My firms name is jain advertisers, i m running a courier business since 2003 in nakodar. My service tax registration number under courier service is adppj6290fst001

I was applied a franchise for dtdc courier & cargo ltd. For vadapalani, chennai

For this franchise i was paid 2 demand draft in the name of dtdc courier & cargo ltd. Payable at bangalore, demand draft’s nos. Is

012033 rs.: 15000/- dated : 1-sep.-2008 issue from bank of india, mountroad
012034 rs.: 7500/- dated : 1-sep.-2008 issue from bank of india, chennai

After this payment with in 10 days company was issued me a code - zf2405 as per dtdc company representative says this is my agency / franchise code.

After this he told me ur agency / franchise is activated & know pls send me some payment for office stationery. Then i was make 2 more demand drafts :

Rs.: 3680/- & rs.: 250/- dated 24-oct.-2008 issue from canara bank, vadapalani

After receiving this demand drafts suddenly they r stopped my agency / franchise. I have not worked a single day with dtdc & i have not booked a single document for dtdc.

Today is 26-aug.-20014 but till time i have not rcvd my payment refund. I was made several calls to dtdc bangalore office, also i was make several calls to company's regional (Chandigarh) office & talk this issue with mr. K. J. Singh & miss. Aaju. Along with this i was make several calls to dtdc zonal office (Delhi) & i was talked with mr. Jatinder sethi.

I was spend at least rs.: 2500/- for telecalling. But still i have not rcvd my payment back.

Here i m requesting u to pls take necessary action against this kind of cheep / fraud companies. So after that nobody do this repeat & this is a lesson for others...

Kindly support me to refund my money.

2. Despite my constantly reminding you, it is observed that you are not seems to be interested to resolve the issue. The consignment is yet to be delivered to the requisite address.

3. Please not if the issue is not resolved with in 48 hrs after receipt of this mail, undersigned will be constrained to take up the matter to consumer court apart from publishing the entire matter in leading newspapers.

4. This may be considered as informative notice for all legal purposes.

We have sent a courier on 5th june from pondicherry to thiruvottiyur, and the courier is still in thiruvottiyur hub for the past 15 day. There is no intimation from the courier side regarding the delay. And there is no proper response from the question raised during the phone call. Nobody is picking up the call. Find the tracking no below and do the needfull asap.

It was expected to reach by Monday but when I track my thing it’s still showing in Kolkata, I really hoped dtdc was good but it’s left a very bad impression on me... Hoping that you would solve the matter at the earliest as the customer care number was also not very helpful

Hi, this is vijaya. My coriure has came from pune to chennai last week but till now i didn't deliver that coriure. I am continually taking follow ups but no response from porur branch, chennai. My consignment no isp46358204. I need that coriure on urgent basis n today is last day for my claim application. But till now i don't get my coriure. Online status is showing door lock but my door was not at all lock on saturday.

Tracking number : z62928180. Wednesday courier has been done till now not rcvd any courier not any information regarding this courier. Neither dealer whi has done the courier nor drdc offoc3 is responding properly. I am very tensed as its urgent. Please please help me regarding this i will be really thankful to you. When i track through number it shows no data available.

Management of DTDC Kavali - 524201 is not replying to the customer queries patiently, they are giving answers very recklessly. My Consignment no. H80955582 was shown out for delivery on[protected], we called office many times to deliver before office timings.But they called us for delivery at 8:30PM when we asked the Franchise people they are not responding smoothly.please take action on them.

Pl find my consignment no d42389807 from bdi (Mp) to cuttack (Orissa) more than 10days. Still it is not yet delivered. On e-tracking of parcel it was found that the item has reached at cuttack on dtd 08.06.2018. Again with contact with one of the dtdc center at cuttack the said location of parcel at cuttack also confirmed on 14th jun. Still the concerned center/person showing least responsibility for delivery. It is completely harassing and doubtful intention.

I mentioned the wrong address on my courier package while sending it to bombay.
Realised my mistake and went online to track the package but it had been delivered and received by some1 i don’t know in another state far away from my delivery location. I wanted the parcel to go to mumbai but it shows that the parcel was revived in haryana by some1 called ashu who i don’t know. Please resolve this issue and require where the parcel has gone

Dear sir,

I would like to take you kind attention, my colleague booked the parcel having number-h80715374 dated 4th may 2018 from vijayanagaram. It has to deliver to andhra pradesh grameena vikash bank, jadagevpur, dist-siddipet.

As i tracked this parcel to dtdc website showed the delivered status dated 16may 2018 but no parcel is beeen received till now.

So many time i have mailed to dtdc customer care but no proper response.
They have given numbers of these persons having mobile number [protected] and simran. Both persons is highly unprofessional and rude, madam is not ready to pick phone and sir not interested to reply query, every-time said that he will reply after inquiry, till now no reply. Finally i have to complain through indian consumer forum.

You are been requested to kindly let me know where has my parcel delivered and delivered the courier at the its destination.

I am following up dtdc courier team last 15 days they are not able find out and not even interested to deliver.

Please treat this message urgent.

