Courier was booked on 20 july firaday 2018 from booked at facility mgu. It was supposed to be delivered on 21 july 2018, but the office was closed since saturday and sundays are week off. Tuesday i. E 10.07.2018 i got a call from the office, where it was supposed to be delivered, saying that they have not yet received any courier. But when we did the tracking it was showing that the courier was delivered on saturday. How can it be possible, becoz saturday office was closed. Please help me out with this. Updated by Laksh Singh HI, I have not received any parcel on Tracking Id/ AWB number - Z66682560 But in DTDC Tracking sites there is mentioned "DELIVERED". Please tell me where is my parcel. I have not received any call from DTDC also. This is serious thing. Please show me your deliver slip. Please reply me asap. Waiting for my shipment to deliver and status says mis route... i didn't receive any calls regarding delivery from delivery guys how can you say not delivered??? [censored] service.

I have send ao smith water filter through dtdc, kolkotta, mukundapur to mizoram. Its weight 16kg (Rs.80per kg on land transport), but they charge me rs, 2600/- as he says he counts on size.

After 17 days the article was delivered at home in a wretch condition. Its shows the article was miss handled several parts were broken. My consignment no. D44066231

Why the dtdc courier is so careless and irressponsible in handling the article of the customer.

From experience, do not send any breakable material on dtdc cargo, one can sent only article made of solid iron.

My parcel with consignment no m66117043 is sent from mumbai and was supposed to reach in kerala within 2-3 days.. It was sent on 14/07/18 and not delivered till 21/07/18. I didn't get any follow up details regarding my parcel till this day..
The customer care executive was giving me the contact number of dtdc cochin to get the follow up details.. He has given a wrong number. He doesn't help me to seek a solution to this issue.. I'm helpless.. And i don't know what happened to my parcel.. The tracking shows that it's reached trivandrum but till now it's not delivered.. Kindly do the needful

I had did courier one Purcell from Santipur to Kolkata ( lake view road Kasba)... But when tracking, continue showing that is "door closed", though we all r present in house and no body came to give the Purcell... Please take action as soon as possible so that my customer receive the product...

We have booked a courier cover containing office papers from Srikakulam to Visakhapatnam on[protected] vide Receipt No. H 81930262 .
So far the cover has not been delivered to the addressee.
It is o[censored]rgent nature. Yesterday we have enquired with the DTDC counter from where we have booked the courier. They have checked the details online and said that the cover is at Visakhapatnam and yet to be delivered.
Please take necessary action to deliver the courier immediately and report compliance.
I wish to know your clarification why your courier service is so lazier. ?

Every time the dtdc belgaum - trouble us in delivery. They want us to pick it from the office. And the manager of dtdc belgaum has told us to speak with the person who has booked the courier. As we see dtdc as one organization and we will not be knowing any one personally. We trust dtdc n send our courier. Even the delivery staff is behaving rude.

We have booked one important and confidential letter from United Bank of India with consignment No. H82291213 on 16.07.2018 from DTDC Vijayawada Ramamandiram Branch with VF 564 phone number[protected].
On 17.07.2018 in online tracking it was showing at Bala Nagar, Hyderabad. But even on 18.07.2018 the consignment was not delivered. On 19.07.2018 we have called on[protected] which was mentioned in the receipt. The representative stated that it has reached Secunderabad for unknown reason and they will send a communication to the concerned to deliver by evening. As it was not delivered on 19.07.2018, called again on same number on 20.07.2018 in the morning around 10.15AM. This time the representative stated that it is at Chanda Nagar and will be reached by evening. We once again called on same number and Mrs Bharathi who was initially stated her name as Sarathi, who booked the consignment received the consignment informed that it has been rejected as the address is incorrect/not registered. We have lodged a complaint on same to customercare of DTDC for explanation and requested the local office not to return the consignment till the reason is known. But for surprise, today on 21.07.2018 the consignment was delivered in our office with hand written status " Phone Number Wrong" by inserting one additional number "1" between 10 digit phone number on the cover.
We request your good office to intervene and take serious action for
1. Non delivery of the goods within time.
2. Returning without a valid non-delivery codes and/or attempts
3. Forging/tampering the contents of the letter/phone number and misleading by altering the details for the evidence of return reason.
4. Failing to deliver even after continuous follow up from this office.

