I am complaining regarding a consignment no. Z53326234. This was initiated on 9 March from Corporate Office of DHFL situated Plot No-6, Block A, Ground Floor, Sector-2, Noida, U.P-201301 To Jaipur Address -54/66 Rajat Path Mansarovar Jaipur. As per Checked status through online portal, It has been returned back with the of reason "Receiver Not available”, But as per my assurance Neither the consignment been delivered to my Place not any one contacted me to regarding this

In spite of this I have Personally followed up for the consignment with concern branches and not found any satisfactory answer and eventually I have able to talked to one of your Responsible Employee Mr Vikram Singh Mob No.- [protected] and LL NO.[protected],
Besides of this I have to Him along with My Concern Authorities or Sender of said consignment and post of this long discussion Mr. Vikram assured me that the Consignment will deliver again and will reach with in just 2 days but after completion of these Important Two days he is replying me the Consignment is not dispatched yet So Please book my complain and resolved it till tomorrow, Otherwise I am going to Initiated Legal against of DTDC Because absence of this document I ll loose a case 20 Lacs .
