I'm from vijayawada, andhra pradesh. I was supposed to receive a parcel containing books from haryana. The estimated date of delivery was may 9. However i've been tracking the delivery and it showed as the product not delivered quite obviously. But today at around 5:30 pm i received a call from one of the dtdc offices-ring road, vijayawada (Address as stated by the caller) asking me to collect my parcel as i wasn't available for pick up. I have never received any call from any of the delivery agents. Upon stating this the caller turned quite aggressive and abusive even though i threatened to file a complaint. There have been several such similar complaits from this office where in the officers accuse/abuse us of not being available for pickup. Please note: i've been tracking my delivery ever since i placed the order, it never showed as person not available for delivery, i tracked it immediately after the abusive call ended, it shows as person not available for delivery.
I kindly request you to look into the matter.
I hope i receive my package intact and if possible, an apology from the abusive lady.

Hello, I have booked courier through DTDC on date 28.04.2018 from Raipur to New Delhi but due to careless work of Dtdc team They have send Parcel Raipur to Raigarh and again Raigarh office send parcel to Raipur now 10 days has to go but still parcel not delivered to New Delhi and in Dtdc website it is showing that out for delivery at Raipur address. As per DTDC parcel delivered on same address where the Parcel has booked. This is ridiculous work of DTDC.plz look this Matter and Try to Resolve as soon as possible.

Courier delayed long as per estimated time. Courier was important to reach on time. No response on customer care numbers available via net. Courier seems to be missing at Bangalore as last tracked is at Bangalore airport hub o. 2 may and no further information on it.

Look into this matter urgently and provide us solutions . If any more delay then compensation needs to be settled

I hav booked on 2 nd may 2018 and it should be delivered on 5th may but it has not been delivered yet plz help me solving this problem first time i m facing this issue through dtdc plz resolve my complaint as soon as possible plz solve this problem within 1-2 days

I have confirmed that my package has reached on 3 may. Since then i have been waiting for my package. It becomes really inconvenient if a customer has to contact for his package and shows your company in a very poor light.

I shri kapilendra sahoo vill-dhanaharapada po-sankhatras dist-cuttack received a call from dtdc office ranihat, cuttack (Near chanakya hospital) at around 1300 hrs today i. E. 28 apr 2018 that a parcel/mail meant for me has been received by the office. Instead of delivering the parcel my address they told that the same is to be collected by person from the dtdc office ranihat branch.


I told that i can come in the afternoon to collect the same and reached the dtdc office ranihat branch at 183o hrs.


When i asked the dealing clerk to give my parcel. The dealing clerk told that the person who had given you call is not available now. I told him to check from the records/registers. He told to give a call from the same mobile phone from which i received the call regarding my parcel/mail. I told him that i have come from 15 kms and i have not brought the particular mobile phone. I told him that i have 6 mobile phones and it is not possible to be in possession of all the 6 mobiles at all times.

I told him to verify my identity from the available documents i. E. Driving licence. He insisted to bring the mobile. Otherwise he will no give the parcel. I asked whether my driving licence is not a valid document to verify my identity. He told no, the parcel can only be handed over only when i bring the said mobile phone.

On the above said facts i request your honour to deliver my parcel/mail at the below mentioned address.

On 30-4-18 i booked the consignment addressed s. P., chittoor district ap, chittoor, but fate its delivery not known. I contacted sri pre kumar and staff available are not in a position to inform the status my consignment. At last with great difficulty, i contacted in charge of chittoor branch phone no.[protected]. But on my repeated enquirers, he gave irresponsible saying the consignment “ was already delivered” to addressee and refused to furnish proper answer. On my enquiry with s. P office, they denied to have received since i earlier worked as responsible officer for 2 1/2 years. The consignment contains very very important documents. Now i urge to apprise me the status of my consignment promptly. The staff of dtdc are very irresponsible

Dtdc tracking no z57908303. On[protected] website showed that "receiver not present". But nobody attempted to deliver. There was my representative on the address for the whole day. They haven't called me or message. On the same day i've mailed my query to [protected]@dtdc.com followed by 4 subsequent mails. No single reply from dtdc and they simply returned product.

