Kindly check why i haven't received my courier yet and also if you guys will say that this is not interconnected with your company then take action againt them, because they are taking courier assignment on your company name as a partner and providing duplicate slips. They have provided slip in the name of dtdc.
Investigate and get back to me. Anyways i will complaint further i[censored] guys cant resolve.

Above mail i have marked to dtdc and other mails too related to this but they are not ready to help. My rudraksh cost is 4000 plus 310 for courier charges. We visited their store several times now they are telling they have misplaced and nothing they are doing to resolve. I want my money back along with the compensation for the trouble.
Kindly resolve otherwise i will reach to consumer form. Actually your company is stealing things and fraud.

I have booked a courier to postal code 572214 from a dtdc courier service which is located in sahakaranagar herbal bangalore on 27 with consignment number v45467318. For 1 day delivery they charged 200rs with dtdc plus service and even after 4 days they have not delivered my courier and now they are telling that we don't have a service to that destination. While booking they told they have service to that postal code and now they are not even responding to any phone calls...

We had courier few documents on 30th april 2018 and rates already decided but suddenly they wants extra charges and we had questing them so the one men of dtdc they shouting and using abusing language for our female staff and said...

I had sent a parcel on 24th april to mumbai. Awb no. Z58740331. I am very sorry to say that till date my parcel has not been delieverd and neither i am getting proper respond from your office. And i would like to mention here that your mumbai office staff has been very rude over the phone. I am old customer of yours and after this traumatic experience i have no plans of continuing with dtdc courier. I[censored] are unable to deliever my parcel kindly return it back to me asap. If i am further harassed like this you leave me with no option but to take you to the consumer court.

My shipment is for pune to mumbai. Second it was marked as out for delivery on tracker and then there was no update for two days. Once i enquired got to k ow shipmwnt is marked as lost and no one knows where is it. Everyone was just guessing that how package can be lost.
I was told then to wait to 2 to 3 days it will be delivered.

I waited and then shockingly i saw an update on dtdc tracker for package being delivered with a backdate of past week. Showing fake delivery time in theri website wheras it was not yet delivered.

Dont trust dtdc for timely delivery. Look for other options.

My courier was sent to Uttrakhand from Pune in Emergency Case but is not reached till date.They had taken Extra fees for emergency Delivery But not reach till now.It has been & days from delivery.

I had posted this Courier From DTDC MarketYard Branch, Pune But now they are Not attending a Phone call.It was a very emergency Courier which I had sent but now 7 days have gone, my cash was already taken.Online tracking is showing that it has reached Delhi hub.Till now.
Please Do Something As fast as possible.

My consignment hasn't arrived in 15 days. It was booked in delhi on 14th april and was to be couriered to bangalore. The company which booked this courier is not picking up my call. The customer care service of dtdc is also unavailable. Not even replying to my email.

Would like dtdc to immediately update me the status along with the date by when it is going to get delivered.

My relatives couriered 2 dresses and 2 nallapusala golusu but i received 1 dress and 1 nallapusala golusu when we asked courier persons they were telling what they sended we gave that only no one is responding the cost for dress and nallapusala golusu were high and it is in same weight when it got received but sender courier and received courier are saying its not our mistake

I ordered a product from armaf.in they shipped the order from ahmedabad to kangra on[protected] by dtdc courier service of consignment number a40707881. Seven days later i tracked my package on dtdc website but it shows the package was delivered but actually it wasn't deliver to me. So where is my package dtdc.? And how much it takes times for delivering that package.

I sent a parcel on 23rd from gadag but it's been 5 days not reached to reciever, consignment no b52867284. Today my gf birthday it would have reached today though it's not reached, on tracking it's showing hyderabad hub, what is this i sent it to devanahalli located banglore please help in this regard. Dear sir, a consignment was booked on 18th april, 2018 in delhi, d42401986, no of contents 2, for pulwama, kashmir. One part of con. Was delivered and the other part left at airport, reason... Seized, it is a matter of grave concern why the concerned man left the second part unattended and made the authorities to take necessary action although the consignment was having proper invoice and e bill.

We received a phone call from your courier boy on 13/4/2018 stating that your courier has come but he did not give us way bill number on phone. Www call him back and told that we are out of station and reaching city by 18/4/2018.
On 18/4/2018 we phoned 5 times and finally we he could be contacted, he said you have to collect courier from ghatkopar office.
We are contacting ghatkopar office and courier boy on daily basis but we are not getting any information on the said post. We are not getting way bill number or from where courier was sent. Even it was not kept for 5 days from 13/4/2018 to 18/4/2018.
Courier boy did not put "we missed you" tag at our place like system followed by other couriers.
Being such a reputed company if you do not maintain record of inward posts and cannot give the status of it is never expected from you.
If you are customer oriented pl. Help us in find out the status of our courier.

My DTDC courier iD is A40706415 and i booked ahmedabad to Mumbai and it will not deliver stll now[protected] customer service number always busy last 3 days i tried continuously but not able to connect.and where i courier that person told wait one day, wait one day every time he told but my courier is still not deliver and no one help the customer just he taking the money and not giving proper service and so many pople like me and i do not know this portal is heading some one or not ...very third grade service DTDC and this not 1rst time so many time do like this problem

Courier is not delivered. While i am checking the status it is showing that it was out for delivery and not delivered due to office was closed. I was and i am at my home since morning also your courier delivery person havent called me or messaged me. Also your pune office branches are not answering the calls i have tried to all numbers around 20 times. Please solve the issue immediately.

I ordered on 11 february and estimate delivery date was 27 february but still i havent received my order yet. I messaged on contact seller but no reply. Dont know what is wrong with this courier. If my stuff is lost or anything just refund my money. Also why their is no door to door service in leh. People order online so that they can get the stuff at home.

My courier were supposed to come from mumbai and pune respectively to my home address in ratnagiri but i did not received any courier. When i checked online they are showing me your products are delivered. When i contact ratnagiri office they told me we have pass your consignment to our franchaise office in ratnagiri on 23rd april after enquiring with them courier is with them but still as on 26th april it is not delivered to me. Even last time i had same issue at that time i collected it from office if you cant delivered at city areas then why ur charging for it. Very bad service in ratnagiri from past 1year firstly it was good.

That was my shipment status. Still now not received. It was nearly one month. Really bad service, from that day onwards even there is no online tracking update. The receiver didn't receive the product.

I have sent some important things from lakhimpur to sayyadraja, chandauli
On[protected] but still not delivered as on[protected], also there is no any information provided to me from dtdc about the status of delivery. Cstomer care service is also very poor of the said company.
By tracking the current status of delivery there is no any correct information available. So kindly resolve my problem.
