Dear sir

I have sent a parcel to hariyana but due to customer refuse to accept parcel it was rto to ahmedabad, but after long follow up and then only knew that my returned parcel reach only ahmedabad hub center and no any fixed time to reach at me as told from dtdc fx center.

Please help to solve matter and get my parcel i will never use dtdc courier service in my life and not suggest to anyone.

Your representative asured to deliver the shipment next day 2pm and charged rs.230 for urgent delivery.

After 2 hrs i got call from your dtdc phase-1 hinjewadi service center that the courier will not be deliver very next day. You can collect your courier

If your service center doesn't know about customer value why you are providing services. I could have gone for some other courier service centre if i know at the time of booking. Wasted my time and money. Also i miss to submit valuable document on time. Way bill copy number e74588996

Hello there,

I have been using your courier services for more than 10 years now. I have a business for which at the end of every month i send the bills to my clients worth lakhs all over the country using dtdc east anandbagh. I have also had faith and thought that dtdc east anandbagh was doing a great job till recently.

On the 30/8/17 as usual i sent bills amounting to rs 1, 00, 000 to bangalore (Attaching pics for your reference of the receipt) addressed to mr rateesh with tracking no f10446617. I had paid the normal fee of rs 105 for this courier as this was good for me.

On the 4/10/17 again i sent bills amounting to 1, 25, 000 to bangalore (Attaching pics for your reference of the receipt) addresses to mr rateesh with tracking no f10448168. I had again paid the same fee of rs 105 for this courier.

Was awaiting for funds on these bills from my client from sep to nov last week. I kept writing to my clients that payments are pended constantly. Finally on the 27 of november i contacted your east anandbagh office to look for my couriers and if they were returned or delivered to bangalore.

I usually don’t keep the receipts because in the past 10 years i had never faced a non delivery issue. Requested the lady at the reception to please do a name search, pin search or a date search. The answer to this was you have to come personally to the courier office to get this done.

So i immediately rushed and tried to talk to ms lakshmi at the reception. She said leave the details and your contact number and we will look for it when we have time and contact you. When i yelled and said that it has bills amounting to rs 2.5 lakhs is when they thought it was important and only started looking for it. When the system could not trace i asked them for the procedure followed if the courier was not delivered at client address or returned. The answer i got was if its returned the sender is contacted and the courier is handed back to the sender.

I clearly and strongly said that i had received no call from dtdc for 3 months now about a returned courier. They say i might have missed their call. I run my business on my phone and get about 100 calls that i receive on a daily basis. If there was a missed call i would have returned their call.

All said and done when i insisted that the return couriers bag to be checked wasting about 1 hour already to my horror i find both my couriers had been returned back on no f10446617. September 6 and f10448168 on october 6. These were lying under the table of the receptionist for more than 3 months without a single effort by dtdc staff to return the courier back to me.

When i asked ms lakshmi she said i don’t know the delivery boy s name is srikanth and he is on off today. So i cannot say anything.

So ill mannered. Is dtdc sending my bills free of cost.? What is the responsibility of staff of dtdc of dtdc for that matter? There were about 100 more couriers in that bag. I feel sad for people who trust dtdc so much. The attitude of ms lakshmi is hopeless. The least she could do was say sorry. The best part is she did not even have regret. She was like not my problem.

I am still waiting for those payments from my clients. All because of the sheer careless ness and ir responsibility by dtdc and staff. Is dtdc going to pay for my suffering and compensate 2.5 lakhs.??? I have been busy with personal emergencies and hence could not write earlier.

I am taking this up with the consumer forum. Will definitely put it on social media. So please watch out for your space on social media. Please be rest assured i shall take it upto the top most guy in your organization.

I pay rs 105 + rs 105 and rs 225 for screw up and my courier to be delivered urgently.

Dtdc world famous does not care about customers issues. Fantastic.

Its sad that because of a few # who don’t understand service you guys are falling down on your brand name and image.

The saddest part is my office is less than 500 metres from dtdc east anandbagh office. I am worried of the plight of ignorant people.

Hoping for some action atleast now.

Its more than a month that i had comolaint at your dtdc local and tirur office about non receipt of my shipment. No response yet. Its pathetic. Very irresponsible. After frequent reminders now they have mentioned about this portal. Your office staff gives too many numbers which is of no response.
Please resolve soon.

Congratulation for such pathetic courier and customer service.

You customer care that is[protected]Bengaluru) does not answer any calls. Your customer support email [protected]@dtdc.com does not reply to any emails.

My issue is as described below:

I booked an important courier to be parcelled to west bengal from bengaluru on 18/12/17. So i chose dtdc premium express (Which promises to deliver the package next day) they even checked the pincode and confirmed it.

The person in charge in that branch charged me inr400/- for the service and handed over me the receipt.

Today, is 20th afternoon and the courier has still not reached the receiver.

I tried to call you customer service number bangalore[protected], wrote to you an email at [protected]@dtdc.com. No replies at all.

In your website when i put my consignment number to track all it shows is in transit.

In future, i'm not looking forward to use your services and neither will recommend anyone to use this.

Booked a parcel on 10th of dec. It should be delivered on 13th or 14th. But without calling me the status was updates as "delivery rescheduled". Now 18th dec they simply returned the parcel to sender. When contacting the customer care, they are simply giving informations and not ready to help us.
I think the delivery people are not interested to come my place and deliver.