Dtdc consignment no v46104956. The courier was to reach allahabad from chennai (Tambaram) on 04 may 18 (In two days as as per courier representative tambaram), but courier has still not reached the destination.
As it was a important mail which should have reached by friday positively and as promised by courier representative tambaram.
It is requested to refund my courier expenses (I. E rs 270/-)

Of i7+ s/w rahul roy i asked him why you are selling you phone in cheap price he stated that his uncle is in operation theatre there is lack of money for the operation all the this he said was fake he just want to get money from us he said that he has courier the consignment to my address but when h go through the courier slip it was all fake tracking no. Was not showing any detail stam date was old and one of the dtdc courier employe is with him who help him to do these frauds. Please take action on this i have cont. Of that person

I sent a courier on 19/04/2018 to chennai from bengaluru. Booking id : b50680726. The office person informed me that it will be delivered in 3 days. It's been 2 weeks, it has not been delivered.in the beginning, the office person is told that it will be delivered. Since last ten days, i am going to his office again and again. Now he's telling that it's missed. The courier is not registered and not showing any tracking details. Even i went to godown to search for it, the godown in mahadevapura are also not responding and blaming the branch office. Please tryto find it as it was so much important for me.

We had sent surgical items through the dtdc courier vennala branch to almas hospital, malappuram, ph[protected], kerala-676503 as per airway bill no. R25491895 on 15th april, 2017

We contacted both the despatching and receiving offices simultaneously during july, 2017, august, 2017 as the hospital people reported the same undelivered. We could not trace the same on your online tracking system.

Please do the needful for providing us with a reply regarding the consignment whether the same has been supplied to the addressee or returned to the origin. (We did not receive the same back)

Kindly check why i haven't received my courier yet and also if you guys will say that this is not interconnected with your company then take action againt them, because they are taking courier assignment on your company name as a partner and providing duplicate slips. They have provided slip in the name of dtdc.
Investigate and get back to me. Anyways i will complaint further i[censored] guys cant resolve.

Above mail i have marked to dtdc and other mails too related to this but they are not ready to help. My rudraksh cost is 4000 plus 310 for courier charges. We visited their store several times now they are telling they have misplaced and nothing they are doing to resolve. I want my money back along with the compensation for the trouble.
Kindly resolve otherwise i will reach to consumer form. Actually your company is stealing things and fraud.

I have booked a courier to postal code 572214 from a dtdc courier service which is located in sahakaranagar herbal bangalore on 27 with consignment number v45467318. For 1 day delivery they charged 200rs with dtdc plus service and even after 4 days they have not delivered my courier and now they are telling that we don't have a service to that destination. While booking they told they have service to that postal code and now they are not even responding to any phone calls...

We had courier few documents on 30th april 2018 and rates already decided but suddenly they wants extra charges and we had questing them so the one men of dtdc they shouting and using abusing language for our female staff and said...

I had sent a parcel on 24th april to mumbai. Awb no. Z58740331. I am very sorry to say that till date my parcel has not been delieverd and neither i am getting proper respond from your office. And i would like to mention here that your mumbai office staff has been very rude over the phone. I am old customer of yours and after this traumatic experience i have no plans of continuing with dtdc courier. I[censored] are unable to deliever my parcel kindly return it back to me asap. If i am further harassed like this you leave me with no option but to take you to the consumer court.

My shipment is for pune to mumbai. Second it was marked as out for delivery on tracker and then there was no update for two days. Once i enquired got to k ow shipmwnt is marked as lost and no one knows where is it. Everyone was just guessing that how package can be lost.
I was told then to wait to 2 to 3 days it will be delivered.

I waited and then shockingly i saw an update on dtdc tracker for package being delivered with a backdate of past week. Showing fake delivery time in theri website wheras it was not yet delivered.

Dont trust dtdc for timely delivery. Look for other options.

My courier was sent to Uttrakhand from Pune in Emergency Case but is not reached till date.They had taken Extra fees for emergency Delivery But not reach till now.It has been & days from delivery.

I had posted this Courier From DTDC MarketYard Branch, Pune But now they are Not attending a Phone call.It was a very emergency Courier which I had sent but now 7 days have gone, my cash was already taken.Online tracking is showing that it has reached Delhi hub.Till now.
Please Do Something As fast as possible.

My consignment hasn't arrived in 15 days. It was booked in delhi on 14th april and was to be couriered to bangalore. The company which booked this courier is not picking up my call. The customer care service of dtdc is also unavailable. Not even replying to my email.

Would like dtdc to immediately update me the status along with the date by when it is going to get delivered.
