Hi All,

I have lot of complaints about my recent dtdc courier ( consignment number: B[protected] and I hope i will get appropriate response here:

1. My courier didn’t deliver at all
2. It went to a wrong place where pin code and place name was clearly mentioned
3. It returned to the original place which is bangalore but from past 30 days it is in the dtdc office ( I think if a courier comes back it should be delivered to the sender’s address which wasn’t happen)
4. When I went to collect my courier from Bangalore office within working hours(7:30pm), I was told to come in the morning so that one madam will give me the courier because she is having keys for that ( I think it should be mentioned somewhere that these services will be not be available after 5 pm as your madam will not be available)
5. When I asked the same person to keep my courier outside so that I can come and collect after 5 pm from the office. He told he has so many work and he can’t do this ( if this person has so many work other than courier management why do you keep such person for courier services)
6. With all above points, themis person is very rude and manner less, he doesn’t know how to talk to a woman and how to talk to his customer.
7. If my courier is misplaced then I will never suggest dtdc courier to anyone in my life. I wish I would’ve send it through some other courier

This tracking number Z59294145 didn't delivered to me but the DTDC tracking is showing the status as "Successfully Delivered".

I dont know to whome DTDC guys delivered my parcel. this is a cloth which sent form my manufacture.. I would like to file a case against DTDC Siliguri branches.

Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I have couriered my Product through DTDC on 2nd of July, 2017 which was to be couriered in Palwal. As, it is very much important product for me to delivered it on next day. But after checking the status after 4 days, its showing it is on the way to Hyderabad. And I am suffering from the loss of Rs. 1 Crore against this courier from my company. It was to be delivered from Delhi to Palwal Haryana. I will go through Legal today itself if you are not delivering my product back today itself.

Sir,
The documents are yet to be delivered on 6/07/18 which was supposed to be delivered on 2/07/18.
I've gone through way too much of inconvenience so plz look into the matter and get it delivered ASAP. Preferably before 8/07/18.
This also calls for a compensation as the consignment charges were on the basis of delivery time which, in turn, the agent have turned out to be a defaulter in.

This is regarding consignment A41320413. We have not received the courier and the tracking status shows that the courier reached the Hyderabad hub on June 23. The last status update is on June 26 that the courier is at Balanagar facility. We tried the customer care numbers but no one received the call. So, on June 29 we went to Balanagar facility and checked. They informed that they do not have the courier and also they did not know where...

I have paid rs.200/- for courier charges.

When it will reach mysuru. No body is effectively giving correct status.

No is not much use in your tracking.

Parcels keep lying at courier centres neither do they call the party to pick nor do they deliver! Pathetic useless service! Worst courier service! No numbers no contact info where to call what to do! They manually enter misleading information uj the tracking screen! Hundred times called them to deliver parcels and they saybthey dojt have courier guys or the staff is just negligent! They lost my parcel wortg 600 rs in the past inspite of several complaints they didnot deliver nor did they tell me where did my parcel go! The way dtdc works it seems parcels vanish in thin air! Docket numbers - z66004916, z66004914, z63834768, z49705131, z49764230! Attatching tracking details that mark the packets delivered and they are showed delivered to their courier centres not to the receiver!! None of them have been delivered! Misleading/incorrect info updated - receiver shifted/delivered/not at home/etc etc etc.. They can not be trusted at all! They are just fooling around doing nothing! The consignment booked under the docket number D44046771 by consel India marketing Chennai to Annai Agencies Coimbatore on 02.07.2018 is not delivered till date. We need the exact reason and compensation for the delay delivery. since our committed date is prolonged to our customer. The debit note raised by our customer should be borne by DTDC courier, Coimbatore.

Chi this dtdc is worst service I ever met. I am doing business and I use to send all the couriers through dtdc but ur courier boy didn't gave the parcel to customer and given that parcel to watchmen.
And now the watchmen was not available he went off without giving the parcel to customer. And now who is responsible for the parcel.
Courier boy should give the parcel to customer right and have to take signature from the customer. If the customer was not available and instructs the boy to give the parcel to watchmen then he can give. Without any instructions r information how he gives the parcel to watchmen. It's a worth of 5000. Who will give that money. U r courier boy.

