My consignment number is k09393218 dated 16/02/2018 from garia dtdc counter to 113, st. Johns road, bangalore-560042 which is the branch of dtdc counter itself.

The parcel reached the facility counter on 18.02.2018 at 10:53 hrs. Then on 19.02.2018 at 10:36 hrs. It was out for delivery to the address which is also at "113, st. Johns road, bangalore-560042". But to my utter surprise i found the delivery boy (Mobile no. [protected]) intentionally took the parcel out of the counter and delivered it at 15:15 hrs.

This type of services i think will certainly hurt the reputation of an organisation like dtdc.

Iam booked the consignment sent to bellampalli dist mancherial from chandrapur maharashtra on 12/2/18 vide consignment no.M61828194. It is assured to delivered on 14/2/18 but still it is not delivered. I track my consingment it is still at mumbai. Please take action service is too late.

I had booked a consignment for west bengal through dtdc courier on 14th. December 2017 from their bangalore st john's center with consignment number was f10543163. But the packet did not get delivered to the receiver address and neither it was returned to me. On enquiry i was been informed that the receiver address could not be traced so it has been returned by the destination center to bangalore dtdc office. Since then i have been following up daily with their multiple customer care executives but there is no update of my consignment. I also registered a complaint in the dtdc complaint redressal portal for non-delivery on 9 january'2018 vide the case number 10383362.in spite there is no action so far from dtdc.
Request a refund of inr 5000 towards the cost of the consignment and the agony and frustration faced by me in this follow up.

DTDC delivery service is very poor. Iam not get my parcel on actual time. Two times delivery boy contact me and give false information about delivery with lame excuse. Company is not devoted on their duty. My doc . no is z35994619. Company said we deliver parcel on same day when we get object but it's not reality.

My product is stolen. Actually i had sent few dry foods & one pair of shoes & one pair of sleeper to my daughter from kolkata to phagwara, lpu jalandhar vide consignment no. K08686927 dated 11/02/18, from which one pair of sleeper & open dry foods are only received on 16th feb'18 and rest of the materials including one pair of power shoes have been stolen by dtdc personnel.. Most worst service, careless managers. Hopeless delivery turn around time. We trusted this courier but after this incident i would recommend don't ever send anything by dtdc courier. Worth less service. Worst of all. I am going to lodge complaint at consumer forum too for penalty..

I had posted a document from kolkatta to delhi, delhi cantt with the name and number of the contact person, the status is shown dwlivered however has bwwn receives by someone named sing and without a contact number that too in mahipalpur delhi where as the address was dwlhi cantt, with pin code and contact number and full address with name was correctly mentioned and the same name and address on my sender's copy. Where dis this sing comw from? Why wasn't the actual recwiver contacted? My consignment number is k08533219. Kindly help its an important marriage document.

I contacted the compaby on phone support and the samehas been resolved now. The product was delivered . I think the company does not pay importance to marriage cards/ invitation cards

I had sent the courier from pune to mumbai. It was received at a different location with only a sign and no contact number. This is very irresponsible of you as the address was clearly mentioned on the package! I would request you to please go through this issue and correct it. The courier was important and valuable. Please resolve this as soon as possible!

Someone booked it for me on 9feb and still it is undelivered. It contains some important things that needed on 17th feb. Normally it takes 2-3 days to get it delivered.
There was stuff in the packet that i needed for my exam and also it has a great emotional value to me. It is marked that it was out for delivery on two occasions but i never got a call from company. Now it is showing un delivered and marked for return to the hub. I also called local vendor and told him the story, he asked me to call the next day and now he is not picking up my calls. Customer care is of no use either as none of the number is picked up by anybody.
If there was any problem with the address or the contact detail they must have checked that at the time of booking.

