Dear sir iam jayanth here i have given a package at dtdc sri nagar colony franchise on[protected] via docket number v44476671 to delhi to my client and that package was against cash transfer to my bank account and when i have given the package at your franchise i confirmed from them 3 to 4 times that my package would be kept on hold at delhi and they said yes and i have given it and they have sent to delhi. As from my client his commitment was payment against tracking the package and i've given and your franchise people had sent it. After reaching delhi i had tracked and called up to mr srinivas from dtdc franchise of sri nagar colony and intimated him to keep the package on hold so he had given an other contact of mr sunil from the same franchise and i called him and said him to stop the package in delhi on for[protected] he kept a mail to your delhi office stopped it and on[protected] as it was a holiday the package was not sent and again on[protected] at 12 pm i called mr sunil and said him to stop the delivery of the package for that day but he didn't even intimate at your delhi office and without my permission they have delivered the package to the client as the package contained a fire wall which is worth of 52, 000 and as i have not received the amount i said them to stop it but they have delivered the package so i request you to help me out in getting my package from the client as without my permission the delivery was done. So kindly please help me in this. Below iam mentioning the courier receipt and the screen shots of the call data to mr. Srinivas & mr. Sunil. Even today when i've called up no response was there from them and they even do not have any courtesy in reverting back or picking up the call.

I send my courier by my niece (Important document) for urgent bases on 25-jan 17, as talk to dtdc (Dehradun) they said u receive on 27 jan 17. Thats y i send my document on urgent basis because i have flight next day... But in 27 jan they said u receive on 29 jan... Which is very carless behavior by dtdc because am facing too many problem.

I am not receiving any help from your branch at chowinghee and other sub branch situated in kolkata

It was my first courier experience with dtdc!
I have had heard alot about it that it offers excellent services and are customer friendly!
Sadly i am very disappointed with their services! I have had my packages misplaced and sent to a different address and even had many of my valuable goods broken! I am really hurt by this.

I would be really grateful if my loss is compensated!

Actually we stay in mysore. I waited in head office for an hour they said will deliver to my house damn sure as they said two days back yesterday i called them again and they said to call some other station. They said will send to today (27jan2018) till now y should we use this careless courier service i informed them that is food item it has been spoiled the worst service

These is very annoying such a reputed firm of dtdc are recruiting staff who are lease bother to offer service to customers. I had a very bad experience with dtdc - 7 bungalow location, opposite pink apartment there at 1st floor - suresh [protected], he is having a attitude issue which is 0 tolerance in these industry. He doesn't want to move in market delivering parcel at customer residence, he has got habit of calling them to 7 bungalow office to collect parcel - can't understand for what we are taking services of dtdc, i will serious recommend to stop dtdc courier services in my organisation & also tell my friends to black list dtdc & stop services from dtdc courier.

Whenever i get courier from my organization - he calls me to collect, these has happened more than 6 times - in start i thought address would be issue to trace, i personally went twice & guided him the address its just 2 minutes from the office of dtdc, but he is lease bother of delivering at doorstep.

Kindly take a strict action against him, so it would lead an example who are working in same style of"suresh - [protected]".

I have couriered r28582900 on 22 nd january 2018 from dtdc piravom office and not yet received to the beneficiary at attingal office. Same has been checked with both the offices and not received any proper confirmation.

We are sending anything in courier for an urgent delivery only. The persons sitting in your office does not have any courtesy on customer emergency also.

Hope you will deliver me the courier in time.

To our shock and surprise the same has not been delivered till date and there is no update on tracking website after 18:16 pm on 22 jan 2018. This delay has tarnished image of dtdc in our organisation. As the sample has not reached in time we face a challenge of loosing a high value export order. If you are not lucky and we don't get the order, we will be left with no choice but to claim liquidated damages through judicial remedies by appealing to competent authority.

You are requested to get the parcel under reference expeditiously delivered or show cause as to why we should not proceed against you for mental agony undergone and monetary losses incurred by us as a result of breach of contract and your failure to deliver the parcel in time.

An early reply will be highly appreciated.

I am nagarjuna. I have sent an gift worth of 2500 rs. Throught dtdc courier services on october 10th 2017. To bit misri jharkhand. They promised me it will be delievered in 7 days, as i have been waiting from so long the courier has not been recieved till now dated 24/01/2018. I have requested for return of my courier, but, the staff of dtdc is not responding in a good way, i dont know how dtdc selects their staff who are illiterates and uses very abnormal vulgar languages towards customer. I am mentioning the complete address of dtdc branch where i dispatched my courier (Shop no 1, plot no3-128/1, puppalaguda road, manikonda, hyderabad-500089). Please do something as i have complete audio recordings, and confirmation emails from the dtdc. As i have visited them so many times, but there is no response from them, as well as from the regional dtdc office. It has been 4months, please help me and do the justice.

