This is the worst courier service i had ever seen. It has been almost 2 weeks i had received a call from dtdc that i got a courier but till now i didn't receive that. They are very lazy and negligent people. Even the regional centre won't respond in phone. No one will pick the phone. Please don't use this service. You will loose your valuable documents.

I have one consignment of my books with above number booked from muzafarnagar to pune with express delivery 150 rs per kg and it was weighing as 7.5 kg and fast because it’s urgently required.

While checking online status it’s says wrong address and incorrect address and delivery was tried for three days and it failed.
While visiting as dtdc godown at pune thatawade person there replied me for wrong status and failed delivery as “sir ji kabhi kabh delivery boy masti main likh dete hai wrong status and courier nahi dete due to their personal plan”


I just want to ask one question does these types of answ are the solution of these issue. Does their masti and personal plan would impact our courier delivery when it urgently required.

Seriously dtdc a brand in courier service doesn’t deserve amount which they ask and their fake promises and commitments.

I wish this wouldn’t happen with anyone again who is in real need for their courier.

I have booked a dtdc consignment at dhenkanal, (Odisha) branch hardly of 10-20gm on 31st may around 10-11hr. They charged 389 rupees for that and told to reach the destination on monday (04th june).
I have continuously followed up with the tracking status but till now the consignment showing invalid & no status. Talked with branch and they told it have been already dispatched.

Customer care team not picked up the phone and if picked up wrongly, they told contact to branch. Also mail to the customer care support but they did not response. Bhubaneswar customer care number showing mobile number of 9 digits.
So only customer harassment by this courier.

I have booked some important documents from nagpur to jabalpur on 30th may afternoon through dtdc plus service sonas to deliver in 24 to 30 hours but surprisingly they have not delivered it till 2nd june also.
I booked it through dtdc owned outlet at swawlambinagar nagpur hence visited 2nd june afternoon to find the status then they told that the concern person has to collect from there jabalpur office personally. And then i told the person to collect it. When i asked about refund of money as per there norms they have not refunded money also not got proper response from the dtdc staff...
Which shows that they are cheating the customers and making money in the name of dtdc plus service. They charged 310 rs and delivered it in 4 days that too after my followup
If i would have send it by normal local courier also they might have delivered in 100 rs within 3 days..

Worst service of dtdc...
Suggest everyone not to rely dtdc for your important documents

We handovered unpacked tv to dtdc person for air courier to gurgaon on 16th may, after so many followup we received courier on 02june 2018. After receipt of courier we find packing is non standard and after removing packing tv is found cracked and corner damaged.
In between we have made several follow ups with the concerned dtdc courier collection agent me. Rajiv - panvelas the courier is not received them he told due to proper packing it is getting delayed.
After calling concern sender, he is not ready to take the responsibility.
Now as the courier is send on the basis of dtdc reputation we are filing full compensation claim on declared amount.

First of all i wanted my item before 30th may. Secondly after the item reached my area it was delivered to the wrong person. Now finally when i received the item, it was already tampered. Dtdc is the worst courier service. You better shut down your courier services. I will never recommend anyone to use your services. I think your delivery boy is drunk. I even told him the name of the person who will receive the courier and explained him the area where and how to come, but all my efforts turned vain. Do not hire such people who do not have any information about their own area. Dtdc sucks. My dtdc courier tracking id was m67069640.

My consignment is returned from receiver address dtdc office in sushant lok gurgaon haryana just because they don't want to deliver it to receiver address. They expected consignee to come to their office to collect. They also say that edible items like fish and meat is prohibited, but they forgot that dtdc they themselves packed those prohibited items at their dtdc office. If we have to physically go and collect then why we are wasting good money on courier service. They are not picking calls as well. I want strict action to be taken against dtdc franchise in sushant lok gurgaon. My consignment no is d42963990. I believe dtdc would hear me and take strick actions against whomsover so careless and customer non friendly staff. I expect parcel to be delivered to receiver address. I am very much close to taking help from legal department.

Courier to me was booked from chandigarh by mr mandeep singh on 28 may 2018 for my address at pune with premium day definite delivery with guaranteed delivery in 24 hrs. The consignment had a very important cloth to reach to me by 29 may 18 for a urgent occasion. However when i checked with dtdc near me they said it has not come. On 30 morning also they said it has not come. After repeated calls, in afternoon the courier office accepted that your courier has already come yesterday and asked me to collect from the office instead of delivering at my home. It was so painful to hear such idiotic response from the courier showing how unprofessional attitude the dtdc staff is having at ghorpadi branch. Such irresponsible behaviour can not be tolerated by any officiel as well as person.
I urgently desire that strict action should be taken against the defaulter so that they do not repeat such disastrous mistakes in future.
Moreever the charges for the day definite delivery service were charged 4 times more and later service has been provided so useless that the entire effort and planning has gone waste.

