I have requested 3 parcel from bangalore to lucknow and it was expected on 18 march (1 week time) as per conversation. But its been 11 days and i haven't received any of the parcels.
When i track the parcel, i found that it is still in lucknow from last 3 days. I tried to contact lucknow office but no response.
And yesterday when i checked it's showing successfully delivered!!
I didn't get either of the parcel. How irresponsible the delivery boy is? No call, no message nothing and he delivered at the wrong place - all parcels

I am complaining regarding a consignment no. Z53326234. This was initiated on 9 march from corporate office of dhfl situated plot no-6, block a, ground floor, sector-2, noida, u. P-201301 to jaipur address -54/66 rajat path mansarovar jaipur. As per checked status through online portal, it has been returned back with the of reason "receiver not available”, but as per my assurance neither the consignment been delivered to my place not any one contacted me to regarding this

In spite of this i have personally followed up for the consignment with concern branches and not found any satisfactory answer and eventually i have able to talked to one of your responsible employee mr vikram singh mob no.- [protected] and ll no.[protected],
Besides of this i have to him along with my concern authorities or sender of said consignment and post of this long discussion mr. Vikram assured me that the consignment will deliver again and will reach with in just 2 days but after completion of these important two days he is replying me the consignment is not dispatched yet so please book my complain and resolved it till tomorrow, otherwise i am going to initiated legal against of dtdc because absence of this document i ll loose a case 20 lacs.

Sir, I booked one product package type-(box) through DTDC courier service on 05/03/2018, Tracking no.- Z55568651. From kotdwara(pincode-246149) to Bangalore(pincode-560037). Receiver name- Akanksha Rawat
The right person didn't receive the product, It was delivered to wrong person.
So, please take serious action aganist this.and solve this matter as soon as possible.

Also i have given complaint number of time but no body resolved my complaint simply showing the status closed.

Even after number of times i have talk to your customer care but they said ok but not resolved till date

I have booked a shipment on 7th march, 2018 from thane city. The expected delivery time was 3-4 days. The shipment did not reach the destination until 16th march.
The shipment had important university application documents and due to deficiency on your part i had missed my deadlines and application amount of inr 15, 000 was forfeited by the university due to late recepit of documents.
The staff at the thane branch was unbothered and reluctant to register our query. Some level of courtesy and decency is expected out of the company staff. The branch manager did make some arrangements to deliver the shipment by 16th evening but in vain as i was already over my due dates.
I’m darnly dissappointed by the services of the company of such repute. Do look into the matter and take appropriate actions.

There was a parcel sent from Mumbai to coimbatore thru DTDC courier service. Im yet to receive a parcel that was booked on Feb 8th from Mumbai. It was shipped on same day. But did not received yet. It's been more than a month and there is no proper response from them. I have a watch in that parcel worth 1500.

Followed up multiple times and they are redirecting to Mumbai and Coimbatore back and forth and no one is taking responsibility.

I have booked the shipment on 28feb 2018 from dadar, mumbai to orai. The shipment still not delivered and the online status is still showing kanpur. I have sent multiple email to customer support of dtdc but there is no reply from them.
This package was highly important. But there is no response from dtdc on the shipment status.
Kindly help us. Becasue some persons running medicine for life saving;

My consignment no is z55302171. I have send courier on 14th march 2018 from lucknow so it should reach in maximum of 3 days but today is 5th day still not received by receiver. Yesterday when i tracked from dtdc site it showed courier reached delhi but today location on tracking its showing is chennai hub where as it has to reach new delhi

There was a courier from d t d c
M. No.4-a-3, dadabari, basant vihar, dadabari, kota, rajasthan 324009 to my location i. E. 118 hardaspur near lovely professional university phagwara punjab.
But the staff member of lpu and phagwara didnt called me and my courier is returned to kota now. I need my product in anyway. Take the necessary steps to deliver my product to me.

When i track my order on dtdc website it's show that receiver name is sign who is sign
I doesn't know sign, then where is my order
Where it is dilivered?
That not good service at all
I don't know why dtdc do this because i never heard sign as a human name

Dtdc has taken no effort in updating me with my parcel whereabouts! It’s been 5 months now!!! The tracking number is m57979373. The status shows “in transit” the people working at the office are least bothered and haven’t even made an effort to look for it. I visited the office at least 5 times plus wrote to them by email but no response. I’m never going to use dtdc again and i will make sure that i spread the word about your lack of professionalism.

My consignment dated 15th march was to be sent to a certain adress within pune and dtdc delivered it to a watchman of a building that did not even have the given floor number under an assumption that a few other unknown people were the owners of that item. It was a costly item and its loss wouldve costed me a lot. I had to personally go and retrieve the it from the recevivers. How can i trust dtdc after this

I am praveen Kulkarni had sent an courier with consignment Number(V[protected] with express service(charged 200 rupees) on 13 march 2018 from DTDC Peenya 2nd stage branch bangalore.

The office represenatative said with express service your courier will reach the destination on 14 march 2018 by evening or night.
when i checked on 15 march the courier has not reached destination and when asked to branch office representative he is not even bothered to answer correctly and he is saying the courier will reach either tommorrow or day after tommorrow.
when asked about the express service he said i dont know you call customer care .

Please i request you to take a legal action against such sevices which are fraud and fool the people and also request you to refund the amount (200 rupees)

even after 5 Days of dispatch, the parcel is not delivered.Service from the organization and response is the worst one i have faced ever.

The worst response i heard even after tracking the parcel since 13.03.18 is " The DTDC courier office is sending back the parcel as recipient is not available"

I got confirmation on 14.03.18 that the parcel will be delivered on the day.

Could not understand that how this service is running with these kind of worst responce.

Highly disappointed and heading to file a complaint as well !!

Dotzot is the worst courier service i have ever met. It is the worst courier service of india.

Dotzot courier staff and deliveryman's address locating system is fully back-dated..

Don't be served by this worst courier service...

Dotzot or dtdc works like a tubelight and after getting their service, i feel that we are not going to the direction of digital india, instead of it we are going to be more undigitalised or uncivilized.

I am a woman and struggling for job. If any problem with courier it's not the problem of me. They have to clear about their concern branch. Now the branch replay he has done his duty properly but customer not get proper service. Loss a chance. Corporate office mail id not shown in site Who give me that chance. Write to the customer care but not resolve till now.

Dtdc courier, awb/consignment no k09146214 is updated as consignment lost in tracking history. The courier was posted on 28/02/2018 from bhubaneswar to gurgaon but on 5th march it is updated about consignment lost in the dtdc tracking website. The courier contained an important document which was urgently required but i failed to get it in time.

This is to bring to your kind notice and seek your help for getting proper refund for the lost consignemnt.
