I have booked one packet consignment number v43472027 on 29/12/2017 under dtdc plus for next day delivery to my son. But same has not yet been received by my son till now. You are requested to take remedial action at the earliest under intimation to me. Action should be taken against concern person so that this think should not happen in future.

I booked parcel against consignment no v 40910018 but sent item is not been received at destination but when i tried to track the consignment it show successfully delivered.in the said parcel a pair of defective shoe was returned to seller as it was purchased from amazon marketing services for refund of money. When i asked to booked d t d c branch in charge he assured he will make me available the receipt copy of receiver but twenty three days passed but receipt is not be given to me and like this my refund money is blocked by amazon marketing services. Now tell me what i have to do to solve this problem? Register my complain against dtdc

मेरा नाम नीतू है। मैं साउथ दिल्ली की रहने वाली हुन।
मैन 16/11/2017 को लखनऊ के लिये urgent courier किया था। पर आज 28/11/2017 दिनांक तक उस courier की कही कोई प्राप्ति नही हुई। न लखनऊ में न दिल्ली में । मेरे इतने फ़ोन करने पर भी आपके अधिकारियों ने कोई सूचना प्राप्त नही कराई। कोई केहता है । आपका courier खो गया है। कोई कहता है। आपका लखनऊ का address सही नही है। जबकि मैन अपने courier पर प्राप्तकर्ता के दो फ़ोन नंबर भी लिखे थे। आपके खिड़की ब्रान्च के श्री मान नवीन जी से बात हुई। (ph no. [protected]) उन्होंने बड़े ही मजाकिया अंदाज में कहा madam इस मे मैं क्या कर सकता हूँ। अगर आपके ब्रांच मैनेजर कुछ नही कर सकते तो आप ये courier सेवा बंद कियूँ नही कर देते । ताकि किसी का समय और पैसा नष्ट न हो। आपसे निवेदन है । कि आप मुझे मेरे 100 रुपये सहित मेरा courier वापसी दिलाने का कष्ट करें।

I had ordered some banking documents. My bank in chennai had dispatched the courier on 15th dec 2017. Dtdc tracking shows the parcel was delivered on 16th dec 2017. But it was not delivered on the address provided. The tracking also shows that the courier was delivered to some address in chamrajpet while it should have been delivered at koramangala.

I am trying to contact the customer care but no one seems to pick it up.

Myself dr. Surabhi wants to say your delivery staffs are not upto the mark. I am a working lady so i am not available between 12-6 pm. Since nobody was available at home when the delivery was attempted so i called up dtdc office tiwari bechaar kankarbagh patna. But they misbehaved saying their staff will not deliver any parcel at my home further. It is their responsibility to make a call when delivery fails but they never called me up. I will not tolerate this kind of misbehavior at any cost. Kindly consider my request or i will take strict action against dtdc company

I have couried jiofi (Router) from palakkad (Kerala) to mulbagal (Karnataka). But the courier came back with the reason that the address is invalid. When i got the courier the i found it's weightless and when i opened it the product was not there. Luckily i opened it in front of the courier officials. When i asked for it the officials misbehaved saying that if you challenge it in the court also you won't get any justice. It is very painful to hear such comments from them. Please give me justice in this issue.

My parcel has not been delivered yet.. B51001968. It has crossed the delivered time and i don’t know where my parcel is right now.

Dtdc reginal number are always busy.. They are not responding to my emails or msged with status… how am i supposed to contact them and get it delivered. I find no use paying so much money for this.

It is ruining my money and time spent in follow ups

Dear DTDC I am Mahendra Majalikar. i have sent my consignment P44000915 from Pune DTDC office to Bangalore Rajajinagar. at 23/11/2017 still the courier was not dispatched towards its destination address . I have contacted Rajajinagar branche to know where my consignment and your people are not respond, they just ignore it. Please solve the issue Soon.

Dear dtdc, i am s gouri chand. I have sent my consignment h77050315 from tenali dtdc office to vizianagaram on 02/11/2017. It reached vizianagaram on 06/11/17 but consignee hasn't received it and when i tried to track it, it is showing as door/office closed. I have contacted tenali, vijayawada, guntur branches to know where my consignment and your people are saying that my consignment was not found. This is my first worst experience with your dtdc and i wondered by your staff response and i wanted to trace my consignment whether it is with you or theft by your staff. I want my consignment back.

The worst courier service by dtdc and i wanted to know if a consignment returned, your people will take it? Do you have the right to do that? Shame on dtdc

Dear sir/ ma'am,

The following courier holding with number :h05434455 was sent on 30th november '17.
And still the courier was not dispatched towards its destination address.

