Package is not received which package no is M57629600, it has been booked on 09th Oct 2017, Still not received. Tracking system is ###.
Online tracking shows in transit from starting date.
Some of branch numbers are not working, some are not attending, some are not resolving.
how many days they need to send a package from Indore To Vijayawad.I have called several times but no action.

Hi,
One courier is dispatched from gurgaon to mumbai, but never reached.
In the tracking it shows not delivered to mumbai, but dont know why?
Nobody called, nobody care.
When i tried to call customer service in mumbai : [protected], it remains always busy.
Now what should i do? Should i file a missing report against dtdc?

Hi,
I have dispatched one envelop from sasane nagar, pune dtdc office on 8th sept 2017 to bhopal, mp, tracking number: p42357675
But it seems it has not delivered yet and current online tracking status is also not updated since 13th sept 2017.
I have called multiple times on there customer care number but nobody is responding to call.
I have sent the several email to "[protected]@dtdc.com" as well but no reply at all!!
Emails attached, along with screen shot of dtdc tracking receipt.

Looking forward to get the help on this!

A parcel has been sent on 13.09.17 vide tracking no.K03534958, but while checking of status, it is showing that ''Not delivered (Entry Restricted). After one month, neither it has not been delivered to the address written, i.e., Delhi nor parcel has not been returned to our address, i.e., DD-24, IESWM, Sector-I, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700064.

A courier with consignment number z37605252 was sent from gurgon to amritsar dated 11th oct. Inspite of right address, the amritsar dtdc office did not deliver the consignment and current status shows incorrect address. On contacting amritsar office, they are not delivering the courier since 1th oct'17.
Gurgaon dtdc is shrugging off their responsibilty saying that they have sent the courier, now it is nor their responsibility.

My consignment till date has no whereabouts.

It is strange that a few franchisees of dtdc are spoiling its name

The guy who works there is so irresponsible and i don't for the gods sake why he doesn't pick the his phone (Number mentioned above). My package is with them and i've not give any receipt for that. That office is always closed and rarely opens on for couple of hours.

Today there was a shipment which was shipped from kolkata dtdc offica to chalisgaon k03976308 is the consignment number, i have paid 10000 to the consignee meghna agarwal for the product, but the shipment have been taken back by the consignee after the payment, this was dtdc scam they should not have given the shipment back...

Hi all

There is a consignment (D[protected] booked on 6th october 2017 from varanasi to pondicherry via dtdc courier, i have been tracking the shipment through dtdc tracking website, as soon as the tracking shows "rto received at facility-pondichery", then i called the dtdc office in pondicherry ([protected]), but the lady at this number [protected] denies that the shipment has not reached pondicherry and reply to me rudly.
When i checked the tracking site again, it shows"rto received at hub-chennai hub". I donot know why this shipment is back to chennai, but the lady at the helpdesk keep saying that the shipment has not reached pondicherry. If that is the case why should the tracking site shows "rto received at facility-pondichery" and then "rto received at hub-chennai hub", is the site wrong or your customer desk lying at me?

I have also booked a complaint (Case no.[protected], but when ever i call the number [protected], no one picks the call. I would have called them atleast 50 times.

We have book 2 consignment on urgent basis one on 7th and 9th october to ujjain m. P. Inspite of repeated followup we were not given correct information. More over the dtdc staff of both ranigunj, mahakali branch mr krishna and begumpet branch madam very very rude and unprofessional in their approach. They gave misleading info that our consignment had been delivered but in reality due to their negligence the material had been sent to goa. Inspite of our repaeted follo up no response from their end.
Being in the service industry this kind of bad and irresponsible behaviour is not tolerated. Today is13th and as of date our material has not reached destination. Due to dtdc s irresponsible attitude our very urgent courier has got delayed and no regret of any kind fromthe employees. I had given a written complaint and asked for refund of my amount rs 250 and rs 150 but till now no complaint is recorded nor has my amount been refunded

Very strict action is required to be taken by dtdc against mr krishna, mahakali branchand ms jyothi begumpet branch. If our complaint is not recorded for strict action we are also marking a copy to consumer grevences division

I m online seller despaching minimum 10 parcels a day to dtdc courier services (Boriwali west) branch but m not able to knw whr my parcels goin my clients not receiving on their part dnt knw whr dey are missing... The guy prateek in the office just giving one another excuse. Just i wnt my three courier back. I expect a satisfactory reply. Thnx

We have sent a consignment thru dtdc from rajahmundry to chennai vide doc no h76169196 on 04.10.2017 but is yet to reach the destination. Upon enquiry we are informed that its in their office with same address and asked the receiver to go and collect the same.

We are very much upset with their service and wants the consignment to reach the receiver immediately without delay. If the contents are damaged dtdc will be held responsible for and they will have to bear the entire cost.

But today few min. Ago 1 parcel delivered on this address by bluedart.
I am regular user of dtdc from 7 years but for this miss happening i dont want use your service. And i request with you please solve this issue as soon as possible.
And when i told with dtdc maharani farm jaipur office. They told me that i am rude. So plz tell me we pay for better service and when you not give positive response so what should i do.

This is to bring to your notice that i had sent some boxes from bangalore to west bengal.in one of the boxes, there was a glass top gas stove. It was clearly mentioned to the packaging team that it is made of glass. And to make sure that it is mentioned as fragile and handle with care. It reached our place in broken condition. And the dtdc delivery people mentioned that the item is thrown from the top of the bus. Pfa the pictures of the product.

Having a such good name in market, we trusted dtdc and choose them as our courier partner. But it is very disappointing to see the result of our trust.

Kindly let me know what policies dtdc has for compensation of goods broken due to mishandling. Else i may be forced to file a case in consumer forum.

Dear sir,

This is actually 2nd time i am facing same problem.

Always online status is : not delivered. Recipient was not present.
Even though address is correct. Contact no is correct

They never call.
They never even come. Lying all the time.

Please do needful.
My one courier is still pending at chiplun brance.

There is one courier i have to received from bangalore but not received till date. The sender has send me this courier 2 times but i don’t received the same from your couier company.


1) pod number – b[protected] on this pod i have mentioned my office address but your company not delivered the same on my office address. Also your company not call me before sending this back to banglore; as i tack the status below status is showing “ not delivered (Person shifted)

I am completely fed with your poor/bad/ worst service. Please also find my attached mail on which i provided correct address to sender.

I made a booking on3.10.17 from narasaraopet who r sharing with guntur towards hyderabad, new bowenpally. But still to this sec that is mot reached to the consignee. Nobody is taking responsibility & not at all answering. Each one is passing to another one in an escaping manner. Even an international courier can also reach in this time. Take action seriously

Dear sir madam
I have given box for delivery to usa on 7 oct 2017 saturday now its wednesday 11th october 2017 location of box in pune not known on etracker!!
After trying all numbers for customer service (None reachable) tried all numbers posted on internet all dont work just ring!
Dtdc cannot locate the box in 4 days still box location in pune not known. I guess post is better than dtdc worst in customer experience only good ads for diwali but when comes to service nobody recives call or responds
Please locate the box and call me when it will reach chicago il for diwali
