I had courier to be delivered and the delivery agent called me to a location 200 m away from my home stating they don't have delivery in my location.
I really don't understand what is the problem if he drive additionally 200 m.

I am a women and I have a small baby. Taking the bay I had to walk to collect the package. The package was accepted from the collection center checking the pincode. If door delivery was not possible it should have been mentioned at time of collection so that we had option to look for other courier companies.

I was to receive a parcel with tracking numberD46610331. The delivery was pending for weeks, then I saw one day the status as delivered suddenly. But I got no product. It was 3 parcels together. Since it was a paid and high value parcel, I had tried contacting customer care more than 10 times, but they gave false assurance and just closed the ticket in an hour, saying the product is delivered. How can you cheat the customers in such a way??

I need my 3 parcels delivered ASAP

We at Kripa Enteprises Ludhiana Sherpur Road are not getting our courier and the courier is returned to sender with the reason that our Gate is locked whereas our office is opened all the time from 9 am to 6.30 pm daily on working days.
Many a times our important documents like cheuues etc are returned back and we incur losses due to late receipt of cheques

On asking the same to your office address near us at HP kanda buliding . opp Meera and company Sherpur, Ludhiana, the branch head / representative told our person that due to some personaly grudge the courier is returned intentionally by them after showing that our gate is closed

Kindly look in to the matter and solve it

I sent a parcel (B[protected] via DTDC Thanisandra, Bangalore on 2nd July to the pincode 686024, which is in Kerala. Even though the slip has the right pincode, when they entered it in the system they put a wrone one and item is missing now. They have lost it somewhere in Raipur (490024). When my friend enquired, someone has stuck a random address on the parcel and delivered it to someone to save their face.

We have been following up with Mr. Tipesh from DTDC Thansandra, Bangalore for over 3 weeks now and he has zero idea and says it will be done every 5 days. We request this be returned to us at the earliest, which is the same we have been requesting DTDC for a few weeks now.

The product is 2 wedding sarees worth a lakh.

My Tracking No. is D35297151. My package was out for delivery, I have not received any call from the delivery person. It is a totally valid address. Please can you recheck, as the delivery person is giving fake updates in the portal, and it is now showing Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR)). It it is not appreciated that a high priority package is wrongfully tagged with incorrect delivery address. This is a recurring problem with DTDC.

I have received my 4-5 parcels at my home address, and this time delivery executive denied for door step delivery. It was not easy for me to walk 3-4 kms by foot as there was no any vehicle available at my home during the day time.

There is no solution from the company. I went there to pickup my order. I walked almost 7-8kms by foot. Worst customer service, worst delivery executive.

Updated by Abhi1792 Even i complained about this to customer care, they said.. they can't do anything. To be frenq there is nothing like customer service, if you are suffering there is nothing the can do.. i asked delivery executive to come to my place. He clearly said, sir if you want to come then come other i will return the parcel to origin address.. so only i will suffer in that case.. there is nothing will happen to dtdc or their delivery guy.

But nobody is there to call me on my given number, and when I go to the blue dart portal to check the status of my courier, there I can see they have written Un-delivered(rescheduled)
Without contacting with me how can they wrote like this. If they attempted to call me, and couldn't reach out to me, then I want the evidence. I have attached the details for your reference.
