Worst experience with dtdc. I have sent parcel from london to india on 1/4/2018 and paid £4 per kg also £5 for service charge total i have paid £57 13 kg was my goods.in the parcel i have sent clothes only when parcel has been arrived to india hey are charging 1475 rs for the hendling charge. While asking them they are not answering the phone keeping on hold for 15 to 20 minutes and then cut the phone no one answered the phone.

My consignment if z58557999 booked from patiala on 31 mar 18 for hyderabad is shown as delivered at dtdc bowenpally on 2 apr. However on several calls the results are:-
1. The guy there speaks and understands only telugu.
2. The guy named madan says he does not have time to deliver.
3. After several efforts and requests, he agreed to deliver today but later switched off his phone and failed to deliver.
Since i am central govt officer and can not go to collect, kindly resolve else matter goes to consumer court on 13 apr.

I had couriered a laptop from Hosur to New Delhi on Feb 14th, 2018 with consignment number V44906793. I had asked to book the consignment with insurance. Rs.2900 was charged for courier and Rs.1400 was charged for insurance, which is 2% of the declared value (Rs.70000). A sum of Rs.4300 was charged totally by DTDC, Hosur. On 15th Feb 2018, the consignment reached Mr.Balaji at New Delhi. The parcel reached in late evening. A house wife received the parcel, who signed the receiver receipt as good condition. Being a lady alone at home, she did not have the time to open and check the parcel in presence of the courier delivery guy. When we opened the parcel, we found that the laptop display was not working. We reported this immediately to DTDC customer support, [protected]@dtdc.com. We took it to service center, and they confirmed the laptop was damaged during transit . We also approached DTDC, Hosur to start the claim process. Mr.Manjunath gave vague reasons and denied the claim. Unsatisfied with his reasoning, we spoke to Mr. Suresh, Business development manager accepted that our claim is genuine; however he could not process the claim. He asked us to speak with Mr.Mohan, Regional Office, DTDC. He told us the real reason that Franchise office at hosur, failed to settle the insurance amount to DTDC and did not book the insurance at all. Mr.Manjunath delayed the claim procedure for close to 50 days now. Mr.Mohan also asked to try to settle the matter with Manjunath amicably. When we approached Manjunath again, he was not cooperative to us for amicable settlement. The monetary loss in the transit alone stands at Rs.25000. It was a gift to recipientThe insurance claim is delayed for 50 days.For lack of attitude in service, and also false promise made, and delay in settling the claim we want a compensation of Rs.70, 000

We are a design studio based out of Gurgaon. We had sent a courier from Sohna road, Gurgaon DTDC branch to Raipur. The courier was not delivered on the site and reason given was "Customer Shifted". The courier came back to Gurgaon after more than two weeks.

The courier contained items in brass worth a lot of money. This was informed to the person sitting behind the desk at the counter. The overall parcel was managed in a horrible manner, the packing was changed and some items from the courier got lost on the way.

We want compensation as this is not acceptable.

I had made a parcel from bangalore to delhi with around 11 boxes. I gave all the items to local dealer near kaderanahalli, and his name is venkatesh - [protected]

They have charged me rs.13, 736 saying that the items were of 239 kgs i. E rs.57 per kg due to it being a bulk mail whereas in fact i weighed all the boxes after i received it in delhi and it was under 200 kgs. They have charged me very high rates and also told me a false weight to cheat me.

I used the dtdc over other services such as indiapost or professional courier thinking that dtdc is a company with good standards and a valued brand globally.

But, the situation seems very different. I need appropriate compensation for this fraud dealings by dtdc or i am going to take up the matter to appropriate authorities as i will be left with no other option if you do not take any appropriate action.

I am attaching a copy of the receipt i received in which wrong weights have been mentioned. You can clearly check in dtdc internal database that the consignment is not 239 kgs as charged but only 200kgs.

