I have booked my parcel on mar 7 and the destination is ahmedabad. Due to some reason parcel is not accepted by the receiver side. Dtdc started the return process. The parcel reached back to salem dtdc processing center, due to their mishandling the consignment went back to receiver address again. Now dtdc is not able to track parcel location. Its a very costly product. Please help me to solve this. Need a parcel on good condition. Who will be responsible for the product now.

I dr. B. K. Ravindra did. Not receive a post cover posted by my personal assistant from baalore to mangalore on 24th of march. When enquired at mangalore your branch office says the cover is with us if you want you can come and take as facility to door step is difficult. Apart from this this is the second time it is happening. But you have not given reply. You people are cheating people's and i will file a police complaint and file a case in the consumer court. When i ring up to your numbers that is at bangalore i get a reply that phone is under shift. For what purpose you cheats are running a courier and the number of responsible person. Is not found not the owner.

We have received a photo frame in damaged condition.

I didnt received the courier yet, they hv updated their database courier delivered. It has been nearly a month. I have been asking at kattigenahalli branch and no proper response. I hv raised a compaint on dtdc website but still no action. The case number is 10883503

Nobody is responding at kattegenahalli branch, bangalore.
Nor the courier is delivered back from where it was sent.

Please get this resloved

As mentioned above i booked a parcel on DTDC from New Delhi to Aizawl on 23 Feb 2018. The parcel already got received in Aizawl on 3 March. As per terms DTDC has to deliver the parcel on my home address, but the agent clearly deny to do so. After that i myself visited the office three times, but they does'nt responded to me at all. On this behalf i want to remind that the parcel was an important & valuable one. The cost of the item send via parcel is about Rs 50000 (Fifty thousand ) value. Hence i need urgent resolution regarding the parcel .

I went to dtdc in kphb and given my courier the lady gave me a consignment receipt n told me to pay 400, later after 2hrs, she called me n told that I should give 300 extra and asked me to pay thru paytm.. Since mine is express delivery I dint say anything and gave the amount.. Plz look into dis.. My package weighed 230gms. Paytm no [protected] narseen

I haven't recieved my parcel which is been sent on 5th of march fr east godavari to hyderabad. I tacked using reference id where i could find is it is being delivered. They have delivered to someone or they had used it for thier purpose. I made many calls regarding my parcel but there is no proper response instead they are redirecting to the nearest dtdc located in madhapur. When i called them they have answered that it is delivered and the delivery boy is in leave. I wasted all my time in throwing calls to them despite knowing that they are of no help. I haven't recieved my parcel and i wasted my whole time in making attempts to raise a complaint. I need compensation for this. Tjey are not serving for free instead we are paying but there is no help. I need compensation for my food in parcel and for my time. The reference id: h80507347. Please take an action. I heard similar issues from customers but there is no response. I hope i will get a compensation regarding this.

I was handedover our courier to dtdc courier agency person on 12 march 2018 for the delivery to our mumbai hdfc bank office. But same is not delivered still now. Almost 15 days gone but our courier is not delivered to our mumbai office and also courier status is not showing in dtdc website. Kindly check the delivery status on urgent basis. Pod no. It shows delivered but not delivered to me.. Not able to contact krishnagiri office all contact numbers are wrong.
Worst service.. Always shows delivered but not delivered. When i ask dtdc people they say they have to update online before 5pm so they are updating as delivered is this fair??!!!

As per them product is deliverd to the customer however the online status is not updated.
Till now its showing rto out for delivery.

From here we request you to kindly update the delivery status as delivered.
We need it as ebay is mandatory to show us the delivery as successfully delivered.

As we attached here to dtdc receipt or pod copy given by dtdc branch.
Also the person is not responding to us.

Kindly note do the status update on urgent basis.

Consignment with docket no. H07071926 was sent from hpcl, hyderabad office on 15th march 2018 to my address at vinayakanagar, bengaluru which has not been delivered to me till date. To my surprise, on tracking, i could see that this consignment is showing delivered on 17th march 2018.

