Dtdc gurugram, sector 17 a, where i book my courier for himachal pradesh and confirmed for two time that whether this courier service is available for that region or not. Dtdc booked my courier on 11th nov and there is no valid update on their tracker because from last two weeks it's showing at ambala hub and today 25th nov when i personally visit to there office they said your courier came back because service is not available. Moreover my courier packet was in very bad condition and also open. Please suggest how to register complaint in consumer court.
Unprofessional staff with very bad experience for two time.

Dtdc bowenpally (Hyderabad) has the worst service ever. I was supposed to get my urgent courier 5 days back, they have the courier with them but they are so lazy that they are not delivering. Everyday i call they promise to deliver the same day but they do not do it. The last time i called they straight up cut the phone rudely without listening to me. I hope the person concerned look into the matter and stop causing such inconvenience

The said docket was sent on 16 th nov 2017 with important stamp paper documents from mysore finally reached navi mumbai on 20th nov 2017, from the tracking its shown as `delivered’ to addressee on 16.45 hrs but `not delivered’

When i lodged complaint in your given portal on 21st a call came from [protected] enquiring about and confirmed in the evening the same was wrongly delivered different from addressee and will be collected &diverted to us today.

Surprisingly when the docket reached to addressee it was found totally torn condition and we are unaware what are all missing. Addressee `my wife’ has not accepted and told courier boy who was saying sorry, to take it back.

I never expected this sort reckless service from dtdc, and am deeply thinking to suitable legal action against your company for such irresponsible way of handling things, and claim including the losses incurred.

You are requested to investigate and take appropriate action against the concerned and arrange to reimburse the losses incurred.

Please solve my issue. I have to get a courier that is booked at thandalam in kanchipuram on 23th november 8 p. M.
In your website it is showing since yesterday till now as "data not available"

Please help me. Why the data is not avaiable even if the courier is shipped one day back. They are not even attending calls. Please solve this issue...

I am expecting a parcel from kolkata, with tracking id k04167961. Yesterday it showed, out for delivery, and today it is showing that not delivered (Misrouted). However, no delivery attempt has been made, at my place or i haven't received any call from dtdc.
So please resolve the issue as fast as you can, because the parcel is really important to me, if i do not receive the parcel, then i'll be bound to complain in consumer's forum.

My dtdc docket number is h05094796, which is booked on 17th nov 2017 in hyderabad to bangalore, still today ie: 24th nov 2017 not delivered. And the funny thing is that nobody is response properly, either in hyderabad or in bangalore or customer care center.

Where my cover went, nobody knows...

It contains important documents...

Sorry to say that very very poor services.

I ordered a product on asos.com on the nov 7, 2017 and the product reached delhi on nov 13, 2017. I got a call from dtdc customs asking me to pay duties. I made the payment on nov 16, 2017 and till now i have not received the product. They have not called and updated me or provided me a tracking number. Unbelievable how much inconvenience they cause. There is no email nor call from their representatives. When i call back to dtdc customs first they say product has been returned. After two days they say the product is stuck in mumbai waiting for kyc verification. Nobody has told me that i have to submit anything as part of kyc till date. I don't know where my product is.

We mailed properly bubbled wrapped pickle bottle with new clothes and Tupperware boxes the rat has got into the box ate the Tupperware and ate the bubble wrap which made the bottle open and all things are gone worth INR 2000 plus the courier charges.how can you guys have rats in the parcel box this is rediculous never expected such a bad service and the parcel to reach in such a bad condition. I need someone to look into this.

My nephew had sent to me a parcel containing important medicines on 11 nov 2017. It was sent from meerut to roorkee. I have not received the parcel till now. When i spoke to the concerned person in rookee, he was very rude to me. The concerned person in meerut was also of no help to me. Kindly help me sir, this had happened to me earlier also by ur company.

Our document has not been delivered since it is already four days gone. It was booked on 18/11/2017 vide consignment no. V40887735 in dtdc plus. But till date it is not delivered at cochin. The destination address is bommidala enterprises pvt. Ltd., plot no-17, first floor, unit-iii, cochin special economic zone, kakkanad, cochin-682037. It is an urgent document. So, kindly intervene into the matter and take proper action for an early deliver of the document.

I want to to know about my courier status as same is not deliver yet. I have dispatched my courier with consignment no. D37608989 on 1 nov'17. Dtdc confirmed me my product will be delivered within a week. Consumer care ([protected]) guys are also not picking calls despite of repeated attempts. I want my courier to deliver as soon as possible and proper justification why the same is not delivered yet.

International parcel from the uk, arrived in india on 15th nov. Kyc papers my passport copy sent to kycsupport on 16th but no update has been received till date and no customer service numbers are being picked up in gurgaon. They either go unanswered or they are not picked up. I am also trying to call mr wasi who is the custom coordinator but his number is never answered either. It is dtdc

I booked my parcel on 24 oct 17 in dtdc jagadri road office ambala cantt. My tracking id is z37695049. This tracking id status is only booked and dispatch. The office person name is puneet ([protected]). The item is booked with isnsurance. The item did not delivered till date (22 nov). Worst service. We sent device to raipur. It's fully damaged. Tempered with some heavy parcel. They put some over weight parcel in out parcel. We need proper solution and device cost refund.

Dear sir/mam,
I had sent a product by dtdc courier from moradabad to mumbai and shown delivered on 13th nov but it is not delivered till now.
I had a complain to dtdc regarding this and given assurance that this will be resolved in next 48 hrs. The complain is pending till today after so many follow up by dtdc team. I am calling daily on customer care but only assurance is given not solution.

My bag was delivered from pune to mumbai tracking id: d36843962. They had assured me that proper care will be taken of the package. Also took extra 100 rs per bag for packing and now my trolley bag's handle is broken. It will not be of any use to me since i won't be able to remove the handle from socket and use it to move back around. I need refund for this. I am highly shocked by such a incidence as dtdc courier has a big name but lack in loyalty such incident is not tolerable. This incident gives us impact that our valuable are not safe. If such practice continue it can harm many people as there valuable get lost it's not about money it's about loyalty it's about image. If such continues who believe in courier. And every time it's not possible we deliver hand to hand therefore it's very necessary to have a loyalty in business