My consignment is not yet delivered and it has been 7 days from the date of booking.
The response i get on email complaint is - your case 11519353 has been closed with status gec/scs/dotzot/intl query

This status doesnt make any sense and the team is not sharing the date of delivery yet and not even what is the status. Whether the shipment is lost, still with the vendor or the location.

Dtdc have not published any escalation hierarchy in their website not any email id apart from generic customersupport id.
We always talk about govt services, but indian postal services have all this information on the website. Govt need to regulate these private vendors strictly.

We were suppose to get a courier from dtdc courier. Our tracking no: c83097057
On 29 may, we received a message that the courier is delivered when we were out of home. We checked with security and watchman but they said that no courier was delivered to them. But, when checked online, it said that its been delivered to security guard whose name is "ssin". For sure, we don't have any one with that name. Neither the website said about any contact number. We are surprised to see such negligence from such big courier company people. We are even unaware who is that dtdc guy who delivered and neither we have any contact no. The worst thing is when we called the customer care of hyderabad, there is no one to pick up our call. It was just ringing. Request you to please help is getting our courier. Thankyou

As on 17/5/18 the package was handed over to dtdc office for shipment to yamunanagr as on 19/5/18 it was delivered to yamunagar franchise and i havent recived the package and still waiting for package as on online staus its already delivered how great services are providd i am regulary visiting office on daily basis they are not supporting and even not know how to behave what i can do the package contain a temporary registration certificate per day 25000/- as a fine is implemented for late delivery of this official and urgent document who gonna bear this loss for this irresponsible service

I had booked a courier on 24th from banglore. When tracking, its showing that product had reached trivandrum yesterday and then returned today. I didnt received any call or msg from dtdc.Also the destination location is neyyatinkara. When I enquired there they said they didn't received that courier.How they can return my courier without sending to the destination location? I need that courier back and the amount I had paid for.Does it take 1 week to deliver a product? Another thing is while trying to contact dtdc for enquiry no one is attending the call. When I call for enquiry @neyyatinkara they had given number of trivandrum branch. When I called them no one is attending the call.What i need to do?

We have done one courier from new delhi to barauni vide docket no. Z58989193 dated 10.05.2018 and we are following since 18 may 2018 to your delhi & patna branch but it is really astonished that dtdc such a renowned company in india is unable to delivered one courier in a month. Why not strict action to be taken against your defaulter staff. Why not they are to be sacked those who are spoiling the name of dtdc.

Today morning your staff (Shreerampore branch office) assured to deliver the consignment within afternoon but failed to fulfil his promise.
Moreover around 2 pm Mr. Abhijit from your branch office called me up and spoke too rudely and give end number of excuses for not delivering the consignment to the marked address. He rather forced me to pick up the consignment from Shreerampore branch office else branch office will return back the consignment to Ahmedabad.
Not only has the consignment not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay for delivering the same. I regret to say that I am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company.
I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately in order to ensure the consignment is delivered today dated 29.05.18.

Consignment number : k11667102 very frustrating to know the fact that your dtdc mahatab road branch cuttack 753001 has not intentionally delivered the letter containing important document marking the letter as 'wrong phone number' without bothering to go to addressee's home which is barely 500 meters from your mahatab road branch! Eventually the consignment returned back through your dtdc kasba branch kolkata 700042 from where the letter was sent. The letter was again sent from the same branch vide. Consignment number : k11734444, this time also the story was going to the same direction of 'intentional non delivery', but this time sensing the same foul play the addressee reached to your dtdc mahatab road branch to find the letter kept as not delivered which was clear from your consignment tracking system!

K11672656 has important official document which has not been delivered.

Though the status is showing delivered. This is the most irresponsible courier service i have ever came across. Just fooling people.

Case 11479844/11494378 have been registered. But no conclusion.

Updated the ph number, but nobody called while delivery. I am not sure where my documents are.

Do the needful asap

A parcel with a vital material has been sent from kotakal kerala, on 23rd of may. It reached the nearby hub by 25th of may morning 6. Then the next day to destination.. Now it is 29th of may. Still no response from the courier and also no change in the tracking. I contacted them through mail and i just received an automated reply and a mail of how to track.

It took only 24 hours in speed post. I already sent a parcel in professional courier which they delivered in next day.

Disgusting experience.

I have a important and urgent courier posted at wrong pincode of 400102 which is out for delivery. Its actual delivery pincode is 400053 for DN Nagar metro station, Mumbai. Though, the address on courier is correct. Consignment no is V46522457. Please inform them at the earliest. Courier is urgent and should not be misplaced. I have attached the receipt for the details. Let me know if anything else is required....
