My consignment dated 15th march was to be sent to a certain adress within pune and dtdc delivered it to a watchman of a building that did not even have the given floor number under an assumption that a few other unknown people were the owners of that item. It was a costly item and its loss wouldve costed me a lot. I had to personally go and retrieve the it from the recevivers. How can i trust dtdc after this

We have courier one document on 12/03/2018 through AWB No. M62351915 from your Kalamboli branch for Kumta, Karnataka.
Document received on 15/03/2018 but the envelope received is in tear condition and some documents are missing from the envelope.
Missing documents are our Company's vehicle original papers.

HI,

I am praveen Kulkarni had sent an courier with consignment Number(V[protected] with express service(charged 200 rupees) on 13 march 2018 from DTDC Peenya 2nd stage branch bangalore.

The office represenatative said with express service your courier will reach the destination on 14 march 2018 by evening or night.
when i checked on 15 march the courier has not reached destination and when asked to branch office representative he is not even bothered to answer correctly and he is saying the courier will reach either tommorrow or day after tommorrow.
when asked about the express service he said i dont know you call customer care .

Please i request you to take a legal action against such sevices which are fraud and fool the people and also request you to refund the amount (200 rupees)

A consignment number: Z53575273 which was booked at Rishikesh on 6 March, 2018 for New Delhi-110015 is not delivered yet. While tracking it shows that the packet is still lying at Delhi Hub. Booked from coimbatore, Tamilnadu to Hindupur, Andra Pradesh on 10.03.2018.

Filling this complaint 15.03.18.

even after 5 Days of dispatch, the parcel is not delivered.Service from the organization and response is the worst one i have faced ever.

The worst response i heard even after tracking the parcel since 13.03.18 is " The DTDC courier office is sending back the parcel as recipient is not available"

I got confirmation on 14.03.18 that the parcel will be delivered on the day.

Could not understand that how this service is running with these kind of worst responce.

Highly disappointed and heading to file a complaint as well !!

Dotzot is the worst courier service i have ever met. It is the worst courier service of india.

Dotzot courier staff and deliveryman's address locating system is fully back-dated..

Don't be served by this worst courier service...

Dotzot or dtdc works like a tubelight and after getting their service, i feel that we are not going to the direction of digital india, instead of it we are going to be more undigitalised or uncivilized.

I am a woman and struggling for job. If any problem with courier it's not the problem of me. They have to clear about their concern branch. Now the branch replay he has done his duty properly but customer not get proper service. Loss a chance. Corporate office mail id not shown in site Who give me that chance. Write to the customer care but not resolve till now.

Dtdc courier, awb/consignment no k09146214 is updated as consignment lost in tracking history. The courier was posted on 28/02/2018 from bhubaneswar to gurgaon but on 5th march it is updated about consignment lost in the dtdc tracking website. The courier contained an important document which was urgently required but i failed to get it in time.

This is to bring to your kind notice and seek your help for getting proper refund for the lost consignemnt.

Dear all,

I am writing this mail to see some one who is taking up the responsibility in clearing my issue,

Actually a courier was sent from gurgoan to bangalore and for my manager who is from china (Ms. Malixia) and you executive have delivered the courier to someone called raju in the apartment where there are almost 200 flats, as she was in china during that time she was not aware of the courier and later as soon as she reached india she found that courier was delivered and asked me to cross check as i am working in her company as hr and admin,

It is been so many day's as there is no update in the courier and yesterday i went to the chamrajpet dtdc office in bangalore and they told y[protected] the problem will be cleared, and so i called to a gentlemen (Dont wish to mention his name) to check this and he is saying that we have the receipt of handovering the courier and our work is done (How come you are delivering it to a person whose name is not mentioned in the courier, when called the number mentioned in the recipient copy it is switched off and when checked with salapuria laxuria apartment maintenance team they are very clear saying the courier has to be dropped in the drop box and for these many days that is the process how all were following and why is this parcel not dropped box and handed overed to some one who is not here??

Attaching the copy of the ack receipt where the name is also not clear as per your process, kindly support me in getting the courier delivered and do the needful.

We have dispatch one order from amravati to noida sector 137 on 08.03.2018 by dtdc plus service because it was very urgent, offices person told us your parcel delivered with two days or on 10.03.2018, but still it is not delivered. I have paid for it rs. 320/- o[censored]nder 500 gm parcel.

Very poor and disappointing service by dtdc. If your company is unable to deliver urgent parcels so why your franchise's persons taking much more amount and give confirmation of fast delivery.

We are seller and want our customer satisfied but with this type of service we are very upset.

M a regular customer of online shopping... Except dtdc courier all other courier company delivered me at my home... But dtdc refuse to deliver me at my home... They asked to collect my parcel from their office... And it is not so far from me its only about 1km...

I courier my parcel on 7-03-18 and its been on banglore bommasandra, and it is not reached it delivery adress, which is also in banglore. I courrier it on premium service & its been 5 days. My tracking no. V44651284. When i call there employes, they give lame excuses and after that they even did not take my call. My courier is not delivered yet & i want strict action on them.

Parcel sent from hyderabad from office to chennai containing a demand draft never received, also whn i lodged a complaint with company, they didnt even bother to call and fakely updated web tracker to show it has been delivered.

First they didnt reply to various mails regarding the complaint, later on twitter they had to attend the complaint through @dtdcsupport.

All they did is provided a manually overwritten delivery ceritificste which is clearly fake and closed the raised complaint.

Please help me in consumer complaint redressal.

I have booked the shipment on 1st march 2018 from muzaffarpur (842001) to mauranipur (284204). The shipment still not delivered and the online status is still showing muzaffarpur. I have sent multiple email to customer support of dtdc but there is no reply from them.
This package was highly important to deliver by 9th march 2018, but there is no response from dtdc on the shipment status.

It was sent by me on 22/2/18 in Bangalore to Bapuji Surgicals, Kudlu Gate, Bangalore 560068. Online tracker of DTDC shows it as delivered on 23/2/18 at 7.30 pm when the company office was closed.
There is no name, phone or stamp of the receiver. It is obviously given to some other person. Our request to trace it back and deliver to the rightful address ahs not got any response.
The online tracker doe snot have any option to lodge a complaint.
I downloaded their android app and logged in as a Guest but here too it says " You cannot lodge as complaint as consignment has been booked or delivered".
Please help me recover this valuable consignment and ask DTDC to deliver to the correct addressee.

My self pragnesh joshi, i went to dtdc office belapur on 3rd march 2018, for some important documents to be sent to arusha, tanzania, east africa, dtdc told me it will get delivered in 4 to 5 days, today is 8th march and still they are proposing it will be delivered on 12 th of march, it means 10days, if dtdc told me clearly before taking my parcel than i can make my decision that time, as my document was very urgent, so dtdc please make sure you are not giving wrong information to any of your client, i am highly disappointed with dtdc services.

Courier booked on march 3rd from noida uttar pradesh sec 61 shopprix mall to basant vihar kota rajsathan is still not delivered.

No clear response given by dtdc till now. It was booked in premium fast service and charges were taken but courier is still not delivered even after 5 days. We are in deep trouble - we need it to be delivered very fast.

Dtdc is providing very very bad service for last 9 days am waiting for my parcel docket number k09104165 both sms tracking and web tracking is useless allways shows in transist no way to track no one will pick up your calls no one will give you solution you you people are giving such worse service this is my second bad experience from dtdc and it will be the last.
