Hi,

Dtdc is not delivering the packet.. Charging huge amount and after 15-20 days returning the packet. I raised a ticket to dtdc customer care but they are not responding with resolution. They are simply closing the ticket. As per the tracking the package was "out for delivery" on 26th sep'17|10:26 hrs and 02nd oct'17|15:00 hrs status is saying "not delivered". Even 6 days are enough them to deliver the packet? I am wondering they are working on national holiday (2nd oct - gandhi jyanti). Again they tried second attempt on 03rd oct'17|19:16 hrs with status "out for delivery" and after 30 min. I. E 03rd oct'17|19:46 hrs status update with "not delivered" what a joke.. First time they took 6 days and second time just 30 min.??? There is no one in the management looking into it. Patna dtdc hub and chapra-841301 branch office updating status their own way.. And for doing this they are charging huge amount as well. I tried to take help with customer care and escalate this issue but dtdc customer support is also worst. They are not replying to my query and simply closing the ticket (Case#[protected].

Request you take this ahead and help me to fulfill my lost from their fund. I have attached the email statement and tracking status.

My name is rahil khera from gurgaon recently someone has sent me an expensive watch through dtdc and on monday 9oct 2017 its reflecting in dtdc site that it has been delieverd to security guard but there is no security guard at my place or nearby when i called them to raise complaint they putted me on hold and hung up on me and then didn't even answered the call.
If anyone can suggest me to either lounge an police complaint coz im rdy to screw that person who has missed my expensive product.

Sir i had sent a courier to ghaziabad on 7/10/17. Through dtdc courier kknagar branch. The parcel has reached ghaziabad but they have not yet delivered it to the concerned person. I have vb mailed the dtdc but no response. No proper responsefrom the customer care people my tracking number is c78691785. There is no proper update from the courier people. I have paid 135, for the courier. Kindly look into the matter

I would like to draw your immediate attention to a serious case of fraudulent activity that had been committed by dtdc staff of moulali, kolkata center with respect to a very urgent delivery of some important medicines for my daughter who is staying abroad at finland.

I contacted dtdc moulali center on 5th october 2017 over phone, and told them that i urgently need to send some medicines for my daughter via mr raman who is staying in bangalore and who will be leaving for finland on saturday 7th october 2017 evening. I very clearly told them that only if dtdc can confirm the delivery of the medicines to bangalore by saturday evening (5 pm ist), i would be couriering the parcel otherwise not. To this they confirmed but said that it would incur emergency service fees. I agreed to pay that immediately, and asked them to pick up the parcel from my house. Repeatedly they confirmed that it will reach bangalore by saturday 7th october 3 pm ist latest.

A person from dtdc came to my house on 5th october 2017 evening to collect the medicines and again he reconfirmed that there is no need to worry at all and that the medicine would reach mr raman in time, as he would submit the medicine in moulali office by 6th october early morning. It was my mistake that i realize now that i trusted this fraud person and handed over the medicines.

I again called up on 6th october morning to know the status, and the moulali center person said that it is already in transit and no need to worry and that it would reach bangalore by the flight of 6th october itself and would be delivered to mr raman as the parcel would be going to bangalore via the 1.30 pm ist flight on 6th october.

It is only on 7th october morning, when my daughter tried to track the status online, she found that it is still lying in kolkata office. I have the screenshots that she had sent me date wise where it is very clear how fraud these people were and they had been continuosly misleading us with all lies.

Now when i called up on 7th october to moulali office, and told them about the online status, they again lied stating that it is showing incorrect status online and that it is already in bangalore. When i enquired further, they started misbehaving over phone like anything.

When again after sometime i called them up on saturday evening, strangely they now said that the parcel could not be yet sent but that they are trying to deliver to mr raman by 11.45 pm ist on 7th october at airport. They also sent me sms for the same. Later i came to know from mr raman that they called him much much later when he had already checked in and it is clear that it was done purposely because the parcel did not arrive in time at all.

Also, failing to deliver the courier, i would atleast expect that the parcel reaches back to me but i have absolutely no intimations from dtdc that it was undelivered. I can check from the status today online, that it is back to kolkata hub. Can you please take some actions so that atleast the parcel reaches back to me in kolkata and that my money is refunded?

I am facing problem regarding my courier the docket no: is z36443998. You can check it through tracking. It is showing in your record that it has been received, but till date no one has received the courier. Who has received the courier?

There are some documents in it, which is very important. The address where the courier has to be received is vill - bishunpur post - parmeshwarpur, gorakhpur parmeswarpur pin code:- 273209.

Kindly help in finding the courier.

I am seller on amazon market place. Recently send 2 order through dtdc on faridabad office. Very dis-pointed with dtdc service. Both are order successfully delivered show in dtdc tracking panel. But buyer dined. He not received parcel. I was complaint in office. But he said sir parcel is delivered. Also he send me uncleared image of drs copy. I am complaint again. Please arranged clear drs copy. So i am send to customer. Also dtdc show receiver name in tracking details. Which was received buyer parcel.in next day i am again call in dtdc office. And he said sir both are parcel is return. If both are parcel return so how could be show parcel delivered. Its very bad service.

