I had a courier been shipped to me from varanasi (Pincode - 221002) to etawah (Pincode-206001). When i checked today the tracking status of my courier it showed the destination to be kanpur whose pincode is 208001
There was some kind of misunderstanding while writing down the pin code by dtdc please make sure that it is delivered to me timely it will be very helpful of you if you look into the matter as soon as possible

I had a product couriered through this service on 23 march 2018 from hyderabad to bengaluru. It's over a month now and it's not delivered. When i mailed them they told the prodct has not been received by dtdc. I mean, if they haven't really received it. How did i get the receipt proof of that? (Attached below). Nobody picks call from the regional office. The product worth was around 3000 rs. Are they going to refund the money or provide the proper info on the product. I am not even able to track the product as it's showing no data available as status.

I delivered a courier from dtdc kolkata salt lake branch to pune taking blue premium package of the company promising 1 day delivery but it neither delivered on time nor delivered to correct recepient.

Please find in attached below receipt of dtdc curious. The curior company charege amount for 100 rupees. But in receipt amount and quantity and gstn not showing. I think this amount higher for only 35 km curious. Please reply me fast otherwise i will sue on court as pil (Public interest litigation).

I booked this consignment on 17/04/18 at 11am in the morning.
But when i tracked i found that the courier girl didn't booked on the same date but in the next day. That is 18/04/18. For which my document missed the last date of submission that is 20/04/18.
What am i suppose to do now.
Dtdc being the oldest and reliable courier service has now lost it originality/trust.

That in the past also few of our claims from various TPAs (Third Party Administrators) dealing with various Insurance Companies have been denied as being closed due to non delivery of documents. The reason we found was the wrong or non-delivery of the packets at correct destinations.

Consignment was booked on 11.04.2017 with DTDC Courier from Duliajan, Assam to Darjeeling, West Bengal. As per tracking consignment could not be delivered due to non-availability of receiver. The reason is not sustainable, since addressee is very much available in the address.
An email communication has been sent to Customer Care Service and banking on same a case has been registered vide No.11182906, however, no result till date.
As per tracking record subject consignment is lying in Darjeeiling only.
Hence, requested for early settlement of the issue.

I had to send invitation on 16/04/18 to buldhana which is nearly 150 km from akola since firstly asked ti office will it delievered by today evening as my event is on 18/04/18 so the person office person assured me that it delievered today evening only therefore i had gave invitition card for delivery but since today is 18/04/18 but still my didnt delievered due to this inprofessional service by dtdc akola office i am suffering so please take immediate action against the dtdc office otherwise i am putting compliant at consumer form regarding same my consignment no is m63929999

My package was supposed to be arrived on 13th april it's 18th april now i have yet to know the where abouts of my package

The status went to not delivered and it stuck at that time now

When i courier the packet, dtdc franchise at receiving location said that courier will be delivered successfully at delivery location within 2 days, but today received a call from delivery location that dtdc could not provide delivery, what mentioned at courier.

Who will be answerable for this inconvenience.

Courier contains marriage cards which is very urgent for me.

On calling the office at kadapa (The courier address is kadapa andhra pradesh) they are not even responding properly and asking me to call after 1 hr as they also don't know and they have to know. We had couriered a pack of Very expensive Indian Flutes to US through your courier service "Tracking number - N20021753"
In the tracking status the message is showing that the courier was left on front door, without ringing the bell or calling the customer. However customer has not received the courier. We have received following emails from customers please help us track this. This is a huge issue if the customer couriers are getting lost like this, no point in tracking details if the last man is making the courier disapper and there is no way to track"

checked around the neighborhood this morning and no one has the package. I contacted DTDC support and the guy said the delivery was completed by UPS. From checking at UPS site, it seems if an investigation needs to be made it needs to be initiated by the sender, so you would need to initiate with DTDC and they would in turn contact UPS. I have seen UPS deliveries delivered many times to the wrong address here, and not just to my next door neighbor, but several streets away. The fact that a signature was not gotten means there really is no proof of delivery. The below link may be helpful, I am trying to do what I can on my side, but UPS has also said that the sender needs to initiate the trace.

I work in IT and I am able to work from home quite a bit, I was home from last week Tuesday to Friday all day. Normally, UPS when delivering a package rings the doorbell and drops the package in front of the door and goes away without any confirmation or requests a signature. On Thursday, April 12th, there was no ring on the bell at all. I was expecting the package hence the reason for staying home those days, and I did check the front door multiple times. Most likely this package was delivered to the wrong address; about a month ago UPS dropped off two packages at my door and rang the bell, when I opened door and checked the package was to "95-36", but not to 102 street, but to 106 street. As the UPS delivery man just dropped it off, I was able to catch him a few seconds later and give it back to him. In all probability, someone has the package and is too lazy or doesn't see the need to contact UPS and return the package. The flutes are useless to anyone not learning or knowing to play them. In the case of delivering to the wrong address, it would be impossible to determine if that is the case as the UPS man delivers hundreds of packages a day and unless they have a way of recording which packages are dropped at which home, there really is no proof of delivery. If you google this issue "UPS delivered to front door, but I don't have the package" you will see that this does happen. I[censored]PS had gotten a signature then this would not have happened.

I don't have CCTV installed outside of my house. I can't verify anything, there is no one in the area with CCTV that I can check with..

Please help us get the courier back and deliver to the right person.

A courier on 28 th march, 2018 was sent from dtdc bhopalpura, udaipur, rajasthan to kolkata, as the parcel reached kolkata on 3 rd a pril, 2018, it was found that many items were missing and the items were all messed up definitely proving that the courier was messed by a third party, plastic bags were torn.

Items missing are:
1) black zara bag (New with tag)
2) gents tshirt zara (Brand new)
3) sport shoes
4) black shiny lady shoes
5) kids book (Brand new)
6) 4 boxes of flash cards
7) 3 boxes and baby book and flash card
8) tshirt

All the left things in the box were disturbed and mingled
The total worth of the items was around rs 12500 (Twelve thousand five hundred rupees). Kindly look into the matter

Really angry on such a poor service. If missing items not found or refunded, company will be taken to the court

But they delivered nokia 5233 to in same box and same accessories which is pack in front of me. Now i am complaining to get refund or same mobile but still helpless to find solution.

My awb b53382092 was not delivered to me. The status entered in the website is "not delivered (Receiver shifted)". The address provided is the same as my aadhar card and passport and i have been staying here from past 20 years. When contacted the call centre, they give some contact number and that person gives another and so on... I have made 10 calls to atleast 7 of the dtdc people. All give excuse and say they...

From 7 th april i am constantly checking the staus in ur website and get in touch with customer care executive. But they were saying everyday this consignment will be delivered today. I did contact with these two nos to ur customer care[protected],[protected], but till today
Neither consignment is delivered nor i got any appreciable reply from them. Interestingly from 11 april 2018 to till now, nobody is picking the call since 10 am to 6 pm.

I got two contact no. Of vapi center but that mobile no is always switched off and landline is 24 busy.

Also i registered one complaint regarding this to ur customer care on 10 apr 2018 (Details given below) but there is no difference also.

Reference consignemnt no. D29250356, sent from titwala, courier is not delivered. Booking done on 07th april 2018. Online it is showing delivered on 11 april 2018, dtdc service is very poor and the agent through which it is sent is not interested anymore to provide the customer satisfactory solution. The courier is a category lite in 2 peace. Delay delay delay. Bad service bad service service.

even when customer is ready to collect the courier they don't respond, they are in such a hurry to send the courier back which was sent in you express service due to urgency (which they don't understand)
