I have done a courier with tracking id h05678918 from hyderabad (500018) to hindupur (515201) on[protected]. The shop person gave one manager phone number whose name is sudarshan in the moti nagar area. He gave another manager number who is rehman. This manager gave anantapur region manager phone number who has not attended call. No body is feeling responsible n no one directing what can i do further... Such a worst response from the group...

Courier no.-z53612828 dated 23.01.2018 but it was not delivered and on enquiry we have come to know that the address was not found that why the envelop was returned to the origine address

I had dispatched courier to gridih jharkhand attaching the courier details.
But after tracking looks like my courier has been dispatched to kolkata location, dispatched 28/7/2017 and submitted a complaint, consignment no, k02286509.
I mailed the dtdc customer care but nothing happened. Even nobody pickup the clothes

This is not good. It was an extremely important cloths that was needed.

The shipment was booked by our supplier from Anantapur branch,
He has charged us for DTDC Blue service & dispatched the shipment via DTDC Green Service,
Are we fools to pay for Express service?
You people don't understand the urgency of the product it was for the Coeliac patient who cannot eat anything else than this,
I want the shipment to be delivered by tomorrow & take serious actions against such executive....

I've sent a document on 25th january. I was told that it will reach in 3 days max.
Now it has been 7 days. That document is very important and i had sent it in urgency.
I had sent it from pune to jhansi (Uttar pradesh).
Now they say that it's still in transit.
What kind of a service is this?
I paid 3 times the cost for it to get delivered on time.
Plz find my courier asap...

Sir, i have ordered one pair of badminton shoes from khelmart.com on 20/01/18 for which i had payed rs 840 through rupay debit card of uco bank and the expected delivery date of the order was on 27/01/18, the dtdc courier service was to deliver the order. I have been tracking the consignment z52413417 since it reached guwahati on 23/01/18 there after they are not making any progress for delivering the order. I have mailed them to know why...

One of our important document sent through DTDC last month, but till date the packet is not received by us. When we enquired in your office, they told that it is delivered. And when we asked for the details, that told that they are trying to find the them. Now they are saying that it is missing. It is an important document of our customer. I had booked a product to deliver on my pincode 110045 from ambala chandigarh 27/01/2018, curior partner told it will be deliverd on 29/1/2018 as i was in need of that on 29/01/2018 so he told charge will be high of rs 750/ and i paid but they failed to deliver it till 30/01/2018 and updated was door was closed on 29/01/2018.. Dear sir iam jayanth here i have given a package at dtdc sri nagar colony franchise on[protected] via docket number v44476671 to delhi to my client and that package was against cash transfer to my bank account and when i have given the package at your franchise i confirmed from them 3 to 4 times that my package would be kept on hold at delhi and they said yes and i have given it and they have sent to delhi. I send my courier by my niece (Important document) for urgent bases on 25-jan 17, as talk to dtdc (Dehradun) they said u receive on 27 jan 17. Thats y i send my document on urgent basis because i have flight next day... But in 27 jan they said u receive on 29 jan... Which is very carless behavior by dtdc because am facing too many problem.

It was my first courier experience with dtdc!
I have had heard alot about it that it offers excellent services and are customer friendly!
Sadly i am very disappointed with their services! I have had my packages misplaced and sent to a different address and even had many of my valuable goods broken! I am really hurt by this.

I would be really grateful if my loss is compensated!

Actually we stay in mysore. I waited in head office for an hour they said will deliver to my house damn sure as they said two days back yesterday i called them again and they said to call some other station. They said will send to today (27jan2018) till now y should we use this careless courier service i informed them that is food item it has been spoiled the worst service...

These is very annoying such a reputed firm of dtdc are recruiting staff who are lease bother to offer service to customers. I had a very bad experience with dtdc - 7 bungalow location, opposite pink apartment there at 1st floor - suresh [protected], he is having a attitude issue which is 0 tolerance in these industry. He doesn't want to move in market delivering parcel at customer residence, he has got...

I have couriered r28582900 on 22 nd january 2018 from dtdc piravom office and not yet received to the beneficiary at attingal office. Same has been checked with both the offices and not received any proper confirmation.

We are sending anything in courier for an urgent delivery only. The persons sitting in your office does not have any courtesy on customer emergency also.

I am nagarjuna. I have sent an gift worth of 2500 rs. Throught dtdc courier services on october 10th 2017. To bit misri jharkhand. They promised me it will be delievered in 7 days, as i have been waiting from so long the courier has not been recieved till now dated 24/01/2018. I have requested for return of my courier, but, the staff of dtdc is not responding in a good way, i dont know...

Services provided by dtdc are very unprofessional. Team simply denies delivering couriers at home and ask us to collect from dtdc office.

As you provide home delivery, we choose you as our courier partner. If delivering courier at home is not in your scope, do let us know so we can go with different vendor as others offer home delivery.

I have purchase items from online shopping usa, items are delivered to india. Customs also got cleared. After that item is not able to trace.
Dtdc officials are updating wrong status on the tracking details, and over call they are committing information furnished is false, item is not able to trace in our godown.

Everyday they ask for extensions only with no success. Finally i lost hope on them complained abount dtdc...
