We have dispatch one order from amravati to noida sector 137 on 08.03.2018 by dtdc plus service because it was very urgent, offices person told us your parcel delivered with two days or on 10.03.2018, but still it is not delivered. I have paid for it rs. 320/- o[censored]nder 500 gm parcel.

Very poor and disappointing service by dtdc. If your company is unable to deliver urgent parcels so why your franchise's persons taking much more amount and give confirmation of fast delivery.

We are seller and want our customer satisfied but with this type of service we are very upset.

M a regular customer of online shopping... Except dtdc courier all other courier company delivered me at my home... But dtdc refuse to deliver me at my home... They asked to collect my parcel from their office... And it is not so far from me its only about 1km...

I courier my parcel on 7-03-18 and its been on banglore bommasandra, and it is not reached it delivery adress, which is also in banglore. I courrier it on premium service & its been 5 days. My tracking no. V44651284. When i call there employes, they give lame excuses and after that they even did not take my call. My courier is not delivered yet & i want strict action on them.

Parcel sent from hyderabad from office to chennai containing a demand draft never received, also whn i lodged a complaint with company, they didnt even bother to call and fakely updated web tracker to show it has been delivered.

First they didnt reply to various mails regarding the complaint, later on twitter they had to attend the complaint through @dtdcsupport.

All they did is provided a manually overwritten delivery ceritificste which is clearly fake and closed the raised complaint.

Please help me in consumer complaint redressal.

I have booked the shipment on 1st march 2018 from muzaffarpur (842001) to mauranipur (284204). The shipment still not delivered and the online status is still showing muzaffarpur. I have sent multiple email to customer support of dtdc but there is no reply from them.
This package was highly important to deliver by 9th march 2018, but there is no response from dtdc on the shipment status.

It was sent by me on 22/2/18 in Bangalore to Bapuji Surgicals, Kudlu Gate, Bangalore 560068. Online tracker of DTDC shows it as delivered on 23/2/18 at 7.30 pm when the company office was closed.
There is no name, phone or stamp of the receiver. It is obviously given to some other person. Our request to trace it back and deliver to the rightful address ahs not got any response.
The online tracker doe snot have any option to lodge a complaint.
I downloaded their android app and logged in as a Guest but here too it says " You cannot lodge as complaint as consignment has been booked or delivered".
Please help me recover this valuable consignment and ask DTDC to deliver to the correct addressee.

I have a sent a parcel from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam on 8.3.18 with consignment id v44939065. Tracking shows its delivered on 09.03.18 at 4.50pm. But actually its not delivered.

My self pragnesh joshi, i went to dtdc office belapur on 3rd march 2018, for some important documents to be sent to arusha, tanzania, east africa, dtdc told me it will get delivered in 4 to 5 days, today is 8th march and still they are proposing it will be delivered on 12 th of march, it means 10days, if dtdc told me clearly before taking my parcel than i can make my decision that time, as my document was very urgent, so dtdc please make sure you are not giving wrong information to any of your client, i am highly disappointed with dtdc services.

No clear response given by dtdc till now. It was booked in premium fast service and charges were taken but courier is still not delivered even after 5 days. We are in deep trouble - we need it to be delivered very fast.

Dtdc is providing very very bad service for last 9 days am waiting for my parcel docket number k09104165 both sms tracking and web tracking is useless allways shows in transist no way to track no one will pick up your calls no one will give you solution you you people are giving such worse service this is my second bad experience from dtdc and it will be the last.

I sent a parcel on march 2nd under the consignment number v44581617 from kottayam (Kerala) dtdc to cochin (Kerala) dtdc. The delivery was to alwaye, cochin, kerala. It got delivered by 3rd march. When my friend opened the box, the gift (Bvlgari man perfume) it was empty but with a teared perfume cover. It is so frustrating that people just stealing the things. Please do the needful. I emailed customer service anyway

Hi,
I on this day 24 Feb 2018 have parcelled an LED TV which was just bought and sealed packed with the original packaging ( fully thermocol packed) from flipkart. My consignment number D40491608 sent to Nagaland through flight which was received on 01/03/2018. The TV was badly damaged beyond repair when received .
I request for an immediate response in regards to my heavy losses and ask for compensation for the careless services which has caused the damaged.

This is regaring one of our customer (Florence footwear) send courier to our alcon & co. With docket no. Z54228962. When i trace this courier on dtdc webside it was showing successfully delivered to our security guard, but that whole day our guard not received any courier. After getting this information from his receiving register we call customer care & after so many follow up we get courier hub subhash nagar phone no. There we get delivery boy contact no. And courier was with him he forget to deliver us. And given wrong information to his office & dtdc webside. We received courier after delay of two more days

There was no information about the whereabouts of the packet till 4th March 2018 despite a number of calls to the customer care. Myself is Vikas I had send samsung led through ajay singh from DTDC kosi kalan DELHI MATHURA (UF516) to dehradun and in the consignment they had written the value of 20000/- and been told that LED we reach safely and said no issue we send many led by DTDC and when we my family recieved the LED at my home in dehradun it was broken.I called up to the kosi kalan office they it is not ur respobnsibilty then who is responsible for this for which we had done the faith DTDC and in return they lost the faith of the customer.

When u cant deliver the led safely then why u have taken the money of delivery and when it is broken then it is the responsibility of the company to replace the Led or send new led as when u have taken it was in good condition.

As per delivery rules, dtdc should send at least one alert sms before reaching place and should give proper time slot. Then they should make person call.

But in this they did not even try to inform me and returning the courier back. Which is a double cost for sender.

Dtdc people not even lifting the phone.

Please look into this asap and take appropriate action.

My parcel booked on 21 feb. But still not received. I contacted dtdc by mail but they always give excuses. Am really disappointed by your service i called many times on number which is given by you on yesterday mail. But the concern person regularly give many excuses. My parcel still not delivered by your side. Now finally i will file case against dtdc in police station, cyber crime, consumer forum.
I have all mail conversation, dtdc receipt. That's enough for file case against your bad service and miss behaviour also.
