My courier were supposed to come from mumbai and pune respectively to my home address in ratnagiri but i did not received any courier. When i checked online they are showing me your products are delivered. When i contact ratnagiri office they told me we have pass your consignment to our franchaise office in ratnagiri on 23rd april after enquiring with them courier is with them but still as on 26th april it is not delivered to me. Even last time i had same issue at that time i collected it from office if you cant delivered at city areas then why ur charging for it. Very bad service in ratnagiri from past 1year firstly it was good.

That was my shipment status. Still now not received. It was nearly one month. Really bad service, from that day onwards even there is no online tracking update. The receiver didn't receive the product.

I have sent some important things from lakhimpur to sayyadraja, chandauli
On[protected] but still not delivered as on[protected], also there is no any information provided to me from dtdc about the status of delivery. Cstomer care service is also very poor of the said company.
By tracking the current status of delivery there is no any correct information available. So kindly resolve my problem.

My booking num c82318366 to tangella mallikharjuna rao want not delivered to right person but status updated as delivered successfully. How does this happen i lost 1500 rupees worth item because of your mistake who will bear this. I need the item to be delivered to the origin address within 2 days

This docket (R[protected] is booked on 7/april/2018 at thrissur (Kerala) it is booked to coimbatore - normally in other courier they will deliver on next day (8/april/2018) but dtdc calling me for delivery on 24/april/2018 - that was an very important product to complete our order and the supply of product postponed due to this courier delay. This happens regularly in dtdc no one from the coimbatore office responds to the phone calls.

My parcel has not been delivered yet! My relatives will shift to other place in some days. I sent it urgently. They even took the money for speed post. Please deliver it as soon as possible!

They have been showing out for delivery since morning but not yet delivered. And at night its showing not delivered due to not delivered - what kind of reason is this!

We booked an express delivery and waiting for the courier from 11:00am, still didn't receive it. Dtdc contact persons are simply giving different time slots and delaying the delivery. It's an important official document that we need to submit and that's why we requested for express delivery but nobody is giving a damn about it.

What's the point o[censored]sing express delivery? I am also going to lodge a police complaint against these persons (Govind, saurabh and manju).

My sister had sent a parcel with #p45309780 from pune to paradeep (Odisha). Parcel returned from kolkata back to pune as per online tracking. Showing rto out for delivery from last 1 month. Noone is responding to calls. Helpline numbers are just for display. No one pick the call. Local offices pointing to other offices saying we dont have it. It may be there. This is cheating after charging money

Sir/madam i had courier some important official documents to my home address for my child's admission in school it was urgently required by 06th apr 2018, but still it has not been reached till date i. E 22 apr 2018 and also the dtdc courier situated in jodhpur rajasthan named reliable tech. My consignment no which is shown in the receipt given by them is v45247093. The courier ftdc office situated near sun city hospital paota jodhpur rajasthan.

I had a courier been shipped to me from varanasi (Pincode - 221002) to etawah (Pincode-206001). When i checked today the tracking status of my courier it showed the destination to be kanpur whose pincode is 208001
There was some kind of misunderstanding while writing down the pin code by dtdc please make sure that it is delivered to me timely it will be very helpful of you if you look into the matter as soon as possible

I had a product couriered through this service on 23 march 2018 from hyderabad to bengaluru. It's over a month now and it's not delivered. When i mailed them they told the prodct has not been received by dtdc. I mean, if they haven't really received it. How did i get the receipt proof of that? (Attached below). Nobody picks call from the regional office. The product worth was around 3000 rs. Are they going to refund the money or provide the proper info on the product. I am not even able to track the product as it's showing no data available as status.

I delivered a courier from dtdc kolkata salt lake branch to pune taking blue premium package of the company promising 1 day delivery but it neither delivered on time nor delivered to correct recepient.

Please find in attached below receipt of dtdc curious. The curior company charege amount for 100 rupees. But in receipt amount and quantity and gstn not showing. I think this amount higher for only 35 km curious. Please reply me fast otherwise i will sue on court as pil (Public interest litigation).

I booked this consignment on 17/04/18 at 11am in the morning.
But when i tracked i found that the courier girl didn't booked on the same date but in the next day. That is 18/04/18. For which my document missed the last date of submission that is 20/04/18.
What am i suppose to do now.
Dtdc being the oldest and reliable courier service has now lost it originality/trust.

That we have been availing the services of your reputed courier agency since long.
We avail your services through:
M/S Growth Enterprises,
Main Hero Honda Chowk, Gurgaon.
That we have been encountering lot of problems in the working of the said vendor like delayed pick ups and non receipt of POD in time.
That recently four of the couriers sent in recent past (details attached for your reference) could not be tracked. It is likely that the said packets might not have been sent at all.
That the concerned person having two mobile numbers ([protected], [protected] Mr Satbir) is not taking our calls sometimes even switching the phone off.
That in the past also few of our claims from various TPAs (Third Party Administrators) dealing with various Insurance Companies have been denied as being closed due to non delivery of documents. The reason we found was the wrong or non-delivery of the packets at correct destinations.

Consignment was booked on 11.04.2017 with DTDC Courier from Duliajan, Assam to Darjeeling, West Bengal. As per tracking consignment could not be delivered due to non-availability of receiver. The reason is not sustainable, since addressee is very much available in the address.
An email communication has been sent to Customer Care Service and banking on same a case has been registered vide No.11182906, however, no result till date.
As per tracking record subject consignment is lying in Darjeeiling only.
Hence, requested for early settlement of the issue.

I had to send invitation on 16/04/18 to buldhana which is nearly 150 km from akola since firstly asked ti office will it delievered by today evening as my event is on 18/04/18 so the person office person assured me that it delievered today evening only therefore i had gave invitition card for delivery but since today is 18/04/18 but still my didnt delievered due to this inprofessional service by dtdc akola office i am suffering so please take immediate action against the dtdc office otherwise i am putting compliant at consumer form regarding same my consignment no is m63929999

My package was supposed to be arrived on 13th april it's 18th april now i have yet to know the where abouts of my package

The status went to not delivered and it stuck at that time now

Please try to send my package as soon as possible or else atleast give the address or contact number of the office i will pick it up myself

When i courier the packet, dtdc franchise at receiving location said that courier will be delivered successfully at delivery location within 2 days, but today received a call from delivery location that dtdc could not provide delivery, what mentioned at courier.

Who will be answerable for this inconvenience.

Courier contains marriage cards which is very urgent for me.