I sent a mail (On 10th june 2018) to dtdc regarding the change in address of courier before they deliver (Delivery was on 13th june 2018) the item (Attaching the copy of mail). Now the item is in wrong address, i contacted them regarding return of the product and the replied they are helpless because they delivered the product. And also they added to contact jabong.com for the return service.
After that i sent a mail to jabong.com regarding the same. And they informed to contact your courier service for the return (Attaching the screenshot of mail from jabong.com)

I’m renjith living in uk. I have sent a parcel from london to trivandrum on 26/05/2018, i’m not at all happy with the service which you provided. I am mentioning below the services which made me disappointed.
1) 12.5kg they charged me £60.75 including handling charge.
2) they did not provide me a proper invoice.
3) it took more than 3 weeks to deliver.
4) missing one expensive t shirt and 3 boxes of sweets.

My self bhagirathsinh vansia from surat sachin. My parcel tracking number is m48777873. As per dtdc website tracking it seems delivered on 5th may 2018 but i haven't received. I called to dtdc office surat on [protected] and [protected] numbers but they are not picking my call. And also they not providing signature proof of delivery kindly request to help me to my parcel delivery.

I m a resident of puranik rumah bali at godhbunder road just opposite to lodha splendora but the dtdc officers call us to collect the courier from their branch as they don't come to rumah bali to deliver but they deliver in lodha splendora which is at the equal distance from the kasarvadavali branch just like rumah bali. I don't understand the reason for not delivering at the address, again and again we got a call from the office to visit the branch to collect and also we pay ample amount of money but this type of service is not appropriate. Please look into this matter

I booked a courier on june 5th, 2018 from mumbai to mau (Up). Earlier my consignment number was m 65252288 but later due to some reasons they changed my consignment number which is d 43857072.

On june 11th, 2018 when i was tracking my courier but did not find any update on dtdc website and then i called up to dtdc booking agency. After an argument they inform me that my consignment number has been changed due to some reasons.

On june 12th, 2018 my brother picked up consignment from dtdc office, mau. After opening that consignment we found one of my gifted suit was missing. At the time of courier there was 7 suits in that packet which was 4.8 kg. After inspection i found a torn (Cut) inside my plastic bag, which was covered from dtdc tape.

I called up to the dtdc courier, mumbai to complaint but they asked for some time to figuring it out that what has gone wrong. I followed up whole day; however no proper explanation was given. That was an extremely cold and irresponsible approach from dtdc couriers.

It is really un-professional from the courier side especially when a customer put so much trust and faith along with his time and efforts to send a courier. I would like to take legal approach on this matter to seek justice.

The cost of my suit is 2500 inr. I want my missing suit back or my money refund.

C82891292 is the docket number. The courier contains very important documents. While on the parcel and on the receipt, the pin code is correct but while tracking it, i came to know that the dtdc representative has entered a wrong destination pin code. I have been trying calling on the customer service numbers, but either the numbers are not functioning or there is no response from the other end. This is the height of carelessness....

I booked a parcel in month of april but my client did not receive the parcel but dtdc as uploaded it's is successful delivered. I called dtdc customer service for past 1 month for proof who received the parcel.. But they failed to provide the proof.. And no proper response each one giving different answer.".. I think parcel is returned... I think it is delivered"parcel is worth 2000rs. They lost the parcel and responsibile. I want my money back.

I want to complain about the guntur branch (Guntur - gujjanagundla).

In past 1-1.5 months we have 3 couriers and this branch is doing very bad job

V46064853: june 13th, no body was at home, courier didn't even try to call the receivers or senders phone number and just gave the package to watchman. If watch man denies that he didn't take package or we didn't check online what is the problem.

H08643246 : it reached gujjanagundla center on saturday june 9th and they just kept the status "out for delivery" for 3 days. My mother was at home and they didn't attempt to deliver. We were not aware of tracking number so we don't even know its with them until we got the package. And they finally delivered on tuesday june 12.

H07938808: this we are tracking and thursday may 17th saw out for deliver and informed my mother to be at home. They didn't deliver on that day. Next day we got the number and started calling them, they didn't deliver on 18th also. And 19th my mom called main office and they finally delivered.

I am expecting 1 more package in next couple of days.

I went to Jaynagar mazilpur DTDC branch 12.06.2018 to courier a amazon return with valid invoice and return request. The representative confirmed the address of shipment and made a DTDC plus receipt (DTDC COURIER consignment no V47346104 enclosed with this mail) and confirmed me that it will be delivered within 48 hours thats why charged Rs. 310 /- from me. Today(13.06.2018)I got a call from this branch asking to submit their receipt and take return the money paid by me as they are unable to send the item as the product is a STONE.
I went to their store but found the package was opened already. Then I contacted with the branch supervisor Mr.Anirban . He replied me that he was unable to tell any thing if I wanted to know anything then i have to visit their head office. Also blamed me saying that i am giving wrong information about the product price whereas i had company invoice of that particular product mentioning the price including GST and all tax.

I think this is a harrassment for me by your courier service. I should be informed first time when I have made the payments.

I check online so it's shown it's successfully delivered on 2 june but till date i didn't receive

Today i got a call from dtdc courier services that your courier is received by prithi
I don't know who she was
So later on i came to know that his son was working in my company so she handover that courier to his son but still he didn't informed me

12 days has gone and he didn't informed me

The main thing is that just to make delivery your delivery boy will handover the documents to anyone
