My supplier from kolkatta send a material on date of 06.12.2017. I had search material 08.12.2017. After all my kolkatta supplier is provide a no[protected]. I call and ask what a problem madam dispatch date 06.12.2017 and today 14.12.2017 what you are doing? She say we are not able to supply birsha nagar zone no 11 (This address is 500 mtr far from azad market telco.) after all discussion his last reply i will return back your material.

What i do material is urgent. So please help.

I ordered mi6 phone from a guy on Instagram he has taken 7000rs advance and given me dtdc courier company receipt but I can't track my order from that help me please I can't track my order and I that guy also not replying properly he told me that 50%payment advance through paytm and 50% after your order get delivered but now he is asking for full payment and when I said for refund he said no refund

So i am based in delhi and i had submitted a package to be delivered to gurgaon on the 28th of november and it hasn't been delivered yet.

They've updated the status as not delivered due to no service. I haven't received the package back either.

If a company like dtdc can't deliver a package to a place that's some 20km away, then what kind of a delivery company are you people running?

Dear sirs

I booked an express service to send a parcel containing personal item and a birthday gift from the uk on 29/11/17. Anticipating it will be delivered in 5 to 6 working days. (Estimated time of delivery was 3 to 5 days). However the parcel was not delivered until 12/12/17 and the recipient in bombay was forced to make a payment of rs 5730 / £ 60 as custom duty which is irrelevant as the content had no commercial value. You appreciate my frustration and disappointment at service since the parcel was a birthday gift and not only did it reach days later then it was expected but we had to pay twice (Total of £110)
I request you investigate why courier service in india made such unreasonable demand and delivered less then adequate service.

I demand an apology from the indian company (Dtdc) for spoiling what was meant to be a nice birthday surprise and their inadequate and dishonest service. I also need an immediate reimbursement of the extra charge paid by the recipient.

I look forward to a prompt response and assistance on this matter.

Dear sir/mam,
This is to inform you that we have an automobile sector at murshidabad raghunatganj, umarpur area which is name of golden automart. We have lots of courier reached thru dtdc. But in raghunathganj branch deny to product despatch at our showroom, when we asked them why you are did not delivered all courier same address they reply us that our area is not their deliver area.
In this situation we have facing lots of problem.
So please do the needful regarding this.

A mobile charger of mine was sent to my pincode 712101 (Chinsurah, hooghly, wb) 1 from jhargram, wb. The package contained a worth ₹1500 charger which they returned to their custody without informing me and now they have lost the track. Eastern zone kolkata office is not picking their phone up.
Previously, i booked the pickup from jhargram online thrice and they did not pick it up even after confirmation was sent. Then when the sender in person visited the office, they asked for ₹244 which was the pick up amount from location not the office receiving amount which is ₹144.

I bought a artificial jewellery item from a hyderabad seller and she sent it through dtdc courier but while on receiving the courier. The jewellery was replaced by some medicine and while i opened i realized that it has been changed. I tried calling them and resolving the issue but they re not at all helping me i this. The courier people are saying that they don't know where would it have been changed. Plz help me in this regard

We have booked a parcel vide awb/ consignment number k00157689 on 13.05.2017. The parcel was to be delivered at ho (Hr), solpaur super thermal power project, vill: fatatewadi, post: hotgi station, taluka south solapur, dist: solapur, pin 413215. However, the parcel has not reached till ow. While contacting with the dtdc kokrajhar (Assam) branch where the parcel was booked, they are unable to reply.in system, it is showing as rto out for delivery with last status date as 24.05.2017. But, the parcel was not returned to us also. Resolve the issue at the earliest.

I have booked a courier from dtdc vazhakkala, kochi on 18-oct-2017 to thiruvananthapuram. But while tracking it is shown as delivered to a different address. I have contacted so many times to the courier service, but they are irresponsible, not considering my complaint. Also, they said that the agency is changed, they can't do anything.

