Dear sir
I am sent a courier from your Bhopal Dtdc office BhopaL to Raipur, for which he had asked to meet the parcel in 48 hours, for which he has done his green service of DTC but Sir has given this confrontation at 1 Pm[protected] which my tenders document and last Your Branch Manager and Sales Officer are also not responding to any satisfactory answer. Please see how my loss will be cover, your website tracking details show delivered...

I have booked my courier on feb 1st but i didnot get my books. And no proper information from the deliver boy ramesh. The deliver boy didnt even try to check my address. When i called him he gave me the answer i forgot to check the address and it went back for shipping again to booking point.
But it didnot reach the booking point till today (Feb 14)...

I sent a courier by 2nd feb and received by 14th feb from narasaraopet, andhra pradesh. If asking for the reason behaved very rudely in speaking with me and his name is iqbal belongs to thane dtdc office branch manager.

I have all the proofs for this manually taken all the xeroxes from courier dispatch and received section.

So i am going file case against this dtdc....

We had sent a courier through dtdc on 13.01.2018. (Transaction no. M[protected]

As per dtdc website tracking the courier has been delivered on 18.01.2018. (Refer attachment)

We had also raised a ticket regarding the same issue but no revert has been given to us by dtdc until yesterday i. E. 13.02.2018. (Case no.[protected]

Dtdc conveyed the message yesterday stating that the courier could not be delivered...

I representative of pooja logistics pvt ltd, sent a parcel on 6/2/18 from delhi to pune but it has not reached the destination till now. We are suffering a huge loss in delay delivery of the article. How much time it takes to reach pune from delhi? I need compensations for delay. Plz look into this matter & revert asap.

I have not received courier with tracking number m58790463, which was booked 19 jan 2018. I have called several times to naraina and rohini offices but no one updated me about the status. While tracking it online it was showing in stansit till 10th feb 2018, i. E even after 23 days it was in transit. Now its showing it was delivered on 22 jan 2018. But i did neither received any courier not any call or message regarding it....

We had send a parcel to kochi but it has been delivered at wrong place and address. The docket number was : z52545246.

The product was supposed to be delivered at kochi but unfortunately it has been delivered at dehradun. I don't know why this happened.

I have sent one mobile from mobile from chennai to gurgaon via dtdc courier. Shipped the item on 1st feb and shown as delivered on 3rd feb. However the tracking status shows the item has been delivered but the actual receiver has not received the item. Also the delivery tracking sheet shows that some one received the item in the name of the receiver and written a wrong phone number.

I usually do a lot of online shopping and the items get delivered to my home.
I am a working women wouldn't be available at home all the time.
Whenever i get delivery thru DTDC, i had a tough time.
I have requested many times to deliver before 12 noon, but the response from the person is "we will come at this time only, if you want to collect be at home else we will give to neighbours or we will send it back mentioning...

I have not recvd any info yet. About my complaint. I need emergency reply in my phone [protected]. I had complaint last minth regarding missing of my courier. Dtdc has marked it as delivered. But i cudnt get it. I asked your office agents to show my sign of receipt.. But they dont have it. I need a solution. Or return cash of equal worth of my purchase.

This has a reference to the courier number - z52805758, please the me know the correct delivery place as while tracking it is showing the delivery place shaharanpur (U. P) but the actual delivery place should be tamkoi road post via gorakhpur (U. P) moreover also let me know the name of receiving person with date and the place of courier delivered.
