How can i get that very much valuable package

A parcel for me was booked from delhi to agra on 23rd jul. Despite of parcel received at agra hub on 24th july morning, they haven't deliver it on 25th jul evening.in tracking summary it shows "bad weather" however it was a little rain in morning only. I got the parcel from flipkart even but not from dtdc. Customer care conatct numbers are useless, nobody responds on the same. Pathetic delivery.

Hi, i am dr pradeesh cb. I had sent a courier (Some documents) to delhi from your courier branch at wadakanchery (Thrissur), kerala on 23/07/2018, with the id as r29835065. However i couldnt find any details of the courier when i search online with this number. The tracking system says "no data available."the documents were valuable, with some bills, that were intended for refunding, an amount of approximately 23, 000. This was not expected from an esteemed and professional courier service as dtdc. I tried contacting the branch people and they too cant trace the package. The package was lost either from the branch or from the thrissur hub. Kindly resolve my problem as early as possible. Expecting a speedy reply from you.

Sir my parcel no d44261071 booked on saturday is still has no status updated from chandigarh to mumbai. Is these receipt is fake or you people trying to gulp our parcel. Tweet mail no reply from your side from last 4 days. Chandigarh dtdc office mr rakesh manchanda is fooling us and not answering calls... I am sure this is a fake receipt and these people is gulping consumers hard money

I had couriered one parcel back to amazon warehouse in indore but without attempting for the delivery, the courier status shows receiver refused delivery.
The consignment number is d44638666.
It's been many days since this parcel was registered to courier. I even tried calling the customer care number but the lady just disconnected my call without hearing complete problem. How can you guys not help a customer?

Kindly look into the matter and have this parcel couriered to the address or i'll have to take some major steps against your courier company.

Consignment number v 470709 of 50 gm handed over on saturday july 21 at 8:15 pm from bhu varanasi221005 but booked in the date of july23, for express delivery with promise to deliver on tuesday july 24, at lucknow 226010, charges paid rs 250/-, has not reached at d destination. Yesterday i bookd a courier from dtdc office near laxmi nagar (Delhi to jaipur) having shipment id e75004480 under ptp service, dtdc on duty executive commit me that package has been delivered between 12:00:00 hrs. To 14:00:00 hrs. But the package not deliver till 15:40:00 hrs. Even for this courier dtdc charge 405 rs. But regular charges is rs. 110/320 rs.
That package have some important material that need to reached in committed time but this type of delay in service give bad impact in trust of customers in dtdc.

Remarks :- this was my last visit to dtdc, m not deal or use dtdc service further after this experience.

COURIER HASNT BEEN DELIVERED YET, EVERYDAY I CALL UP CUSTOMER CARE AND AM TOLD IT WILL GET DELIVERED TODAY BUT ITS BEEN 10 DAYS AND IT IS STILL NOT DELIVERED.

We booked a courier on 16th July from DTDC Pune for Lucknow and the packet I am told is untraceable in Lucknow.

I have called their customer care several times to only get a ticket number as a follow up. There were books in the packet to be used for exam preparation and so much time of wait without any confirmation on where the packet is lying is totally unacceptable.

I request you to kindly direct DTDC to deliver the packets at the earliest and please apply an exemplary fine.

On 29/6/18 i booked a parcel containing cloth sample to our client in vasundhara, up, i paid premium as it was urgent as sample was to reach our exporter client. As the parcel not reached to client, i enquired with the dtdc agent after 3-4 days, he told me that the parcel is wrongly delivered to some one else and we will pick it from their and deliver to correct address. Since than, every day i am making an enquiry but getting the same answer. What is this? Is this the service you promise? How will be accountable for the loss i incurred in terms of loosing the key client? If i don't get the parcel delivered on correct address within 24 hours of my registering this complain, i will be compelled to file a complain to consumer court.

Myself dansiya, i posted emergency couriers to delhi and shimoga (Karnataka) from ghaziabad, up on[protected], as it was emergency urgent for me. They told me that it will be delivered within oneday to delhi and 5 days to shimoga, but its more than 6 days now and the couriers still not delivered. And also they given wrong consignment no. Which is not able to track properly, it gives status about other deliveries which has been already done on 2017. The consignment numbers are z09390245 and z09390248. Even i went to dtdc & cargo ltd office (Sl-1, shope-8, near diamond flyover, shastrinagar, bhag wali colony, ghaziabad, up, contact no:[protected]) to know about the status of my couriers on[protected] and they told by[protected] courier will reach appropriate address, but not yet reached. They are not giving proper response. Please help me out in this issue.
Kindly findout my couriers as soon as possible and send it to respective addresses.

