I sent a rakhi with sweets from online shop from india to germany, and they provide me tracking details of dtdc couriers. It supposed to be reach before or on 11th August. But, since 11th August it's showing out for delivery, but still it isn't delivered yet. What about sweets I sent? I want concession flr that one. As they collect my order on 1st August. My order number is N25198192. I raised many complaints but they are not responding. And their international contact nunber is also not valid. Then how should I contact you?

DTDC window showing successful delivery but not still in my hand. The reciever is fake n his number also fake please take necessary steps otherwise I take my step which is bad for DTDC courier service

I have a deliver to be delivered to me but it is delyaing further
The consignment has reached the nearest location and 2 times out for delivery also.
But it giving error status as "Not Delivered(RESTRICTED ENTRY-(OTR))".
My consignment tracking number is D23597811.
Please help me resolve this ASAP and acknowledgement for the same

My consignment number H32747653 was booked from Hyderabad for SBI Fort William Kolkata on 10/8/2022. The consignment has not been delivered even after 10 days. Tracking says addressee not available. How can a bank not be available is surprising! Numerous complaints made have not been responded to. Resultantly I have suffered financial loss due to non delivery of documents.

Delivery being denied by DTDC branch even though they have it for 5 days and requested to pay them money on google pay for additional delivery charges to deliver the product that they are supposed to deliver.

I havnt recvd my parcel yet. W11197656 on tracking its showing that it is lying at baroda apex scs office. Koi mai baap nahi hai yahan. Cant even call in there office. Customer care me to phone lagta hi nahi. Poora din try kiya. Hopless service.

I have spent 5 thousand rupees for the products, it has reached to White Field branch. People did not delivered to me and saying that unable to trace the courier (Tracking NO: T[protected]. I have doubt they used my product and saying that untraceable and also saying that it is not coming risk coverage, i need justify for my courier.

Hello, my parsal number is K39433258 and it is showing delivered at DTDC site but in actual it is not received and they put a fraud number at status.
Nighter they are telling courier boy number or name.

Please let me know any receipt or any other proof and who delivered parsal.

I sent a parcel 3 weeks ago (international) until now they haven't given me the tracking number. When I called they told me that they already sent it and it's already in the other country, and yet waiting for delivery. I just need my tracking number and know where my parcel is. There's an important documents in it and no one wants to help. I paid 4000 and until now nothing. Just give me my tracking number for me to find out and pick up my parcel myself. I sent it from DTDC uma char rasta waghodia road, opposite of dominoes.

Courier is not delivered but the status(tracking consignment) is shown delivered.How it's possible??

Hi.. My name is krishnendu. My product from south indian traditional missing from dtdc. Track no:C18676206.. I didnt received any call or message. But in online its showing already delivered on august 10th. Please helpme out.

My cousin has shipped this package on 10th august and its now 16th august, it has been stuck on AREA NOT SERVIABLE for the past 3 days, Im not sure if they are just lazy or gave my package back to my cousin, I either need my order to come to me or go back, If nothing is done for the next 2 weeks I will be taking legal action against this, NEVER SENDING FROM DTDC AGAIN.

The worst part is I have delivered to the same place almost 1 month ago and 6 months ago, I cant believe such stupidity, if you cant be bothered too deliver a persons package don't join a delivery job work at some fast food or something

MY PACKET WAS SENT BT DTDC VIA TRACKING ID X37161516 WAS BOOKED ON 1ST JULY 2022. STILL AM SUFFERING FOR DELIVERY OF MY PACKET BY DTDC Team.

Shocking news is the delivery status of my packet. It is showing delivered on 06th Aug 2022 even in actual it is not delivered to me yet.

I have words with the courier person in Indore at [protected] but no proper solutions to provided me yet.

There is a book in the packet to do preparation for medical exam but from last 1 & half month am suffering for delivery of this book to me.

I request you to please help me in this matter.

Hello DTDC, my parcel has not been recieved till now it's been more than 2 weeks.
I have contacted customer care and send mail many time still I didn't receive my order
I think the package is going back to the sender, please make the parcel deliver asap(today or tomorrow)

My parcel is reached in pune on 9th aug still its not delivered till now. and have charged sender for delivery. Acknowledgement number is M10236385

Its been 7 days they have not delivered the consignment .
They don't answer the helpline number also.
By tracking it shows that it's out for delivery and they don't deliver it.
It's out for deliver for 3 days.

Very bad behaviour from the front office side. Even told that they couldnt deliver to the concerned address. And shows a irresponsible behaviour and arragont attitude.As per policy i had recieved the message of delivery with code but tgey says as as per policy because of heigher weight and time limitations tgey couldnt deliver to the concerned address.

I sent a parcel to my friend from dtdc courier kayathar branch on 11.08.2022 morning, so consignee designation is nagarkoil, but that parcel not delivered still 14.08.2022(10am).Then i called to dtdc courier kayathar branch, they told parcel is in nagarkoil branch

actually that parcel need to carry on my friend to muscat on 13.08.2022 at night, but he can't able to carry that, because of very worst and irresponsible service of dtdc courier

now who give the compensation of my mental disorder

i will rise the complaint to consumer court against dtdc courier as soon

The express DTDC article bearing no. A93245763 which is stuck at Ruchika Market Branch, Bhubaneswar after arriving 13th August, 2022 at 1700 Hrs. And during contact, the executive member of that branch misbehaved and talked very harshly. Telling that, the product not delivered for next two days because of govt. holidays for Sunday, 15th Ay=ugust.

Here, my concern is that, if the product is reached before the closing of the DTDC branch and knowing that it is an express parcel and urgent is there, how the branch is not attempted for delivering and left simply for 2 days due to Government holidays. While, we had contacted to the branch manager for the same he is speaking very harshly with the female member of the house and even after with me. It is simply reflecting of the outside what is the behaviour of DTDC executives to the female members. Now, we are India celebrating the 75th Independence Day (Azadi Ki Amrit Mahasav) but behaviour of the DTDC executives is very negligible and don't know how to speak with Indian Women and impress the Customer.

Hence, it is requested to kindly interfere in this matter and culprit to be punishable and make arrangements for the delivery of the express parcel as soon as possible.

How, negligence Ruchika Market Branch of yours by knowing that it is express parcel and following 2 days are holiday, why the branch manager not attempted for delivering the pending parcel on time. This so essential for us. Please make arrangements for delivering the product today. Because, in the normally organisation, if long will comes means, they will complete the pending works and go for enjoy the leaves happily. But, in the case of DTDC, how the employees are keeping the pending work and go for long leaves. It is not acceptable.

By the way, whatever your working culture may be, I want my article to be delivered today. Please make an arrangement for that.
