My courier containing important original documents booked to sheshadripuram, bangalore from yadgir, karnataka has not been delivered till today. It was booked on 11 december 2017.

When asked about this at customer care, an irresponsible response was received leaving behind negative remarks on dtdc.
Solve this issue by delivering the article or return the article to the sender immediately to avoid further complaints.

I booked a courier no. H05967701 from hyderabad to brajrajnagar, odisha on dt. 16.01.18. But when i track since14.01.18 regularly it is found that the courier move from hyderabad to kalkata & from kalkata to guwahati and guwahati to kalkata repeatedly. It is required to move bhubaneswar and then jharsuguda. Kindly arrange for move the proper destination

Being extremely disturbed,
I am filing this complaint against dtdc. Recently i have purchased an item on online shopping website ebay.in.
The item was sold by mr. Nihanth reddy, and was shipped from guindy, chennai. He shipped the item through dtdc with awb number - c80143655. The service was 'dtdc lite'.

Now, it was to be delivered to my location, arambagh, west bengal (Pin code - 712601), but from the very beginning the 'destination' pin code was updated as 600078 (Guindy, chennai) on the website!!! The destination city was chennai as well on the website (Where the real destination is arambagh)!! Whereas my seller, i. E., the shipper of the article received a shipment invoice, where the shipping details were 100% accurate.
But anyhow, the parcel came to kolkata on 18th of january, 2018. So, i was expecting the delivery yesterday (19 january). But yesterday, on 19th jan, 2018, the parcel again went back to chennai according to the tracking details on the site.
Generally from chennai, it takes a parcel 2 days to arrive in my location via dtdc lite service. This time, 3 days have passed i haven't received the item and also i haven't seen a single update after 19th january, 2019.

I don't know whether its a mechanical fault of wrong status updating, or anything else, i just wanna know how on earth can they do this?? And they claim themselves to be the "most preferred courier" of india! Its only possible in india, where these scoundrels don't have to pay for their blunders. What kind of donkeys are working in dtdc anyways?

Hence, i am warning dtdc in straight words, that either give me my item soon or give me my money back!!
Give me a quick response regarding the solution or i will rush to the district consumer court as soon as possible!

Reached Hebbal on 17th night ( Distance between kagdaspura and Hebbal is 19km.
With Hebbal Office from 17th night to 19th night. ( Not sure why was this held up in this brach for more than 48 hours ).

Still my courier is not delivered till date!

This is a business related courier and the delay is costing me off my reputation and my business ethics of delivery timelines.

Courier was sent via DTDC with TRACKING NUMBER : Z51820226 on 10.01.2018 at GWALIOR-Madhya Pradesh to Palakollu -West Godavari -Andhra Pradesh -534260 ...but the order stuck at Rajhamundry tracking on 17.01.2018..so I made a phone call to them..they said the courier is Missing..please resolve my complaint..this is my last hope that I get my parcel or at least money of the product (3000 rupees)..I attached the photos of the parcel and Tracking slip along with tracking status stuck at Rajhamundry photo... DTDC Rajhamundry persons not responding to phone calls ...Take action and retrieve my parcel .. please

Tracking no. P43848215 has not been delivered to me. I have been waiting for this to be delivered from evening, as your status said that it is out on delivery. But now with out delivering the parcel, the status has been updated has that this parcel is successfully delivered. Your courier person has not called me also. I request you to take immediate action and deliver the courier at the earliest

This is to inform you that i have sent a courier having awb no d37645179 to ntpc unchahar raibraeli on 06/01/2018, before sending courier i have inquired that whether dtdc is providing service to the area stated above or not and i was informed that yes your courier company provide service for said area but now its more than 10 days my courier has not reached to its destination. Even i am not able to trace its exact location.

Therefore i am requesting you to kindly do needful.

But the item has not been received by legitimate receiver. When i talked to dtdc manager of C.V Raman nagar. They are saying it has been delivered moreover they have delivered to security guard without making a call to concern person. When asked why? - they said this is the way dtdc works, we don't call individual concern person. Since Security guard is denying of any receipt of such parcel, i am feeling helpless, don't know whom to follow. I am really disappointed with the services of dtdc now and i think it should be embarrassing for you too.

I have given a paper document to be delivered and was told it would be done the next day . An additional charge was taken for that. 2 days have passed the document has still not reached. The only reply i get from all the numbers is . 'we cannot do anything, please call on this number and find out" and everyone is just laughing about it .
This just makes a company cheap and very LOW in it professionalism.

Will make sure this is the last parcel sent and my companies international trading with DTDC will STOP right here.

