I gave a shipment to dtdc courier & cargo to be delivered to dehradun on 23rd july from ghaziabad (Consignment no. Z[protected]. It's in dehradun since 25th july but not delivered to the recipient yet. None of the customer care number is reachable, and no one is really bothered to respond to the emails. I really am disgusted with the service. Kindly take this seriously and get the shipment delivered.

My cousin sent an courier from chennai on 28 th aug to trichy... Till nw the courier not reached i tracked using tracking id... They mentioned customer rescheduled delivery date... Its # courier brand. If i call trichy main hub they are not responsing me properly worst response. My dtdc courier tracking no c83525470.
I used other brands like professional, st and bluedart etc. Those brand or on day delivery wont take this muchu of time...

One consignment of food item send from muzaffarpur to guwahati on 27th july 18 but still on tracker it is showing the status of 30th july 18 in kolkata.
They charged 700/- for that. Dtdc guwahati, kolkata and baguluru phone numbers are not connected / not pick by anyone. Customer can't contact anyone to get actual status. It is not a service we expect from dtdc.

What is the damages rules of the company if my item will got damage till it reached to me. Hope someone reasonable person from dtdc take care all of this issue.

I sent a courier (Parcel wt. 1.3 kg) to mr. Kashish arora, 259, sector 5, urbon estate kurukshetra, haryana-136118. On 18th july 2018. He will leave this house to abroad for study on 29th july. Up to 28th. Night the courier (Parcel) did not deliver to the addressee. To day they are showing successfully delivered. When the addressee is not there how can they deliver, and house they told that he already left.
First thing i lost a huge amount, and second thing you could not deliver the parcel in time. (If you cannot deliver with in 10 days within our country, then why should you take more money and promise to deliver with in four days)
I approached through phone many dtdc centers but no use. The parcel was lying in delhi for more than three days.
Please do the needfull.

I did a courier from pune to hyderabad on 12th july and still it's showing in transit. I called allover and noone responding correctly. All are saying call this number then from there another number then another but noone telling me exact status or not even updating online. Please help me. Even local dtdc service is not responding.

I sent an important courier to bhopal from lucknow...via your DTDC BALAJI COMPLEX OFFICE, KRISHNA NAGAR, KANPUR ROAD, IN LUCKNOW on wednesday.(25/07/2018)..that according to them had to be reached by saturday(29/07/2018)at latest ...but this particular courier was sent out from lucknow on saturday
i dont undersand why this 2 day delay was done by this balaji compleX office of dtdc

Consignment no m40896482 was booked on 5 oct 16 from mumbai to jodhpur. On 10 oct 16 it was received at facilitiy in jodpur as per tracking details on net but was never delivered to the recipient. On contacting d office of dtdc in jodpur dey conveniently said that it has been misplaced.
I was in constant touch with them but no response. Pl help. Cost of item was 2000 rs.

I have sent an article to ernakulam on 28th saturday from dtdc manjady. However, it did not reach the destined address till now. Since it is an important document, which had to be reached by thia time, we tried to track the same. Unfortunately the message we are getting is ' missing data'. I am very much worried about my document which is very urgent.

One of my consignment has been dispatched on 25/07/2018 but till now it is not delivered to me. I tried contacting the dtdc courier, but the number they have provided in their website is either not working or always busy.

Even none of the dtdc executive tried to contact me or informed me about my consignment. When i tried tracking it on the portal, is is always showing "in transit" status and my consignment is getting transferred from one place to another. Regarding this, i also send email to them, but again it is not helpful.

I have booked a courier from nellore to chennai on 23 july 2018 with docket no h81876403
On tracking with courier details status is shown as "in transit", when inquired with nellore office they were saying consignment reached to chennai.
Whereas when inquired with chennai office they were saying no such consignment reached to chennai.

Since 3 days i am following up with both offices and could not get exact status. The response is poor.