A pursel was sent from my home on 14th december from lakhimpur to tinsukia. It takes one day to recieve tinsukia. I have checked on 15th by calling the local centre and they told me that it had recieved. But yet they are not deliverying it. Today is 18th dec. The product which has to be delivered on 15th they haven't delivered yet. It's very urget for me to get the product by tomorrow. The delivery service of dtdc in tinsukia is very poor. I hope u'll look at my problem and take action.

Have sent my important medical claim document from indore on dated 07/12/2017 (Which i have to submit to the claim company urgently), to hyderabad. Online uptade last 11/12/2017 that status was showing in website but after that till date 11/12/2017 status is the same. And i am taking follow up since last two days to customer care and person who is handling indore office, but from all the person i am getting different answer and actually the company didn't know where is my parcel as the parcel having much important document, so i haven't seen this type of bad service of any courier company. If my claim company refuse to accept document as it is not delivered in time than who will take responsibility.

Awb no. H05761119 to be delivered to chinsurah, hooghly has not been delivered. Yet status online says it is successfully delivered to a different town serampore, hooghly on 13th dec. Need resolution asap.

Package was dispatched on 12th dec from hyderabad. The package included electronics equipments and dtdc appears to be cheating the customer by stealing from them.

I had sent 2 parcel by consignment number n98116160 from ratnagiri to dubai on 2nd december 2017 by express delivery service. As promised by courier agency the parcel was supposed to reach dubai on 6th or 7th dec 17. Its contained brochures & stationery material for exhibition at dubai from 7th to 9th dec17. I reached dubai on 7th & was there till 9th in dubai but didn't received the parcel. Then 9th evening the event organisers received a call that parcel is come for delivery but they denied to receive it as the event was over. Now i am asking the agency to return me my courier parcel back & my paid courier charges back as they were not able to deliver the parcel in time or given date. But the agency is asking me to pay extra charges to get the parcels back. Was it my mistake that the courier not delivered in given date? Was it my mistake that we paid heavy charges for express delivery?
Please refund me my paid courier charges & return me my parcel

I have sent a consignment from dtdc aizawl, mizoram counter vide consignment no k07387672 addressed to guwahati-7 on 9th december, 2017. But till - today it has not been reached to the address's destination. Further, the particular consignment number mentioned in the receipt is not traceable. Kindly, inform me the latest up date. I am worried about it.

Boutique despatch parcel on 29/12/17. Cosignment no d37767538. Trcking upto udaipur. Abu road franchise reply me i don't get parcel. I contact yourdelhi, jaipur, udaipur and abu road person but nobody reply satisfactory. I hope i will get my consignment. Till today i contact by telephonic as well as by feedback and through mail / online complaint. But not get reply and representatives not contact me. What happen later?

We are from sr infocom pvt ltd., tirupati. We are authorised service provider for dell, lenovo, acer and wipro in 6 districts i. E. Kurnool (Ho), kadapa, anantapur, mahaboob nagar, chittoor (Tirupati branch) and nellore districts. We are sending our internal courier with dtdc. On 7th december we have booked one consignment from nellore to tirupati. Doc no. H78422167 from dtdc vrc centre, nellore. But until now it was not yet reached. No one is taking responsibility. Pls help us out. It is computer parts which we need to be returned to our principals.
Pls do the needful and make arrangements

I have sent important documents through dtdc on 12th dec'17 from bangalore to chennai, still not delivered. I have been calling several times, no one is answering. Docket no : b49652746.
Please resolve. Hope you understand my situation. I have been calling dtdc, no one responded. It is almost a week over, still my parcel not delivered and even sending sms, no response.
Since this is an important documents, i am very much worried.

From the last 6 months and above i picked up my courier items from loknath variety, north bengal medical college, siliguri. The shop is basically for gift items and ticket booking centre. The owner taken the dtdc service aside his main business. As per him we have to pick up the courier items from shop ([protected]).
Now iwas track my last courier (K[protected] and as per tracking it was out for delivered on 14th dec'17 (7pm) at siliguri. On the same day tracking is showing not delivered (Closed) at 9pm.

I have sent my important medical claim document from surat on dated 08/12/2017 (Which i have to submit to the claim company urgently), to ahmadabad. On 10/12/2017 it was received by dtdc ahmadabad hub and that status was showing in website but after that till date 15/12/2017 status is the same. And i am taking follow up since last two days to customer care and person who is handling surat office, but from all the person i am getting different answer and actually the company didn't know where is my parcel as the parcel having much important document, so i haven't seen this type of bad service of any courier company. If my claim company refuse to accept document as it is not delivered in time than who will take responsibility.

I have delivered a very important document through dtdc courier reffrence no z48011152 from your agency in green park to jhajjar haryana on 9/12/17 but still not reached. Your jhajjar agency owner replied that i was not in the office so what it was not delivered and return... This is showing your commitment and quality of your work... Till than i m not finding my courier somebody says it is in samalka somebody says it is in narayana... And continue... Very disappointed answers... Now i want to say it is very third class service which you are serving...

My friend has sent me a product from DTDC COURIER on 13th December from Kolkata.He has also sent me the receipt and to confirm the same I had called the DTDC number which was mentioned on the receipt.the person who picked up the call confirmed that it's a iPhone 8 plus and will be delivered today which is 14th of December. when I visited the near by DTDC courier service in wanworie pune.the person can not see anything.he stated that the consignment number is invalid and my friend has left for overseas.request you to help me with same.
