarded it for deoli (Location to deliver), but still deoli hub not found any parcel from them.
Its been almost 10 days, while i enquire with them they just said “humne aage forward kardia hai”
Now the parcel is not with jaipur hub nor with deoli hub

Please check & get back to me asap.

With reference to earlier case no. Case# 11581495 and case#11568419, dtdc employee mr. Shashikant (M. No [protected]) has asked for all details and got dtdc claim form filled on 19th june, 2018.

It has been 2 months and there are no updates regarding claim has been approved or not as i am yet to receive consignment back and it was destroyed without information and prior approval as mentioned in earlier complaint. When i called mr. Shashikant, he said that i have already forwarded form to claim department and there are no updates after that and he is not will to share department contact details for delay in clarification and claim settlement. Employee himself says that go to consumer court as i cannot provide any help.

I am tired of delay in responses every time from dtdc side with no clarity whatsoever in grievance redressal and claim settlement deadlines. It's been almost 2 months and there is no clarity on case.

I returned an amazon pro. By drdc con no. D43291377 fr which amazon is asking drs prf bt dtdc is nt providing drs copy evn aftr so many requsts... Evn aftr 15 days they didnt give me drs copy... I contct dtdc bangluru whitefield so many times bt they didnt give any satisfactroy response... Evn they disconnect my cls... I hv charged 2100 fr the delivry bt didnt get drs copy which i needed the most......

This is house people 24 hours there, i check my cctv your people nobody came to my home.

Sir, i am benu kumar chetri has given a currier on 8th august to dtdc guwahati for currier. My consignment number is _k13167441. I have given all address very correctly. Suppose the item has to go to gurgaon but they send the item to faridabad where there is no dtdc service in that place. I had called them many time in guwahati dtdc but still i am not getting returned my item. Sir, this is the way of your work. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