I booked a parcel from ghaziabad to mirzapur (Consignment no. Z[protected] on 08.01.2018. The parcel congaing ayurvedic medicins for cancer. The consignment was delivered at mirzapur on 13.01.2018 but in the opened condition. On being asked about the open condition of the parcel, the delivery boy did not give any reply, rather he made his signature on the receipt paper by himself and ran away quickly. When the parcel was checked some of the medicine were found lost. As the medicines were for the cancer treatment, therefore, it was very essential for the patient. Such loss was not only monitory but also loss of health, which has no recovery. Such type of attitude of the courier company is very irresponsible which has nothing to do with the costumers. They are running their business for earning the money only.

My parcel tracking no is m60005830, booked from nagpur, on 13th jan, 2018, to be delivered to trivandrum. Tracking details show that it is still at chennai hub, since jan 13th night! It has still not reached trivandrum.in any case, it must be delivered by 16th jan evening, as i was assured by your franchise at the time of booking. We must be informed about the route you follow while delivering our consignment. My parcel was sent to kolkata hub from nagpur and was sent back to nagpur, then to chennai and it seems to be stuck up there! Please ensure quick delivery if you want to retain your customers.

I had sent a consignment vide number d40253883 on 23/12/2017 from lucknow to trivandrum. While tracking on internet, it is found that the consignment was delivered on 29/12/2017 i. E. After 6 days. But on query, it is found that the consignment was not delivered to the consignee. It is also found that the courier boy contacted the consignee at the given phone number to find out the location, but the consignment was not yet delivered.
I contacted the lucknow franchise from where i booked the consignment and also talked with trivandrum franchise on several times, but there is no positive response. I, therefore, put forth my complaint for necessary action as per law.

Out of the 2 bundles i had send from raipur to hyderabad only one has delivered and one is missing. I have been following up for the last 1 week. Till now no clue where my missing parcel is.
I need it urgently,. It is related to my job and if missing will put me under a substantially critical situation in my company

The consignment reached coimbatore hub on 12 th evening 5.30 pm and not delivering the parcel even in the next day.

We have tried thru phone call but not attending

The dtdc at kannur, instead of confirming address for delivery, calls to ask you to come and pick up the courier. They say they do not have staff to deliver, and are just saving up on their fuel.
This has happened multiple times, and unless you persist them to deliver the requests usually fall on deaf ears. The expectation of a courier service is to deliver till the final destination, but if this keeps continuing, people will loose trust on the main company dtdc.

Airway bill number-b51565343, it was booked on 4th january, showing "successfully delivered" on 9th january, on 12th january i got a call from delivery boy saying that customer phone was not reachable so he called back to me (I mentioned my number in from address).
I was shocked i called to customer he told still consignment "not received"... But it is showing "successfully delivered" in dtdc official website..
I want product to be delivered within next day or get me my product back... If dtdc can't fix these type of scams, should shutdown do not disturb others business

In above subject consignment booked for one day service on 11.01.2018 at rs 4600 fast service, today after calling hubli (Karnataka) dtdc office, after checking online they telling i wont recieve today 12.1.2018, you may get another 2 days, hence its bad service who ever taken booking he was not experienced in service & asking me excuse, we need urgently today that kit or else its no use if i get after 12.1.2018

This was taken from bangalore for pincode 125052 (Mandi adampur). Hisar courier people ([protected]) denied to deliver it to pin code 125052 saying we have stoppe our service to this pin code. If this was the case then why this initiative was taken from bangalore courier service instead of they could have told me that this pin code is not active.
Bangalore courier people checked the activity of this pin code then only they took my request. Now hisar dtdc courier played here denied the delivery, that is also fine. We requested them that we will pick it up from hisar. Still they returned that courier putting wrong statement that delivery not possible.
I want to deliver it asap. I don't need this courier return as this is very very urgent and expecting reply for this as soon as possible.

A consignment is kept in sivan dtdc from 5 of january but not delivered to the consignee. Neither they called the receiver nor they are picking up the phone.
Kindly check as dtdc's prompt services are keeping the customers with th cargo company but such irresponsible behavior will be harmful for copany. Kindly do whatever is required.

The above consignment (No. K[protected] containing the warm clothes has been submitted at dtdc's patel nagar, patna shop for delivery on 8.01.2017 evening. Yesterday on the site of track your consignment it is mentioned that the same has been delivered, but i confirm from the concerned person that the consignment has not reached to them.
This looks like a gross negligence from the reputed firm like dtdc. Kindly do the needful.