Sanpada DTDC recent experience, just for others to take note.

1. Booking done for chennai and paid for next day delivery.
2. No receipt given. Height is demanding to come next day to collect.
3. Could not, so demanded for whatsapp, and gentleman agreed to send via whatsapp.
4. But not delivered on 2-Jul-2018, so called on landline of DTDC Sanpada to confirm.
5. DTDTC Sanpada, Navi mumbai confirmed it was sent normal so it will be delivered on 3-Jul-2018, when asked about money paid for next day delivery, they agreed to return the money.
6. Was busy travelling, so once return go back to send few couriers and requested for the agreed money to be returned, they dispute.
7. DTDC Sanpada claim they cannot track back despite they made the mistake of not providing the receipt/tracking number. Never send the whatsapp image as agreed. Never keep up the words that was promised over phone.

it looks to be a scam as what is not acceptable is,

1. by not giving receipt
2. requesting next day to come and collect [ many may not be able to make it ]
3. DTDC Sanpada claim could not trace despite given name, address, mobile no date.
4. could not reach DTDC call centre.
5. Could not submit feedback thru their web site as well.

Recommend not to go encourage companies like DTDC and especially those who live around sanpada avoid availaing service. if you avail demand for the receipt immediately.

There was no call or message done to me to deliver the parcel. Instead the product has been returned to Mumbai.

Got SMS stating the case stands closed, when I haven't received the parcel.

When i tracked the courier online it showing that it has reached hyerabad hub.same update was showing since 4 days. There was no further process going on since 4 days. So please take immediate action against my problem.

Hi my courier was not delivered and it was missing from DTDC office.they are not at all responsible..Even though we visited many times and they are saying no one came for this courier...At last I asked the money of that courier product and it is mistake from courier office only and they delivered my courier to some one and they're saying it delivered... Please make that courier office to follow the rules... I need my courier or need the money of that product... please respond immediately because it is pending from 25 days...

The shipment delivered to the destination with broken condition.
The item was basically a Induction Cooktop and the upper plate of the Induction base was completely broken when I opened the packages.
Need a solution.

I had sent a parcel to Chandigarh from Belgaum..the person received d parcel which was already tampered..products are also missing..this is highly outrageous!!!
Nehru nagar Belgaum Dtdc don't have a proper contact number!!!m highly disappointed with dtdc service especially the with nehru nagar branch of dtdc.. Dtdc i[censored] value ur reputation..better shut nehru nagar branch or u will eventually have to shut down ur business..such kind o[censored]nprofessionalism is not acceptable..things which are missing from parcel are highly expensive..and if not acted upon immediately I'll have to report to higher authorities..which won't take long

My Do.No. is Z67194636. Courier was booked from Jaipur to Batinda on 14/07/2018 by DTDC Courier & Cargo but till now we are waiting here for our property that was delayed or got halted by such a irresponsible services by DTDC .
Package is already came to DTDC Bathinda super franchisee on 16/07/2018 but till now on 17/07/2018 upto 17:00 But DTDC not willing to deliver the courier. On 16/07/2018 as per DTDC Track Shipment Status it was shown or misguided that it was Out for Delivery we waited for the same and DTDC Delivery person didn't come to us.
On the next day (17/07/2018) in the same DTDC Track Shipment status it shows Not Delivered.

Since there was only some showers in Bhatinda but DTDC attainder giving wrong reasons for the same for not coming. I had accident and i am not able to collect my consignment from DTDC Office. I requested to Concern officer at DTDC Super Franchisee over Phone[protected] to deliver the package on time, his behaviour was so rude and arrogant.