While tracking in dtdc tracking module it was showing that the courier still stuck in delhi hub.

Please solve the issue asap.

Dear sir,
I book the consignment no. Z47365718 on date 21.12.2017 from panipat (Haryana) to meerut (Up). On tracking the status, it is showing that you had sent it to ahmedabad hub from delhi hub. I request you to ask the person concern to send it to meerut (U. P) as per the address mentioned on the letter without further delay. Please confirm the action taken in this regards.

With reference to above, today we received a envelop doc. No. Z46512311. Which was posted by our client m/s shree krishna paper mills & ind. Ltd. From your delhi office on dtd. 18.12.2017. Even 7 days lapse your local office at udaipur, rajasthan, has neither delivered or not inform us regarding the post. Even we tried to enquiry about this envelop, we did not received any proper response answer. Now today dtd. 25.12.2017 we approached to local office personally and collect the same.

Now more than one lack rupees material is not on the way of po rejection if material will nor deliver within 2 days.

Pls. Take quick action to your siliguri persons against this type of very bad poor deliver and business concept carrying activity earliest.

We have couriered very important bank documents on 20th of dec from bangalore, expecting it to reach the destination - palakkad on the very next day.

But its already been 4 days now and there is no clue where the courier has got vanished. None of the dtdc authorities or office incharge are ready to give us the information on the same.. Neither is the customer care responding. We have been making repeated phone calls to the regional offices, cochin, bangalore - indiranagar branch office, bangalore reagional head office etc but none of them are acting responsible to figure it out and give us the information about its whereabouts.

Above all my very important works are held up because of this and its a threat to my data privacy, as the documents are missing.

Could you please take necessary action against this, as we will have to bear a lot of loss because of this.

Hello sir/mam, i have submitted my courier on 21/11/17. My product didn't delivered and still missing. I have submitted the courier in sanjayanagar branch bangalore, they only say that we are tracking. I told them to register my complaint but they refused that time and and take this matter till 5/12/17 without any reason, then on 5/12/17 they told me to write application and said that it will take 20-30 days. Please note here-from 23/11/17 to 5/12/17 they refused to take my complaint now they are saying that it will take 1 month to processed.. It's not my fault remember this!!! Ok fine after that the branch assistant told me go and take a print out of your product bill and dtdc receipt, i did that. She told me we will forward your complaint today. I went there after a week and what i see she didn't forward my application what the hell is this?? We all are waiting for my product refund since 1 month and you are giving service like this. She told me again i will send the application today, after some days i went again to know the status of my refund she said manager is not here he is on vacation in singapur come on 23/12/17. Now today i call her and she said manager is not here and lieing me tht you didn't submit the product and dtdc bill. Now it's too much. Either solve my problem in 24 hours or we are going to register a fraud case against dtdc because it's your service why custome will wait till months.

This is to inform you that on 14th december i sent one courier of my client through dtdc, but it is not delivered yet, when i am trying to call them, they are not responding properly. I spoke to ms. Sudha & ms. Chetna long with mr. Bhasker, who is the head of the department, but no one has responded to me. Even when i called them, they were speaking to me in very bad manner, which is not acceptable in service industry

I had dispatched courier to delhi. Attaching the courier details.
But after tracking looks like my courier has been dispatched to mumbai location.

This is not good. It was an extremely important document, that was needed to reach within 3 days.
It doesnt reflect good service on your behalf.

Reuest you to correct this asap.

My consignment number z45841993 & z45841992 did not delivered and came back to me after 10 days they said that they did not have service in that area, if service is not there then why they have accepted my courier and moreover they did not returned my money. They are making fool of people in order to make money. If they dnt have service in particular area they should not have accepted, because of this i suffered financially and i will file complaint against the company in consumer court

I sent a parcel through dtdc on 21dec 2017. The tracking number is z47190554, z47190557. When i tried to track it it is showing that the product has been delivered on july. Even i sent it on dec then how is it possible. Kindly update the correct information so that i may get my refund. Last time also i faced the same problems. Z4719055...
All the updates are showing wrong with this tracking id. So please improve it. Check the datw of sending on receipt and updates on webiste.

My parcel was supossed to reach bu 20 dec 2017 but even 21 it still showed in transist very bad service we pay for emergency as it is required urgent your people promise will reach within a day but.this is the second time its happening to me if you can't keep up your word why do you'll take more money saying emergency. Pay us back our extra amount very bad service never will come back to .I advice evwn others for emergency courier don't go to dtdc its waste.