Services provided by dtdc are very unprofessional. Team simply denies delivering couriers at home and ask us to collect from dtdc office.

As you provide home delivery, we choose you as our courier partner. If delivering courier at home is not in your scope, do let us know so we can go with different vendor as others offer home delivery.

Today your agent from borivali office called me and asked me to collect from your office since he doesn't have anyone to deliver courier at home and also threatened me to not deliver the courier if i don't come personally to office to collect and he did great service to me by informing me that my courier has come. Same happened last week where executive was very rude and was not ready to listen to me, he delivered courier at home after lots of arguments and several calls made by me to him. If you don't have staff or they cant trace address which exists for more than 30 years now even after giving multiple landmarks, let us know in advance so we don't have to face such inconvenience time and again.

Please log a complaint and provide me complaint id. I want to know your scope of work before i send next courier.

I have purchase items from online shopping usa, items are delivered to india. Customs also got cleared. After that item is not able to trace.
Dtdc officials are updating wrong status on the tracking details, and over call they are committing information furnished is false, item is not able to trace in our godown.

Everyday they ask for extensions only with no success. Finally i lost hope on them complained abount dtdc to us shipper.

With due respect i want to say that i am from assam. One of my friend sent me a parcel from mumbai on 6 jan. It reached guwahati on 10 jan. But they didn't send the parcel in last 13 days. It will take only 12 hr to reach the destination address. I am really feeling very disappointed with this service. My tracking id is 57876155. So sir please do something so that i will get get my parcel in next 24 hour.

We have booked the courier to vijayawada on 4th jan at bangalore consignment no b51250075 and the same has received by vijayawada branch but it is not delivered to customer. We have continuously calling the customer care people for past 10 days but there is no response either not answering the call or if by god grace call is answered receiving a prompt message saying we shall get back to you.

We wanted to know whether anyone in company is responsible to reply or respond to customer problems.

We hope atleast some one who has been employed in a responsible position in a reputed organization shall respond to basic problems.

I had sent a letter vide consignment no. M58459872 from dtdc office, vartak nagar, thane west on 19.01.2015 to be delivered to sunil rajput (Cdpc), b44/1, new ashok nagar, felhi -110096.in tracking it is showing "no document found". Till 22.01.2018 it is not delivered to the addressee. Please enquire and advise me in my mob no. [protected] or in email id [protected]@gmail.com. Please treat the matter as most urgent.

Horrible and ridiculous service...

Courier was booked on 6 jan. Still not delivered.
On website its showing already delivered and not got any single call from dtdc

If you are not able to deliver the courier then return it.

My parcel was despatched from ludhiana on 15.01.18 vide awb/ consignment number 52599947. As per tracking record it reached kolkata on 17th and at siliguri on 19th of january, 2018. Today it is 22nd and i haven't received it. I just don't understand the reason for the delay of 4days just to reach the article from siliguri to jalpaiguri, a distance of 45 kms. The article was very urgent for me and to ensure the speediest service we choose dtdc.
For this delay i am suffering from an irreparable loss and still in darkness about the exact date of delivery.
Please do needful so that the delivery is made immediately and also request you to ensure the adequate punishment for this act of negligence.

I have placed an order on 11 jan 2018. Medicines despatched on 13 jan. Till today i have not received the same. Payment has already been made. As i tracked parcel reached chennai on 18 jan. Why you have contract with such a company who kept pending the parcel for more than 4 days at the original place. If the courier comes i am forced to refuse it. Better to purchase it from the local mkt.

Myself ankit agrawal, i posted an emergency courier to my homtown rusera ghat, dist.- samastipur, bihar, pin-848210, as it was extremely urgent for me. They told me that it will be delivered within 48 hours, but its more than 8 days now and the courier is still not deliverd. My consignment no is k03822362. Even i went to dtdc franchise office in rajendra nagar, patna to know about the status of my courier and they did not respond good.

Please help me out in this issue.

Bcos of the approved samples didn't reched to the manufacturer even they didnt start the production. So nw you guys tel me who is gona bare my business loss whi h happens bcos of you irresponsible services. If i didnt get a reply in next 48 hours. I am gona file a case for my loss.
