I really don't understand why there is not attempt being made to deliver the consignment. The consignment contains documents which is too important for me. Each and every time they are providing status update that are untrue. As of today 18th oct 2017 the status says "receiver not available", whereas i was available at the location and delivery guy didn't even call me. Since monday the status update happens in the morning with out for delivery...

The courier which had pershiable items and good amount worth of stuff inside a parcel of 10 kgs. The parcel had reached chennai hub on the 14th every morning the status used to tell it was out for delivery but it didn't reach till date. I received my parcel on date 17/10/2017, with consignment no. D37090833.
This parcel was sent from chennai by my friend rajesh. It contain denon avr receiver which cost almost rs. 34000. I received it in a completely damaged on right side of the receiver.
Looks like somebody thrown it from greater height instead of great cushioning and thermocols it got severely damage since it is non repairable.

One courier is dispatched from gurgaon to mumbai, but never reached.
In the tracking it shows not delivered to mumbai, but dont know why?
Nobody called, nobody care.

But it seems it has not delivered yet and current online tracking status is also not updated since 13th sept 2017.

A courier with consignment number z37605252 was sent from gurgon to amritsar dated 11th oct. Inspite of right address, the amritsar dtdc office did not deliver the consignment and current status shows incorrect address. On contacting amritsar office, they are not delivering the courier since 1th oct'17.
Gurgaon dtdc is shrugging off their responsibilty saying that they have sent the courier, now it is nor their responsibility.
