I dropped of the packages at dtdc iit kharagpur on 5th may'18 with the tracking number g90537048 for jamshedpur. I checked online tracker which showed consignment number doesn't exist. I called the person at the dtdc iit kharagpur office on 11th may asking about the package. The person seemed to be very casual and said he will dispatch the package on 11th and said it will reach in 3-4 days. After charging rs.1600 is this the kind of responsibility...

Though i know the customer satisfaction % is just 2% but still i m hopefull you will listen to my complaint D42172241 i had send this parcel to mumbai from kol dtdc new alipore office not only it reached in damaged condition the bday gifts i had sent for my niece also got damaged, parcel had reached late, delivery boy left it with the watchmen not delivered it till home...i have proofs in pictures which i m attching here...Wrong declaration...

My complaint is about dtdc courier services. Docket number is b54565019.in favour of sh h p s sohi, commandant, border security force in jalalabad (W), pb has not been delivered to the consignee and returned back to courier agency bangalore (Madiwala) without intimation in this regard provided to the consignee. I sent a courier on 1st may through dtdc with consignment number v45974530 from bangalore. I have been continuously tracking on dtdc's website and since 5th may it is showing successfully delivered. Till today 09-may-2018 my family has not received the courier and even not any courier boy came to deliver the courier or called on the mobile numbers....

My docket number was x2018053.
It was icici bank chq book. Address was written on chq book was correct and previosly i got chq book from different services.
This parcel went to nahur branch and he didnt went to my home and just put a remark of wrong address.

My dtdc courier having tracking number-x23801567 was booked on 5th may 2018 and is showing no data available for the past three days. Customer care is basically non existent. I tried to call all the regional customer service office but no number they provided works. Plz help me resolve this issue. I really need the item. I'm from vijayawada, andhra pradesh. I was supposed to receive a parcel containing books from haryana. The estimated date of delivery was may 9. However i've been tracking the delivery and it showed as the product not delivered quite obviously. But today at around 5:30 pm i received a call from one of the dtdc offices-ring road, vijayawada (Address as stated by the caller) asking me to collect my parcel as i wasn't available...

Hello, I have booked courier through DTDC on date 28.04.2018 from Raipur to New Delhi but due to careless work of Dtdc team They have send Parcel Raipur to Raigarh and again Raigarh office send parcel to Raipur now 10 days has to go but still parcel not delivered to New Delhi and in Dtdc website it is showing that out for delivery at Raipur address. As per DTDC parcel delivered on same address where the Parcel has booked. This is ridiculous...

Courier delayed long as per estimated time. Courier was important to reach on time. No response on customer care numbers available via net. Courier seems to be missing at Bangalore as last tracked is at Bangalore airport hub o. 2 may and no further information on it.

Look into this matter urgently and provide us solutions . If any more delay then compensation needs to be settled...

I shri kapilendra sahoo vill-dhanaharapada po-sankhatras dist-cuttack received a call from dtdc office ranihat, cuttack (Near chanakya hospital) at around 1300 hrs today i. E. 28 apr 2018 that a parcel/mail meant for me has been received by the office. Instead of delivering the parcel my address they told that the same is to be collected by person from the dtdc office ranihat branch.br...

On 30-4-18 i booked the consignment addressed s. P., chittoor district ap, chittoor, but fate its delivery not known. I contacted sri pre kumar and staff available are not in a position to inform the status my consignment. At last with great difficulty, i contacted in charge of chittoor branch phone no.[protected]. But on my repeated enquirers, he gave irresponsible saying the consignment “ was already delivered” to addressee and refused...

Dtdc tracking no z57908303. On[protected] website showed that "receiver not present". But nobody attempted to deliver. There was my representative on the address for the whole day. They haven't called me or message. On the same day i've mailed my query to [protected]@dtdc.com followed by 4 subsequent mails. No single reply from dtdc and they simply returned product....

Dtdc consignment no v46104956. The courier was to reach allahabad from chennai (Tambaram) on 04 may 18 (In two days as as per courier representative tambaram), but courier has still not reached the destination.
As it was a important mail which should have reached by friday positively and as promised by courier representative tambaram.
It is requested to refund my courier expenses (I. E rs 270/-)...

I sent a courier on 19/04/2018 to chennai from bengaluru. Booking id : b50680726. The office person informed me that it will be delivered in 3 days. It's been 2 weeks, it has not been delivered.in the beginning, the office person is told that it will be delivered. Since last ten days, i am going to his office again and again. Now he's telling that it's missed. The courier is not registered and not showing any tracking details....
