Hi i had made a courier to india from uk last monday (18/06/2018), and today (25/06/2018) when the box was received in india the item is lost, but the box of item is present. It was a expensive earphones whose rate is 240£.

The item i lost is bose acoustic noise cancellation head phones. Only the item from the box is been removed and delivered empty box. This is very disappointing of dtdc courier service. How do i claim back my item which is lost.?

This is regarding tracking id z63168167.

The packet was to be delivered to biharsharif at the given address by 23rd june, 2018 but the packet has not been delivered yet and to add, the status has been updated with the message that 'receiver has rescheduled the delivery' - this is really pathetic and shows how unprofessional the delivery men are.

I have sent an email to dtdc team which is still unanswered. I tried to call dtdc patna but that goes unanswered.

Please help in improving dtdc services and take strong action so that service may be improved in future - i want my packet to be delivered by tomorrow. Please help in the same.

An important document of mine was couriered from your dtdc kolkata to gurgaon at my residence. It was showing in tracker that the office is closed. Whereas the address 1025, sector 15, part 2, gurgaon is a residence. Blue dart, aramex and even fed ex delivered to the same address. Inspite of mentioning the receiver mobile no, the delivery boy didnt bother to call the receiver. At my place there are 2 people constantly available even in my absence. Have been following up with a guy - pappu -[protected] and only was receiving assurance. I had to take leave today ie 25th june 2018 so that the packet is delivered. Called at all possible nos of gurgaon hub [protected] (Sector 18, gurgaon), [protected] but no response. Even the office doesnt bother to take calls. Then i had to call the customer care at[protected] wherein i came to know that the consignment no k11861795 has been returned to kolkata.

I urgently required some documents (Guwahati to visakhapatnam) for purchase of a car. One of my colleague sent them through dtdc lite on 20 jun18. The document moved out of guwahati on 22 jun18 as per the tracking data. This delayed the delivery of documents by a week. Tracking no k11467095. It should have been maximum 3 working days
Very dissapointed with service

This is abishek, i have a package from trichy to chennai con number: d43575431 consists of 3 boxes and 2 boxes arived strday and one box after lots of calls and mails received just now from pallikaranai branch person name:mani, he just dropped the package so hard as i asked why are you handling like this and cant you see the sticker fragile, he was answering as of you this is computer parts and as o[censored]s its just a package and we will be like this and he was so rude, and requested to sign fast and the moment i opened it there was a big crack on the side as i attached the picture. I need a claim for the damage caused and to take seveire action for this kind of behaviour. Kindly do the needful

As per your online tracking system, containment no Z64732266 was daliver to Mr Ssisigsin.. to Amritsar only.

This consignment is booked for MALDA to me (Sumanta Mitra). And you people daliver it to Amritsar.. why?

How can you people daliver my consignment t to someone else.?

How A organisation like DTDC can do this type of thing?

In the tracking history it is vary clear that you people didn't properly follow my consignment bcouse from Amritsar to malda generally you people don't take 10 days or more.

Any way I don't know why all this things happen but try to solve my issue and daliver my consignment to me only.

My friend is staying in abroad and he forgot his house keys here and his flight was at 24june 18 in evening. We have asked to dtdc courier bhopal for delivery on 20th june 18 and they asked us to send with their premium speed post service and it will be delivered on 22nd june friday. We paid the money but they did't deliver. I called them so many times on 3 different[protected]/30/31) but as usual they did't pick the call. Then i wrote to
Email: [protected]@dtdc.com but still no action taken, even i wrote them to pay extra money to get deliver on time but they did't respond.

Now this is useless for me that person left india so please refund my consignment with paid money.

These above consignments were sent on[protected] but still they are not delivered to the recipients till today. This is not expected from dtdc. Kindly look into this on urgent basis. Also the consignment number z63748656 is not delivered at the correct place but the status is showing “delivered” in the website of dtdc. I have paid money for the this service but i have not received any satisfying service from this courier company. I would request you to please look into this matter.

I had booked courier no - b53946879 via dtdc on 14th june and now after a week, they are saying it could not be delivered.

Online status shows that airport security didn't allow it to board but i had clearly told the booking agent that it's a powerbank and still they booked it.

