DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

Kindly refer to the consignment number z54673382 of dtdc. It was dispatched from delhi on 6th february, 2018 for ranchi. But i didn't receive the consignment. Neither did they call me. When i talked to dtdc, ranchi branch, they told me that dtdc does not deliver at the address mentioned on it. So the consignment has been returned back.
If dtdc does not deliver the consignment at certain address, then why did it accept it? Secondly dtdc should have called me? If it is undelivered, then the entire amount that has been charged by dtdc has gone waste. Is this kind of service provided by dtdc?

I sent college documents to university of hong kong from bareilly but it hasn't been received by the faculty yet. It was supposed to reach 10 days ago. When i call the guy from where the courier was sent he tells me that it was delivered. When i check the tracking status it's in transit. The college haven't received the documents yet. Noone is replying back to me yet. It was a very urgent courier. N98279087

From Pune booked on 24 Feb for Indore one envelope weighing less than 50 gms. Cost Rs 150. Reached Indore on 26 Feb. Registered a complaint on 05 Mar for non delivery since 26 Feb with ticket no 10802010.Delivery made after complaint.
NOT UNDERSTOOD WHY DELIVERY NOT MADE FROM 26 FEB ONWARDS. DELAYED BY 7 X DAYS. Amount of Rs 150 taken for the service does not commensurate with the delivery time. Indian postal service at Rs 40 would have taken those many days. Private courier is chosen for speedy delivery and not delayed as more amount is paid for that service.

There is no response from them. And in turn they closed the case no 10663373 .

I had sent one courier through dtdc from Bangalore to my home town Orai. They didn't deliver it and not responding to my emails. When I called them they were very rude and not ready to listen to my complaint. Its been more than half of month but courier status is not delivered (acceptance time over). No one is ready to take any responsibility, I called customer care she disconnected call in-between. That document was very important that is why I had chosen dtdc, but their services are really worst.

Dtdc is soo fraud in pithapuram. They are not delivering products and showing fraus signatures to customers as a proof of pcik up by someone.

They are very arrogant in answering to customers and not giving respect also.

Please please dont use this courier service they dont even verify who is picking the delivery such a reckless people working in that courier and owner also soo much dishonoring the customers.

M62735708 consignment was never delivered and when i came to collect the package from south bombay to goregaon office, mr rajesh who is the manager tried to run away without providing any information. He is asking the security at the front to handle the situation so that he can have time to go for lunch later after making me sit for over 45 min. There is no sign about the parcel

I have couriered an envelop on 26th february from mumbai to kolkata. The same has been received on 3rd march. The envelop has been found packed suspiciously different than packed originally which indicates the envelop has been opened somewhere in transit and again packed. When the receiver opened the envelop after receiving, it has been found that some documents are missing.

Its completely disgusting matter.

Please inquire the above said matter and take action on dtdc so that i can get back my documents on urgent basis or dtdc should provide me a compensation of rs. 6000.

I had booked a document thru dtdc courier docket number-v44008816. My document has gone thru several places from india. Still i didn't receive my packet. My parcel of origin is thiruvalla and destination is singrauli, madhya pradesh. At a certain point it was reached varanasi which is hardly 6 htrs from singrauli, i am still wondering why it hasn't still reached to me. I am extremely unsatisfied with the service provided by dtdc. Please look into the matter seriously and take necessary actions. The routes and destinations of my parcel is in attachments and seriously, let me know whether i should cry or laugh watching the number of destinations the parcel had reached. I mohd syeed teeli ordered an official item from flexistamps.com and was shiped through dtdc consignment number m61981179, the status is shipment undelivered but no one informed me or called me come and collect the parcel in office (My shipment adress : 86/1 beigh complex lane no 1. Ovaiskrni malbag srinager 190006 i already recieved a parcel before some days from dtdc.)
I registered a complaint against consignment number m61981179 ticket no 10777321. But till now i don't get any response from dtdc. Where is the service and administration of dtdc?

We had sent a documents through dtdc to our customer address in the month of april 17 and still it is not delivered nor it has come back to us. The dtdc person in rajkot is saying he doesn't have any information on the courier and cant support us as it is almost 10 months. But we unable to know why they tracking details has not been updated. Still its shows the courier is in transit in the tracking details. The document is very much valuable to us. If it was not delivered to the respected to the concern address it should have been sent back. The dtdc has lost our documents and claiming that he doesn't have any information it.

The delivery guy called me and due to the office environment i could call back after 10 mins. I was told due to the 10 min late call back it would be delivered the next day. I requested that they change the number to call on and was told they don’t have that much time to change the number and call on a different number and would not like to be given orders like this. Now i ask you was this such a big request to make if for some personal reasons i had to change my number? I was told to collect the parcel from the courier place and was not it would not be delivered.

My tracking number is z40527636 and after a lot of struggle to reach hdfc i got the tracking number from them to find out that the shipment has been sent back to the bank. It's mentioned that the courier partner tried calling me since wednesday (21st feb). This is completely incorrect as the first call i got from dtdc was on friday (23rd feb) and i gave all the details of the house address and was waiting since 3 days. No one came and i see on the tracking that it is undelivered because door was locked.

I wanted to bring this up since this is happening multiple times from the courier partners and we as customers are made to go thru inconveniences.

I was told that nothing could be done and have to contact the bank itself.

It is very shameful & strange matter to know about dtdc courier service silchar.. My tracking numbe k08951977 important medicine reached on silchar from guwahati on 23-02-18 but failed to deliver even on 27-02-18
I mannaged & called somehow but they told they cant found ; finally they found it but showed me many excuses to deliver today.
Nobody picked up phone initially & forget to delivery important document to coustomer.. As a customer i need imedate delivery or else i am bound to put rti against dtdc service silchar..

The delivery of parcel was very urgent thus i had booked under dtdc plus
Service and paid rs. 800/- for the plus service. But the parcel was not
Delivered on 10.02.2018 as committed by the dtdc channel partner. It is
Still not delivered on 12.02.2018. If the parcel was delivered after 48
Hours i could have used the dtdc normal service and not the plus service.
Now i visited the dtdc channel partner and asked him to refund me rs. 540.00
The difference amount between normal service and plus service, but the
Channel partner simply refuses to refund the excess amount charged by him on
Account of plus service. This is clearly not acceptable as he has cheated me
And charged me extra amount for plus service and has used normal service
Only.

I would like to register the complaint with dtdc and would seek refund of
Rs. 540/-

Please arrange the refund of excess amount of rs. 540/- immediately.

Purchased item from snapdeal, unfortunately, it's condition was worst & after calling for refund., they accepted but not ready to pick up from the delivered address. As suggested by them to courier the same & money will be reimbursed. I dispatch the item but dtdc service man
Who wrongly quoted the amount, and as such the product not delivered, dtdc service provider charged more money to delivered but snapdeal refuses to pay the revised price. This fetch me the loss of 500 rs..
Snapdeal & dtdc both are equally responsible for my loss.
