Hello DTDC, my parcel has not been recieved till now it's been more than 2 weeks.
I have contacted customer care and send mail many time still I didn't receive my order
I think the package is going back to the sender, please make the parcel deliver asap(today or tomorrow)

My parcel is reached in pune on 9th aug still its not delivered till now. and have charged sender for delivery. Acknowledgement number is M10236385

Its been 7 days they have not delivered the consignment .
They don't answer the helpline number also.
By tracking it shows that it's out for delivery and they don't deliver it.
It's out for deliver for 3 days.

Very bad behaviour from the front office side. Even told that they couldnt deliver to the concerned address. And shows a irresponsible behaviour and arragont attitude.As per policy i had recieved the message of delivery with code but tgey says as as per policy because of heigher weight and time limitations tgey couldnt deliver to the concerned address.

I sent a parcel to my friend from dtdc courier kayathar branch on 11.08.2022 morning, so consignee designation is nagarkoil, but that parcel not delivered still 14.08.2022(10am).Then i called to dtdc courier kayathar branch, they told parcel is in nagarkoil branch

actually that parcel need to carry on my friend to muscat on 13.08.2022 at night, but he can't able to carry that, because of very worst and irresponsible service of dtdc courier

now who give the compensation of my mental disorder

i will rise the complaint to consumer court against dtdc courier as soon

The express DTDC article bearing no. A93245763 which is stuck at Ruchika Market Branch, Bhubaneswar after arriving 13th August, 2022 at 1700 Hrs. And during contact, the executive member of that branch misbehaved and talked very harshly. Telling that, the product not delivered for next two days because of govt. holidays for Sunday, 15th Ay=ugust.

My DTDC Courier package which I was supposed to receive, it is showing delivered on your website, but I haven't received it yet. I specially called the customer care for the urgent delivery of this package by today as soon as possible because this is my medicine package which was supposed to be delivered to me on a very urgent basis as we were in need of this medicine thats why we preferred to choose DTDC courier for early delivery. But this not at all fair that the package is showing delivered but actually it is not delivered to me yet. Please take this matter very seriously to take a very strict action against your delivery partners or delivery boy. I specially called your customer care also for the urgent delivery of my this medicine package.

Transaction ID- D15780846 and ticket number - 3553182. Laptop was brought from US and where the price is 850 dollars. It was new laptop and now it's broken, you have to provide a new laptop with same configuration since it was new laptop and it's pretty much damaged.

D15354361 still not delivered even when it reached the Guwahati Apex on 7th August 2022. twice it has been out for delivery, but never did I receive any call from the delivery executive and has been falsely said that "Receiver requested delivery on another day".

Please make sure it reaches the destination soonest.

We sent a courier to Amravati Maharashtra from Hyderabad.
DTDC Express charged us 750/- Rs for the express delivery. The Package is still not delivered and no update on DTDC site since 4th of August.

We still do not have any update from DTDC express.

On 6th August 2022, I sent a consignment from Delhi to Guwahati through Air Cargo, for which I was charged 1000 rupees. It was supposed to reach by 8th August and max by 9th August as per DTDC's air cargo policy as they charge a higher amount for that. It's the 13th of August, and after multiple complaints, DTDC has not responded even when their policy says that they will revert within 24 hours. My package was unattended by the Guwahati Lakra Apex since 7th August 2022, and it was said that the package would be delivered yesterday, i.e. 12th August 2022, as it went out for delivery. But the package was not delivered, nor did I receive any call from the delivery executive regarding my order, but they signed off failed delivery and mentioned "Not Delivered(RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE-(CIR))" while no call was made by the delivery executive and this is just pure lie and violation. Every morning I wake up and have to complain to their customer care which is just getting me more anxious and is just pure harassment from DTDC.

Complaints registered to DTDC since now: 8 on Mail, 9 on calls.
Resolution expecting: Refund of my 1000 rupees as Air Cargo had no meaning if its getting this late and deliver my package today i.e. 13th August 2022 on priority.

Booked a by air consignment from dtdc express on 10th april with consignment no. Z9041921.

But there is no info or data it showing on DTDC tracking website as well package no yet reached to destination and things is package will be spoiled after 64 hours.

I have shipped through DTDC A49846265 .. Status is updated as delivered on 30 July. But the receiver has not received the package.
I have written email to support team to give the delivery prof... I raised ticket also 3539888... But past 10 days no one responded and unable to provide the delivery proof..
The DTDC branch which delivered the package is not picking up the phone call past 10 days...
Fed up with the type of service they provide..

The company took high amount for 288 and promised to deliver rakhi by 12 . On 12th, they did not call or messaged and marked the delivery for another date stating customer requested for another date which is not true.

My courier not reach till. Courier No V93647097. This reach at bheror but not delivered at given address on envelope.
So, take action and info to me at [protected], this very bad performance by DTDC courier. Post office speed post is better than DTDC.

Consignement no. M10443844 is not delivered yet to the required person although its showing delivered successfully. trying to call dtdc but they are not receiving the call.

My order with tracking id D46082550 is fraudulently marked as delivered by DTDC. It has been 4 days since I raised a ticket #3501473 but nobody is responding to the concern. Their customer care is always busy and it's like banging your head against a wall.