Next day i was messaged that my parcel has reached it's destination but I didn't received the parcel. Since it has important things like card, diary, charger, net dongle and keys . It has been two days now (10/12/2017) and I have been trying to contact these people and they have been giving numerous reasons "Weekly Off" which they didn't specified at the time I handed them. Since then I have been suffering from mental harassment and need a proper response and refund for my inconvenience . I think it has been misplaced. PLEASE check ...

My shipment arrived in india on november 27, 2017. I've received no updates whatsoever since it arrived in india. Dtdc agent took my kyc documents two weeks ago and that was the end of it. I've received no updates, nothing. I spend hours on social media coaxing for updates and they don't bother until i make the complaint 'public'. I was supposed to receive my package on november 29, 2017. It's been 10 days now. I want this resolved asap before i go to the court. By far, it's the worst courier service in india. The worst!

I booked an international parcel from india to bangladesh.
I was told that the consignee will receive the parcel in his hand, and the

Now, a 3rd party company "aramex" has given some bunch of paper to the

Consignee and asking for money to deliver the parcel.
They are saying it is the custom charge.
But when i booked the parcel i clearly mentioned that the parcel should be

Delivered in hand without any payment made to the custom.

That it will delivered in hand and no custom charges is required.
I mentioned the value of the parcel is rs.1500/- and they change the price to

Rs.4350/- without informing me, and when i came to know they told we

So, they change it without informing me.
And they are using 3rd party to deliver my parcel, and they are asking for

High amount to deliver the package and harassing my consignee.

When i read the point number 9 in the receipt which i got after booking my

Parcel, it says "i/we hereby agree to all terms & conditions printed overleaf
This consignment note".
However, there is nothing printed on the overleaf.

Consignment number v43151372, its one of the most important documents related to airlines. Sent in rush by trusting dtdc, premium service paid inr 680 for the same.
1) it didn't reach the next day before 5 pm.
2) receipt have a contact number which is 25582211 of commercial street branch. This number is invalid.
3) customer service doesn't answer call for first 10 times minimum. Then they gave me 2 numbers [protected] and also [protected] both number doesn't connect.
4) online it shows courier reached but courier didn't reach as of now.
5) plz allocate someone on urgent basis else we have to put a fir for police action on this case.
6) i shall also demand refund for the premium cost you have charged me 680 for what?
7) plz advise where can we see the charges had been charged correct or not?

Respected sir, i'm fauzia sheikh from aurangabad, maharashtra. I have sent a 10kg parcel on 29nov to yakut poora hydrabad. Also paid the money. Bt still that parcel is not received. I'm a business women n that parcel is of my order of some dresses. I'm facing so much problem becoz of the courier service. I'first time used ur service and faced the problem s, also hydrabadi courier boys never called my client also. Now who is going to pay if i had loss. It's too bad i'll never use dtdc.

Have ordered one saree and the seller choose dtdc. Didn't ey deliver to the address and they said they have sent back to the seller. Seller said they didn't receive the saree yet. Keep following up but no response. Its been 2 months product has been in the hands of dtdc people. So bad and worst service ever seen. Very irresponsible. The seller said to me they sent it to them in a bulk van but its taking 2 months which is unbelievable. Please take necessary action. Otherwise deliver the product as soon as possible.

A stereo amplifier booked from jabalpur to hyderabad, was recieved in badly damaged state even when the box was marked handle with care, electronics item. The package was couriered on 23rd nov from jabalpur the reference number was d36736026. Was received on 1st december at hyderabad.

Please compensate for loss of value as given at booking time for 9.5k

Sorry to lodge a complaint against poor quality of services. Consignment which needs to be delivered at lumding 782447 within the stipulated date but after tracking it is viewed that the consignment was hold on guwahati hub for a long duration from 18th september to till date. i couldn't understand why such happened as it is presumed that it is usually delivered within the date. So plz do the needfull action immediately considering the loss of goodwill and monetary loss of myself. Consignment number k03251554
