We have sent a consignment thru dtdc from rajahmundry to chennai vide doc no h76169196 on 04.10.2017 but is yet to reach the destination. Upon enquiry we are informed that its in their office with same address and asked the receiver to go and collect the same.

We are very much upset with their service and wants the consignment to reach the receiver immediately without delay. If the contents are damaged dtdc will be held responsible...

I have shipped a courier from jaipur to ahemdabad.

And now when still parcel not deliever to reciever so i checked so status shown reciever shifted.
But today few min. Ago 1 parcel delivered on this address...

Hello team,

This is to bring to your notice that i had sent some boxes from bangalore to west bengal.in one of the boxes, there was a glass top gas stove. It was clearly mentioned to the packaging team that it is made of glass. And to make sure that it is mentioned as fragile and handle with care. It reached our place in broken condition. And the dtdc delivery people mentioned that the item is thrown from the top of the bus....

We have booked consignment as on 17.04.2017 from dtdc, vanchiyoor, trivandrum office. They have not delivered materials at customer yet now and tracking site shown as transit doc no. D[protected]

Nilaya #2 malur hosur main road, kolar malur
Karnataka 563130 india. But your tracking site shown as transit this consignment...

The issue, i asked them to sent a confrirmation main that i called them and they will resolve the issue, they are not sending the mail too....

There is one courier i have to received from bangalore but not received till date. The sender has send me this courier 2 times but i don’t received the same from your couier company.


1) pod number – b[protected] on this pod i have mentioned my office address but your company not delivered the same on my office address. Also your company not call me before sending this back to banglore;...

I made a booking on3.10.17 from narasaraopet who r sharing with guntur towards hyderabad, new bowenpally. But still to this sec that is mot reached to the consignee. Nobody is taking responsibility & not at all answering. Each one is passing to another one in an escaping manner. Even an international courier can also reach in this time. Take action seriously...

Dear sir madam
I have given box for delivery to usa on 7 oct 2017 saturday now its wednesday 11th october 2017 location of box in pune not known on etracker!!
After trying all numbers for customer service (None reachable) tried all numbers posted on internet all dont work just ring!
Dtdc cannot locate the box in 4 days still box location in pune not known. I guess post is better than dtdc worst in customer experience...

Dtdc is not delivering the packet.. Charging huge amount and after 15-20 days returning the packet. I raised a ticket to dtdc customer care but they are not responding with resolution. They are simply closing the ticket. As per the tracking the package was "out for delivery" on 26th sep'17|10:26 hrs and 02nd oct'17|15:00 hrs status is saying "not delivered". Even 6 days are enough them to deliver the packet? I am wondering...

My name is rahil khera from gurgaon recently someone has sent me an expensive watch through dtdc and on monday 9oct 2017 its reflecting in dtdc site that it has been delieverd to security guard but there is no security guard at my place or nearby when i called them to raise complaint they putted me on hold and hung up on me and then didn't even answered the call.

Sir i had sent a courier to ghaziabad on 7/10/17. Through dtdc courier kknagar branch. The parcel has reached ghaziabad but they have not yet delivered it to the concerned person. I have vb mailed the dtdc but no response. No proper responsefrom the customer care people my tracking number is c78691785. There is no proper update from the courier people. I would like to draw your immediate attention to a serious case of fraudulent activity that had been committed by dtdc staff of moulali, kolkata center with respect to a very urgent delivery of some important medicines for my daughter who is staying abroad at finland.

I am seller on amazon market place. Recently send 2 order through dtdc on faridabad office. Very dis-pointed with dtdc service. Both are order successfully delivered show in dtdc tracking panel. But buyer dined. He not received parcel. I was complaint in office. But he said sir parcel is delivered. Also he send me uncleared image of drs copy. I am complaint again. Please arranged clear drs copy. So i am send to customer....

A shipment sent on the 3rd of october 2017 has still not been delivered. Shipment no is b43628119. The tracking shows it was out for delivery and status shows not delivered.
I have sent a mail to the customer care and received no response yet. None of their customer care numbers work. I have tried all th enumbers even the regional office landline numbers....

I dont know why dtdc is doing like this... My courier (Awb no: f[protected] was booked and transported for october 6 and still it didnt reach my place i. E quilon.. I dont know why its taking this much time.. When i tracked.. There are no updates... Now i am planning to file a case against dtdc.. I am waiting for that package for over a week.. If you are planning to deliver it.. Pls do asap.....

This is chitranjan, i booked one parcle on 23rd se to muzaffarpur bihar from bangalore bearing tracking no-b47259178. The item is not yet delivered from last 15 days. I paid 130 rs for the same. When i called all ur official to get info on this, no body is responding and just cutting my call after hearing my voice. I just wanted to know why dtdc is doing such pathetic and irrational work. I just wanted to know who will give compensation...