I am complaining about refund & expecting compensation from DTDC.
If this Portal is worthful for helping peoples, Please take a huge leap against these types of agencies, these type of persons are wasting our time too. I am attaching Image of Shipment status from DTDC Track Shipment Status website.

All the time, I’ll be sending parcels all over India and also many within the city. All are Chocolates. I make Home Made chocolates. Yesterday morning, that Dtdc office Uncle asked me “you’ll be sending all the time na, I too wanted to know which chocolates you’ll make. So show me he asked. I then showed him the recent pic of chocolates which I’ve kept in that particular box. Also he asked me whether these are there in this box, then I told yes Uncle. These all I’ve made. These are in this box.
Now my client received the parcel and she has called me saying she didn’t receive the 2 Big Personalised chocolates.
This worst happened me today. So now I don’t know whom to kick.
That uncle or the other branch ppl or the truck ppl/etc. cause I don’t know who’s the culprit.
Here, I have a small baby with me and to get some pocket money, I’m soo hardworking night and day.
But these courier ppl are like this.
God only should help me now.
PAY ME for my hardwork you DTDC PEOPLE

I booked a courier by DTDC Courier its Calicut Office located at Mavoor Road Calicut on 11th of July (No.R[protected] to Perinthalmanna (which is about 70 Km from Calicut. The Cargo was sample of Liquid Fertilizer and Pesticide. At the time sending the showed and confirmed the packing. I was told it will reach on 12th.

I made enquiry from Calicut and Kottakkal (Malapuram Head office) but it was not delivered. On 13th I got a call from a guy from Perinthalmanna office where to deliver consignment, I was surprised, anyway I told him… After few hours I got a call from the person who received the cargo that box was seen broken and the entire consignment is destroyed. I immediately called Calicut office and kottakkal but of no use.

The attitude and efficiency of Perintalmanna office and staff is a shame to reputed courier like DTDC. DTDC is okay but the perinthalmanna office seems to be inefficient. I regularly send consignments by courier now decided not to send by DTDC.

Dtdc service located in chirag Delhi.. charging extra than the normal price, I call up the customer care they said for my pin code maximum charges will be Rs500..but those people were asking Rs 700 ..and all the price were there in a chart but the guy say it's old price, when we object he started bargaining saying he will charge 600, but we left and went to sheik saria dtdc which charges only Rs390 rupee only.. see the difference how that fellow try to bluf[censored]s .. please look into this matter soon ..

I want to bring it to you notice that my father sent a courier from DTDC centre in Channi Himmat Jammu (contact person[protected] on 6 July 2018.

Last week, after about 1 week I was told it is misplaced. It contained 10 plus kg high quality amrapali mangoes organically grown. Since it is a perishable item I requested to find and get it delivered in next 2 days else compensate with penalty for poor service. I sent email to DTDC customer care last week but I haven't heard back from DTDC since then.

The cost of courier = Rs 1600
Cost of mangoes = Indeterminate (home grown and sent with love)

What if some important documents were sent from your courier service?

I want DTDC to act responsibly upon my complaint in order to protect the reputation of their brand.

Want compensation ASAP as it is too late to expect mangoes in good condition.

Hi,

I had sent a courier packaging on 5 July 2018 from Hyderabad to mangalore.
I enquired about the service availability before submitting the packaging.
I was said that I would get a tracking number when it is dispatched but I did not receive any tracking number. Hopefully, the courier arrived in Mangalore but it was not delivered at the address stating that there was no service available in that area. A call was made to my brother to pick up the packaging, but after my brother reached at the office, the courier office told that it has sent back the parcel to hyderabad.

Is this some kind of a joke that without intimation the parcel was returned back. This is unacceptable and I want it to re-deliver my packaging without extra cost since it was the mistake of the courier office at mangalore.