A shipment sent on the 3rd of october 2017 has still not been delivered. Shipment no is b43628119. The tracking shows it was out for delivery and status shows not delivered.
I have sent a mail to the customer care and received no response yet. None of their customer care numbers work. I have tried all th enumbers even the regional office landline numbers.

The complaint regarding same has been registered with customer care of dtdc on[protected] with complaint but not received any communication or resolution yet. Still they are saying we give a latter nontrasable case.in this packet customer value cheque is there. So customer file a case to loss of goodwill.

I dont know why dtdc is doing like this... My courier (Awb no: f[protected] was booked and transported for october 6 and still it didnt reach my place i. E quilon.. I dont know why its taking this much time.. When i tracked.. There are no updates... Now i am planning to file a case against dtdc.. I am waiting for that package for over a week.. If you are planning to deliver it.. Pls do asap..

This is chitranjan, i booked one parcle on 23rd se to muzaffarpur bihar from bangalore bearing tracking no-b47259178. The item is not yet delivered from last 15 days. I paid 130 rs for the same. When i called all ur official to get info on this, no body is responding and just cutting my call after hearing my voice. I just wanted to know why dtdc is doing such pathetic and irrational work. I just wanted to know who will give compensation on this as you always claims that 3 days delivery. The item was so urgent to be delivered but it's not happen. Take this request on priority and resolve as soon as possible. Thank you!

On[protected] i have sent a consignment (Docket no. D[protected] to my relative in nagpur maharashtra through dtdc express limited courier branch sangli (Pf340) by paying rs.400 for air cargo delivery.

Due to negligence and careless of dtdc the consignment misrouted to kolkata. Consignment is still in kolkata till[protected].24 pm.

This is worst kind of service of dtdc. Pl register my compliant against dtdc expreess limited for refunding of booking amount of rs.400/-

I (Subham enterprise khordha) sent a document thru dtdc courier bbsr (Odisha) vide consignment no-k02734447 to rumpa das c/o - pradip kumar das, plot-38/1a/1a. Maniktala, main road. P. O - kankuragachi, kolkata-54 hasn't delivered till now showing mis route. Why it is delay and not delivered? Kindly deliver on given proper address and contact mobile number if any problem. Thanks

I sent courier thru dtdc from btm 2nd stage, bangalore to falcon mobikes, girinagar, banashankari. While sending on 4-oct-2017 wednesday the guy told next day it will be delivered and i paid 50 rs for that. But didn't delivered still and now it is showing "mis route".

What does it mean? Will this courier be delivered or not. This is highly emergency to sent the documents thru courier. But why such delay in your service?

05/10/2017 ko yeh item mere city ka dtdc office mein pahunch gaya hai but courier boy ne abhi tak mera item deliver nhi kiya hai.

My urgent parcel was coming from rajpura to kaithal. Booked on 30 sept and it reached to kaithal on 3rd oct. But it is not delivered to me till 5th october when i called them then courier guy gopal told me he didn't receive it and he will check and call me. He didn't call and i called him 10-15 times he didn't revert back. I am very upset with the service of dtdc. Being a good company they should look into the matter

I was supposed to receive a courier in the month of august from sriram properties bangalore marathon. To the address no 19, 4th cross behind mangalore condiments, saraswathipuram, mahalakshmilayout post bangalore 560096. The sender has confirmed that they have sent through dtdc courier. I see the consinement no as b46212940 in th delivered state on 19th of august. But the courier hasn't reached me yet. Please do check and do the needful. My contact details is anirud - [protected]

One of the worse courier service i have ever experience. Firstly dtdc employees doesn't know their responsibilities and keep passing wrong info to the customer. Secondly. Customer service is more worse first thing they respond second if they get to know that you are the same person who called them before they won;t attend your call. Dtdc worse worse worse... Ridiculous... Why don't you shut down your company if you cant operate.

Dear sir i have sent the my machine which is used to do procedures on patients through air courier on 15th september and paid them rs. 1000 for the same through nilesh bafna from aurangabad to bangalore and got assurance that it will be delivered within 2 days by air and the decision of not sending through road was taken as they have told that by road charges will be 300 rs and it will take 4-5 days. Instead of sending by air they sent it by road and that too to delhi and when i contacted 100 times they told they do not have any information about it. Then after pursuing a lot they have told that it has again gone by road to bangalore. It reached bangalore after 13 days. The response of nilesh bafna was pathetic during the whole process.
I am hurt as there is no accountability to the whole event and we do not know where to complaint regarding such incidences happening to common citizens of india.

I had given consignment no. D36152485 to dtdc dwarka new delhi on 22nd september 2017 to send to gangtok-sikkim. I paid 3760/- (Courier charge - by air) &
I was told that the courier will reach to gangtok address with in 4-5 days. I just checked the status online and found that the consignment is still not reached. It is more than 12 days now and no updates on my courier.
Today on 4th october i spoke to a dtdc executive in dwarka on telno.[protected] and they didnt gave me any status on my consignment.

Its already more than 12 days & why should i paid 3760/- from my pocket to send it by air? Where is my consignment?
