My shipment arrived in india on november 27, 2017. I've received no updates whatsoever since it arrived in india. Dtdc agent took my kyc documents two weeks ago and that was the end of it. I've received no updates, nothing. I spend hours on social media coaxing for updates and they don't bother until i make the complaint 'public'. I was supposed to receive my package on november 29, 2017....

1) it didn't reach the next day before 5 pm.
2) receipt have a contact number which is 25582211 of commercial street branch. This number is invalid.
3) customer service doesn't answer call for first 10 times minimum. Then they gave me 2 numbers [protected]...

A stereo amplifier booked from jabalpur to hyderabad, was recieved in badly damaged state even when the box was marked handle with care, electronics item. The package was couriered on 23rd nov from jabalpur the reference number was d36736026. Was received on 1st december at hyderabad.

Please compensate for loss of value as given at booking time for 9.5k...

Sorry to lodge a complaint against poor quality of services. Consignment which needs to be delivered at lumding 782447 within the stipulated date but after tracking it is viewed that the consignment was hold on guwahati hub for a long duration from 18th september to till date. i couldn't understand why such happened as it is presumed that it is usually delivered within the date. My consumer number is z47959220. My courier tracking details shown not deliverd from 4th dec. Im trying to contact branches, mumbai, delhi, kalyan local office, ulhasnagar local office, but not a single contact connected yet. All that numbers given in website are unable to receive call is very bad. Plz take action as soon as posible n deliver my parcel soon. I was expecting a courier from uk. It reached mumbai dtdc office and i got a call from them regarding custom duty. I paid the custom duty and completed all the kyc formalities with conformation message from them that it has been dispatched with awb no :[protected].

We have sent an article to our customer in jaipur odissa. The supplier is from mumbai and the parcel started on 8th nov from mumbai hub and it reached bhubaneswar on 11th nov but till today, 6th dec the product not reached the customer.. We have followed up no of times to bhubaneswar hub to check the status.. Very bad response and many times they are picking the call and keeping aside or disconnecting..

The person rajesh kumar employee of dtdc in office kangra uses the abusive language with me while asking about my shipment... So please take strict action in behalf of this... Acc to dtdc tracking my order transist in 2.12.2017 at 11:40 shown in attached documents.