I am at home on that day and i just cannot understand to whom your delivery boy has delivered the same. I would like to seriously complain about non delivery of the above consignment. The delivery boy has to show to whom he has delivered when the consignment is having my name on it. The consignment consists of clothing (Costly sarees).

Please look into the issue and sort out the matter immediately and ensure that the consignment is delivered to me at the earliest.

This is reg tracking reference z40527463.
Shipment is not delivered to me and tracking ref shows successfully delivered, not sure where it was delivered and surprisingly receiver name is mine but not signature is not mine.

This is a miss form dtdc and i want my shipment to be tracked properly and delivered.

There is neither proper response from the dtdc detonation location nor the customer care.

Can i urge to get back a response now?

I'm very disappoint to the see the service of dtdc leh staff. Today i got a call from them and told me to come to their office to collect my consignment which i borrowed from amazon. I've no idea where their office is and it took me more than 1 hour to find their office.
When i told them to bring the consignment to my address they told me to collect from the market at an unofficial time which is again 3km from my home.
My only grievance is that if your courtier service do not provide door to door service then why are you making fuss about the service that you do not provide.

I will also send a copy of complain mail to consumer helpline.

I received my parcel on date 23/03/2018, with consignment no. Z51952399.
This parcel was sent from kanpur by my family. It contain photoframe with having printed beautiful family photo which cost almost rs. 5000. I received it in a completely damaged on right side of the receiver.
Looks like somebody thrown it from greater height instead of great cushioning and thermocols it got severely damage since it is non repairable.
Dtdc this is really astonishing to me being such a premium courier service provider this is really unexpected from you guys.
Insteading of writing handle with care and mirror inside how could dtdc guy should be so irresposible
I am really sad and unhappy since i received the package in broken condition.
I need full reimburse of this item this is big loss for me, i have attached photo of frame as well. Please check..

A courier was sent on 19th march 2018 from nashik to pune. It was a birthday gift.
The delivery should have been done by 21st march 2018 but still the parcel hasn't reached the recieved and the tracking shows me that the courier has been going from nashik to pune and back to nashik and again to pune.
The docket number is p45407813.

This is the second time i am facing such a problem. Trust in the dtdc service is just not possible now.

This is to bring to your notice that the DTDC office located at Lamlong Bazar, Manipur always ask consignees to collect the packages from their office on the ground of lack of staff. As we use courier service for home delivery of products, it is pointless to open a branch if you can not employ delivery boys.
Kindly look seriously into the matter. In the past I requested online marketers to avoid sending articles through particular courier agencies who has defaulted on timely delivery.

I have not received my package (Consignment no.: k[protected] containing books dispatched on 6th march, 2018 from kolkata. But it is showing delivered in online tracking platform. Please find attached the image for the same. The address for delivery is analytics quotient, amr tech park, bomanahalli, bangalore.

I have contacted both madivala head office and bomanahalli office as well as called the delivery executive multiple times, his phone number: [protected] but have got only false promises of delivery.

Our consignment no is k08415499 has been dispatched on dated-15.03.18 from jas, durgapur to haldia durgachak. Till date we have not getting this document when we charge at your haldia dtdc office they have told that mr. Rohit have been received this document. But we do not know who is rohit & his contact no. And your dtdc office could not give any address who received this document.

Kindly verify this docket no.& where the document actual dispatched.

I have requested 3 parcel from bangalore to lucknow and it was expected on 18 march (1 week time) as per conversation. But its been 11 days and i haven't received any of the parcels.
When i track the parcel, i found that it is still in lucknow from last 3 days. I tried to contact lucknow office but no response.
And yesterday when i checked it's showing successfully delivered!!
I didn't get either of the parcel. How irresponsible the delivery boy is? No call, no message nothing and he delivered at the wrong place - all parcels