The issue is yet to be resolved from 2 weeks inspite of making several calls and sending several mails to [protected]@dtdc.com

I kept calling all the branches but in vain my 2 parcels z57648087 worth 6650 and v44778862
Worth 5000 are showing status delivered in hyderabad hub on5th but today is 9th till now i haven't received anything there are valuables in it please help me get my parcels back i live in dubai can't even come in person i feel helpless nobody answers properly

Actually it’s not a first time experience for me, dealing with dtdc couriers
(Worst service) madurai. Recent my waybill number: z59673000 and previous one: z57430174.

Both a time they’ve not even visited the couriered address or area but they easily updated in the tracking portal that the *receiver not available* and previous one - z57430174 this one returned back.
I have a important cheque in the courier i cannot use it in the right time. So i have lost the most important deal.
They’re collecting a charges from the sender for the courier but they’ve not working for that valuable money.

Don’t even use this dtdc courier they won’t respect your money and your value.

The courier was sent to our company name at Sanand location but when i called to customer care regarding tracking of courier they said that the address is not in delivery area.
If it not in deliver area then why DTDC courier service has accepted the courier from origin.
I think there is no control of DTDC of no such check of DTDC regarding this type of act.
The money of sender was totally waste because of this act by courier company also they are asking us to come there to collect courier at there Ahmedabad office (Which is 40 Kms. away).
This is very bad service of DTDC, totally frustrated .

I sent a parcel from deepshikha orissa to kolkata on 31.3.18 through dtdc courier ref no. D42197069.in online tracking it is showing messages that 'out for delivery's and ' item not delivered' since 3.4.18. But at recipient address somebody is always there and there is no calls from courier agency so far, however phone numbers are there on parcel. I am not able to contact any dtdc customer care no. Neither any branch no. Kolkata regional office phone numbers are all the time engaged, it is very suspicious. My itel is expensive and important also very important. A strong action against dtdc poor service and unreachable contact information should be taken. Also i need immediate response regarding my parcel location as it is not traceable. It is a very disappointing service from dtdc.

I am quite disappointed that i have chosen your service to send my documents. Your personnelshould make sure that you can cater the needs of customers while receiving large amount of money. I have paid 3000 rs to send my medical reports to oman from kothamangalam dtdc branch and they promised me that it will be there within one week, but after 10 days there is no information when i check my status it shows, held at oman branch. You should not play with the future of the customers. If you are not capable enough to do your service you should have told it before. Do not betray people. I am neither satisfied with your dealing nor with your service. I hope you would monitor your branches in order to avoid all these again.

I haven’t got my pkt yet... Now m going to singapore tomorrow.. Dtdc guy called me twice but he did not delivered my pkt yet. It has to be deliver dlf phase 1 behind mega mall. I am Blesson T George from kottarakara, Kollam. My courier track no.B52938714 returned to sender without reaching the destination. Those people couldn't informed me also. Courier was reached in Kollam on 23rd March 2018 after that I contacted the destination courier person but it was not reached till 31st march to kottarakara(destination). It's an urgent document for my further job. So please do the needful.

I sent a parcel#D41848506 from Mumbai to Bihar on 29th Mar'18 with belt packing and it was delivered on 04th Apr'18 without belt. Parcel contains cloths & sleepers, five item was missing from the parcel.
Locked a complaint #11084205 on 05th Apr'18 after when my Mom opened the parcel and shared the details of received things.
Till today not received satisfied revert from DTDC.

I booked my consignment from boroda(gujrat) to guwahati(assam) on 12/02/18, bearing consignment number..[protected], but til date i have not receive my goods which is very important for me. i am not getting any proper response from dtdc also(local). .
Herewith i have attached booking documents and updating details for your ready reference, hope now you all will do something and i will get back my goods.