A courier with ID number: V44903016 released on 13/2/2018 5 PM from Ujjain via DTDC plus with a commitment to deliver within 24 hours in Delhi. But it has crossed 3 days. On calling them they gave a complaint no. 10689126. But they are not able to track my courier. If they will be late for 2 more days, it will be my huge loss.
Previously, thousands of complaint has been registered on bad service of DTDC, I had no idea about any such issues. They are very bad and careless in there business. Please take strict action on them. My issue has to be resolved else it is my big loss. I will keep this complaint also as an evidence for my future. Because this loss will bound me to file a case against DTDC. If possible, Kindly do the efforts to solve this issue on your level.
They don't even have the policy to type the address of delivery in their software.
Kindly resolve this.

Well i parcel my pan card with there blue service in which they assured 48houra delivery.so it got parcel day before yesterday and since today morning it was out for delivery and now status shown that its not delivered.i didn't receive any call from them and my address is completely right as per same in my electricity bill.i need it urgently and they delayed it

My shipment from Kolkata has arrived at Shimla and I just received a call from some guy named Narender Kumar and he refused to deliver the courier at the address given and rudely told me to take it from office as he is not going to deliver it to the said location. My house is connected to the highway and is easily accessible for every courier company. But DTDC has always done the same and have never provided at home delivery. Kindly look into the matter. The AWB no. is K08365101 .

I will definitely file a consumer complaint. We are paying for at home delivery but the attitude and the rudeness shown by these highly unprofessional customer care executives/delivery guys is just not acceptable.

Consignment #v43384735... I booked dtdc plus (Chennai-hyderabad) when they guaranteed me delivery within 24 hours and it's more than 36 hours still it showing in transit. Why do i need to waste my money when it's doing normal service not like premium.

And one joke is it showed misroute in middle once. If you guys don't know how to check pincode plz don't accept orders and fool us giving all myths.

I wonder why you guys give customer care numbers when no one is going to lift the call. Worst experience ever.

Note:i booked from velachery 100 feet road dtdc. They also tried on behalf of me to reach out.. The answer they received from hyderabad dtdc like it happens we can't do anything and they are questioning opposite person.

Just don't mention 25 years of service. Do work like experience people. Worst experience ever with dtdc.

I have booked my courier on feb 1st but i didnot get my books. And no proper information from the deliver boy ramesh. The deliver boy didnt even try to check my address. When i called him he gave me the answer i forgot to check the address and it went back for shipping again to booking point.
But it didnot reach the booking point till today (Feb 14)

We had sent a courier through dtdc on 13.01.2018. (Transaction no. M[protected]

As per dtdc website tracking the courier has been delivered on 18.01.2018. (Refer attachment)

We had also raised a ticket regarding the same issue but no revert has been given to us by dtdc until yesterday i. E. 13.02.2018. (Case no.[protected]

Dtdc conveyed the message yesterday stating that the courier could not be delivered due to remote location of the receiver.

Prior to this no intimation was given to us regarding the courier by dtdc in the last one month.

Also, we have been told that the courier will not be returned to us and we have to collect the courier back from the dtdc office.

This is a highly unprofessional behavior and is not acceptable.

Please look into the matter and resolve urgently.

I have not received courier with tracking number m58790463, which was booked 19 jan 2018. I have called several times to naraina and rohini offices but no one updated me about the status. While tracking it online it was showing in stansit till 10th feb 2018, i. E even after 23 days it was in transit. Now its showing it was delivered on 22 jan 2018. But i did neither received any courier not any call or message regarding it.

My tracking record was showing that my parcel has been delivered successfully to me but in reality i have not received my parcel. I checked my track history and contacted to that dtdc courier service which was claiming that they had delivered me. I called them they said that delivery boy was not able to deliver due to any personal reason. I have to go there. They were saying that they will deliver that parcel within one or two days and i cant trust them anymore so i collected that parcel myself.

I have sent one mobile from mobile from chennai to gurgaon via dtdc courier. Shipped the item on 1st feb and shown as delivered on 3rd feb. However the tracking status shows the item has been delivered but the actual receiver has not received the item. Also the delivery tracking sheet shows that some one received the item in the name of the receiver and written a wrong phone number.
