M a seller, my corrier for my customer dispatched on 6th october.. After 10th october to 20th october i tried calling the dtdc corrier in kannur, kuthuparamba and thalasser.. The three corrier office didnt take the call. On 20th october i go to office.. They tell it is returned on 10th october.. They didnt call us and also didnt take our call.. My customer now firing me. The consignment booked through aakasha vega logistics, hyderabad has still not reached. Concerned office of yours at delhi was called up today[protected]/56 were called up for update. Your irresponsible staff did not bother to pick up the phone. It is a bhai duj gift which needed to be delivered today. If this problem is solved tomorrow, it will defeat the purpose.
So do not boast yourself by showing this as "problem solved" in your website tomorrow and give the impression that you have no pending complaints. You must take adequate measures for their negligence of the basics in the service industry.

I have booked a parcel for my sister as diwali gift within the same state. I. E. Assam.. From guwahati to duliajan.. On 17.10.17 at 11.00am. My consignment no is k04856475.. But in reality the dtdc personal just gave me a receipt and booked my parcel on the nxt day noon i. E. 18.10.17 and on evening it showed out for delivery and on the nxt day the status on 19.10.2017 it showed undelivered reason weekly off.. And after two days it shows out for delivery.. When i called the regional office i was informed that the parcel left yesterday i. E. 20.10.17 n will be deliverd by monday i. E. 23.10.17.. Now my question is why it takes an week for a parcel to get delivered within a state where the distance by bus or train is 12hrs.. N also why it was dispatched on 20th instead of my booking date 17th.. N for ur favour my sister hav not got her diwali gift yet.. Who will be held responsible for this.. Moreover the regional office personal dont give a dam what o want to say.. They just say it went yesterday u can contact the destination dtdc centre... I want to resolve this..

Sir, we sent a parcel from dtdc branch, near north shirdi sai temple, health city, visakhapatnam-530040 around 15 days back to sharda university campus, new noida, delhi containing eatables to my son. The parcel didnot reach even today. Unfortunate, i trusted your courier. My son missed them for diwali. No redressal even after my continuous followup from the vendor.

My father had shipped his medical documents post surgery for mediclaim reimbursement purpose on 10th october 2017 from trissur kerala to powai mumbai. It has been 10 days now but the shipment is not received yet.
I have to submit these medical docs before 24th oct 2017 to my mediclaim agency else i will not be able to initiate the claim. Need help

I had sent a courier through dtdc from ludhiana to bangalore on 5th october 2017

The courier weighed 6 kgs when dispatched. The courier that was received at bangalore on 10th october, 2017 was tampered with and 1 article was missing. On finding the same i immediately rushed to the dtdc courier services from where i had sent my courier but mr singh helplessness in the issue and refused any kind of help in this issue.

One of my client sent me a courier through dtdc courier, but in between my parcel has been opened by courier person. My office security asked the courier person regarding the parcel open, but courier person answered very rude, and answered like if you want receive it otherwise return it. This is very worst behavior. Dtdc kindly give proper training and behavior senses to your courier persons.

I undersigned mr. Imran s. Pathan do hereby bring some facts to your kind notice as under for immediate and necessary actions as under :
I say that, my friend had sent me a parcel from nasik on 14th october 2017 vide dtdc receipt no. : p43348628. The courier was supposed to be delivered at my office premises.
On dated 16/10/2017, i received a call from some lady through mob. No. : [protected], who informed me that my parcel was at dtdc branch in mumbai but i have to collect the same from the branch! I objected to this as we had already paid for office delivery, to this she says that there is no person available for delivery and that she will see some other day if she can send!
As there was no trace of my parcel, i called up the same no. On dated 18/10/2017 to enquire about my parcel, i was shocked to hear her reply saying as you did not collect it from our branch, i returned the parcel!
I say that this is a matter of gross arrogance and unprofessional service causing me harassment and loss due to the weird ways of harassment by your staff.
I hereby call upon you to immediately act on this and send me my parcel and also take appropriate actions on the responsible staff for their this act of harassment which not only caused stress too me but also spoils your reputed name in the courier industry.

This is my painful duty to inform you that being a corporate organization, on should have ethics to make our client clear when we can provide his best possible service. But if i talk about your service, i am sorry to say you are not at all serious.

On date 18th, when i got to know from receiver that the document still not received, then on inquiring the same from that person in morning 11:00 am, 1st he told me to call him after lunch time.
Then after contacting him again, he confirmed me that t will be delivered on saturday 21st october.

When i asked why it will take huge time in spite of confirming the 3 days delivery at time of sending, he told me very rudely that i am telling lie & he never committed the date.

Sir, if this the service you are offering to your customer then i am sorry to say you are not at all having care regarding customers.
I am an employee of airtel & having official tie up with track on courier, but they told me it will be delivered in next 5 days due to festival period. Then i move to track on, which told me lie.

