Hello,

I have we have sent a package from Chitradurga to Bangalore with a tracking ID-B13429683 on 1st of September. On 3rd if September, it's showing out for delivery. Today is 12th of September till not received. We have tried all the possible communication forum provided by the DTDC but they have no idea where the package is. The customer care is pathetic. They do not even know where the package is . I seriously need a immediate action on this because the package has very confidential documents which can be misused. I hope you understand.

    DTDC not delivered my package and Tracking was updated as successfully delivered on 02/09/2022.

    I went to DTDC sudharsan nagar branch on 09/09/2022 and waited long as there were no employee in office.Also when they told to sent the details in whatsapp so that they will track the order.

    I am contacting the delivery boy daily but he is not pickup the call.Still my package is not delivered to me.

    I want my package to delivered as soon as possible.

      This is to bring your kind concern that I have booked one
      parcel on 5.9.22 from Patiala(Punjab) to Bangalore, Karnataka of through DTDC courier service. with Doket No: D14996192 .
      I was shocked to see that the parcel was in open condition
      & clearly shown that somebody has stolen from inside of the parcel.
      My RED color jacket is not present in parcel, this is a very grave concern .

      Despite of paying 2240 Rs for freight charges for AIR
      transport, items from my parcel are missing .
      At any cost i want my same red jacket back .

        Respected sir,

        I am gangasree, my mother had sent a parcel for me through your courier service in speedpost . But I didn't receive it till now but today I got a call from a guy telling he is from your company and my parcel got deviated and I should activate it again or the parcel will be hold for 48 days. So to activate I had to pay 6 rupees they shared a link but money didn't get transferred. But then they asked me to use some other phone number. After that in total I lost 8000rs from my account sir. Please do something about it. [protected] this is the number my which he called me... sir please help me sir. Not only my bank account but friend's bank account got hacked. Please do something for me.

          I have mailed DTDC about my courier it still stucked in balangar branch from 12th August 2022, they haven't delivered my package, not even replying for the updates of my courier. My tracking ID H32965203 .

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            I have booked a shipment to Tirupati (PIN - 517501) from Bangalore on 1st September 2022. The document was bit urgent to the receiver and important too. The booking office in-charge has confirmed that the receiver address is serviceable and shipment will be delivered within 2-3 working days. while I was tracking the shipment on 5th September, I just shocked to notice that the area is not serviceable. When I enquired with DTDC and requested DTDC to keep the shipment with their office, so that Receiver can visit and collect the document at DTDC office. Unfortunately DTDC simply rejected and declined my humble request and sent back to me (sender) on 9th September 2022 only. It is a T.C (Transfer Certificate) of my Son, which is to be submitted in his college on or before 5th September 2022. It is veru unfortunate that DTDC did not delivered the document. I request you to take appropriate action on DTDC

              Worst service ever?!

              My parcel has been lying in DTDC Haflong office since 4 September, but they only informed me about it on 7 September, saying they can't deliver it as they don't have a delivery boy ( like duh! If you don't have one, what's the point of running a delivery service office?)

              I had to collect my parcel from the office because otherwise, I would never have obtained my parcel, thanx to their phenomenal service.

                I am having issues with a Parcel delivery, details below for Parcel # 1Z R8E[protected]Booked via DTDC, Your Partners in India)

                1. I had booked a Rakhi parcel weighing 0.5 Kg on 27 July'22 to Stratford, Canada through DTDC agency (Jai Mata Enterprise Ludhiana, India) (Refer Bill in Image-1)
                2. Parcel not delivered & Got to know from the receiver that $30 is being asked for delivery even though it's a PREPAID parcel.
                3. Visited from where Parcel was booked i.e. DTDC Agency Jai Mata Enterprises, & they told that Customs are to be charged (Which the DTDC Partner never told at the booking time)
                4. Checked on UPS Tracking that Customs was already cleared (Refer Image 3)
                5. Please let me know, Why the parcel is being held & what are the charges for, as they were never told at the booking time by the DTDC Agency i.e. Jai Mata Enterprises
                6. 2200/- or $27 is already charged for delivery of this 0.5 kg parcel, So please update ASAP as the festival for which the parcel was sent is on 11th & we had expected it to be delivered by now.

