I had dispatched courier to delhi. Attaching the courier details.
But after tracking looks like my courier has been dispatched to mumbai location.

This is not good. It was an extremely important document, that was needed to reach within 3 days.
It doesnt reflect good service on your behalf.

My consignment number z45841993 & z45841992 did not delivered and came back to me after 10 days they said that they did not have service in that area, if service is not there then why they have accepted my courier and moreover they did not returned my money. Its more than a month that i had comolaint at your dtdc local and tirur office about non receipt of my shipment. No response yet. Its pathetic. Very irresponsible. After frequent reminders now they have mentioned about this portal. Your office staff gives too many numbers which is of no response.

My issue is as described below:

I booked an important courier to be parcelled to west bengal from bengaluru on 18/12/17. So i chose dtdc premium...

Booked a parcel on 10th of dec. It should be delivered on 13th or 14th. But without calling me the status was updates as "delivery rescheduled". Now 18th dec they simply returned the parcel to sender. When contacting the customer care, they are simply giving informations and not ready to help us.
I think the delivery people are not interested to come my place and deliver....
