I ordered products from asos (London). My estimate date of delivery was 17th november. I have paid all the custom duties to wn direct for clearance of my products. I have uploaded my kyc documents online on the dtdc website. I have also sent the copy of my adhaar card to dtdc. I have till date not received my shipment. I have been calling dtdc since a very long time to a particular person concerned and she has been telling me everytime i call her that it'll take 5 days more. This has been happening since 17th november. Please inform me that how much more time do i have to wait for to receive my shipment. My order/tracking number is[protected].

My consignment number was e74184039 which was supposed to be delievered in patna on 6th and acc to the frenchise feed back he assured me tat it was delievered on 6th bfore 5 pm only tracking is not updated due to some reason. Today i got a call tat its going to be delievered today. Already the counter closed yesterday 5 pm. My complain is about your delayed service bcz of whoch i lost my job oppertunity and exam fee which was non refundable extra charges paid to your company for assuring me 100 percent delievery and frenchisee ([protected]) who gave ne wrong feedback.

My consumer number is z47959220. My courier tracking details shown not deliverd from 4th dec. Im trying to contact branches, mumbai, delhi, kalyan local office, ulhasnagar local office, but not a single contact connected yet. All that numbers given in website are unable to receive call is very bad. Plz take action as soon as posible n deliver my parcel soon. And please check your given contact numbers for customer service, all are not responding. Kindly request to salve my issue as soon as posible.

I was expecting a courier from uk. It reached mumbai dtdc office and i got a call from them regarding custom duty. I paid the custom duty and completed all the kyc formalities with conformation message from them that it has been dispatched with awb no :[protected].
Its been a month that i havnt recieved my package. Please help me out or refund my money i paid for custom duty.

We have sent an article to our customer in jaipur odissa. The supplier is from mumbai and the parcel started on 8th nov from mumbai hub and it reached bhubaneswar on 11th nov but till today, 6th dec the product not reached the customer.. We have followed up no of times to bhubaneswar hub to check the status.. Very bad response and many times they are picking the call and keeping aside or disconnecting..

With this kind of service, being a business man, how we can trust dtdc in future and also, there is no clue where to reach and how to find.

I have dropped couple of email reminders as well but no response till date.

Finally i forwarded the email with my concerns to below mail ids which i found in internet but no reply yet.

Dear sir,

I have book a flight ticket from bagdogra to delhi, vide booking id emt23808556 dated 21 august 2017. There was a offer of foce wrist watch.
They provide me dtdc consignment number z39449363. When checked it shows out for dilevery and same day delivered, no any dtdc courier man call me and come to me, next day its shows delivered. But still i am not get that courier

The person rajesh kumar employee of dtdc in office kangra uses the abusive language with me while asking about my shipment... So please take strict action in behalf of this... Acc to dtdc tracking my order transist in 2.12.2017 at 11:40 shown in attached documents. And he mr rajesh ise abuse language neglect to give the shipment nd said me take ur shipment i[censored] can... So please take action regarding it...

Sir..28 nov 2017 ko 9.5 kg ka courier mere dost ne mujhe bheja... Aur mai allahabad me rahta hu... Lekin aajtak courier wale ne phone ni kia aur na hi aaj tak mujhe courier nahi mila... Envelope contains very important document i. E. Adhaar card

On tracking portal its showing in transit and out for delivery dated 28th nov 2017 but not yet delivered

I like to inform you that on 28th november, 2017 from jamshedpur i sent one very very important documents (My life certificate) to the branch manager of bank of india chakradharpur branch at chakradharpur, singhbhum (W) jharkhand via your courier service and consignment number is: k07573165.

But shocking is that till now it's not deliver to the bank and due to it am come in very very big problem which you never understand!

It is completely shameful for a dtdc courier for not doing so at jamshedpur to chakradharpur delivery..

Then why should we book in future for the most worst service in courier industry...
Helpline desk are all # as never possible to communicate at any part of the day and noreplay of mails.

How many days should take for jamshedpur to chakradharpur delivery???

There is no log available for the position of the consignment.. Why why...???