Was to receive translated papers from indo german chamber of commerce bangalore, dtdc pod no. B55437915, shipped on 25th june 2018 to the address :west metro apartment block e flat no 206 chandanagar, hyderabad near chandanagar police station telengana pin : 500050 phone no : [protected] no one from the dtdc hyderabad is picking up the call or replying back about the status. These guys are not taking any responsibility of informing the customer. Its a harassment and torture as they are asking me to collect from the office which no one know from where.

I make a courier from indore to mumbai,
on 29 june, on 2nd july they update status that invalid address. but is it there duty to call respected person if address not found but they didn't call and who will bear this loss this is urgent courier thats why we use dtdc, else we can use speed post,

My partner sent a courier to my address at 20th jun-18( Vijayawada to Pochampally-508284) but still now I am not received my courier. I went to malaket branch also and I tried so many calls to same branch & begumpet branch but no one responded. This courier very important to me, This is very bad situation and worst service in my life. 12days completed but no one response please help me.

I had a parcel to be received through dtdc within 2 to 3 working days. Because it was speed post and the parcel was posted on 25th june 2018. But i got the parcel on 30th of june as a normal working delivery. I spoke to one of the worker and they said, if the parcel is not in time or on expected date, they will refund. But i did not get the refund and also no explanation for the delay.
I want to complain about this courier company for ruining my day and time. I tried to contact customer care, the number is 33004444 and state should be added. But there is no response and atleast the number is not correct. If that number is not working, why they should put on their website. It's really waste of time.
I really don't know why it took so long from guntur to belgaum.

Dtdc plus for urgent delivery between 2 to 5pm on 29th june 2018 as committed.

We have sent a document, which was missed to submit for export consignment today flight. Due to urgency we have sent through dtdc plus mode which was suggested as confirmed delivery between 2 to 5pm next day. But could not delivered.

When we checked with the dtdc agent, he told, the packet has reached delhi but it was not open due to late delivery, hopefully it will delivery tomorrow.

We need urgent attention and quick delivery at the below igi airport address.

I checked online status it was showing materials delivered on[protected].
I booked a complaint in online case no.11736934. There no response.
Again i booked a complaint in online case no. 11753197. There no response.
I spoken to mr. Tulasiram hyderabad. He gave a number kurnool branch manager. I spoken to him but still not yet solved the problem.

Finally i desided to file the complaint in police station. I have a copy of online status.

I gave my office address for the delivery of one consignment. They delivery person is such unprofessional without contacting me/Office reception, they directly updated the delivery status as "Not Delivered(DOOR/OFFICE CLOSED)". After raising a complain also there is no response.

I need the shipment by EOD as it is Urgent. But no response from the courier team. This is sheet unprofessional.

This is in reference to tracking no. Of one of the shipment to be delivered by dtdc picked up on 19th june 2018 from gurgaon has not yet been delivered to boisar - tarapur, dist. Palghar - 401501. The requests have been submitted but no response is provided. The contact numbers given on the website are not reachable at all even after continual trials. The consignment contains study material, which is very important to reach us in time for studying.

My advocate at machilipatnam, krishna dt, ap, sent a courier on 23/06/2018 from machilipatnam vide consignment no. H[protected]A. P/vja/mtm-1 vf563 cm pet) contain the court notice advising me to appear before court on 27/06/2018 without fail. But i received the courier on 28/06/2018 evening at 05.15 pm. I am not aware of the court notice thereby i could not attend the court on 27/06/2018, the court for non appearance, fined me rs.2000/-

So due to your non delivery of courier on time, i was penalised for rs.2000/- in this context, i am not culprit, your organisation is culprit.
So please send me rs.2000/- to pay to the court immediately within a week,
Otherwise i am constrained to approach the consumer forum.

We have booked a courier in dtdc vizag branch to nellore the transport delayed very badly the courier has arrived nellore before two days but there is no delivery they not even contacted us there call me today and said to pick the courier from the office we paid money for home delivery but ur delivery boys not delivered the courier we are very much disappointed about your service
