This is in reference to tracking no. Of one of the shipment to be delivered by dtdc picked up on 19th june 2018 from gurgaon has not yet been delivered to boisar - tarapur, dist. Palghar - 401501. The requests have been submitted but no response is provided. The contact numbers given on the website are not reachable at all even after continual trials. The consignment contains study material, which is very important to reach us in time for studying.

I urgently need a document from patna to bhagalpur.it was dispatched on 18th June from Patna but i didn't received the consignment yet.whenevr I ask in patna office they dont have avalid answer regarding delay.really a worst service..who will pay the penalty now that I have to bear for the delayed submission of my documents

My advocate at machilipatnam, krishna dt, ap, sent a courier on 23/06/2018 from machilipatnam vide consignment no. H[protected]A. P/vja/mtm-1 vf563 cm pet) contain the court notice advising me to appear before court on 27/06/2018 without fail. But i received the courier on 28/06/2018 evening at 05.15 pm. I am not aware of the court notice thereby i could not attend the court on 27/06/2018, the court for non appearance, fined me rs.2000/-

So due to your non delivery of courier on time, i was penalised for rs.2000/- in this context, i am not culprit, your organisation is culprit.
So please send me rs.2000/- to pay to the court immediately within a week,
Otherwise i am constrained to approach the consumer forum.

My tracking no. Is z59448268. I have not received by parcel. In tracking it is shown out for delivery 4 time but i didn't receive a single call while delivery attempt. Moreover your customer care is useless always no executive is available from last 5 days.

So pathetic service you should shame on you
Immediate take urgent action there was my very very important documents
I will take strong steps against your pathetic service and will teach you a lessons
Immediate do necessary action to deliver the document as soon as possible

Sir,
I couriered an important and urgent letter to my son on 21 june, 2018 from lucknow to gurugram. As it did not reach my son son till 26 june, i raised a feedback (Complaint). Then on 27 june, the status shows that "not delivered (Receiver not available)". It is to be informed that someone or the other always lives in my flat, thus the question of receiver not available does not arise. Furthermore, no telephonic contact was made either with the consigner or the consignee. It is clear that such a reputed and costly courier company has failed to deliver the important consignment even after a lapse of 6 days and showing a false report that 'receiver not available'
Now i have lost faith with this courier company and will never use their services in future. And will also request all my contacts to refrain from this courier company - prof. Subodh shankar

A consignment was addressed to me but the address was wrongly mentioned. The delivery boy promptly called to ask where i am. I informed him that i stay 5 lanes away and requested him to deliver to me. He very rudely said that is not his job and cant deliver. I suggested him to come half way, he rudely disconnected the call. Made me wait for 30 mins

Updated by Umashankara Sharma It was an urgent payment which was supposed to be delivered and I had to leave all my work and wait for him for more than 30 mins. He did not wait even for 5 minutes for me to reach the venue. He misbehaved very rudely. I visited his Sadashivanagar branch also and complained to the manager. Manager said he will look into it. I lost an assignment because of their shrewd behaviour. So very agressive behaviour towards customers actually pissed me off. Something has to be done about it.

They were unable to pick my items up at the time committed to. The goods ended up leaving a week after they were supposed to. When they arrived in london the boxes were all badly damaged.
One box contained my mac computer which i could not insure with them and therefore took on the risk myself. What i didnt expect to take on was the stupidity and incompetence of the company. The box labeled fragile and this side up was delivered upside down. All boxes were crushed as though hasty load was placed on top and my mac computer was literally bent inside the box! My tennis requet crushed and several other items damaged or completely broken. When i raised this issue with them they simply sent me the insurance form and reminded me that the computer was not covered... I don't think insurance is there for dtdc's incompetence and stupidity is it? Rather unforeseen circumstances or issues.

Firstly, the update is not on time.. My package which was to be sent to me was received 5 days ago and they didnt updated the status... When i complained to them then they updated the staus about my package saying it as rto out for delivery and after one minute it read rto delivered... But neither any message came nor any phone call.. I was at all time in my home... It is a real waste of time plus i already paid the amount and now they are doing such a loose work which is threatening me.