I have couriered parcel with consignment number Z54642559 on 27th March from Noida to Gurgaon. It was a return parcel to a company which was supposed to be deliver within 10 days. However I received call from company that package is not delivered in 10 days so refund is cancelled.
When I checked online I found that from 27th March till today 6th April package has been shown on transit.
When complained to the DTDC representative who took the delivery he told that it is customer mistake that the courier was not tracked and complained was not made on time. DTDC has no obligation of delivering courier on time as it is not written anywhere also such mistakes keep on happening so it is not big deal, "he said that he has raised complain so I should be rather thankful to him". His name is Divakar contact - [protected] and he comes to my office everyday as our company has tie up with DTDC for personal and company courier service. First of all I have got loss of refund and on top up if get such feedback as a customer then it is the worst service ever any customer can get. I request to get my refund reimbursed and also take strict action against Divakar who gets company name defamed within working for the same company.

My shipment number was M63788909.
I recieved my courier today, dated 6th April 2018.
My product was badly damaged. The box was damaged. And the contents of it were displaced. I got an empty container basically. All the content was spilt out.
It was pretty important for me. It contained food items. And you people ruined it. What can be done now, kindly tell me.

I have couriered a parcel containing 2 packs of brookeside chocolates each pricing INR. to maharishi markandeshwar university mullana (ambala). consignment no.B52943105. The parcel arrived yesterday to ambala. The parcel was already opened and was stapled again and after receiving the parcel. one pack of chocolate was missing. I request immediate action on this as its deteriorating the image of dtdc. In absence of any action I will be taking serious action on this. The matter is not about the chocolates but its about the confidentiality and sentiments of the person sending the itinerary. In absence of any action from the company. I ll file a lawsuite to hinder the confidentiality of the costumer. Hoping to get acknowledgement as early as possible

We, Caretel Infotech Limited, have dispatched one server from our Noida Office at B-109, Sector 5 Noida-201301 to our Chennai Office at Block A, Prince Info Park, 81-B, 3rd Floor, 2knd Main Road, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai-600058 and the same was delivered on 23.03.2018. The server was totally damaged and nobody bother to come up for inspection.
We have not only lost the cost of equipment but also suffered a heavy loss in the business activities. The total loss in monitory terms works out to Rs. 1.00 lakh.
Please go through and process our claim as stated above and in case if we do not hear anything in 3 days, we will be forced to take the legal action.

I was sent a courier from ludhiana by dtdc courier bearing number :
Z40697420.

The courier has not been delivered to me.
The company local units called me saying that there is a courier for you from ludhiana. They did not deliver it. When i enquired after 5 days. The local unit said that they have sent the courier back to ludhian a.
Now they say that they have delivered the packet and theye have fraudulently showed the tracking status as "delivered"

I got a package from Guntur tracking I'd-H79388580 which should be delivered on 31st of March 2018 but I have been tracking it since 31st but it's not delivered I had tracked it in online it shows its been delivered to the respective address .but it was delivered to some other address in bachupally praneeth pranav Antilia security...Today dated 02/04/2018 I again tried to track the shipment but it still showing as delivered I called to Guntur DTDC courier services from where the package Been booked they gave us some other address which Is totally fake.Address so shop no 2 house no:1/89 shambipur.And however finally I got the address of branch manager of DTDC his name is aleem I spoke to him regarding my shipment he was speaking very much harshly when I approached him after speaking to him he said package was delivered to other address by the courier boy and again we got the shipment today.The following descrepancies are found during the entire consignment 1:without being delivered, updated in the computer as delivered successfully which is totally wrong.2:The address of the franchise given is fake mobile number given for the fake address is not concerned to the DTDC.3:The telephone number of the balanagar DTDC branch was switched off since six days no alternate contact number provided to the customer.4:Aleem branch manager of DTDC Rajeev Gandhi nagar was speaking very arrogantly when approached at 2pm on 02/04/2018(hot sun) saying that they won't call a customer even though number displayed on the consignment with out contacting the customer shipment was handed over to a security person in another gated community praaneth pranav Antilia bachupally with out any acknowledgment and updated that shipment has Been delivered sucessfully 5: The complainant is a very old person of 66yrs age have to warn that across to shambipur, bowrampet, Rajeev Gandhi nagar.6:The entire episode needs enquiry and corrective action against the concern otherwise the image of DTDC will be .tarnished to the maximum extent