                  On 5th sept, i booked shipment with the company under d[protected]Ref number[protected] from dtdc hyderpora srinagar branch, five pieces, two of them were fresh fruit boxes and another one was electric oven cum grill, all of them packed nicely and marked fragile., plus three other cartoons containing clothes, house hold flooring material old carpet - i was charged 9000 rupees-on 7th september the dtdc company from okhla informed me they are at the door of our address with packages, we were away from our flat since they didn't inform us that shipment has arrived we would stay home, company insisted to receive we were out in hospital.. So we asked nearby press waala to receive. On our return home all packing was nicely intact but two packets of fruit were stinking - i opened immediately the package shockingly found all apples in both boxes crushed like paste foul smelling, 100% damage both boxes. Then i opened package of electric oven as t was producing sound found all the glass door broken like glass dust - as if heavy object has been put on all packages rest of three packages containing cloth material were ok, i contacted company they say since outside packing was intact t and there was no report at time of delivery. Since outside cover was intact how can one report - one doesn't open packet at time of receiving shipment and we were not home when shipment was delivered company not responsible for transport damage.

                    [protected] My consignment is not delivered and when I checked the status it is showing not delivered and consignment redirected. How can u do that without even calling the customer. Its your duty to ask the customer if you are not getting the address and I provided very clear address. It's very urgent. please deliver it as soon as possible or contact the receiver. we will pick up from your nearest office but please don't return the consignment.

                      I Have sent a parcel to hyderabad on August 19 they just stole my parcel and fake reasons for not delivery. Didn't return my parcel also everyday I call to customer care. They won't pick my call. I need to find another phone number to make a call. They say same reason everytime. Customer service and the courier company both are very irritating. The customer service executive are saying if you don't get resolution why are you calling everyday. Such a pathetic company. This company should be banned from the service. They are just stealing our products and updating fake reasons. Not returning also.. Such a cheap behaviour. My number is C26039309

                        DTDC Courier Tracking number is K57174649. This consignment is booked at Dharmanagar, Tripura for me to receive an invoice through courier at my Bangalore residence. On 22.8.2022 it was received at dtdc yelhanka faility and later it has reached HBR layout facility from where it was supposed to deliver to me on 5.9.2022. However, tracking shows that "Receiver not available to deliver which is wrong as I am working from home and available here 24/7. For 4 days I have visited HBR layout facility (twice a day) to get the delivery of the courier. staff searched for the courier at their facility and later came to know that it is at HBR layout head office. Promised to deliver on 6.9.2022. The tracking shows that the courier is delivered successfuly on 6.9.2022 but I did not receive any courier so far. Staff at HBR Layout head office is giving false information in the tracking as they would have misplaced or courier is lost to save their skin. First of all it is 22 days from the date of booking of courier which is too long for any courier agencies to deliver the consignment and second giving false information on the tracking site. This is the worst ever experience with DTDC courier that has made me mentally ill by forcing my visits to the facility frequently and coming back with no fruitful results. Please note that my finance department will not accept my travel expense report to settle unless and untill I produce the invoices that was supposed to be received through this courier. Now if invoice is not their I have repay Rs.10, 000/- to the orgainisation. I request you to either you deliver me my courier by end of this week or pay me Rs.10000/- as compensation to repay the amount to my organisation in the absence of proper invoice. I hope you will understand and do the needful at the earlest. Thank you.

