Very poor service of dtdc amravati maharashtra fake status update on site that receiver not available please look after this issue

I post my courier on 26th of oct till it a was not delivered please do confirm
With dtdc amravati and punish him as per your rule it is to poor service.

Giving fake commitment that your parcel shoulde be delivered by today and all.

I mailed a package to Surat. Due to a small mistake in the address the package was returned back with out even consulting or calling the customer. I called every branch in Hyderabad, Surat and Mumbai to change the address but no one was ready to help me. I demanded them a refund and they are not even refunding my 1099.00 they charged me. One of the item was missing worth 1199.00. I submitted a letter and no one responded. DTDC needs to refund me 2199.00 but no response from them.

My parcel contained very important documents and dtdc staff assured me that it will be delivered very next day. I submitted it by paying 1000rs and now even after 3 days the parcel is undelivered and no one is responding about this issue. The parcel contained very important and expensive material and that was informed at the time of submitting parcel.
I hope someone will seek into my issue otherwise i'll file a complain in consumer court and ask for compensation...

I had sent a courier dated 10/12/2017 from patna to mumbai but in the meantime the delivery address shifted to another office.. My consignment no. Is h71518250 made a courier on oct 7 frm guntur to coimbatore still not delivered so we went and asked for return for few days they told it is in nearby loc nd nw they r telling package is missing. Dtdc is the worst # service ever. Why would package wil miss i had my original license, all original vehicle docs in it, who is responsible for this. Nw i'm thinking to register a police complaint on them

I sent one courier from allahabad to latur on 21 oct 17 through cargo plus by air and told me that the courier will delivered home ddress on 24 oct 17. My consinement no z39608985 which received on 27 oct 17 when my father gone to dtdc office latur. I was contacted how many time with dtdc latur who is not replied to my call. Your service is very very worst sevice.

My courier no is z44559989 has arrived the destination city since yesterday afternoon but not yet delivered till today and as tomorrow is sunday it will be delivered to me on monday i have booked it on 25th and it was told to me that it will be delivered by 2-3 days as it will go by air
I am very much disappointed by the service
The courier was very important as i needed that before monday but i have no other option like self pick up etc as i talked to customer care they were helpless too
I will have to suffer for your service inabilities

This is regarding the courier sent on 13 oct 2017 vide your docket no. Z39264649 dated 13/102017. The delivery of the said courier showing that it has been delivered to some other recipient to whom we don't know. We have sent email to you regarding this but there is no reply from your side. This is not of place to mention that we have been using your courier service through your branch for a long time. I hope you will do needful in this.

Courier was shipped by dtdc on 16th october 2017 from jalgaon, maharashtra-425001. The guy promised that it will reach bangalore (Ec-560100) maximum by 21st october 2017. I tried contacting dtdc office both at jalgaon as well as bangalore (Bomasandra). No one responded. Wrote mail as well as tried contacting customer care no one respond. My tracking id is d36837247. Parcel was of 3kg containing food items with 600 rs cost.

Regarding my shipment with dtdc awb: b40487090, it says delivered, but i never received the shipment.

I was not even contacted before on my phone for delivery.

This is the 2nd time it has happened. The same happened with dtdc awb: b40486709, it never reached me but says delivered.

Both the shipments has something confidential and very important package in them.

How can you be so careless with the customer. Please resolve the issue. The shipment has something important in it and i will have to take it to upper level escalation if its not reached me.

I am a busy doctor (Gynaecologist) & regular customer of dtdc and i sent 3 parcels of properly packed home made diwali snacks to my daughter at united kingdom. We packed all the 3 parcels in new strong plastic boxes with bubble wrap and thick cover enclosing it with printed address on it. To our shock after one week, my daughter has received only one parcel in an ordinary carton damaged tampered with spoilt and broken left overs of sent snacks, which has to be thrown off, as it is in very bad condition. 6 variety of snacks sent but very few in bad shape has reached her soggy and dry. I had paid rs 9000/- inr for the above consignment and i am totally disheartened and pained that my daughter could not have the snacks prepared with so much love at home. Not only my time and money gone waste but its so upsetting that all our efforts gone waste with carelessness of the concerned dtcd courier. The consignment no is n98151140. I need an explanation and compensation from the concerned reputed courier management and for the agony they have caused us.
I also intend to publish this in popular medias if this issue is not handled properly by the courier company.

Goods dispatched through dtdc lite on 09/10/2017 and reached upto bardhaman office on 12/10/2017. Then after no body is solving my query since 13/10/2017 when i am calling to my nearest dtdc office (Manteswar, purba bardhaman, pin-713422, phone no-[protected]/[protected]) and even not receiving phone call at bardhaman office-[protected]/[protected]. Till date i have not got my goods. Same also happened against consignment no-d36628507 and then currier boy from manteswar office did not serve my goods and made me bound to collect goods from his office. Inspite of paying scheduled money as currier charge i am not getting proper service. Hence, if i donot get service after paying service charge, i'll take legal step and go to consumer court

Courier having official emergency letters packed in a3 packet sent through dtdc courier on 25.10.2017 to "chief project manager, rail vikas nigam limited, 15, vectra house, 1st floor, 1st main 6th cross, gandhinagar, bangalore-560 009, which was supposed to reach today has not so far received by the addressee. This is a serious issue as the letters are of very important nature, which need action today itself.

Hence you are kindly requested to find out the courier and deliver to the addressee today itself.

I thought that i should send sweets through the famous courier service i. E. Dtdc on oct 16. This was the first diwali for my daughter with their in-laws in raipur and see what your service has done. Please permit me to go to consumer court as i have been talking to the agent mr. Nisar mohammad thru phone from oct 22. The tracking also is showing that the packet is in raipur from oct 22. But it is yet to be delivered. Sent address, phone numbers etc but it has no effect. Please let me know what to do. The packet has more than rs 5000/= sweets.

I have send a document parcel to united kingdom on 09.10.2017 on urgent as the documents were too important by paying rs.3000/- after 5days also, the documents are not delivered and reason for non delivery was no service at the destination address. After many followups, the parcel was not called back in india.

Later after 8-10 days, the parcel was planned to arrange delivery of the said document from uk to uk destination but the said was not made.

Later after infinite and continuous calls to the concerned official, ie; after 15days, dtdc was thinking... Thinking on calling back the document to india.

See the height of patience i had, the document was delivered on 09.10.2017 and till date ie.;25.10.2017, there is no progress and i can only hear give 1 or 2 days only.

I request the official to take a strict action against the company and its officials and get my document and money back to me at the earliest.

Parcel booked from gurgaon to noida on 12 oct 2017. Til 23 rd it was with dtdc. On repeated complaints the tracking suddenly showed out for delivery and successfully delivered. I have not recieved the packet they are frauds doing unscrupulous stuff with customers which is very very unproffesional in nature. I do not advise dtdc to anyone moreover i will also try to avoid this service.