I want the full refund for this order since it's their fault but they are not responding at all

I am ayesha frm andhra pradedh.. I send one courier to my customer archana through dtdc frm dealer of chennai on 15th may 2018.. Not yet received but tracking showing successfully delivered..
I tried to contact my courier persons but didnt give response & spoke to me rudely..
Is this ur prompt services giving tonur customers.. Pls i want my parcel to br delivered safely or else compensate my loss of 2000rs. Hope u consider my complaint..

A consignment has been sent from dtdc courier services from jaipur to mathura with consignment number z62816634. The consignment has not yet been delivered to consignee but online portal of dtdc shows that it has been delivered successfully on June 20, 2018 (Pfa snapshot from website of dtdc courier services). Dtdc, please provide the information to whom the consignment has been delivered and contact details of the reciver. And if the consignment has not yet been delivered then why the false information has been provided on website?

For your information, consignment was booked on jaipur office for mathura. Address of addressee can be shared on request.

There is very pathetic to use DTDC service.as one of my consignment from Mumbai to Ranchi docket number M68066205 comes at Monday 18/06/18.but till 21/06/18 I have not received that is very urgent.i called almost all of the nearest branches but horror service you are providing.as I came to concern branch the shop is closed now and the person Sanjay [protected] not picking the calls.i did message that I need urgently.but still making 5-7 calls he didn't picked.so my question is that when this person go for the delivery.please take any action regarding this.my consignment is very urgently bt you all are just taking money very bad service... I was applied a franchise for dtdc courier & cargo ltd. For vadapalani, chennai

For this franchise i was paid 2 demand draft in the name of dtdc courier & cargo ltd. Payable at bangalore, demand draft’s nos. Is

012033 rs.: 15000/- dated : 1-sep.-2008 issue from bank of india, mountroad
012034 rs.: 7500/- dated : 1-sep.-2008 issue from bank of india, chennai

After this payment with in 10 days company was issued me a code - zf2405 as per dtdc company representative says this is my agency / franchise code.

After this he told me ur agency / franchise is activated & know pls send me some payment for office stationery. Then i was make 2 more demand drafts :

Rs.: 3680/- & rs.: 250/- dated 24-oct.-2008 issue from canara bank, vadapalani

After receiving this demand drafts suddenly they r stopped my agency / franchise. I have not worked a single day with dtdc & i have not booked a single document for dtdc.

Today is 26-aug.-20014 but till time i have not rcvd my payment refund. I was made several calls to dtdc bangalore office, also i was make several calls to company's regional (Chandigarh) office & talk this issue with mr. K. J. Singh & miss. Aaju. Along with this i was make several calls to dtdc zonal office (Delhi) & i was talked with mr. Jatinder sethi.

I was spend at least rs.: 2500/- for telecalling. But still i have not rcvd my payment back.

Here i m requesting u to pls take necessary action against this kind of cheep / fraud companies. So after that nobody do this repeat & this is a lesson for others...

Kindly support me to refund my money.

We have sent a courier on 5th june from pondicherry to thiruvottiyur, and the courier is still in thiruvottiyur hub for the past 15 day. There is no intimation from the courier side regarding the delay. And there is no proper response from the question raised during the phone call. Nobody is picking up the call. Find the tracking no below and do the needfull asap.

Hi, this is vijaya. My coriure has came from pune to chennai last week but till now i didn't deliver that coriure. I am continually taking follow ups but no response from porur branch, chennai. My consignment no isp46358204. I need that coriure on urgent basis n today is last day for my claim application. But till now i don't get my coriure. Online status is showing door lock but my door was not at all lock on saturday.

Tracking number : z62928180. Wednesday courier has been done till now not rcvd any courier not any information regarding this courier. Neither dealer whi has done the courier nor drdc offoc3 is responding properly. I am very tensed as its urgent. Please please help me regarding this i will be really thankful to you. When i track through number it shows no data available.

Management of DTDC Kavali - 524201 is not replying to the customer queries patiently, they are giving answers very recklessly. My Consignment no. H80955582 was shown out for delivery on[protected], we called office many times to deliver before office timings.But they called us for delivery at 8:30PM when we asked the Franchise people they are not responding smoothly.please take action on them.