Couriered important documents through dtdc plus courier which was delivered after 3 days that to urvasi branch Visakhapatnam asked to come and collect courier but not delivered which is a worst service vide docket number is V47693340 dated[protected],

Please don't boast that you people will deliver dtdc plus service within 24 hours prestigious which is a wrong statement

How your people can make such false report?

Sir my courier no h82319348 booked on sunday i. E on 22/07/2018 in vijayawada to hindupur-515201 ananthapur district of andhrapradesh. But still i didn't get my parcel and i didn't find my courier by this tracking number... Please help me to get my post as early as possible... I have a important certificate in that courier... This behavior of courier service is disgusting and it may leads to untrust dtdc in future

We are appointing courier suppliers to Shammah Enterprises (DTDC Express Ltd) from Sept.17.

In this 11 month transactions period, most of the time bills are come with wrong weight of parcel.

Many time, complain to them, then they give me revise bill . I face problems with courier boy, "Shammah Enterprises (DTDC Express Ltd)" office is located near our office, so they have to come on daily basis as we have account in their branch, but if courier boy not receive 2 or 3 day continue courier, next day he is not come to my office to collect courier, then I have to call them for collecting courier. I fixed time for collecting courier is 5:30 pm every day.

Also, I request to "Shammah Enterprises (DTDC Express Ltd)" at time of agreement of appointment of courier supplier, please reduce fuel charges up to minimum rate because of the their courier office is located near our office, but they told that this rate is come from our head office, so we can not change, so I agree tothis charges. If customers agree your terms even if it is not reliable, they desire good service from them.

Now the courier boy call me every day & ask me for courier is there or not at their comfortable time, they did not care that customer have any work or he is busy in their important work.

So, I am facing many problems with this courier service. For payment 3 to 4 person follows up with me in month on call & mail also, but no person look in this type of issue like courier boy, wrong weight written in bill etc. Once I got a bill of 1 envelop of 100grm of Gurgaon area, courier charge is 140 instead of 40/-, then I complain to them, they told me that ths courier address is far fron our area & DTDC charges extra 100/- to them, so they charges me this extra charges without knowing me that DTDC have no direct service of this address (Docket No. M64921390 DT.19.05.18), if I have knowledge of this details, so I have not booked courier by "Shammah Enterprises (DTDC Express Ltd)".

Plz, look into this matter on priority basis.

This is very sad and disgusting with a renowned courier like DTDC that it takes a week for a parcel to deliver from Wadhkhal to mangaon which is 2 hours from the later.Even during the Maharashtra Bandh the parcels were in transit but my package is still at Wadkhal and now it is showing that for last two days it is OUT FOR DELIVERY. Along with that the office numbers of Wadkhal branch are switched off and some numbers never are received I am trying to contact from Saturday to the Wadkhal.
Along with that the customer care again a big joke the phone does not get connected even after calling for 2 hours straight.

I had sent one product through dtdc courier, devarabeesanahalli branch on 8th june, due to some problem it couldn't delivered to the delivery address and it has to return back to same branch. But from past 1 month, it's showing in madiwala branch. More that 10 times i went to devarabeesanahalli branch for enquiry, but i am not getting any response from the branch. It has been more that 40 days, i am not getting my product.

I have shipped an artificial item worth 2600 from bangalore to surath garh on 16th july. Consignment no is b55907545. Reciever has recieved empty courier. There is mismatch in actual delivery date and sytem delivery date. Courier was delivered and recieved on sunday where as in system it is monday delivered. The booking point konankunte has not mentioned the item details on the reciept but mentioned as document in the system. Please do the needful. I want a refund. They have charged 120 rupees for shipment.

I have two packages weighing 1.5kgs each to mumbai and bangalore and made sure to made them write handle with care. My product was broken by the time it reached the destination. Packing charges were very high. Very very poor service. Dint reach on time. Very careless delivery. Rude people. Deeply disappointed. Horrible service. Not recommended at all.