I am corporate manager & based in north hub office & wanted to have tie up with dtdc but now i don’t think so i ll even recommend your organization.

My c no. Is d37058559, d37058568 booked at 11 october and not received yet and there is no update in system since 16 october after asking regional customer care they are saying this is not there responsibility
My question is that wat is benefit o[censored]s to book courier with dtdc if it is taking 10 days to receive i m paying 60/kg of wat? This type of service is totally a fraud and spammer service and ur customer service is totally #

I really don't understand why there is not attempt being made to deliver the consignment. The consignment contains documents which is too important for me. Each and every time they are providing status update that are untrue. As of today 18th oct 2017 the status says "receiver not available", whereas i was available at the location and delivery guy didn't even call me. Since monday the status update happens in the morning with out for delivery and by the end of day it changes to something that didn't even happen. I wish you too look into this matter with utmost serious.

Even after repeated complaints in person & not delivered in srivilliputtur office, the response to customer was pathetic & till now no action taken. Hence, if no action / reasonable response taken by DTDC in 2 days ( as already ample of time given), I have decided 2 knock the doors of consumer court.

The courier which had pershiable items and good amount worth of stuff inside a parcel of 10 kgs. The parcel had reached chennai hub on the 14th every morning the status used to tell it was out for delivery but it didn't reach till date. And nobody no number no consumer helpline no mails nothing gets answered n no solution is given only thing they tell when they answer is that its on the way apparently since 14th october. And nobody ever answers the calls ever on every possible numbers and my parcel had order for my customers which has given me cancelling of order and no payment. Who is going to bear for my loss and goodwill?

I have not received my courier which has been delivered by your courier service on 14oct, 2017 i have not received any call or any enquiry by your courier services.
As i think you are giving fraud services.

As it was my ebay claim parcel i upload the same consignment slip! But ebay claim informed me that when they truck result comes its not fund!! What is the reason?? It passed 6 days.. As a result my claim has been rejected!! So please help to update the same consignment or refund back paid rs 130/- and parcel of item. As its not booked yet now!! As per you informed 1st mail!! In that case my question! Who is responsible? All address exactly printed on the packet!! Then what is the reason??? I paid money rs 130/- provided slip!! Attached pl download and look! Clearly shows cheated wiyh me!! My claim rejected only one reason trucking not found ok!! But its clearly show that you did not mention receiver address and pin exactly on the consignment slip.. Consignment no is m56815313, it is very sad to say you have a pathetic service & response team is more than irresponsible. A important documents which needs to be delivered on time is still pending. The consignment was parceled on 13th from mumbai today is 18th still not received, parcel is roaming around in kolkata. I could have understood on the delay if it would have been in a remote location. A city to city service moreover booked in air service still such delay unacceptable. The booking was done in air, however the consignment came by road. Update in tracking details shows incorrect, kolkata customer care unreachable, customer service irresponsible, after repeated complaints no help. Kolkata head office spoke to ms smita rude & unresponsive. I don't understand what just happened with my courier.

I received my parcel on date 17/10/2017, with consignment no. D37090833.
This parcel was sent from chennai by my friend rajesh. It contain denon avr receiver which cost almost rs. 34000. I received it in a completely damaged on right side of the receiver.
Looks like somebody thrown it from greater height instead of great cushioning and thermocols it got severely damage since it is non repairable.
Dtdc this is really astonishing to me being such a premium courier service provider this is really unexpected from you guys.
Insteading of writing handle with care and mirror inside how could dtdc guy should be so irresposible
I am really sad and unhappy since i received the package in broken condition.
I need full reimburse of this item this is big loss for me, i have put in all my saving.

I did not receive my product. I was present at the house the whole day, expecting the delivery anytime. I opened the website at night just to confirm it got delayed. Shockingly, when i saw the website, it said the shipment got delivered successfully, claiming that my friend received it. Do they have any reference (Name atleast) as to who took it. If they do, they would have updated the same on the tracking page, because i'm sure none of my friends took it. They don't even provide the contact number of delivery agents for us to coordinate with them. Plus the worst part is they don't call you up when you are not available at the delivery door atleast to confirmor to postpone the delivery. So hopeless, they just want to get done with their job. And in fact, i was present in my house the whole day expecting it anytime. So reckless people!! They deserve strong penalty.

Sampat booked for pin 815354 mihijam dist jamtara but that parsall have misplaced and going ranchi than next that parsall reached dhanbad and their customers care have call me and say you came and take your parsall from dhanbad. What a performer dtdc corierservice one side booked and promised your parsall will send your pin numbers and parsall came other pin code and they are call to say you pickup you parsall from their 120 km this is fact. This service of dtdc corierservice not fully satisfiction and perfect delivery on the spot and not full regard customer service is good this corier is very-very poor and not satisfactory for customer
