D15354361 still not delivered even when it reached the Guwahati Apex on 7th August 2022. twice it has been out for delivery, but never did I receive any call from the delivery executive and has been falsely said that "Receiver requested delivery on another day".

Please make sure it reaches the destination soonest.

We sent a courier to Amravati Maharashtra from Hyderabad.
DTDC Express charged us 750/- Rs for the express delivery. The Package is still not delivered and no update on DTDC site since 4th of August.

We still do not have any update from DTDC express.

On 6th August 2022, I sent a consignment from Delhi to Guwahati through Air Cargo, for which I was charged 1000 rupees. It was supposed to reach by 8th August and max by 9th August as per DTDC's air cargo policy as they charge a higher amount for that. It's the 13th of August, and after multiple complaints, DTDC has not responded even when their policy says that they will revert within 24 hours. My package was unattended by the Guwahati Lakra Apex since 7th August 2022, and it was said that the package would be delivered yesterday, i.e. 12th August 2022, as it went out for delivery. But the package was not delivered, nor did I receive any call from the delivery executive regarding my order, but they signed off failed delivery and mentioned "Not Delivered(RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE-(CIR))" while no call was made by the delivery executive and this is just pure lie and violation. Every morning I wake up and have to complain to their customer care which is just getting me more anxious and is just pure harassment from DTDC.

Complaints registered to DTDC since now: 8 on Mail, 9 on calls.
Resolution expecting: Refund of my 1000 rupees as Air Cargo had no meaning if its getting this late and deliver my package today i.e. 13th August 2022 on priority.

Booked a by air consignment from dtdc express on 10th april with consignment no. Z9041921.

But there is no info or data it showing on DTDC tracking website as well package no yet reached to destination and things is package will be spoiled after 64 hours.

I have shipped through DTDC A49846265 .. Status is updated as delivered on 30 July. But the receiver has not received the package.
I have written email to support team to give the delivery prof... I raised ticket also 3539888... But past 10 days no one responded and unable to provide the delivery proof..
The DTDC branch which delivered the package is not picking up the phone call past 10 days...
Fed up with the type of service they provide..

The company took high amount for 288 and promised to deliver rakhi by 12 . On 12th, they did not call or messaged and marked the delivery for another date stating customer requested for another date which is not true.

My courier not reach till. Courier No V93647097. This reach at bheror but not delivered at given address on envelope.
So, take action and info to me at [protected], this very bad performance by DTDC courier. Post office speed post is better than DTDC.

Consignement no. M10443844 is not delivered yet to the required person although its showing delivered successfully. trying to call dtdc but they are not receiving the call.

My order with tracking id D46082550 is fraudulently marked as delivered by DTDC. It has been 4 days since I raised a ticket #3501473 but nobody is responding to the concern. Their customer care is always busy and it's like banging your head against a wall.

On 21/7/2022, I gave my parcel to dtdc, begumpet, hyderabad which was supposed to be couriered to USA by 27/7/2022. It been more than 3+weeks my courier has not delivered yet. I have been following up with dtdc office for the updates but no luck. They are not responding effectively.

This is a speed delivery and spend lots of money just so the parcel reaches on time as it contains documents which are important for my brother.br...

DTDC executive does this every time, they dont deliver instead they ask the customer to come and collect.

DTDC staff is very arrogant (Delivery staff). They tell that, they would not deliver and we can raise any complaint and there will be no action taken.
It is the worst courier services.

Customer care will never connect to the executive, there is no grievance address mail ID or contact details.
May be they have not maintained as they are aware they are worst service providers

Parcel not reached anywhere yet even after a week, while we checked they inform us it will max 4-5 days.
Now they don't know by when it would deliver and I don't want to deliver now because this is not usable if deliver.

Please find the details below:
1. I Booked a courier on 7 Aug on My DTDC App from Gorakhpur to Kolkata (AWB F[protected], my courier was picked up 8 Aug 22.
2. The delivery boy did not provide booking invoice, only acknowledgment slip. I asked for the invoice, he does not have any to provide & said will check with branch manager.
3. The branch manager said the booking was done through My DTDC App so can't provide invoice from branch.
4. I contacted customer support ([protected]) & raised a ticket online on 8 Aug 22. They said the invoice will be sent by the by the backend team in 24hrs but till now I Didn't receive.
5. I contacted customer support ([protected]) & raised a ticket online again on 9 Aug 22. They said the invoice will be sent by the by the backend team in 24hrs but till now I Didn't receive.
6. I contacted customer support ([protected]) & raised a ticket online again on 10 Aug 22. They said the invoice will be sent by the by the backend team in 24hrs but till now I Didn't receive.

The parcel was not deliveredby 1700 hrs as on 10Aug 2022, but the DTDC status online is showing it is delivered, pls clarify and action may be taken for the same.

My parcel reached at kochi office, why it is not received by me till today, tell me the meaning of booking a parcel urgency, why a private courier service is need for...and what does it mean, because the parcel is very much needed for me to get it by tomorrow morning till 08.15 am, if you are not able to deliver a parcel in time, then stop taking charges of your choice, i want my full refund,

DTDC agent picked up my package on 7th Aug I was promised for a delivery in one day. Now the person is denying to deliver and abusive. Says will not refund my package or the money. DTDC customer service is not reachable.
