I am nambrata nandy wants to update you regarding the loss of my items sent through dtdc shipment from mosabani, jharkhand (832104) to hyderabad (500081).
My shipment number is k04686125.

First of all the shipment took more then 2 weeks to deliver, moreover the there were loss of items from my packet, the box was torn, packets were resealed and items were missing. The delivery boy was very arrogant when i had tracked my shipment after reaching hyderabad, first day it was shown out for delivery but the delivery person neither called me nor delivered the shipment, 2nd day again status was updated out for delivery but i didnt receive any call nor the product was delivered third day the person called me asked my address then he was about to deliver it an hour bt he didnt do so, then after calling him 5 times he delivered the product at night 10 pm. When i opened my box most of the items was missing and the packet was already torn and repacked. Again when i called the delivery boy his phone was switched off.

Its really very disgusting to say that the courier shipment like dtdc which customers trusts so much providing this type of service. I am requesting you dr. Subhashish please take strict action regarding the matter and i want my product back as soon as possible. I want a reply within 24 hours from your dtdc courier service or from you else i am going to tweet this in all the social networking sites so that people should not use your courier service and be aware of such kind of things in near future.

Hi,
I had courierd a parcel from mumbai (Kuber complex, lokhandwala) for bagru, jaipur on 24/11/2017.
Online tracking status says receipiant refused delivery whereas the receiver has not got any courier at his place so how can he refuse?
Secondly i have contacted dtdc lokhandwala branch who are trying to get in touch with the vaishali nagar branch jaipur. But no1 is responding to their mails nor any1 is answering the call.
To cross check i personally tried calling the vaishali nagar branch but no1 is answering the call.
The courier was a little urgent.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

I’m extremely disappointed in your courier services. I shipped items sunday, nov 11 from rosede hotel in delhi - who recommended your company. My bag arrived a few days later to the destination. I arrived today to pick up bags which were significantly lighter. To my utter surprise all three bags were ransacked and picked through. All bags were locked and the locks were picked. I thought dtdc was a reputable company!!!

What makes me most mad is my wedding heirloom bangles were taken and my child’s crackers eaten and then left inside, a complete mockery. I have a comprehensive list below with a total value. I need someone to get in touch with me immediately since no one is picking up at their call centre.

I have sent an package containing important insurance and nsc documents to my father address pabindra nath medhi hatigaon mulagabhru path 781006 but after waiting one week still the package has been not delivered and after contacting their customer care the customer care representative are boldly saying that it has been lost by the delivery boy.

I want to take a strict action against the dtdc courier service for such an irresponsible act and want to compensate for my loss.

We have booked an envelope containing important central excise documents addressed to the superintendent of central excise and central tax, alibag division, room no.109, 1st floor, kendriya utpad bhawan, sector - 17, khandeshwar, navi mumbai-410206, vide dtdc docket no. C77218825 ddt.08.08.2017. The documents have not been delivered to the addressee so far. Tracking report information shows that the receiver shifted. That being the case till date the documents have not been returned to us so far. The fate of the documents is not known to us. Since it contains important central excise documents please trace out the documents at the earliest and return the same to us at the earliest.

We (Macleods pharmaceuticals limited, baddi) have sent a courier on 21st nov 2017 from dtdc kharuni office to mr. Vikas zamindar, macleods pharmaceuticals limited, khasra no. 21, 22, 66, 67& 68, aho-yangtam, namchepung, po. Ranipool, sikkim-737135 having courier doc no. Z39826061.

Dtdc courier did not deliver the courier at sikkim and on 01/12/2017 return back at to macleods pharmaceuticals limited, baddi.

There is false update on the portal of dtdc as no one came to deliver tha courier and everyone was present at my home. Neither the delivery boy called me nor i got any message regarding delivery boy. However, there is no entry in society security register.
It was very urgent courier which was dispatched from gurgaon. Please take action as it has happened many times with dtdc.

I ordered on 13th of november and on 23rd of the month when i tracked the documents on your site an information was displayed that the product has been delivered.

I called helios and they said that the product got delivered to someone else.

Dispatched on 7/11/17 from jaipur but still i did not receive this part, i also called several times on your companies indore customer care no [protected], / [protected] but apart from resolution even did not get a proper reply till date, we are your corporate customers & providing bulk load in regular basis, kindly look into this issue and provide resolution asap as the part now affecting my regional office workings.

Please send on correct pin code address. I am enclosing a copy of delivery receipt issued by courier agency. My courier should be delivered urgently in short of time....

I have shipped one tv from gahpur, sonitpur, assam on 7 th october, 2017 via ref no d35057791 to arambagh, hooghly, west bengal. But till now i have not receieved the item. I have paid rs 5400.00 as a shipment charge. Despite my several enquiries they have not responded properly. Please do the needful so that i can get my item.

I was supposed to receive a consignement of my sons photo dvd and the status says "delivered". I didn't get the consignment and when i went to the office, i was told "we will take time to search for it". As far as i am concerned this is pathetic customer service and i have not received my consignment so far. When i inisited upon delivering they said "we wont deliver at all"

I needed urgent delivery of my documents from baraut to ahmedabad.
While i am tracking the status shows already delivered on 30 june... While my consignment was registered on 27 nov 2017.
On complaining dtdc they didn't provide any solution saying i might have given wrong consignment address.
I request kindly don't pay the huge amount to dtdc as they can misplace ur consignment
And you don't get the services you paid for (Can't track my consignment)

Shipment is lost by courier service
I have couriered the product on 30th october 2017 from bangalore dtdc ambalipura center with consignment number b48543997 and it is been 27 days still shipment is not delivered nor returned back. When i called davangere dtdc center they say shipment is missed somewhere and they are not declining and refunding the amount and daily i am calling 10 to 15 times and they are speaking very irresponsible and many times they are not picking up my call. Please take immediate action to resolve my issue.

Product contents are tablets cost rs.2000 and courier charge rs.70.

Ref. No. Z39103892 – Consignment booked on 13 Nov 2017 at DTDC office, Secor-9, Faridabad. The destination is Nazareth-628617 (Tamil Nadu)

Consignment is not delivered yet. Its 3 weeks now. Online status shows nothing. No proper response from Booking office. Even Ordinary Post must have reached in 5 days. If DTDC office is closed in Nazareth, why did they accept the consignment.

I suppose to receive a parcel, tracking id-m60114221, i checked the status and it is showing undelivered, the reason for undelivered is "receiver rescheduled delivery"

I never rescheduled the delivery and nobody has contacted me, it's a fake update. It was booked on 23rd (Thursday) of september at mumbai even i have not received on saturday (25th) and the sunday is holiday i have to wait for one more day, they could have deliver it on saturday itself

Please take action so that it would never happen in future