I sent a box to flipkart ware house on 6th jun 2018 but after 20days also the product was undelivered, i also contact to customer care number of bangalore and delhi 2 to 3 times but no response, the customer care team manager mr. Jitendra of delhi us talked roudly, and irresponsible, he told he is not responsible & don't know where is the package. If they can't deliver the product they can return to the sender adress. But after 20days the product can't delivered nor return.

This is regarding tracking id z63168167.

The packet was to be delivered to biharsharif at the given address by 23rd june, 2018 but the packet has not been delivered yet and to add, the status has been updated with the message that 'receiver has rescheduled the delivery' - this is really pathetic and shows how unprofessional the delivery men are.

I have sent an email to dtdc team which is still unanswered. I tried to call dtdc patna but that goes unanswered.

Please help in improving dtdc services and take strong action so that service may be improved in future - i want my packet to be delivered by tomorrow. Please help in the same.

An important document of mine was couriered from your dtdc kolkata to gurgaon at my residence. It was showing in tracker that the office is closed. Whereas the address 1025, sector 15, part 2, gurgaon is a residence. Blue dart, aramex and even fed ex delivered to the same address. Inspite of mentioning the receiver mobile no, the delivery boy didnt bother to call the receiver. At my place there are 2 people constantly available even in my absence. Have been following up with a guy - pappu -[protected] and only was receiving assurance. I had to take leave today ie 25th june 2018 so that the packet is delivered. Called at all possible nos of gurgaon hub [protected] (Sector 18, gurgaon), [protected] but no response. Even the office doesnt bother to take calls. Then i had to call the customer care at[protected] wherein i came to know that the consignment no k11861795 has been returned to kolkata.

I have booked a courier to post a commodity from barasat to plassey(wb-741156) through DTDC, a reputed courier company. They accepted the consignment, but now their branch of berhampore, WB is refusing to deliver the commodity to plassey. They are not attending my complain also. Please resolve.

Same here an my friend staying in Netherlands he forgot his keys at Bhopal and his flight was on 24-06-18 from Nagpur. I have sent with DTDC with premium charges but they did't deliver on time. they took 5 days to deliver it from Bhopal to Nagpur. This is totally unprofessional way of work.
Do not believe on DTDC. Indian government sped post is more reliable and far better than this bogus courier service.
Better go for Indian speed post or DHL/Bluedart.

I urgently required some documents (Guwahati to visakhapatnam) for purchase of a car. One of my colleague sent them through dtdc lite on 20 jun18. The document moved out of guwahati on 22 jun18 as per the tracking data. This delayed the delivery of documents by a week. Tracking no k11467095. It should have been maximum 3 working days

I need a claim for the damage caused and to take seveire action for this kind of behaviour. Kindly do the needful

This consignment is booked for MALDA to me (Sumanta Mitra). And you people daliver it to Amritsar.. why?

How can you people daliver my consignment t to someone else.?

How A organisation like DTDC can do this type of thing?

In the tracking history it is vary clear that you people didn't properly follow my consignment bcouse from Amritsar to malda generally you people don't take 10 days or more.

Any way I don't know why all this things happen but try to solve my issue and daliver my consignment to me only.

My friend is staying in abroad and he forgot his house keys here and his flight was at 24june 18 in evening. We have asked to dtdc courier bhopal for delivery on 20th june 18 and they asked us to send with their premium speed post service and it will be delivered on 22nd june friday. We paid the money but they did't deliver. I called them so many times on 3 different[protected]/30/31) but as usual they did't pick the call. Then i wrote to
Email: [protected]@dtdc.com but still no action taken, even i wrote them to pay extra money to get deliver on time but they did't respond.

Now this is useless for me that person left india so please refund my consignment with paid money.

I had booked courier no - b53946879 via dtdc on 14th june and now after a week, they are saying it could not be delivered.

Online status shows that airport security didn't allow it to board but i had clearly told the booking agent that it's a powerbank and still they booked it.

I want the full refund for this order since it's their fault but they are not responding at all

I tried to contact my courier persons but didnt give response & spoke to me rudely..