Iam supposed to get courier from surat. I entered my address correctly but pincode i entered is 500063. The right pincode is 5600068.
It is supposed to come to bangalore, when i track it it showing that it is going to hyderabad please try to update the pincode.
The remaining address is perfect apart from pincode.
Please try to resolve my problem.

I have sent a courier (Z[protected] on 14th july, 18 for gujarat (Gandhinagar area. The guy from dtdc came in to collect it from my place and he has confirmed me that by 17th july or 18th july the packet will get delivered but till now the packet is showing in transit. After coordinating for hours with these stupid guys, i finally got the no. Of delivery boy who was supposed to deliver the packet at the said address. I called him to know where the packet is and that guy told me that the area for which i have made a packet they don';t serve there and so someone has to pick the packet from the office. I coordinated with sec 48 ggn branch as i sent the courier through them and at the time of pick up, the guy checked the pin code and confirmed me that the packet will be delivered maximum by 18th july, 18 an now everyone has stopped picking up the call. This is shamful guys. You guys are pathetic! The customer care never picks up the call. Why you guys don't shut the customer care and infact this stupid courier service too.

Courier was booked on 20 july firaday 2018 from booked at facility mgu. It was supposed to be delivered on 21 july 2018, but the office was closed since saturday and sundays are week off. Tuesday i. E 10.07.2018 i got a call from the office, where it was supposed to be delivered, saying that they have not yet received any courier. But when we did the tracking it was showing that the courier was delivered on saturday. How can it be possible, becoz saturday office was closed. Please help me out with this. I have send ao smith water filter through dtdc, kolkotta, mukundapur to mizoram. Its weight 16kg (Rs.80per kg on land transport), but they charge me rs, 2600/- as he says he counts on size.

After 17 days the article was delivered at home in a wretch condition. Its shows the article was miss handled several parts were broken. My consignment no. D44066231

Why the dtdc courier is so careless and irressponsible in handling the article of the customer.

From experience, do not send any breakable material on dtdc cargo, one can sent only article made of solid iron.

My parcel with consignment no m66117043 is sent from mumbai and was supposed to reach in kerala within 2-3 days.. It was sent on 14/07/18 and not delivered till 21/07/18. I didn't get any follow up details regarding my parcel till this day..
The customer care executive was giving me the contact number of dtdc cochin to get the follow up details.. He has given a wrong number. He doesn't help me to seek a solution to this issue.. I'm helpless.. And i don't know what happened to my parcel.. The tracking shows that it's reached trivandrum but till now it's not delivered.. Kindly do the needful

We have booked a courier cover containing office papers from Srikakulam to Visakhapatnam on[protected] vide Receipt No. H 81930262 .
So far the cover has not been delivered to the addressee.
It is o[censored]rgent nature. Yesterday we have enquired with the DTDC counter from where we have booked the courier. They have checked the details online and said that the cover is at Visakhapatnam and yet to be delivered.
Please take necessary action to deliver the courier immediately and report compliance.
I wish to know your clarification why your courier service is so lazier. ?

Every time the dtdc belgaum - trouble us in delivery. They want us to pick it from the office. And the manager of dtdc belgaum has told us to speak with the person who has booked the courier. As we see dtdc as one organization and we will not be knowing any one personally. We trust dtdc n send our courier. Even the delivery staff is behaving rude.

We have booked one important and confidential letter from United Bank of India with consignment No. H82291213 on 16.07.2018 from DTDC Vijayawada Ramamandiram Branch with VF 564 phone number[protected].
On 17.07.2018 in online tracking it was showing at Bala Nagar, Hyderabad. But even on 18.07.2018 the consignment was not delivered. On 19.07.2018 we have called on[protected] which was mentioned in the receipt. The representative stated that it has reached Secunderabad for unknown reason and they will send a communication to the concerned to deliver by evening. As it was not delivered on 19.07.2018, called again on same number on 20.07.2018 in the morning around 10.15AM. This time the representative stated that it is at Chanda Nagar and will be reached by evening. We once again called on same number and Mrs Bharathi who was initially stated her name as Sarathi, who booked the consignment received the consignment informed that it has been rejected as the address is incorrect/not registered. We have lodged a complaint on same to customercare of DTDC for explanation and requested the local office not to return the consignment till the reason is known. But for surprise, today on 21.07.2018 the consignment was delivered in our office with hand written status " Phone Number Wrong" by inserting one additional number "1" between 10 digit phone number on the cover.
We request your good office to intervene and take serious action for
1. Non delivery of the goods within time.
2. Returning without a valid non-delivery codes and/or attempts
3. Forging/tampering the contents of the letter/phone number and misleading by altering the details for the evidence of return reason.
4. Failing to deliver even after continuous follow up from this office.