So you kindly update me the status and please deliver it under today evening anyhow! Otherwise i will take legal help against your fraud courier service!

Have booked courier from gangtok on 22/11/217 vide reference no k07224005. After booking they issued me booking slip with stamp on 22/11/2017 but till date item has not been delivered and their office is not responding when i wrote them mail. I want to know who is responsible for delay and who will bear the losses. Need your support on this.

I am nambrata nandy wants to update you regarding the loss of my items sent through dtdc shipment from mosabani, jharkhand (832104) to hyderabad (500081).
My shipment number is k04686125.

First of all the shipment took more then 2 weeks to deliver, moreover the there were loss of items from my packet, the box was torn, packets were resealed and items were missing. The delivery boy was very arrogant when i had tracked my shipment after reaching hyderabad, first day it was shown out for delivery but the delivery person neither called me nor delivered the shipment, 2nd day again status was updated out for delivery but i didnt receive any call nor the product was delivered third day the person called me asked my address then he was about to deliver it an hour bt he didnt do so, then after calling him 5 times he delivered the product at night 10 pm. When i opened my box most of the items was missing and the packet was already torn and repacked. Again when i called the delivery boy his phone was switched off.

Its really very disgusting to say that the courier shipment like dtdc which customers trusts so much providing this type of service. I am requesting you dr. Subhashish please take strict action regarding the matter and i want my product back as soon as possible. I want a reply within 24 hours from your dtdc courier service or from you else i am going to tweet this in all the social networking sites so that people should not use your courier service and be aware of such kind of things in near future.

Hi,
I had courierd a parcel from mumbai (Kuber complex, lokhandwala) for bagru, jaipur on 24/11/2017.
Online tracking status says receipiant refused delivery whereas the receiver has not got any courier at his place so how can he refuse?
Secondly i have contacted dtdc lokhandwala branch who are trying to get in touch with the vaishali nagar branch jaipur. But no1 is responding to their mails nor any1 is answering the call.
To cross check i personally tried calling the vaishali nagar branch but no1 is answering the call.
The courier was a little urgent.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

I’m extremely disappointed in your courier services. I shipped items sunday, nov 11 from rosede hotel in delhi - who recommended your company. My bag arrived a few days later to the destination. I arrived today to pick up bags which were significantly lighter. To my utter surprise all three bags were ransacked and picked through. All bags were locked and the locks were picked. I thought dtdc was a reputable company!!!

What makes me most mad is my wedding heirloom bangles were taken and my child’s crackers eaten and then left inside, a complete mockery. I have a comprehensive list below with a total value. I need someone to get in touch with me immediately since no one is picking up at their call centre.

I have sent an package containing important insurance and nsc documents to my father address pabindra nath medhi hatigaon mulagabhru path 781006 but after waiting one week still the package has been not delivered and after contacting their customer care the customer care representative are boldly saying that it has been lost by the delivery boy.

I want to take a strict action against the dtdc courier service for such an irresponsible act and want to compensate for my loss.

We have booked an envelope containing important central excise documents addressed to the superintendent of central excise and central tax, alibag division, room no.109, 1st floor, kendriya utpad bhawan, sector - 17, khandeshwar, navi mumbai-410206, vide dtdc docket no. C77218825 ddt.08.08.2017. The documents have not been delivered to the addressee so far. Tracking report information shows that the receiver shifted. That being the case till date the documents have not been returned to us so far. The fate of the documents is not known to us. Since it contains important central excise documents please trace out the documents at the earliest and return the same to us at the earliest.

We (Macleods pharmaceuticals limited, baddi) have sent a courier on 21st nov 2017 from dtdc kharuni office to mr. Vikas zamindar, macleods pharmaceuticals limited, khasra no. 21, 22, 66, 67& 68, aho-yangtam, namchepung, po. Ranipool, sikkim-737135 having courier doc no. Z39826061.

Dtdc courier did not deliver the courier at sikkim and on 01/12/2017 return back at to macleods pharmaceuticals limited, baddi.

As material was very urgent and so plz investigate and revert back on contact no. [protected] and mail id [protected]@macleodspharma.com asap