                          The stupidity of customer care employee Mrs. Prasanna at Hyderabad misguided us. The parcel of 21 KGs to USA was collected on 30.8.22 at 3pm. She said that it would be sent on the same day night or next day morning. Instead, it was laid on at Begumpet branch till 2nd Sept. Literally 3 days were wasted. She is totally unfit for job and all nonsense things and promises she made just for money of Rs.14000. It is reached in the morning today i.e., 7th Sept., after 8 days, whereas on their site it was again information manipulated as Sept 2 to 6. The service was hopeless and as she promised she did give us updates, even she did not bother to answer our calls. There was a function on Tuesday, for which we sent a dress and other gift for my granddaughter, which were reached only after the function, so what is the use? We trusted DTDC, but it deceived us, which only says that DTDC and its employee are cheaters. It cheated us, for which she must pay the penalty. Hopeless service would of employees and careless attitude of DTDC would tarnish the image of DTDC and disappear from the market. She should not have chosen such a cheating organisation, which is totally unorganized, deceiving and disgusting. My parcel could not reach within 4 days before the event as they promised. All our efforts are wasted. Appeal to public not to trust DTDC, as it is not fare and deceiving all.

                              I have two tracking numbers with DTDC for which i should have received two courier packages but i have not recieved anything. I have called the customer care and also have visited the head franchaisee in Hadapsar but nothing seems to be helping.

                              For tracking # R48896744, it shows out for delivery since 3rd Sep
                              For Tracking#D48967503, its shows delivered but i have note received the package. When i went to the store they said you have signed and received, when i checked it was not my signature.

                              Please help m with my courier as they are very important.

                                We have send 8 courier from Grampro Distribution Services, Nagpur to other places as of June 2022.But the product is not reached to the customer end, After several follow-ups I didn't get any proper response from their end.So i went to their respective regional office for clearing the issues as of August first week and they assured it will clear the issue within 2 days, and also I instruct them to return back each and every product to our godown.Still that issue is not solved and i looped each mail to their higher authorities but they didn't respond.I request them to issue COF incase the product is lost but they didn't listen our concerns.
                                I request you to kinldy take an action after enquiry regards this.

                                  Consignment no - D15579671 with ticket no - 3548289:
                                  So far no information about the shipment. Almost one month completed, poor response from everyone & Wrong information provided in Tracking like " (RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE-(CIR)) ". I have made almost 100 calls for this issue, they even not attending the call, really got depressed because of this. I need my package & they have to pay for my depression because of this.

                                    The parcel send from Ghaziabad on 31August has not reached Kochi in the given valid address. Not even a call to the sender or the receiver . In the shipment tracking, just mentioned Not delivered office closed/door lock . what is the meaning of it ? courier no is D23042451

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have to report about an incident which is causing me a lot of mental stress. I booked a package from Chennai to be delivered to Unnao, U.P. by land. The expected date of delivery was by 20th August but we never received anything. We reached out to the DTDC agent in Chennai through which we booked the package and got to know the package was destroyed in a fire accident in the lorry carrying the package. We felt cheated for not being informed about an incident which directly impacts us.

                                        As a next step, we asked what are we supposed to do to get claim for our goods. To which Chennai agent directed us to Mr. Jeetendra Rom. We reached out to him and he advised he can only give the copy of the FIR and nothing more. If we wanted to know the process of claim we should contact a person named Khabar in Vijayawada who is in the vigilance team. We contacted Mr. Khabar who sounded so disconnected with the matter and said he is not the right person and if we want to take any action we can go to social media. i was shocked with the way the people were responding. We have lost our valuable goods and instead of extending the support, everyone was trying to pass the buck to the next person. This is very chaotic and is causing unnecessary mental agony.

                                        I gave benefit of doubt to the whole situation and reported it to to customer care via email on 31st August 2022. We received the auto response that they will revert in 24 hours with a ticket number 3728239. Till date we have not received any updates on our compliant.

                                        Tracking number for my package is D24366770. It was booked on 14th August 2022 from Chennai.

                                        I would like the case to be settled with minimally getting compensation for the goods handed over for delivery.

                                        Please let us know what other information we can provide for a quick resolution
