Respected sir,
I booked a packet from meerut by DTDC Carrier at 04.07.2018 for sent to Basti (U.P.). The consignment no. is Z67388328. But when i track it show it has delivered.The packet has been sent more than one week. Customer care are not picking up the phone. For this reason, I have become mentally disturbed. Get my packet to its Destination as soon as possible.

Very pathetic condition of service as they did not try to reach my address and returned the parcel back to my friend and in second case they called me and asked me to collect from a location 30 km awayfrom my address. Very non ethical and poor service ever experienced and they argued to me saying that the parcel will b sent back if i fail to collect from the place they told me .. Its 30 kms away from my house address i mentioned in the amazon delivery address.

Regarding delivery refrence-M65724387, On June 26 product has been dispatched for delivery and on June 30 ( sultanpur, uttar Pradesh India) its showing that item has been delivered but I didn't receive any delivery so far.
I contacted DTDC service in Sultanpur- on number -[protected], and from July 1st he is saying yes it will deliver soon, it will going to deliver tomorrow.
I am following up with him in very 3-5 days and today when I call him he is talking to me in a roude and high pitch like - illiterate ( arey aapko bola tha 10 min me call kro aap 2 hours baad call kr rhe bla bkla bla..)

Please I am tired following up with DTDC, kindly take any action as soon as possible .
in future I am not going to select DTDC service, its ruined my function.

Dtdc courier beawar pincode 305901 declined the delivery of courier and they returnd my courier without giving me any information i have very important document in that courier . They said you have to come and collect the courier from dtdc office I said I was in middle of something and they said that's not our problem . I am Very upset i have recording of our conversation .

Hi..im sukumar im frm Andhra Pradesh i lost my courier how the hell is this dtdc office when we r asking about our courier simply they are telling us our consignment lost we believe and we gave courier to dtdc but no till now no response my courier number H81182207 please search where it is ...otherwise we will go in another way at june 5th my brother sent me courier till now I didn't receive my courier

My consignment with AWB No- D44482299 containing Mi TV 43 inch was damaged when I received it. The LED panel was broken and there was dent on the packing carton. I contacted the delivery Station DTDC Office near me.

DTDC Office in Visakhapatnam told me to contact to the despatch point i.e. Madanapalle, Andhra Pradesh.

I have mailed several times but I am only receiving the mail as the product js delivered and case is closed. I have contacted DTDC Madanapalle Office as well as Visakhapatnam Office. Noone is responding. The regional office numbers of Hyderabad, Bangalore & Vijayawada are either unreachable or they are not picking up the phone.

This is completely careless handling of the product and worst customer service. I need compensation for the damage.

DTDC Ambala has the worst service and sent my courier to the wrong area (Dera Bassi instead of Zirakpur) and refused to deliver it to me! They told me to come and collect it from an area which is around 30km away! The staff is the the laziest and most pathetic bunch of people I have ever seen in any establishment...the girl I spoke to was extremely rude and refused to help us! I believe her name was Neha, she refused to tell me her branch manager's name, repeatedly put my calls on hold and then banged the phone when I asked for his name. For your information, he is Mr. Ravinder Sain and a blot on society. We have been charged 5100 for the courier which had not been delivered. We had to go and pick it up ourselves in an unknown area and were refused a refund!
I must say, the head of DTDC Dera Bassi was extremely polite and went out of his way to help us get our courier, even guiding us with navigation to the office! Kudos to DTDC DeraBassi!
Shame on Mr. Ravinder Sain, his bootlicking DTDC Ambala staff and their complete lack of work ethic and basic competence!

We are not received our packages and we checked online it shows out for delivery and attempted but still now we are received our packages then we contacted DTDC Customer service there is no response from them they are given some contact numbers but there is no response from that numbers also.

My friend has been send my bike parcel Railway receipt from Cochin to kakinada on 5 Jul 18 through dtdc blue .My bike has arrived at destination and I could not collect my bike on time due to non receipt of RR original (by courier).I talked to Chennai hub and tracked my consignment no.(V[protected] Still at Chennai and will reached at kakinada probably in Monday .I have to paid penalty for railway for keeping my bike at station RS [protected]@per day.So it is requested that necessary action may taken in favour of me to kill the issue and early receipt of courier.

Hi All,

I have lot of complaints about my recent dtdc courier ( consignment number: B[protected] and I hope i will get appropriate response here:

1. My courier didn’t deliver at all
2. It went to a wrong place where pin code and place name was clearly mentioned
3. It returned to the original place which is bangalore but from past 30 days it is in the dtdc office ( I think if a courier comes back it should be delivered to the sender’s address which wasn’t happen)
4. When I went to collect my courier from Bangalore office within working hours(7:30pm), I was told to come in the morning so that one madam will give me the courier because she is having keys for that ( I think it should be mentioned somewhere that these services will be not be available after 5 pm as your madam will not be available)
5. When I asked the same person to keep my courier outside so that I can come and collect after 5 pm from the office. He told he has so many work and he can’t do this ( if this person has so many work other than courier management why do you keep such person for courier services)
6. With all above points, themis person is very rude and manner less, he doesn’t know how to talk to a woman and how to talk to his customer.
7. If my courier is misplaced then I will never suggest dtdc courier to anyone in my life. I wish I would’ve send it through some other courier

This tracking number Z59294145 didn't delivered to me but the DTDC tracking is showing the status as "Successfully Delivered".

I dont know to whome DTDC guys delivered my parcel. this is a cloth which sent form my manufacture.. I would like to file a case against DTDC Siliguri branches.

I have couriered my Product through DTDC on 2nd of July, 2017 which was to be couriered in Palwal. As, it is very much important product for me to delivered it on next day. But after checking the status after 4 days, its showing it is on the way to Hyderabad. And I am suffering from the loss of Rs. 1 Crore against this courier from my company. It was to be delivered from Delhi to Palwal Haryana. I will go through Legal today itself if you are not delivering my product back today itself.

The documents are yet to be delivered on 6/07/18 which was supposed to be delivered on 2/07/18.
I've gone through way too much of inconvenience so plz look into the matter and get it delivered ASAP. Preferably before 8/07/18.
This also calls for a compensation as the consignment charges were on the basis of delivery time which, in turn, the agent have turned out to be a defaulter in.

This is regarding consignment A41320413. We have not received the courier and the tracking status shows that the courier reached the Hyderabad hub on June 23. The last status update is on June 26 that the courier is at Balanagar facility. We tried the customer care numbers but no one received the call. So, on June 29 we went to Balanagar facility and checked. They informed that they do not have the courier and also they did not know where...
